I work forty miles from my home so when my car broke down I had to replace it that day. I had no down payment and my broken car for trade in. I called and talked to Stacy and she was able to get me in the exact car I wanted that day. The whole process was less than an hour. The finance department got me an amazing interest rate and payment. They really came thru for me when I didn't think I had any options. This place is great and I've always loved Kia's they've always been reliable work horses of a car I would recommend them to anyone. If you need a car come see these guys!

I was short on time but that made no difference...just felt lots of pressure to test drive, then tell them my price range, then get inside the show room, then tell them my price range, then sit down, then tell them my price range and make a deal yet today.That's why they lost the sale..."Let's make a deal," rather than "let's serve you."

Tim D'Agosta helped me get my hands on an EV+ What more can I say? Not an easy thing to do right now. He called me the day they were delivered in Whatcom county. I bought it the next day, after test driving it still wrapped in plastic. Tim's always fun to deal with. Jason from Smith Kia of Bellingham gave us the best quote of all the dealerships we requested quotes from. Everything was clearly laid out including Invoice and all available incentives that Kia was offering as well as an out the door price with accurate taxes/license/doc fees etc. all included. Even though they did not have the vehicle in the color we wanted on site he was able to get it, secure it, and have it delivered in less than 24 hrs.Now if you're looking for a big flashy show room and a huge lot of cars this might not be the place for you, but if you're looking for no pressure, no haggling, honest, pleasure to do business with kind of guys I would at least give them a look. I don't think you will be disappointed, I know we werent.

From the beginning I felt as though he was interested in helping me rather than pushing his sales agenda on me. And once we had found the KIA Soul I wanted Jason Kurtz came along side to facilitate the legal/paperwork end of the transaction. He also was pleasant, helpful, and professional as he guided me through the documentation necessary to purchase a new vehicle. He knew his stuff and made sure I understood what we were doing. Tim D'Agosta is the best I went in just to how much I would have to save for a down payment to get a car and he put me in a Kia Soul the very same day. I have bought a few cars before and have been talked into buying something I really did not want but just settled in the end. The total transaction time from trading in my used Kia to driving out with my new Kia Optima took only 75 minutes. My previous excellent sales experience with Ted Warren coupled with my excellent service experience with Jerry the service manager caused me to return to this dealership to purchase this car. I recommend the 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid and this dealership.

KJ was fantastic in helping us get into the wonderful world of KIA. We have always been a "Honda house" but after meeting with him and seeing all the better things KIA had to offer we were sold. I went yesterday just to look around for a sav but was sooo impressed with their service i think the guy name is jason that i ended up buying the vehicle.The whole thing took about 45 minutes.very friendly staff good people even the manager was nice and funny gave us a decent deal and was willing to work with us.We really appritiate it.Stay away from Hyundai in Mt Vernon they are jerks and theives.

The offer of free car washes was a very pleasant bonus, in addition to the unexpected extras as standard equipment. I presently own a 2005 Kia Sportage that I bought from Smith Kia a few years back. I wanted to purchase a new 2011 Sportage. I have gone in twice to fill out paperwork, get quotes and allow them to run a credit check on me (it's well over 800). I couldn't get the time of day....and I was there having my Kia worked on. I waited 10 days from my first visit before returning. My second visit was worse than the first. I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. When I finally got someone, all he wanted to do was talk about his upcoming trip to Hawaii. Another "helpful" salesman explained to me that I might not like the 2011 Sportage because "...it was nothing like my 2005."

My wife and I went in the dealership looking for a car or possibly SUV. We haD received a coupon in the mail with discounted prices and 5 (five) entries to a lottery to win different prizes or even a new car. My wife haD called the dealership and was met with a very professional/friendly facade.It all sounded good, so when we went in, the sales men were all chatting in the corner of the showroom, didn't even bother to ask if we needed any help. Finally, a salesman, Jim, came to us and said that in order for us to even look at a car he had to get our info.My wife gave her information, SSN, and the whole nine yards, so Jim left the desk. I stopped him and said, "Are you going to run her credit?" He said he wouldn't. We told him we would like to find something we like, and decide which one of us would take the financing, before he places a hard inquiry on my wife's credit. He hadn't even taken my information!He came back, told us he can't help us and turned his back on us, and walked away. I turned him around and asked him if he had run her credit, and he said "No". (Sneak Peek in the future: a few weeks later the the hard inquiry showed up on her credit report!)He never asked about my credit, which is impeccable. They could have sold us a car but in stead he chose to practice the bad business obviously they are taught by their mangers. So, we took our business elsewhere.I would not recommend anyone to buy here. It's not even a good atmosphere, and most of all, they are UNTRUTHFUL.VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!

I would never go any where else to buy my cars, Jason goes way above & beyond GREAT customer service! He works hard for me as his customer, NO he considers me a friend & then his customer!!! He even drove over an hour to deliver my car to me!! I couldn't make it up there and he & another salesman brought me my brand new car! I love my 2010 Soul!! On a Tuesday night I text Jason with what I wanted and he had exactly what I wanted, Wednesday afternoon I filled out the application online, Thurseday night Jason delivered my car to me!
