Love these guys. The service department is amazing. I’m in the process of trading in my Pathfinder for a new 2020 Frontier midnight edition. The Sales team is going above and beyond to get me the best deal. I have owned and driven 9 different Nissan vehicles in my life and I’m a fan. Tell the finance department that I appreciate them and I hope they can put the deal together for me today.

Austin was super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I came in the estimate was $111, came back to pick up the total was like $1600. I was happy to pay because of the amazing service, the video given to me about my car was amazing. It outlined all the issues and provided solutions. I loved that I had the option to approve and not approve line items. I approved them all because the video showed me under my car, areas of rust, and tears which of course I wanted all of this to be fixed. When I got my car back it drove like brand new. Also when I finished paying Austin even told me I have lifetime brake pad changes there for free. I would say give Austin (customer service person) a increase in pay, it was the best choice hiring him from FL to TX. sincerely a happy customer.

I love my salesperson Ally! She is awesome and straight to the point. She is honest and listens to what your wants and needs are. I also want to give a shout out Dan. He made the signing of all the paperwork smooth and he even went the extra mile and found a lender that would give me a better rate after I had left the dealership. This location has changed for the better under the new management. Thank you guys for helping get my new Rogue.
