Travis knew I was driving from a long way. So he was quick on getting all my answers for me before making the trip, along with being honest about the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership Travis has everything ready for me. Once again he was extremely honest about the extremely minor details of the car that honestly I would not have seen unless he told me. In fact the dealership took care of one of the minor flaws before I even left. Was in and out within an hour (than never seems to happen when your purchasing a vehicle), did not try to upsell anything to me, sold the car to me for a fair price and overall made one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership were extremely helpful. Great customer service! I would recommend Travis and Smart Sales & Leasing to anyone looking for a new vehicle with a good approach to selling used cars! Thanks Guys!

Car shopping is fun, but pulling the plug and making the purchase gives me so much anxiety. I was in need of a new vehicle, as my truck recently went belly up. I had a list of vehicles I was going to look at and that all stopped when Travis met us outside when we pulled up to Smart Sales and Leasing, INC. Travis made this process extremely easy and my anxiety was gone. What a fantastic experience, price was great and wasn't going to break the bank. I was able to take the vehicle to my mechanic and I got the thumbs up from him. A few very minor concerns were addressed and taken care of before leaving. This was such a great experience and when I was on the phone with my bank, Travis checked in on my 4 kids hanging out in our van outside. Thank you Travis. Five stars is an understatement..

Most people are skeptical when purchasing a car from a "used car lot". I admit I was. But the whole experience with Travis at Smart Sales changed my opinion. He was warm, friendly, and laid back. I found the car on Craig's list. It was high quality and reasonably priced. Travis took care of a few minor details. He followed through with his promises and proved to me that he is a man of his word. I won't hesitate to recommend this business to my friends and family who are shopping for cars!

My 1st vehicle I bought from here was in January of 2019 til last month I had my accident. I just can't from there today n got another car n there customer service was just as wonderful as it was on 2019!! I'm very very VERY HAPPY!!! 👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍
