Great experience buying a car. Not as painful as I had told myself it would be. Got in and out pretty quick. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but feel I drove out with something better. Travis is the one to ask for there. He listened to what I was needing and I feel I got a great deal. My initial experience with this dealer was I had seen a car listed on the web and thought I would call with some questions. I spoke to Travis on the call and I was amazed at his level of detail on the car as well as he taking the time with me to understand my wants and needs. My next step is to come to the dealership to make sure this is the car for me but the level of service I have received so far tells me this will be a long lasting relationship for me and Skye Autohaus. I spent most of my day shopping at dealers around Asheville. I finally traveled north of Asheville to a great little lot in Weaverville, Skye Autohaus. There my wife and I met Ed who was far above any sales person I have delt with,He was very knowledgeable on the Subaru Product but the best part is that he wanted to help us get what we wanted without pushing a sales pitch. It was a very cozy atmosphere. My wife an highly recommend to check these guys out in weaverville. They are very easy going and seem like they have a care for there community. Being a person who does not make up his mind quickly when it comes to large purchases, I really appreciated Sky Autohaus's approach to working with customers. They allow you all the time you need to look over and test drive vehicles. They don't hover and are happy to answer questions. I went there four times and drove half a dozen cars. When I finally decided on a 2011 Outback, and took it to my mechanic to look it over, he found a problem with the rear breaks.Travis replaced the brakes and rotors at no cost. He also addressed three lesser issues found by my mechanic, also at no charge. Arranging the financing and closing the deal were trouble free because Travis was efficient and well-organized. My wife liked that he explained each thing he asked us to sign. Sky Autohaus has a network of mechanics who offer economical options when future repairs become necessary. This shows me that they desire good ongoing relationships with customers past the point of original sale. Overall, this was a much better than expected car-buying experience. I got a good, clean car for a good price. Definitely worth the drive to Weaverville.

Just bought my second Subaru from Skye Autohaus! After a great experience the first time, I came back looking for a newer outback and had equally fantastic service. Customer service from Travis and Rob is outstanding and the selection and quality of cars is fantastic. They don't pressure you into anything and happily answer questions about the cars. I also love that they have all cars checked out and repairs made prior to selling. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great used Subaru.

I've been searching for a used Subaru in the Asheville area and Skye AutoHaus was the best place to find one. They understand the common problems and maintenance issues and make sure the cars on the lot are looked over and any needed repairs have been made. They also have a great selection to choose from which gives the buyer many options to compare. Travis and Rob were both very helpful and polite.

I recently bought a Forester from Skye Autohaus. I shopped around for about a month but kept returning to this dealership as I was most impressed with the quality of their inventory. The owner Rob and his associate Travis were a great help ion the process. I mostly dealt with Travis who never pressured me during the process. In fact he would give me directions to look at vehicles on other lots. The vehicle was purchased at a fair price according to the bank, NADA, and Kelly Blue Book. I noticed an air leak in the window trim after the purchase and Travis had his guy repair it free of charge at my convenience. My experience at Skye Autohaus was a pleasant purchase and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great place to buy a car! Skye Hause Auto has a large selection of different makes and models of Subaru's. They even have a few other models/makes as well. I really appreciated how both Rob the owner and Travis the Sales Associate willingly answered several questions about several cars over several weeks I shopped virtually and actually for several weeks, and did research for several months before I sought out and this Subaru location to buy a car. The prices are comparable and fair and in ranges affordable to many. I am in the process of restoring my credit, and Rob and Travis worked hard to find the right match for me for financing at terms that I could meet. Most important of all Rob stood by his vehicle inspection and "Good Car" facts, and made sure that the car I purchased meet his high standards, and honored his good reputation. As a resident of Weaverville and a lover of Subaru's, I wanted to give Skye Autohaus first shot at selling me my next pre-owned Subaru. I always dread the hassle of purchasing a car, but I can say that I walked away from Skye Autohaus with no emotional distress. After driving 3 different Foresters, I found the one I wanted. They provided me with a carfax, along with the invoice of all the service they had performed on the Forester before it was placed on the lot for sale. I drove away with a great car and was never pressured into my decision.

I emailed this gentleman and told him what I was looking for and explained that I lived over 4 hours away but I would be on vacation and would be a lot closer. He said to come down look at the car and he would take a look at my trade. I told him what kind it was and everything so he could've gotten a rough estimate of the numbers to see if I would be happy with the payments and etc. But no he waits for me to put my vacation on hold and drive 2 hours out of my way to let me walk in his office and after maybe 2 mins tells me we can't do anything. To top it all off he went from the nice guy at the beginning to very rude. After I got rude back he decided to return to the nice guy again. After I finally got to test drive the car the owner proceeded to argue with me about how it is a positive thing that a OEM clutch was replaced with another OEM clutch on a car under 50,000 miles. Anyone in their right mind knows that a clutch lasts a whole lot longer than that. I will never ever in my life return to this place. The owner switched from nice to rude and wanted to argue with me when he was wrong. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

There were quite a few to choose from that fit both my criteria and budget. I was not hassled into a purchase and the buying process was a pleasant one. The father and son team were informative and polite, working well with each other. I love my Subaru and I would recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a used Subaru.

I also bought two cars and traded in two cars. Haven't had any problems with either. I thought it was a easy process. I work at Mission Hospital. there's got to be 50 Subaru's in the parking lot from them. I Would buy again from them and have sent friends to them.

I am in the process of purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer and have been completely unsatisfied throughout the whole process. They have very nice inventory with fair prices, but their customer service is so poor I will never use them again. There is zero communication between the father and son and the customer. I got a different story about the vehicle from the son every time we went back. And it is becoming nearly impossible to actually get the car detailing completed and pick up the vehicle. Needless to say, I think I'd pay a little extra next time just for an easier process.
