Prompt, courteous, efficient, communicative Jamie and Cameron were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The issues were explained clearly, there were no surprises/hidden costs. The issues were resolved promptly, and the time frames laid out - and adhered to - as discussed. Kevin from the workshop was also very helpful in outlining options, and in carrying out what was needed in a timely fashion. Importantly, communication was outstanding.

If you live out of state do not buy here. Tags won’t come on time and when you call you will get a rude condescending sales manager named Ed who will talk to your wife like she’s an idiot and dance around the point. Best price yes, least amount of hassle, No. just received the tags after our temp tag expired and nobody got back to us after she got nowhere with Ed Next it’s him telling her she should pay attention to the expiration date on our paperwork? How’s that our job. Don’t sell cars out of state if you can’t get customers their tags.

Ervin called me to see if he could buy back my 2013 Honda CRV and put me in a newer model for a lesser monthly payment. I was intrigued, so my husband and I went to visit him. He was very knowledgeable about the used car that my wife had her eye on. He reviewed its service record, offered to get it detailed, and even threw in new floor mats. When The Rolling Stones popularized the phrase that you can't get no satisfaction, evidently they had never been to Sloane Honda. My wife and I had the highly satisfying experience in 2014 to lease two new CR-V's from Taal Aviad at Sloane, and returned to see Taal last month to trade in our cream puffs for two new 2016 models. The day of the trade, Matt in the Sloane business office had our paperwork ready to sign within minutes, and even General Manager Jeff Lish was kind enough to take the time to make us feel like family. It's no accident that so many CR-V's are on the road. They are a pleasure to drive and the folks at Sloane Honda are a pleasure to deal with.

Service staff member wasted my valuable time, (an hour) today when i went there for oil change for my Toyota. Two employees (Kierra and another lady) did not know their job. Even service manager Nick H. does not care of customer either. I had phone conversation with him first time today and after that i realized that i must find new place for my car services. He seems non friendlier person. I knew previous manager, Mark who was a great person to talk and deal with him. I did not see Mark today, he must left this place but He was caring man and because of him i was coming sloane honda for last 7 years. I am not coming back to this place.

I recently purchased a new Civic Ex for my mother from Sloane. My mom has been driving the same vehicle for 15 years and wanted not only a new vehicle, but something really nice and loaded. She had researched and driven many vehicles and picked the EX. She had her selection made right down to trim package and color. She has not been well and asked if I could find her the car and the best deal. I live in California and began writing emails to all of the local dealers. Not only did Sloane give me the best price, but my salesman, Branden Singer, went above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a salesman. My mom became very ill and was not going to be able to drive, or be driven for many weeks. Branden worked with me to move the paperwork along and even sent photos of her new car with the sold sign on it so she could see it in the hospital. And then, when my my came home, Branden brought the car to her home, and sat down with my mom to complete the paperwork and hand her the keys. Branden also invited my mom to come in to the dealership to see him as soon as she was ready so that he could give her a lesson on all the technology. Branden made this easy and more importantly, made my mothers day. I can't thank Branden and Sloane enough for the tremendous efforts and exemplary service!!!!

This is the second Accord I bought at Sloane. I choose Sloane, first, because it is convenient. I can drop of my car in the morning, get a rental (free if the repairs are expensive), get to work on time, and pick it up on the way home. They also have express service. Drive in for an oil change, or check on some thing, no appointment, and I'm out. This time it was a tire indicator light. I was out in 45 minuets. When the car is in for a scheduled service, the have a shuttle service, if you need it, They never begin a repair without consulting me about why, how much it will cost, and if I want it done and how long it will take.The waiting area is large, and comfortable., Lots of seating, 2 TV's, Coffee, snack machine, newspapers magazines & newspapers. I trust Sloane to be honest, and do excellent work, and I'm never disappointed

I put in a request a few places via the internet and I was first contacted by Chelsea Bucca in a timely manner. Being my first car, I was very picky with what I wanted. The prospect of buying another car after my 2 year-old car was totaled while parked on a residential street filled me with stress and apprehension because my last car-buying experience had been marked by pressure tactics, the inability to get consistent answers, and unpleasant last-minute surprises. In contrast, the experience I had with Sloane Honda's Shawn White (certified pre-owned manager) and Alex Pizarro (sales rep.) was painless, easy, and surpassed my expectations in every regard. I had located the car I desired through Autotrader and because Sloane Honda was far from me, we had a number of phone conversations before I made it to their dealership to see the car in person and put a deposit on it. Shawn and Alex were always patient in answering all my questions throughout this process. My chosen car needed its airbags replaced, so I had to wait a month before I could go back to complete the transaction. That day, at Sloane, the final paperwork was completed without pressure to add an extended warranty or last-minute surprise fees/charges thrown in, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Throughout this process, I feel that Shawn and Alex were helpful, accommodating and fair in their dealings with me. Alex was a great sales rep. to work with -- easygoing and personable. For this reason, this is the first review I have ever taken the time to give on a product or service. I wanted to express my appreciation to Shawn and Alex for taking the stress out of this experience. I only wish they had been local to me so I could have continued to use their dealership's benefits/services.

I went in on a Tuesday afternoon on my way home from work. Met an extremely nice salesman by the name of Itamar "Carlos" Santana. He was very welcoming took the information, showed me the various levels of Civic's. I told him exactly what i wanted. He excused himself and come back with a printout of costs along with his sales manager. I told them i would make a decision within the week.He made a follow up phone call at 2 days later to say "Hello" and to see if i was happy. I told him i was going to take the weekend to contemplate and arrive at a decision. I visited a closer agency over the weekend and did not have the same good feeling. I called Carlos on Monday and said i wanted the car. He informed me that the car that was on the lot was sold BUT he would do his best to locate another. He called 3 days later to tell me they found a choice. I left a deposit and picked up the car 3 days later at MY Convenience. It was after the "Month End" and they were fine with it. The business process went just a smooth. Carlos took his time explaining the entire vehicle and paired my phone to the car as well as setting up the radio and anything that i asked. I like Sloane and HIGHLY recommend Itamar "Carlos" Santana, you will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience at Sloane Honda. From the second I got there Carlos Santana was more then willing to help. He treated us as if he was the one buying the car and catering to our every need. We arrived at 3, and stayed all the way until 10 with us making sure everything went smoothly.(We only stayed till 10 because of problems my insurance company had to deal with). He helped get my payments lowered to as low as possible, due to the fact that I am a first time car buyer. His manager Jeff also worked with us, doing whatever he could to get a great deal for us. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a few weeks ago. We signed documentation that my personalized plates would be transferred to my new vehicle! I purchased these plates 10 years ago from Rutger University, one because I am an alumni, but two because so was my uncle who I was very close to. He passed away unexpectedly and he too had personalized plates from Rutgers! In Remembrance of him I purchased these plates! There is a lot of sentimental value in them! Now I am being told a few different stories but basically after sifting threw the lies, they messed up, but they will not correct their wrong and my plates have not be transferred! I will never do business with this company again and it has left a sour taste in my mouth from ever doing business neither Honda again! I wish their was someone hire up I could have spoke too!

I had previously purchased cars from a different Honda dealership in the Philadelphia area, and I was not really that pleased with the experience. I thought all dealership would be out to get your money, and try to squeeze as much as they can to get your every last penny - However, my experience with Sloane is a lot better.I was looking into purchasing the Honda Accord Coupe 2016. The sales rep, Carlos, assisted me and guided me through the process. Initially Carlos was not able to get me the deal I hoped, but we were able to negotiate with his manager later. The finance manager, Jim, was also very helpful and also gave us a good discount on the extra warranties - something I did not know was possible before.Overall I would recommend Sloane Honda, if you are looking into buying a Honda in the Philadelphia area, it is much better than any other competitors.

So I hate buying cars. I really hate buying cars. It does not matter how much research you do and how much negotiating you do, at the end you always feel like you got duped, didn't get the best deal, and the people in the dealership laugh at you all the way to the bank.THEN, came Sloane Honda and specifically Christopher Miranda. I had been searching for my Honda Pilot Elite for months in the exact color and interior I wanted. Maybe I should have ordered one, but instead I felt looking for dealerships within 50 miles of my house would suffice. After months I couldn't find it. Then I cast my net a little wider and found Sloane Honda within 100 miles of me that had the car.I reached out the morning I found it and started a conversation with Christopher over the phone and email throughout the day. We discussed pricing and trade in. We came to a verbal agreement over the phone and then I started my 3 hour drive to get the car the same day.I arrived about 2 hours before closing and we immediately got to work finalizing the deal and signing paperwork.Exactly 2 hours later I walked out with my new car at a price I loved and felt was the best available and got a reasonable offer for my trade in.Christopher was great to work with, is up front and transparent. Definitely not one of those shady people or dealerships that just tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door. The exact car I wanted at the price point discussed via phone/email. Nothing shady happening here. And they don't do like other dealerships adding all sorts of accessories and charging for them like they are part of the car just to get every last penny out of you.Now I am home and my wife is absolutely in love with the car and I am a new loyal Sloane Honda customer even if I have to drive 3 hours to buy my next car. However, there was one point I need to bring to the attention is that When I inquired about 2016 civic price they told me higher price which basically made me inclined towards 2015 model. However, after some days, I got to know that 2016 price was just a little bit higher than 2015. If I had got the cheap price for 2016 model at the time of purchase, I probably would have gone for 2016 model. May be this is part of their sales strategy. Overall, I am quite happy with purchase and price I got.

As a result it took us under two hours to testdrive the car, finalize the offer, fill out the paperwork and drive away in our newly purchased Honda CR-V. Unlike our last experience 3 yrs. ago, a C-, this visit was an A+. The sales person Andrey Penkhasov was courteous, personable, efficient, competent and very Honda knowledgeable. Right before Christmas, I was in an accident in my 2006 Honda Accord. My car was totaled. I need to get a similar vehicle that fit within my budget. Thankfully I found Will Burnett at Sloane Honda! He made the process easy and I was in a very similar (but really sporty!) 2006 Honda Accord in 3 days.I originally found the car that I wanted online. I sent an email on Saturday morning about the car. Will called me back within a hour. We discussed what I was looking for and by 1:30 we had a deal in place. He was honest with me and willing to be flexible with me since I was about an hour from the dealership. Going online is a great way to find inventory and Will can help make that process even easier.I picked up the car on Monday and I was all set. The car looked great and drives fantastic. When we walked in we were warmly greeted by Will and he quickly brought the vehicle to us so that we could test drive it. After we inspected the vehicle we went over what we could afford and what we needed from the purchase. Last Monday I went to pick up my first car. Officially. I was working with Jamie Findley over the phone for about two weeks trying to find the car that was right for me. A car that fit all of my personal, quirky preferences, but yet was affordable. My main preferences were to have a car that had a screen on the inside, have leather seats and was good on mileage. Everything else didn't really matter and I was flexible on. Jamie talked me out of getting leather seats by giving his professional opinion, considering my financial budget, and I am glad that I folded and chose to be more flexible on those. Leather seats were more expensive, unnecessarily. We found interior material that was just as luxurious, but not cheap looking like cloth was. I was very satisfied, especially because the price dropped a great deal by opting out of leather seats.I got not only 1, but 2 screens on the inside of my car! I didn't even know this was an option for me. The features within the screen of the car were so cool. Jamie worked very patiently with my unnecessary requests but also kept in mind my budget and I appreciated his thoughtfulness in everything I chose. I chose to defer from my personal biases, and listen to his professional opinion. In the end, I am more than satisfied with the car I chose.Jamie was very forthcoming when it came to the details about financing a vehicle versus leasing. He also taught me a little bit about saving money by listing all of my financial obligations (credit cards, mortgages, tuition, etc.) and listing them in order from the highest interest rate to the lowest. He told me it would be beneficial to focus on paying off things with the highest interest rate first. Nobody has ever broken down this concept to me. I thought that in perspective, paying off something was progress. But in the bigger picture, it is not. In the bigger picture you are saving by paying off something with the HIGHER INTEREST RATE first...then working your way down your list. I appreciated Jamie's candor by explaining this and advising me to pay off my student loans before I focus trying to pay this car off faster.I purchased the 2015 Honda Civic Ex. It's weird, I came in the dealership two weeks prior with one thing in mind, but I walked out with something a little bit different, but still to my liking. And what's more, my monthly price wasn't as expensive as I anticipated. It was manageable, even if I do lose my job or have a financial hurdle along my way. Tim Graham I met at the dealership as well. He was very attentive and helped me learn the in's and out's of my new automobile tech screen(s). He also took the time out to explain to me all of the features with the push to start, automatic non-lock feature with the keys, the Econ button, how to hook up the Bluetooth, how to operate the HondaLink App, how to check my MPG used on a particular trip and so forth. At first brush, it was very confusing to digest all of this tech information. But Tim Graham was very patient with me and took his time to explain to me the in's and out's of my new car! I was so excited. Tim was very kind and I recommend anyone looking to purchase to go to him. He is very personable and made my experience with Honda one I won't forget. . I come from a family who is partial to Honda's. So when they are looking for their next vehicle I will be sending them to Sloane Honda to speak with Tim Graham and/or Jamie Findley.

We spent just over three months searching for a car AND a dealer. Not only is the right car, with the right components important to us; customer service is crucial and, in my opinion, the relationship with a dealership only begin with the purchase. When my husband and I drove up, it was raining lightly. John came outside when he saw us and waited for us to get out of the car so that he could greet us. From the moment until the moment (several car explorations, 2 test drives, and 3 detailed vehicle experiences later) that we walked out with completed paperwork and drove away in our new car, John was patient, pleasant and helpful. We knew what we needed, what we could not do without, and what we strongly wanted. Most importantly, John did not try to sell us a car. I definitely did not want that. He helped us to purchase a car; the car that we wanted. Jeff, the manager, was pleasant and helpful as was Matt. Matt even gave some financing advice that would be beneficial to us in the years to come. I will definitely revisit Sloan for future purchases and will recommend them to interested Honda purchasers.

After speaking with the very friendly, patient and knowledgeable sales associate and explaining all of my specific needs and financial limits for a new car, I test drove a few cars and felt comfortable purchasing a certified preowned Honda Pilot, right there on the spot. I did not feel pressured, I received a fair price for my trade in, the price of the Honda was financially feasible and on top of all that I received aa FREE 32' color television with my car purchase. Salesman Dave Reed was very patient , honest and extra helpful. Same thing with Jamie in the financial department. Let me be clear. I don't trust salespeople and I hate buying a car. That's why my most recent experience at Sloane Honda blew me away. The salesperson, Will, was extremely easy to work with, followed through on all his promises, and just was a really all-around nice guy. There warranties on pre-owned vehicles are the best in the business. My son recently purchased an 02 Honda Accord with approximately 83,000 miles and they treated us like we were buying a brand new car. The vehicle my son bought came with a 3-month/ 3,000 mile warranty, one year of free oil changes (up to three), free roadside assistance, and more. Their service department is also phenomenal. I don't work for the dealership, I don't own stock, and I am impossible to please, but nothing to dislike about these guys based upon my experienced.

I bought a new Honda Odyssey Touring today at Sloan Honda. I had visited some other local Honda Dealerships and there was a distinct difference between the others and Sloan. The showroom was clean and the staff were courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, some dealerships live up to the sleezy stereotypes, but Sloan was professional and direct. No back and forth games (let me talk to my manager). Taal Aviad was engaging, friendly and made the experience a pleasure (not what I was anticipating, especially after visiting competing dealerships over the weekend.) I initially put an inquiry in online, got what I thought was a great price and they gave me a fair value for my trade-in. The finance experience was also exceptional. No hard pushing for add-ons after I said I was not interested in the additional warranties etc.. Honda Finance also gave a phenonenal rate which obviously made the transaction even better. Bottom line, as a consumer we have a lot of options when it comes to buying cars. Prices for the most part can be pretty close. I am a firm believer that people buy from people. After meeting Taal Aviad and his manager Jeff Lish, I decided very quickly that I wanted to buy from Sloan. I bought the car because of the people !! I definitely got an immediate sense of professionalism and integrity which is unfortunately not common in the car buying experience. I would highly recommend to friends and family buying a car from Sloan Honda and specifically Taal Aviad.

I've lost one of the two keys of my 2014 Odyssey. When I called Sloane to have the new key since I have the piece of mind warranty, I was told I don't need appointment and come get it. Will have to wait at least 1 hour or so to program. I was ok with that. When I went there, waited about 15-20 minutes and then I was informed that they don't have the key in stock. I lost two hours of my quality time that day. I would not buy Honda anymore from this dealer nor recommend anyone. Sorry!

We were served with the worst example of professionalism and integrity.THERE IS NO SUCH DISRESPECTFUL TO THEIR CUSTOMER PLACE LIKE SLOANE! My husband and I are loyal customers of Sloane Honda Autos. In the past, we had a great experience when we bought our Honda Odyssey 2011 from the Sloane Honda dealership located at 9903 Bustleton Avenue in Philadelphia. When we decided we wanted to buy our next car, a Honda Pilot, our first stop was the dealership we already trust. As in the past, we received the great service from the senior sales representative Larry Welsh.Unfortunately, the car, in the exact color we wanted was not in stock, so we decided to wait until it became available at this dealership rather than spending time checking other dealerships for the exact car they promised to deliver. Together, we agreed on a price for the new car, as well as, a price for the car we were trading in. For trade in was our Acura MDX 2013 which the manager Jim Stratton evaluated and gave us a trade in price of $27,000. All conditions had been written and we left the deposit. We waited for our car for 5 weeks, in which the sales person did a great job to keep us updated. As soon as our car arrived, yesterday 08/18/2015, we came back to Sloane to close the deal. After we checked our car and completed all the necessary applications, much to our dismay, the same manager Jim Stratton returned with our paperwork and claimed that he had made a mistake with the trade-in price and could only offer us $17,000 in comparison to the $27,000 that we were told originally. We were very shocked by this news, and left very disappointed. As compensation he offered to return our deposit, rather than trying to figure out a different deal. It felt as though, at this point, he was just trying to get rid of us as soon as possible. As a result, we did not purchase the car and we refuse to ever go back to the Sloane dealership in the future. I feel prompted to share this ugly experience everywhere and inform as many people as possible. It is disconcerting that the great sales person, who did such an excellent job lost his sale, because his manager failed to take responsibility. The dealership will eventually sell the car they ordered for us and most likely management will be rewarded for a job well done. As it is written on their site:As longtime leaders in the automotive, business, and local communities, the staff and management of Sloane Automotive Group continually prides themselves on serving your present and future needs with the highest amount of professionalism and integrity. Let us demonstrate to you that when buying a car in the Philadelphia area, THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE SLOANE!Sorry, but I have to say its a lie. I took my 2013 Honda Accord Sport in for servicing at Sloan Honda last year because there was a grease leak in my Axle and or CV Boot. I notice the same issue happened again when I recently brought it in to a local mechanic for an inspection. I contacted Sloan Honda to make an appointment on Tuesday August 4, 2015 at 10:00am. I dropped my car off to Paul Reese and he stated that a diagnostic test had to be run to determine if it was the CV Boot or Axle that was the issue and would check to see if my vehicle was still under warranty. I asked Paul when I can expect servicing to be completed on my car and he said by 4:00pm that same day. I came back to Sloan Honda at 4:00pm and I asked Paul if my car was ready yet and he stated my car was next to be serviced. I decided to wait for my car and after an hour or so, Paul came back and told me that they do not have the parts to fix my car. I was told to schedule another appointment the following Monday (August 10, 2015) and Sloan Honda will provide me with a loaner car. On August 10, 2015 I dropped my car off to Mike because Paul was out sick and I asked Mike when will my car be ready. I was informed that it would be ready the following day Tuesday, Aug. 11 at 4pm. The next day l called the servicing center and asked if my car was finished and Paul stated they forgot my car was back and there and someone dropped the ball on it and forgot to service my car. Eventually, I got my car back on August 12, 2015. There were multiple occasions where the servicing center could have called and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. It was an inconvenience to me having to take off of work and leave early two days which could have been avoided if I was informed that my car would not be ready when I was told. Initially on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 Paul could have called me if he knew that the car was not yet serviced and would be delayed in completing. Then the following Tuesday ( Aug. 11) someone dropped the ball and forgot to service my car as in his exact words. I had an appointment and somehow someone forgot to service a vehicle that was scheduled.I am writing this because I wanted to let you know of my experience coming into your Honda servicing center and wanted to bring to your attention the issues that I came upon. I hope you can read this email and find ways to improve your servicing center. I hope to help save someone else from the same issues.

Today I took the appointment for the test drive of Honda civic 2008 LX , I drove 45 minutes to reach to SLOANE HONDA , Bustleton and Haldeman Ave. First I took the train and a bus and then a friend of mine picked me up from Bus 58 at Cottomman Ave. Stop. It was astonishing to see that the staff present on duty , Mr. Alez and Mr. Will were not aware of our scheduled committed appointment ,but Mr. Alex handled us well. I was shocked that I scheduled the appointment and no one knew about it...... After spending like 20 minutes. Mr Will told us that the car I requested is locked in the guarage for final touching or it has not reached to the dealership .....so they showed me the other Honda 2008 Ex instead of LX , because the car was sent for finishing process. I drove the Ex , and on my return we found that LX Honda ( THE CAR I REQUESTED FOR A TEST DRIVE WAS PARKED IN A POOL WITH ALOT OF DIRT AND FULL OF SCRATCHES ).....Wow what a magic:! the car came suddenly out of a locked garage directly and full of scratches. Mr. Alex was kind enough to give a test drive of that car, but on our return to there office we tried to negotiate some price for EX , because we were already very disappointed the way we were treated , on this Mr. Will told me and my friend who is a senior Banker to leave the showroom as they are not interested in selling a car to us. Please note that we were serious to buy a car with some cash and wanted to close the deal......Please note..what a bad and unorganized customer service you have.

I have been a loyal GM buyer for years. I have learned over the years that they were not reliable. But it's not all about price, it's about the sales people and the sales manager. Taal my sales man and Alex the sales manager worked with me and got me a very good and fair deal. They were very patient and I felt no pressure, not normally what you would get from most dealerships. Alex came from in the back room and approached my wife and I. He struck up a conversation after the deal was agreed upon and was so nice and we started to talk about things that we both enjoyed, it was very nice.I thought to myself the whole time I have never had a sales manager come out to the sales floor and be so friendly and kind.l. I also want to thank Matt who does the final paperwork. He has a vivid screen that you can work with him to figure out exactly how you can adjust your payment that is comfortable for you. After you work with your salesman to determine how much the actual price of the vehicle is and the finance rate.You can change how much you put down you can change how long-term payment plan fits your budget Matt was very patient as we went back-and-forth to see exactly how much my monthly payment would be, again no pressure. This experience by far has been the best ever in the 28 years that I've been driving and purchasing cars. Stop in and check them out someday you'll be glad you did!

I found a used car online at this dealer. I spoke to the salesman multiple times agreed on a price,then went to see the car. This dealership is not "around the corner" from home...30 miles away. Got the car for a great deal. On the drive home I found the car had an issue. After speaking to Mark,the service manager, he agreed to have the car towed to the dealership. One day later the car was fixed and delivered to my driveway. Excellent customer service...Excellent!

Three days now and no call back. Went to get my oil changed Monday evening June 1 was given a slip by the employee in the garage and told that someone would get me when my van was completed. Two hours later went to find out why a oil change was taking so long and was told they had no idea where my van was. Called and left my name and number on the service managers voice mail and STILL no response. Seemed like a good idea to lease from this dealer but now I don't know. Easy for them to say to come back tomorrow already inconvenienced for one day.

This is the second car in two years that my wife and I have purchased from Sloane Honda. We bought a brand new Civic in 2012, and yesterday we purchased a used CRV. As was the case two years ago, we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Not only was the list price excellent, they worked with us to get the best deal possible with the bank lender. We walked away paying a better price than what was listed, and on top of this, we were given an incredible warranty (Power Train, covering engine, transmission, etc.). In addition, we have free state inspections for as long as we have the car, and free oil changes for the first year. HELLO! What dealership do you know of that would go so far out of their way to make buying a car such a positive experience? I highly recommend Sloane Honda, and with this same enthusiasm, I recommend buying Honda. They last forever and maintain their value. I bought my hoda at this particular dealership and the salesmen are, yes, very nice. However, there is a recall on 2010 Honda civics paint... When my paint started cracking (last year 10/2014) I had stopped into the service deptarment. They took photos of my paint and then proceeded to tell me they would not be able to fix this issue today and they would be in contact... It's now mid February 2015.. I was in need of an oil change and came to sloane again and spoke with someone about my paint again... They then told me it is my job to call their collision guy and speak to him but they were told to tell me it would be another month or more!!! Why is it the customers job to call them?! I have stopped in here twice and spoke to numerous people within the dealership about this issue. IT IS A RECALL!!! Needless to say, this will be my LAST visit here. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told he was too busy.... I work in customer service and am myself a manager and would never treat my loyal customers with such disrespect.

He made sure I was well taken care of every step of the way. It's very rare to find a dealership you can trust, but Rob makes sure you feel that you can trust that these guys are there to help you. What a great guy! Larry, my sales person, I don't know where to start! From the beginning, he made me feel like I could trust him and he would do anything he could to see that I got the car I wanted. He took a good 20 mins. Just to set up my phone and sync it with the car. Car dealers/dealerships tend to get a bad rap and being that this was my first experience with shopping for a car, I was not looking forward to the process. Sloane and its employees far exceeded my expectations and made the process easy and stress-free. The staff there were nothing but helpful, kind, honest and down to earth from the get-go. From the minute I walked in I was happily greated by Shaun who aided me through the entire process with ease. I was also offered help from two other employees while walking around the building and lot. I only caught the name of one of them, Gerard Clark. Altough I was already being helped he was gracious enough to spend a few minutes with me discussing questions I had not had a chance to ask Shaun. I would reccomend this dealership, especially Gerard and Shaun to anyone that is looking for a car. They treated me with respect and patience through the whole thing and never once did I feel like I was just a chunk of commission.

I am not sure how this dealer got so many 5 star ratings. There is no way Sloane Honda received this many positive reviews. Reads to me like the generic paid for reviews by agencies. The sales rep Chris was friendly and accommodating when we went in to look at the vehicles, of course, he wanted the commission. When I received my first monthly statement and the numbers didn't add up, I went back to the dealer and asked to speak with the sales rep and was told he was unavailable, but I saw him sitting in his cube on the empty dealership floor. He didn't even want to come out because he knew what he did! I spoke with the General Sales Manager, who in my opinion is the worst car salesman I have ever encountered. Horrible, know-it-all, attitude, highly needs customer service training in my opinion! Good luck with this guy, Sloane! The GSM basically said "your fault for signing the contract, not our problem! He didn't even try to resolve the issue or understand his salesman's mistake! I can tell you I have never wasted my time writing reviews, but this experience has left me so damaged. I cannot believe a dealership operates in such unethical ways. Now my family is left with a vehicle that we are being charged more than what the car is worth. BE CAREFUL! After playing the new car game with Burns Honda of Marlton NJ, I looked at BJs.com for new car purchases. They had an E-price referral system. I filled out the form and within 10 minutes had a quote from Sloane. Another 5 minutes and a phone call confirming the E-Quote. Burns plays games with dealer add on $900 fluff packages. Sloane doesn't. Sloane beat the "Nice Guys" price by $1600 on 2015 CRV LX AWD. I wasted 3 hrs "dealing" with a salesman and Burns and got nowhere. The "dealing" with Sloane lasted 5 minutes, enough time to read a few emails. The actual purchase time was a couple of hours that was actually enjoyable. I got to speak with the dealership's GM and let him know what his "competition" was up to across the river in NJ. Larry Welch is the salesman that took care of all the details and did it very well.

I went to Sloane Honda because they had the exact model I wanted (they have a great inventory), but I will go back because of the people there. I had a great experience buying my first new car thanks to Mike Alexanian. The process was very efficient and Mike kept it real, upfront about everything, no pressure. We use the facility from 2008 with our new Acura TL. Everything was just fine. On November, 11 we did inspection. The tires were checked. Price for inspection is $76, higher than other places, but its OK with good quality of service. We didnt use the car for 3 days. Today when we started the message appears:Check your tires. We came back to the station and explain the problem. Michael Mealey was very rude, told stay in line, take the number and you have to wait about 1.5 hour???!!!! After we called for the General Manager Mike the problem was resolved in few minutes. Why General Manager should be bother, why assistant service manager Michael Mealey cant do his job? I went to Sloan Honda to get the book on 2015 Honda Pilot and all salesmen were outside talking. A salesman approached me and didn't know if he had the 2015 Pilot book. He asked other salesman who told him to look on the rack. There was no book. I asked him the difference between the 2014 and 2015 Pilots and he said he didn't know. He went and got a manager who told me there was no difference and there would be no change until 2016. The salesman got a Sloan Honda business card and wrote his first name and cell phone number on the back. The salesman's name on the front of the card was crossed off. The salesman never asked my name or phone number. When I got home I checked on-line and found all the differences between 2014 and 2015 Pilot. The salesman and manager at Sloan don't know their products. I am going to pay cash but not at Sloan. If I was a salesman at Sloan, I would sell twenty vehicles a week!

I bought a used car here about 1 month ago. I also bought the "bumper to bumper" warranty. After driving a minimal amount of miles, I took the car in for a routine oil change to my normal mechanic. He found $2300 worth of damage despite the car being recently inspected by Sloan Honda in the past month. The warranty only covered $700. So much for bumper to bumper coverage. When I called to complain, and asked fif Sloan could make this right, the offered me a 12% discount on the warranty repairs. I obviously told them I was disappointed but that was the best they could so. Suffice to say I won't be going back to Sloan for any car or service since ether do not stand by their vehicles.

If you like extreme silence, Sloane also has a Quiet Lounge where yor can meditate or read in expreme silence. They even have booths with desks where you can do work & nobody will be able to see your paperwork.

My overall experience was good but it was Williams customer service that made the diffrence. I had purchased a brand new 2014 Honda CRV from Sloane Honda 2 months back. Last week i saw a big water Stain on the roof liner starting over the top of left passenger window streching all the way back to the radio antenna. I have taken picture of this and had even shown the stain on the roofliner to some of my colleagues they were shocked to see the stain on the roof liner for a brand new vehicle. Even though the dealer replaced the roof liner the look and finish was not comparable to the factory installed roof liner. I had owned 2 Toyota vehicles and did not have any issues so far this is my first Honda vehicle and i am already very severely disappointed with the quality of this vehicle.

I was involved in an accident and brought my vehicle to Sloane Honda (Philadelphia). It took four weeks to release my vehicle. Before pick up my vehicle, I had to sit at Sloane Honda for four hours. After four hours, an employee advised me that I would have to contact my insurance company and explain to them that they would have to submit the paperwork and payment to Sloane Honda. After speaking to my adjuster, he informed Sloane to release my vehicle and that the paperwork and payment would be finalized by nights end. Sloane would not release my vehicle and were very difficult to speak to. Sloane Honda advised me to come back the following week to pick up my vehicle. I went the following week and Sloane informed me that the air bag light was on and they could not release my vehicle. They said they would run diagnostics on this issue. Why this was not checked and diagnosed in the previous four weeks is intolerable in my opinion. I advised them when I dropped off my car that the air bags did NOT deploy and that their may be issues with that. Apparently, they ignored my statement because the issue was not addressed nor repaired (within 4 weeks). After this, I tried contacting them on many occasions and did not get any responses. I was once again, IGNORED. I drove to Sloane Honda so I can speak to somebody in person. After speaking to Tim at Sloane, he informed me the diagnostic test cannot be done unless I PAY for the service myself our of my own pocket. Tim at Sloane Honda claimed my insurance company would not cover this test. I contacted my insurance company and spoke to the supervisor Tom, who advised me that they NEVER stated they would not cover this problem. Tom than called Tim at Sloane, and advised him the diagnostic would be paid for and to go ahead and finish it. It has been 6 days since this time and I have yet to hear from anyone at Sloane Honda. I tried to contact Sloane repeatedly, and literally was unable to speak to anyone. They would ignore my phone calls deliberately. I drove to Sloane on multiple occasions and each time they informed me that Tim was unavailable and he would contact me as soon as possible. My vehicle has now been there for over 6 weeks. I have never witnessed such horrible customer service in my life. First they told me they would not release the vehicle until the air bag light was off but as soon as they received the payment from my insurance company, they released the car with the same issue they stated they could not release it for a week prior. This is a corrupt dealer AND BE AWARE that they will try and rip you off and not repair your vehicle as it should be. They would put my life in danger and could care less because they already received their paycheck from the insurance company and money out of my pocket. This is inexcusable for any dealership and I will be contacting Honda Corporate today.

I recently leased a new 2014 Honda Accord Coupe from Sloane Honda. I worked with Jeff LIsh and Chris Miranda (sales). They were very courteous and friendly, and made my leasing experience a pleasant one. Jeff is a manager, but unlike at other dealerships where the general manager hides in his office to avoid contact with customers, Jeff was directly involved in my deal with me and was very accessible to me and other customers in the dealership. He personally comes to introduce himself to customers and let's us know that he is willing to discuss any issues that we may have related to pricing or availability of a car, etc. As a woman, I was particularly impressed with the fact that there were many other women customers there as well. Obviously, the sales environment created by Jeff Lish and his staff, is one which is not intimidating or condescending toward women like other dealerships. Overall, I highly recommend Sloane Honda in Phila. to other customers. They did try very hard to give me a good deal, better than another local competitive , large dealer. This is the type of environment that is conducive to maximizing car sales. I have only compliments for this dealership-- especially Jeff Lish -- who really did work hard to earn my business . I brought my mother with me to the dealership, and she was also impressed, noting a lot of other women customers and just a classy operation there. She is leasing another Honda Civic Coupe in a few months, and we intend to return to Sloane Honda for her new car as well. This is why I rated this dealership so highly-- Price, Friendliness, Accessibility of Manager directly to customers, willingness to be competitive with pricing, went the extra mile to get the color car that I wanted ( white), ease of paperwork.

Igor is outstanding. He explains what is possible and what is not and the various options that are available. This is the second Honda Accord we have leased from Igor and Sloane Honda.When buying or leasing any car, the best time to do so is the last day of the year. The first offer is NEVER the best offer unless you are working with a fixed price car company. Check out at least 2 other dealers and work the price down. There is enormous incentive for car dealers to maximize December last day transactions.

I had a turn in date for another brand 2013 lemon and knew the exact date I would need a car. I contacted 4 or 5 dealers for internet pricing and Sloane was among the lowest, but not the lowest. A friend told me I had to call Sloane and deal with Igor Keiser directly as he's referred a handful of people to him and he was fast, professional and very competitive on pricing. Most dealers I called to follow up said "call us after you turn your car in". I wanted my deal lined up in advance, I didn't wish to "shop around" without a car. I asked Igor for his best OTD cost on the car and boom, no hassle, no BS beat my best deal over the phone and more importantly actually had the exact car I wanted. I drove right over, we shook hands on the deal and he assured me it would be taken out of inventory for the 3 days I had to wait to turn in my A l tim a. Sure enough I was on his lot an hour after I turned in my car 3 days later and on the road with my new one an hour later. Igor sets the bar for what you should expect out of a car salesman. I'd highly recommend him and his support staff at Sloane.

I highly recommend Tim Graham for his exceptional knowledge and immense patience with me. My husband and I went to Sloane just to browse because I was very hesitant to purchase a new car. This was my first time buying a brand new car and I just couldn't get past my nerves or the idea of having a car payment again. My general attitude toward a car buying process is similar to that of going to a dentist. I stopped by Sloane Honda late (8:30 PM) Monday night and spoke with Mr. Michael Geller. Michael did not hesitate to offer me a test drive (even at such late hour) on any or both of the two available vehicles I expressed interest in, and was courteous and professional throughout my visit. Not once did Michael make me feel rushed due to the looming closing time. I surely felt welcomed and appreciated. Michael and his friendly, courteous approach should serve well any potential customer of Sloane Honda. Now, if only I could find a dentist with Michael's skills.

Took my car in for service May 8th after the mechanic I have been going to for 30 years could not correct a TPMS problem. I received a call from Ian several hours later telling me all 4 tire sensors were bad and needed replacing. I called my mechanic and was informed 2 of the sensors were replaced in October 2012 when the problem started. He further stated the sensors were purchased from Sloane and had a one year gaurantee.I called Ian back telling him I would pay for the installation of all 4 sensors but would only pay for 2 sensors since 2 were still under warranty. Ian said he would "have to look into it" and call me back. 2 hours later Ian called back telling me miraculously now only one sensor needed replacing. Naturally it was not one of the sensors installed in October.The one sensor and programing cost over $200. If I hadn't questioned the original call I guess I would have been ripped off to the tune of almost $700.A few days later I received a survey. I included the above information. About 2 weeks ago I received an email from Mr. Viggiano reminding me of additional service I needed. I did not include the details from my visit but replied I would never set foot in his dealership again. I never got a response from either email so I guess they don't care.Insult has been added to injury. On Sunday June 23 the TPMS light went on and off a couple of times. It went back on again on June 25th and is still on. I have ZERO confidence in Sloane and deciding what my next move will be.

This is our 4th car we've bought via Sloane Honda. Last year our sales guy, Michael Geller helped us and we leased our new 2012 Honda Pilot. He was very nice, friendly and helpful during our purchase, so we knew where to purchase our second car. This February we've visited Sloane Honda and we got our 2010 Honda Accord. Michael was honest, very professional, patient and would work hard to get us to car that we wanted. Michael and his co workers really helped get us a great deal, they still got us a loan and the good interest rate . They also worked with us since we had a trade in . 2 words:Wrong interiors. They gave me a car with the wrong colored interiors. 3 more words: Poor customer service. Even after the error was reported (literally within 5 minutes after driving away at 9:10 pm),the dealership did nothing to remedy the situation except ask me to spend more $$ to correct THEIR mistake. Moreover, they kept telling me that it does not come with black interiors. I went ahead and pointed to their OWN SALES BOOK which showed that it does come with (surprise surprise) BLACK INTERIORS . Highly inept and poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and go to ANY dealership besides this one.

I was shopping online for a Honda CRV for my daughter who lives in the Philadelphia area. A salesman from Sloane Honda called me to discuss what I was interested in purchasing. He told me that he had a vehicle that would be perfect for her. When I asked him what I needed to do to hold the vehicle until my daughter could get in to see it he told me I would need to give him a $500 deposit and he would ensure that the vehicle was moved off the lot. I gave him a lot of personal information along with my credit card information and when my daughter got to the dealership she called me to tell me someone else was looking at the car. She was very upset as I told her that I had put a deposit on the vehicle. I called the General Manager to explain what was going on and he said he would have to look into what happened. He honestly didn't seem too interested in the fact that I had placed a deposit on the vehicle. My daughter called me a short time later to tell me that the couple who was looking at the had vehicle had purchased it. I told my daughter to just leave the dealership as it was very apparent that they were not trustworthy. When I checked my credit card statement online they had in fact charged my account the $500. I ended up going to Conicelli Honda to purchase her Honda CRV. They were very helpful and trustworthy. We will never do business with Sloane Honda.

I stopped in Sloane to look at the new model Honda Accord as my lease was up soon on my 2009. After deciding I did not like the new interior molding I was asked what price and what resolution would make me leave a deposit that day. The agreed price was 400/mos and replacing the molding with one of my choosing. The word replace was used the whole time and implied in the sample provided as well. Turns out it is a cheap thin plastic veneer that is peeling off and cracked in one place. I called the next day at my concern over the laminate and was told it would be taken care of. A day was set and I drove 1.5 hours down only to be told that he just needed to see it to understand the problem and would have it taken care in a week. No one called back and after many attempts and messages I was then told they had my phone number wrong ?? In any case, I was told today that the only resolution is to put the car back to stock or relaminate the molding. Since I would never have leased this car with the original stock molding AND I was told it would be replaced, this seems like a classic breach of contract. I requested that they take this car back and give me one with a tan interior, which is the only way the stock molding is acceptable.

I solicited multiple dealerships via the internet and asked for their best pricing on a 2011 or 2012 Odyssey. Sloane came in the lowest from the get go, and it was an upfront price with no games. I was very surprised compared to some of the other dealerships I was dealing with. After about half a dozen emails, the only time I spoke to the salesman was the night or so before we picked up the van. I had the emails printed out so there were no games at the dealership either. Financing attempted the warranties/protections etc. but it wasn't an annoying hard sell. We were in and out of everything in less than an hour. I had never purchased a new car (always had gotten 1-2 year old cars, usually from private party) so I'd have to say this a much better experience than I thought I'd have. Sloane was recommended to me from a friend, and I'd recommend them now myself to others.

I visited the Sloane Honda showroom seeking information on leasing/purchasing a new Accord and met Taal Aviad. Taal was extremely knowledgable and patient in answering my many questions concerning a CR-V and a LX-P models. Due to Taal's resourcefulness in making the financial terms both comfortable and affordable by picking up the three remaining payments on my present lease but also the service costs for my 2009 LX-P which I brought in for state inspection and oil change earlier. As a result, I drove home with a brand new, dark metallic red, Accord with a luxurious, light tan interior. I am totally delighted with my Sloane Honda experience and of course, my new Accord.

I bought a new car at Sloane Honda in 2008, the service was wonderful. When I decided to purchase another car, I didn't think twice about where to buy it. This time I had the pleasure to work with Igor, he was fantastic. I know buying a car can and probably should be serious business, but my friend and I laughed with Igor from the moment we arrived until we left. I walked in wanting the 2011 RED sport Fit that was sitting in the parking lot. Unfortunately it was already sold. I asked Igor if he could look around at other dealers and get me one. He found one and told me it would be a couple days. After realizing how badly I wanted to drive away with the car that night, the guys drove over (40 min) to get my new car. That's service ! ! !I received an incredible deal, I came in already approved for a loan through my car insurance company, it did give me leverage to wheel and deal and get a great loan price.

Bought a used car that had recently been inspected (same month). Dashboard lights did not work. It was late, dark, and we were leaving the dealership after purchasing. Showed the salesperson before we left the lot. He told us to bring the car back another time to have this taken care of. BUT IT WAS JUST INSPECTED!! and dash lights are an inspection item. We could work with or accept the other problems with the car (hood does not close) but this one was unacceptable. We have to have it fixed ourselves, and at our expense, because the dealership is too far away (1 hr) and we do not have time to bring it all the way back up there. NOT GOOD!

I found a car at Sloane through an internet add for the specific car I was looking for, and came from Texas to buy the previously owned Toyota. The car was very nice and as advertised. Matt Liczbinski was great dealing with me over the phone and internet prior to my visit and was even better in person. Matt took great care to provide a great service even though I had already purchased the car when I arrived. He understands the importance of service in sales and return customers. Next time I need a vehicle I am very likely to look at Sloane as one of the first places to shop.Shawn White takes time to cultivate finding these quality used cars like the 2001 Toyota 4Runner I purchased. Only had 45,000 miles and fantastic shape. Not the usual run-of-the-mill used car for 2011.My experience with Sloane was a good one, and no, I am not related or employed by Sloane.

I choose Sloane Honda because I had found that Matt Liczbinski went to work for them. I have always had Hondas in my family and thought this sounds like a win/win situation. Matt listened to my needs first and then tried to match the car with my needs. He never tried to make me go beyond my means and he ensured that I would get the best rate...I got a better rate than I did at my own Credit Union. Between Matt and his very knowledgable boss Shawn White we were able to actually get my car payments down $40.00 more dollars a month while also putting me in a more gas efficient vehicle. They offer a thing called "Piece of Mind" for nominal dollars. I accepted it because Matt got it for her sister...and is what I perceive to be an "insurance" policy for the ding and scratches and nails in the wheels....the little things that can add up to big things....love that program. I also had the opportunity to meet with Jen the Business Manager...who when I say is the most efficent, sharp, friendly person...it would not be an understatement.Overall, I appreciated the Knowledge and expertise of the Sales Rep Matt Liczbinski...I appreciated the Sales Manager Shawn White who besides his absolute friendly nature...was able to number crunch for me in a way that satisfied all of my money anxities....he was able to get me in the car I needed and was more than fair for my trade in car....All employees were professional, friendly, knowledgable, and not trying to do the hard sell at all....I am now a Sloane Honda lifer! We went to Sloane Honda to get a quote on a CRV. We were greeted by Tim G. Tim started with a pleasant greeting. We told him the car was for me and from then on all questions were directed to me and not my husband. He did a terrific presentation of the features and benifits of the vehicle. Now the trde in price and price of the vehicle. Tim came back with the price that we thought was fair, but everything you read says you should get another price. Before we left Tim showed us their just completed new service area and waiting room that was very big and customer friendly. We did go to another dealership and was told right from the start that there was no was Sloane would honor that price and we were quoted a higher price from our local dealership. We thought we owed it to Tim to give him the opportunity to sell us the car at the price we were quoted. I am happy to say he lived up to that price and we are the proud owner of a beautiful 2011 CRV. Thanks for a terrific buying expierence Tim. Thanks to Tim, we are now Sloane customers for life.

One snowy day, I drove to Sloane's Dealership and a Young Man Ervin caught my eye and made contact with me... I thought to myself. OK Here it comes... I am alone and female so watch him give me the business..To my surprise, He showed me the Honda 2011 Civic and we took it for a test drive.. We later went in a talked money and He was eager to work with me... Since it was so cold and snowy outside... I would be back after I thought about the car... He called me several days later and asked me if I could come back to the Dealership so we could talk some more... I told him that I was not ready yet... So, He asked me if it was ok to call me from time to time... I said yes... Ervin called about every other week to ask me how I was... So polite and concern... Sometime he didn't ask about the car... I began to really like this Saleperson I was told to look elsewhere but I knew that Ervin was the Salesman for me... Because of his patience and persistancy... I knew that I was going to purchase my Honda from him... After 3 months I went to get my car... I upgraded and purchased a 2011 Honda LXP. I just have to say that I didn't expect to walk out with a brand new car..But I did... Sloane Honda is a 5 star Dealership and if you truly want to purchase a car... new or used.... Wife stopped in one day at dealer to look at the 2011 Honda Fit. She felt no pressure from the sales persons who were friendly. Next day me and my wife went back to dealership and were treated nicely with no pressure to buy. They met their price they had emailed me earlier and we did buy one. As a matter of fact i went back and purchased a 2010 Fit the next day. I haven't had service on the vehicles yet so i cant comment on the service dept. at this time. Getting a brand new car is a very exciting time for most people. However, normally the actual purchasing process of buying that new vehicle is a drag, annoying, lengthy, and expensive. Except at Sloane. I just recently purchased a brand new 2011 Honda Accord SE from them and not only were the prices the best around (after them being very reasonable and flexible with price) but they also had the best staff of any dealer I visited (which included Sussman, Mike Piazaa, and Honda of Princeton). My salesperson in particular, Raphael White, made the whole process more enjoyable. He was very knowledgable both about the car and about the whole process, and was just a genuine guy. I bought the car a month ago and have already brought a friend in to buy a car with Mr. White, and I will be recommending him and SLOANE to any of my other affiliates that need new Hondas.-Justin K.

I had a excellent purchasing experience with my saleman Timothy Graham. I went into the dealership not knowing what to expect. Mr. Graham held my hand. Not only was he patient and courtious but he was knowledgable about cars and the different services that his company offers. I left the dealership thinking you can buy a car anywhere but sometimes its not about the car you purchase but the saleman you purchase the car from. I would definately recommend Slone Honda to everyone.

Very surprised that this dealership and the two salesmen I spoke with made the lease deal very easy. The salesmen were Taal Aviad and Igor Keiser. This was not the first car CRV I have ever leased but it was the best experience dealing with these two gentlemen. From the time we walked in for our appointment to the time they found the color of the car we wanted it was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended if you are interested in a Honda, just call and ask for either one of them

I bought a 2011 Odyssey last week from Sloane Honda, Philadelphia. Called up and negotiated OTD price with Igor Keiser. Both of us were flexible and we reached a middle ground. The final price (base price before taxes, title and tags) is much lower than MSRP. It is much lower than "Edmunds.com's True Market Value" and much lower than "TrueCar.com's best price"As always, I thought I would walk into the dealership (the experience I had with a few other dealers in the area) and will hear some surprises and hidden costs etc.Fortunately, Igor is a very nice person to deal with. We just confirmed the price we agreed on the phone and went through all the paperwork. The whole thing started like this:On 22 Jan 2011 (Saturday) around 1:30PM, I called up Sloane Toyota. Some sales guy picked up and mentioned that he cannot meet the price I was looking for.A few minutes later (around 1:45PM) Igor called me up and gave one final price which is the middle ground between both of our prices. I agreed the price and I said I would walk-in at 4PM. I stepped in the dealership at 4:05PM.It took little less than 2 hours for the entire transaction once I walked into the dealers office. If I do not speak a few words of the finance manager of this dealership, it would be a mistake on my part. He is very friendly with good sense of humor. Explored different options in coming up with a very good APR (2.49%). What else does one expect at a dealership? 1) Price of the vehicle 2) Financing rate and 3) A little respect from the dealer to the person who is giving business.No buyer expects anything else than this. At least, this is what I would expect.Sloane Toyota and its personnel have fulfilled all my expectations and in fact, I had a very pleasant experience with them.I normally am not a person who writes reviews. I am a lazy guy when it come to writing reviews:-)Now, when a lazy guy who has never written any reviews could write such a long story about this dealer, you can expect 2 reasons:1) I am very excited about my new Odyssey2) I am very happy with the experience I had at the dealership.Well, both of them are true:-)I would definitely recommend this dealer for any prospective Honda vehicle buyer in the area.All the best.

Wonderful experience through the Internet Sales Department at Sloane, specifically with John Tuck, who made the entire car buying experience both quick and pleasurable! He was very responsive, honest and a really friendly guy whose sense of humor on the day of the sale in person made the experience that much better! This dealership is incredibly customer friendly. My new car experience was as good as it gets. John Tuck, the salesperson, was the greatest - I could have not have asked for a more pleasant, truly pressure-less experience. The finance person, Jennifer Dietz, was also amazingly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - she made a typically aversive experience completely enjoyable. The price I paid was extremely competitive, and much better than other "deals" offered at competing dealerships. I'll be back!

Buying a new CRV at Sloane was a great experience all around from the initial phone call with Derek to going to the dealership to buy the new CRV. Everything was handled in a very professional manner and all communications were clear and straightforward. The experience at the dealership was enjoyable and Derek was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle and optional items. Even though we knew the specific model CRV we wanted before contacting Sloane, Derek made sure we took a test drive and were aware of all features and vehicle performance characteristics. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and it was clear he wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with everything before we bought the vehicle. And all the numbers were exactly as discussed when we signed the paperwork. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend Sloane to anyone looking to buy a Honda.

Tim Graham is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. During the entire buying process I never felt pressured, rushed or even had the slightest feeling of being taken advantage of. Tim kept my priorities and interests as the prime focus and never deviated from it. I went into Sloane hoping for a smooth time and it turned out to be even better than expected. Tim was sincere and trustworthy and he made sure to give us the best deal possible. Tim is completely transparent in his dealings with the buyer and he was a calming influence during the usually stressful car buying process. Tim made sure that we didn't waste neither our time nor money and I will only buy cars from him in the future.

My wife and I went in to return her civic which was coming off of her lease. We needed a new car for the house and my business so i decided to check out some of the CRVs they had there. We found one that i liked and with the help of the salesman Mike Alexanian, everything was finalized within a couple of hours. I am hoping the service i receive from Sloane Honda over the next 3 years while i have the car will be reflective of the same kind of service i received while puchasing the car.

I recently purchased a year-old Accord that I saw online. The cons: They sent a clear message: They're cheap, and they don't care once they have your money. A week after I bought my Certified Pre-Owned Honda, I called to ask if they had performed the recall repairs. The service rep said, "I think so." What kind of answer is that?! I went to another dealer to have it checked, and sure enough, Sloane never did the recall repairs! One of the recalls was major; They sold me a car that could have caused me injury.Another item: My Certified Pre-Owned Honda didn't have an owner's manual. No big deal. I called the next day, and a saleman agreed it should be included in the bumper-to-bumper warranty. When I arrived, another service manager was on duty and refused to help. Because I couldn't remember the other salesman's name on the phone, he suggested I was making up the story. The cost wasn't the issue (I ultimately ordered a used one on ebay for $15). Rather, it was the sense that once they made the deal, they didn't care. The pros: The salesman who sold the car was friendly, and we had little haggling (hey, the average profit made off a new car is well over $3000, so we both knew they weren't doing any huge favors when they came down a bit in price. Still, the price was good for my expectations). I had cash and a bank loan already arranged, and they processed my paperwork quickly.Follow-up: I've had to take my car to the shop about three times. The work was done quickly and correctly, so kudos to their service team. (One gripe: They keep saying I need new brakes, even though my car has only 20K miles. I went to a Firestone, and they said no, I don't need brakes).

Contacted this dealer through the Internet sales department. Tae Rice contacted me, after some back and forth she gave me a great offer. Informed them I was working with another dealer closer to me who matched their offer, asked them what Sloane could do to beat it. Tae informed me they couldn't do any better without seeing the vehicle I was trading. Fair enough. Put down a $200 deposit at the time to hold one of the CR-Vs they had in stock. Came in a couple of days later, Tae was off, I ended up working with Mark (can't remember his last name, but it wasn't Mark Collins, another salesman). Great guy, no problems so far. <br><br>Brought in Jules, the sales manager, since they couldn't beat the other dealer's offer. Told Jules I wanted to think about it over the weekend (this was Saturday). Jules asked me what they needed to do to get the sale done "today". Asked him if they could throw in foglights; they were charging about $600 for that option, including installation. Couldn't get it for free, but he gave it to me for half-price. I agreed, we shook hands, he then left to get the paperwork for processing the car. So far so good...<br><br>Prior to this, while we were discussing possible offers, Jules told me to call Willis Honda, to see if they would match their offer. While I was waiting for him to come back, I called Willis. They (Willis) did a little bit better, but I still wanted to wait over the weekend to make my decision; it wasn't a money issue at that point. Jules came back, when I informed him I wanted to wait he was upset and said the deal was off the table. Fair enough; I was getting ready to go. Then the clincher...the general manager (Rick) decides to come down and add his .02 cents for good measure. Without word-for-word replay, what he basically said was take your happy ass over to Willis, quit wasting our time, we wanted to make a sale today. Of course he didn't have all the facts; he was ASSUMING I had decided to go with Willis...at that point I had not. It didnt' take long...by the time he was done running his mouth and insulting me he had made the decision for me. Now I am waiting for them to credit my $200 deposit back, they are dragging their feet as long as possible just to get their last, parting "f**k you" shot in at me, I'm sure.<br><br>Bottom line, I have bought several new cars from various dealerships in the past. I am 39 years old, I didn't fall off the apple cart yesterday. The hostile tone taken by the leadership of this dealer indicates to me what is really priority #1 at this dealership (i.e., sell as many cars as possible, if the customer won't buy then screw them). I have never been insulted like this by any other dealership I have visited, regardless of brand. It's too bad, the salesmen were very friendly and knowledgeable. Willis Honda in Burlington, NJ has been very friendly and willing to deal, without the "mega-delarship" attitude displayed by Sloane Honda. Unbeknownst to Sloane, I am also buying an S2000 next spring. I have been trying to narrow down the choices who I would purchase it from; thanks to Rick Cherry, that decision was made for me as well.
