I sent my wife to the dealership thinking about how all the other dealerships will try to sell you brake pads or something that your car doesn't need. My wife came home and was very pleased with the service. Smart Honda does a multipoint inspection and came to my wife and showed her the multipoint inspection and the service advisor didn't try to force any additional costs on her. As a matter of fact with the multipoint inspection it shows you what your car will need in the future so you can budget. Very pleased with the customer service and feedback we have received from Smart Honda.

This facility is very nice and the employees makes the atmosphere family like. I bring my vehicles here for service and wont go anywhere else. After the oil change the service advisor shows you a multipoint inspection so that way you can save up for repairs which is nice.

I have bought 4 vehicles here and the buying process is great. Every time one of my vehicles are serviced the service advisor lets me know the condition of my tires and brakes and anything that I need to be notified about if needing repaired soon or later down the road so I will be aware of costs. If I have a problem any employee is eager to help. Fast service and great environment! I wont go anywhere else but Smart Honda. I guess you can say I bought "Smart" and staying "Smart".

Took my car in for routine maintenance today. Everyone there, from the receptionist Christy to Jessie who handled the service on my car, was exceptional. They made sure I knew what was going on with my car, asked before any additional maintenance needed to be done, and checked my HondaCare account before closing out my bill. I bought my 2010 Honda Civic from Smart's when they were located in Pine Bluff. Shortly after I purchased the car the dealership moved to White Hall. I live about 75 miles from White Hall but have repeatedly returned to the Smart's dealership to have my Civic serviced. Why? Because they know what they are doing. I have dealt with Christy more than anyone and she readily schedules my appointments, always calls me by name and is very nice and professional. Today I had my car serviced there and Chris was very nice, explained things where I could understand them and assured me that my car was doing good. When I left the dealership I felt very confident that my car was very dependable. I feel so much better after taking my car to Smart's in White Hall and never mind going there because I know I am going to be treated nice. I, wholeheartedly, recommend Smart's.

I was PLANNING on JUST test driving the Honda product, but when I test drove it and was shown all the safety features and extras that come standard with the car, I ended up buying the car ! Carl P I posted an issue earlier regarding a 2004 Honda automatic transmission that failed after servicing by Smart Honda. I must correct that original review/post and state that Smart Honda responded with above average customer service and resolved my issue with excellent handling. My issue occurred during a weekend of dealership relocation and my issue simply could not be addressed during such a large undertaking as moving a complete dealership and all its inventory to a new facility. I have since been contacted by Mr. Pope, GM and Mr. Mr Steven Shaner, service manager working on behalf of the owner of Smart Honda. My concerns were properly addressed and my automobile is back in working order thanks to the efforts of the team of people at Smart Honda. Thanks for the effort Smart Honda

Per the instructions in the Honda owners manual I brought my 2004 Honda Accord in for auto transmission service. I was told that only Honda could do the service and only Honda ATF should or could be used. I was also informed that a complete flushing of the system was required and 7 qts of fluid (in stead of the recommend 3 qts by other services) was a requirement. Flushing of the system assured of getting the old oil out and enough new oil back in. Car failed on the road within 300 miles (Hattiesburg MS) while on vacation. Dealership in Hattiesburg produced a Honda Service Bulletin that stated under no circumstances should the ATF be changed and certainly not flushed. Complete failure of transmission and loss of automobile value. Smart said they had not responsibility and refused any resolution. Attempted to speak with the dealer ship owners and neither would return my call. To Be Continued!!!!!!

My Experenice was awesome! I used the "build & qute online and submitted to Smart Honda around 10:30 pm Friday April 21, 2013. Saturday morning by 8:30 am Adrian called and todl me "Mrs. Mahoney, I believe we have just what your looking for being delivered here today around 11:00 do you want to come take a look?" I arrived around 10:45 and Adrain showed me my dream car! I sat in the front seat looked over at my husband and said, "this is it!" Adrian spent time with me going through the process of picking out acessories and adding them to the car. We never felt rushed, pressured or anything but number one! It was one of the most exciting car purchase we have ever experencied.

Shopping for a new vehicle can be a real pain. Rob Morgan, a real sales professional, takes the pressure out of the process and makes it an enjoyable experience. Steve Smith, parts dude par excellence, adds much to the pleasure of continued ownership of a Honda. I'm a repeat customer, and the entire team at Smart Honda rates 5 stars in my opinion. Smart Honda was the first stop on a month long comparison of 4x4 pickup trucks. Rob Morgan, one of their highly recommended sales staff, made an excellent presentation, and was honest, knowledgeabe and up front with facts and figures. Since my wife drives a Honda Odyssey, I was already familiar and impressed with Steve Smith in the parts department and David Baser, the service manager. Rob helped make a grand slam for Smart. This recommendation for Honda Ridgeline and Smart Honda comes from a former hard-core Toyota Tundra driver for the past 13 years. I can highly recommend Smart Honda's sales staff, their parts department, and their service department. Both my wife and I have had positive experience in all three areas.

I have basically had wonderful experiences with Smart Honda. The only problem I had was not with Honda but was with the Chevrolet dealership when they had to paint a bumper. It was not right and had to take it back. The Honda Dealership has wonderful people including sales, service, etc. The buying process takes a little longer than I would like to spend buying a car but everyone is always tremendously helpful and nice.
