The service I receive, consistantly exceeds my expectations. I arrived with a burned out headlight and was told that the repair might take 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how quick they could get a technician freed up from another assignment. I don't think 20 minutes had passed, before I was handed my keys and told the repairs were complete. The service staff is friendly, efficient and always makes me feel like I am their top priority. Great job.

I got there early and they let me in early and changed my oil quickly. No complaining, no funny looks. They did everything and quickly and did a car wash. I was on my way in an hour. Very nice

This is my second time using the service department. I am about to return to Wisconsin after being here 6 months. My car has nitrogen in the tires, and when I had the tires rotated to prepare for the trip, the psi was low in all 4 tires. The car was returned to me with no mention of this. I was alerted to this by the car alarm system. I was told the tires were not filled because there is no nitrogen tank there. I should have been made aware and alternative solutions could have been found at that time. To let me go with tires 6 psi too low is not only dangerous but poor customer service.

my truck was scheduled for a service--the check engine light stayed on. Well, before I could get it into the garage, it completely quit on me. Would not start---had it towed into for service. Problems were fixed and also had 90,000 mile check up and required serving done at that time.

I was in contact with a salesman to buy a car. On my way there, the sales manager called to say that that car was sold. I thought it funny that the salesman didn't know it was sold. He told me he would call back when another car in my price range. Smith's never did call back. I know my credit isn't pristine, but it is good. I will never even consider buying a car from Smiths, now or in the future. I felt they treated me rudely.

I arrive to have a oil change/tire rotation at you facility. I was met by hour service manager. He was very friendly and courteous. After the walk around of the car he ask what I would like o have done with the car. I told him I would like an oil change and tire rotation if needed. He recommend that I use a full synthetic oil and I agreed. He was very helpful and showed me the waiting room with refreshments. When it can time to pay for it I had a coupon that the smith group mailed me for an oil change/tire rotation. At this time the service manager told me that the coupon was not valid for oil changes with systemic oil on valid for blended oil. He did offer to take $ 5 off the bill. I though that was nice. I have no issues with the service manager he did a very good job.The service was done quickly and the service manager offer to wash the car, a service that I accepted. Over all the service was great. The car looked very nice when it was done.Only had one issue with the Smith Group coupon's that were sent to my house. The point of this comment is that Smith Group should send out coupons that are valid for oil changes/tire rotations that are good for the full synthetic oil or do not recommend the use or the full synthetic oil. The full synthetic oil is a good choice for my car and I like the service manager recommending it. I think the Smith Group should market that by sending out the coupons that will work for the synthetic oil.

I loved that I received a detailed report of my service inspection and proposed repairs via email, as well as a phone call explaining the report - all prior to my repairs being done. The shuttle drivers were courteous and competent, and Jeff made sure I understood every step of the process. Excellent customer service from every member of your team that I encountered! When my Camaro lost oil pressure I was devistated. I love that car more than my own mother. In despair I called smith chevrolet. Jeff was extremely helpful in informing me this particular problem is covered by the Chevrolet warranty and everything would be covered. I was skeptical but that was definitely good news for me. Jeff gave me the number of Tim the flatbed truck driver and I called Tim. By the time I arrived home from work that day the flatbed truck was waiting for me to arrive. Tim was incredibly friendly and helpful. I expressed to him how crazy I am with the care of this car and he assured me it was in good hands. I watched tims every move as he loaded up my broken baby and true to his word he handled that car with every bit of caution and care that I would. The very next morning I called Jeff and he informed me my car was already in the rotation to be looked at. So I waited another day and called to see if they had diagnosed the problem and Jeff informs me my car is finished along with all necessary recalls. It was literally the best customer service experience of my life. I could not believe the level of speed and professionalism displayed by smith chevrolet. The day my camaro broke down I wondered if I had made a smart purchase. By the time I was done dealing with smith chevrolet they had completely restored my faith in their ability to back up a quality product. I will be a customer for life.

I don't know if I was just lucky to get Warren Ross or if all the Sales People are as easy to work with as he was. I was just going to check out a car myself because my husband was in Alaska and I was very uneasy doing it. While in car lot Warren approached me to see if there was anything he could do. From that moment on I was at ease with the whole process. I let him know that I would be checking other dealers and he didn't try to stop me. After that experience no other Dealership could stand up to the care I received from Warren. I know if I have any issues they will be taken care of in the same manner

Steve was very good at keeping me posted about the type of car that I was looking for, and kept in touch with me over a couple of months. He offered alternatives, which I also considered. Steve was not in the day I went to look at cars, so John helped me. John was very knowledgable about the two different cars and was excellent at helping us make a decision as to which was the best one for me. I felt he gave us fair & balanced information on both vehicles even though he leaned toward one of them. He gave me a good introduction to the car after the purchase & was thorough & considerate the whole time. We felt a little pressure at the checkout about the extended warranty, but were happy with the results of finalizing the deal. The drive home, about 90+ miles was very comfortable & the car handled well. I'm happy with my purchase & the care I was given in the process.

Our old Pilot had over 70K miles on it, and we liked all of the features or "bells and whistles." With 5 grandchildren traveling with us sometimes, the audio/DVD system works great for us. We were happy with the 2011 but wanted a newer version, and the pricing seemed right for us.

I am currently working with Sem Cruz on buying a honda. I've been to many dealerships but haven't found someone that I felt I could trust. I was about to give up on looking for a car in dealerships, but then I met Sem. Sem has been very helpful, and ACTUALLY LISTENS to my needs and wants. I drove 3 1//2 hours to buy a used GMC Savana van....it was super clean, had new tires, and was amazingly inexpensive. The customer service was exceptional, and they replaced the slightly damaged windshield at no expense to me (even though the price was rock-bottom to begin with). They deliver on what they promise. Smith Chevrolet is worth the drive!!!

Took car in to get fixed and instead the car came back to me even more broken. Shop messed up tranny that worked fine before and now makes funny noises and won't go into some gears. Heard that it was dropped while putting it back in but now shop is recanting their story and refuse to pay to fix it.<br><br>Horrible Shop!!!
