She listened to all of my wants and needs! She was able to provide some great options for me, and we went on multiple test drives until I found the one that worked best for me and my budget! Nikki definitely went above and beyond for me and made my experience as smooth as possible! Everything was straightforward and to the point. I also had a great experience with Chris in finance, he was very transparent with me (which is what I want), and I know exactly what to expect going forward!

I was able to walk in without an appointment and have my repair fixed that same day. However, the "Tech" who serviced my car recommended tire replacement, 4-5mm left. The tires are basically new tires. They have less than 5,000 miles are are 6 months old. No way near as worn as stated by the "Tech". MY service advisor John Cramm earns 4-5 stars. If I only rated the "Tech" he would rate 1-2 stars. Afterall, he did repair my stuck window/bad window motor. Recommending unneeded services is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I liked the fact that when I was going to be without my truck, I was quickly and readily offered a loaner car for the duration of the repair. The service team did EXCEPTIONAL at keeping me informed on the entire process, even when they had to send a part out to be worked on. The service team also did good explaining why each service performed was necessary, and I felt completely in charge of my repair and did not leave with any wonder on whether services were necessary. I was treated with respect, but the biggest thing I liked was being kept informed during the entire repair.

Biggest two positive items by far was being in the USAA car buying program for the discount, and the lifetime warranty. Also, lots of inventory to choose from and willing to deal. Negatives are a used truck shopping experience last year with a salesman who treated me as if I were stupid enough to pay more for a used truck than a similar new truck cost. Also my brother-in-law was treated extremely poorly when he came in to buy a Maxima for his wife a few years ago when he was in the latter stages of cancer. The sales staff must have thought he was a derelict because of his gaunt appearance and rudely told him to get out. He then went directly to the Toyota dealership and paid cash for a new Avalon. So, there is a bit of work needed by management to train sales staff in proper customer relations.

My service advisor, Tim Shapiro, was top-of-the-line. He is intelligent, respectful, and professional. Since he was a former technician, he could easily explain the problem (leaking head gasket) to me, and advise me to get it taken care of immediately.I live in St Petersburg FL. I was out in Colorado Springs on vacation. Tim made it very clear that the repair was needed before I headed back 2500 miles.Tim made sure I had transportation back to the place where I was staying, and that I was picked up when my truck was finished. He also had my Frontier washed.Tim answered every question thoroughly for me. He was extremely patient in his explanations. I know nothing about engines, yet Tim treated me like an equal. He even took a flashlight and spent about 10 minutes showing me where the leak occurred, and how the tech spotted it. He is a class young man. Very high character. In one of our conversations, he mentioned how nice his wife was, and how smart she was. It was truly refreshing to hear that.Tim Shapiro is a quality young man. It seems like he would be a great addition at the corporate level as a trainer.

I took my friend Lisa to South Colorado Springs Nissan because it was so close to Fort Carson. I've owned a Nissan in the past and really liked the car. Even though she did not end up buying a car, the sales consultant was friendly and incredibly polite to her. They even let her take a look at the service department and I gotta say, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and how clean the facilities were. This week on a vacation trip to Co Springs, a check engine soon warning light came on in our Nissan. We only had a couple days to enjoy the area and were disappointed about the possibility of dealing with car repairs. We stopped by the service dept. at South CO Nissan and Doug and Houston were very accommodating to our situation. Although they had a busy schedule, they took the time to quickly diagnose that it was a minor issue and we were on our way. Thanks guys!

My wife and I bought a 2010 Sentra from SCS Nissan in 2013, and were satisfied with the experience and service. We recommended them highly up to that point. In June 2015 we traded the Sentra in for a new 2015 Altima. We worked with Jason and Kevin for 3 hours to agree on a price and terms. I went out to clean out our trade and my wife went to finance to sign papers on the deal we had shook on. Harley in finance added gap insurance, service plan, and platinum warranty without my wife's knowledge or consent, she thought she was signing papers to the effect of what we spent 3 hours coming to an agreement on. Our payment was raised by $50 a month for items we didn't want . I noticed the discrepancy 5 days later and contacted Jason about it . He said he would look into it an contact me . NEVER HAPPENED. From that point on, SCS Nissan had horrible customer service, culminating in Steve Ainsley stopping just short of calling my wife a liar( something which he will not apologize for since I put negative reviews about his business online). This was a horrible experience; let me tell you why. This company has no customer service skills what so ever and I have a piece of crap car that does not work. I called South Colorado Springs Nissan the next day after buying a car and the general manager Austin refused to take my calls after hanging up in my face and he directed his staff not to pick up my phone calls. They are a bunch of scam artists that tell you that they have a 3 day exchange policy but when you try to exchange a vehicle they dodge you the best way they know how. I live 2 hours away and they refused to take my phone calls regarding this matter so guess what my 3 day are up and Im stuck with a vehicle that does not work. If they are able to dodge you for 3 days they have permanently sold a vehicle. In the beginning when I did get a hold of someone regarding the 3 day exchange policy, Austin, he told me that I signed the papers and Im the owner of a new vehicle before hanging up in my face and directing his staff not to take my calls. When I continued to call and ask for Austin they had random people answer the phone and who give me a false email address and contact information for the owner. Also please read the paper that they post on the window because it says NO WARRANTY even though the sales rep tells you that when you purchase this car there is a life time warranty on pretty much every car that they have. They will send you home with the same paper hidden in the glove box that was in the window of the car that states despite what the sale representative told you, this car has no warranty. I did not catch that at the dealership and they will not take my calls to clarify anything. THE WAS THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE and if you dont have money to waste please dont buy from them bc its all a scam to get you to sign on the line!! I would not recommend buying a car from here!!!! Thousands of dollars down the drain.

I saw a used car on the internet that I was interested in, went in meet a salesman, and did the test drive everything seemed okay. Then I said I wanted my mechanic to look over the car and because it was a Saturday it would be at least Monday. They seemed shocked that I would even suggest that, as their mechanics had ready looked it over, and gave it a clean bill of health. Then the finance manager kept coming over with payment options, each one more than the last, and saying I had 3 days to return the car if my mechanic found anything wrong. I said, no, the inspection needed to be done first. I finally just got up and left. I did make a appointment with my mechanic a couple of days later, but they wouldn't let me take the car off the lot, saying my insurance wouldn't cover any damage. So I upgraded my insurance and and a couple of days later, told them I had arranged my own financing at 5.9% instead of the 15.9% they where offering and had arranged another inspection, suddenly the car was no longer available (but was listed on the web site for at least another week or 2). They claimed to be a no hassle dealer, don't believe them, I would think twice before going back.

I bought a vehicle from SCS. GAP insurance was included in my deal. I recently refinanced with a different bank and the previous bank Wells Fargo, sent me a letter saying to contact the dealership that I could be entitled to a refund since GAP insurance was canceled. I am now on my second week of calling and leaving voicemails. I finally spoke with accounting and they emailed me a form to fill out and return. I completed the form and sent it back to the dealership accounting office. This was on Monday March 21. I've emailed and called accounting to make sure they received my information. I am yet to get an email or call. I'm very disappointed.

On Saturday, March 12, 2015, my wife and I went out and met with Brandon Runkel of SCSprings Nissan. He had been in contact with my wife about a new car and we set up a time to meet with him. Later that afternoon we left with our new Nissan Rogue. We are extremely happy with the car. It is our second Rogue and about our sixth Nissan vehicle. The car has all of the bells and whistles on could want. It handles great. One of the nice features is the windows have been returned to normal size which is a great improvement. We could not be happier with the car.Our salesman, Brandon Runkel, was superb. I have been in the human resources field for over 40 years and I think I have a pretty good idea of what good customer service is and all I can say is that Brandon is excellent. My wife and I were extremely pleased in all of our dealings with him and would recommend him to any customer. He is honest, reliable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the product line. He is probably the best car salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to do business with.

I had a terrible experience with SCS Nissan and the manager known as "Chad." I went into this dealership with the intention of potentially purchasing a brand new Nissan Titan XD SL 4x4, which they had in stock. I was greeted by a salesman who immediately gave me a statement about how "they are not a commission based dealership & how they are trying to change the way the car sales industry does business by giving the best price up front & eliminating the need for long negotiations to make the experience much better for the buyer." This gave me a warm fuzzy considering we had the same type of experience at Heuberger buying my GFs Subaru & they gave us an amazing price (about $1k below invoice & USAA). The salesman at SCS was not bad, but not incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicle, which is okay considering it had just been released a week prior. After test driving the truck & deciding I really liked it. I sat down at the desk & that is when Chad showed up. He was a stereotypical 80's used car salesman, who was coming to the table to with the price talking about 1000 words a minute about us making a deal. I looked at the offer he brought to the table & it was $4k ABOVE MSRP. This is all after getting the "best price up front" speech, mind you, which already gave me a negative feeling about how this dealership does business. I was confused about the excessive price & thought he had accidentally brought over offer for the Platinum Reserve edition Titan XD. I mentioned that & he assured me that this was the cost for the SL. I was also going to trade in my low mileage 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, which NADA trade in Value put it at $33k. Chad had on the paper $27k. He was attempting to low ball me on the trade in & high ball me on the sale, which is unethical again to reinforcing my negative feeling. I first informed him that the trade in value was a bit low. He said, "well, what if I add $1000 to the trade in, can I earn your business right now?" I said "that is a start but now let's talk about the high cost of the new truck." I pulled up the USAA app & showed him the USAA & TrueCar Value cost which was about $5k less than his offer. He argued it isn't a guaranteed price & that with the options it brings it up to the $59k" he offered for the truck. I am an informed buyer & I knew that there aren't many options. It is based off of trim level; you get what the trim comes with, with few options that really only consist of accessories, which I mentioned. He then agreed, & said "well if we are going wholesale for wholesale, I will take $3000 off the cost of the truck (which was still about $1000 above MSRP) but also take that $1000 off of the trade in, would that allow me to earn your business?" A $2000 dollar difference & still trying to burn me on my trade and oversell me on the truck (he thought I was stupid). He continued to defend both prices. I asked, "to save several thousand, why wouldn't I go through the USAA car buying service? Even if I had to drive two hours to pick it up." He tried to argue that "there is no VIN associated with the USAA offer & that is still not a guaranteed price." So I submitted the USAA car buying service. About 5 minutes later, received a call from the internet sales manager at Valley Nissan in Longmont. The rep on the phone asked me what the offer was at SCS & I told him what Chad was offering & he readily assured me their sticker price was already about $1000 lower than the lowest price Chad had offered. He then offered me the NADA price I had mentioned on the Jeep. While on the phone, Chad came by grabbed the sheet off of the desk & said "I have given my best offers, if you want to go to Valley to buy it, its best we leave as friends." So after all was said & done I walked out, made the trip out to Valley Nissan the following day & picked up my new Nissan XD SL 4x4 with about a $8k difference in price from SCS's offer. SCS Nissan has bad business practices & attempt to manipulate their customers into spending more than they have to. I went elsewhere and I suggest you do as well.

Let me say first, I live over an hour away from this dealership, but the impeccable service every single time I take my car there is what keeps bringing me back.In December I had a car accident that totaled my car and left me with injuries. I made contact with Pete, Internet sales dept here. I told him exactly what I was looking for, what I would like, what I could live without, and price. I also told him I would like everything to be ready when I come so that it's not an all day ordeal.Needless to say I picked up my new car a few days later, with all of the bells and whistles. We cannot express how much we appreciate the outstanding service we had from Chris, Chad, and Harley! We had been searching for the perfect car for us, and had it narrowed down to a Rogue SL. When we worked with Chris, he had so many options for us, took extra time to explain the cars we liked, and was a wizard on the computer. Chris is a very young man who has mastered the art of listening, a rare talent in car salesmen. Then manager Chad introduced himself. He is a consummate professional, knew every detail of the car and how to make the deal work for us. He was adept at negotiating--an artist in that regards. We ended up with a new car, in a color we wanted with all the extras we wanted, much beyond our expectations-- the top-of-the-line in Rogue SLs. I am still in awe when I drive my car! The staff at SCS Nissan is patient when dealing with seniors such as ourselves, we who wondered why there was only room for one CD in the player (they are outdated--now it is all downloads on thumb drives!) Chris programmed in the Bluetooth for me, so I can talk on the phone hands-free. Harley walked us through the paperwork on our trade-in, which they never once denigrated. He quickly took care of the paperwork on the new car, and we were in and driving away in a short time. Amazing! When the sale was finalized, I rang a large bell and everyone in the dealership applauded. Corny? Maybe--but it worked for me!! I felt like SOMEONE should ring a bell or applaud, right? We would recommend SCS Nissan to anyone looking for a car--give them a try and see how the Big Boys play.PS The customer waiting room is great, with a snack bar and drink/coffee bar staffed with a friendly server. The coffee is excellent, and the popcorn smells great. All the while, out in the showroom, you can hear a bell ring now and then, and applause. Very positive and upbeat!

i would request Sonny HighTower. At first I came into the dealership looking at a 2005 Saturn, He asked me what I would use the vehicle for and how I would use it. He quickly told me he suggested that I do not get that vehicle and that they had received in a vehicle with far less mileage and would be great for my driving needs. They try to make it seem like your getting a great deal on the price, and they lie right to you face about the overall cost of their cars. I was promised $50 checks every month because they lied about the monthly cost of the car and they never gave me any of them. I called them several times a week and they never return my calls (Rick). Austin was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a professional business and he told me to my face that he wouldn't help me because it "wasn't his job and he didn't have to" this is a terrible business and I would never go back here again.

We purchased a brand new Nissan Armada. As we all know we cant go wrong with that. Salesperson that helped me out was very helpful, and I'm grateful. My husband and I live in Northern New Mexico. We have been looking for months for a Nissan Juke. We finally found one at Southern Colorado Nissan and I fell in love with it. My husband worked with a gentleman named Dan Muhs. After a bunch of phone calls and haggling, we were able to make a deal with payments we were happy with. We were told we had a deal and we were ready to take the 5 hour drive to sign the paperwork and pick up the car as we were told that they would hold it for us. We took them for their word. We added the car to our insurance and arranged for time off work to go get the car. We woke up early this morning only to find a text from Mr. Muhs at midnight telling us that the car had been sold. Needless to say, we were quite upset. Mr. Muhs, even came in on his day off to try and make the situation right. We were not offered anything that was comparable to the previous deal and felt that they did not care at all. Bottom line, we lost money by taking time off work, we did not get the vehicle that we were promised and the salesmen gave us the runaround. I believe that this is not the way they should conduct their business and I am thoroughly disappointed in the way we were treated. I will do everything in my power to deter anyone from doing business with this dealership. I do not feel anyone else should go through what we just did.

I saw a used vehicle posted on SCS Nissan's website and was interested. So I called 'em and was told it had already sold and was no longer available. The salesperson said the internet listings don't get updated daily so may not be accurate. Days later I received an email stating that the vehicle was still available and sure enough it still showed up on their internet site. So I called them again and spoke to someone else who told me the vehicle had already been sold and that the internet site lags days behind their sales. SO, don't believe what you see on SCS Nissan's webpage inventory listing or even their emails. The vehicle you are looking for may or might not be available. Sorry!

Purchased a New Maxima SV last night from Jess and Brent. The whole experience was wonderful. The General Manager Steve even took the time to come out and thank me. I told Jess what I was color and options I wanted and she and Brent were able to get me the car I wanted within 24 hours even though they didn't have it at their store. Very impressive. The car is way more equipped than I wanted, but they were able to work on the price for me and made it impossible for me to say no. Great people all around and the dealership is beautiful. I can't praise Nissan enough. They have been so good to me since I bought my Juke from them two years ago. I get all my oil change, tire work done there. I recently popped in for an oil change and they told me there was a voluntary recall on my timing chain and they gave me another Juke loaner car while they fixed it and a free oil change. When I drove away, I had a tear in my eye because I Love Nissan So Much. Thank you for taking care of me like I was family!

To start off I would like to say that the first person that I talked to was great! He was very helpful, I honestly don't remember his name; it was either Tim or Justin. Others I talked were very friendly and very helpful as well. We were looking for two vehicles however we had only asked about one at the time. Like most anybody else we were looking for the best price we could get from different dealerships so we stopped here to ask about a car we saw online. Everything was going great until we tried to negotiate a price to compare to others we had received from other places. The young man helping us said he would check with his manager (Austin Beck) to see what he could do. However, Mr. Beck came out and sat down refusing to negotiate unless we guaranteed him that we would buy the vehicle if he gave us another price. While trying to ask him why he couldn't give us another price he put his hand out and said "sorry we couldn't do business". He practically was kicking us out and refusing to work with us. So we left and later when I called to talk to another manager about what had happened. The person whom answered said that they were sorry and that one of the managers would call to talk to us; however, we never received that call. We thought everyone was very helpful and great customer service up till Mr. Beck talked to us. Because of him the young man assisting us lost commission possibly two vehicles.

I had to have some recall work done on my 2005 Titan. One recall was not showing up in the system but I had received a recall notice for. Service advisor Tim Shapiro was great in expediting the recall work and keeping me informed of the progress. He notified me of other recommended repairs and was never pushy in trying to have more done than I wanted to. When the work was going to take longer than expected, he set me up with a loaner vehicle. Tim was a pleasure to deal with and the professionalism and quality of the service department was outstanding.

My wife needed to replace her car which was totaled when another driver ran a stop sign and crashed into hers. Price was a consideration because I am retired and disabled, and she will be retiring in a couple of years. We specifically wanted a 4/all-wheel drive vehicle because we live in a rural area (Calhan) and the roads are bad in the winter. They had a 2002 Volvo XC that appeared to be in good condition except for a broken headlight assembly. They said the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected, and that the power steering pump needed to be replaced. I did not see that as a major problem as they reduced the price to partially cover that cost. What they didn't say was that they had not really inspected the vehicle. Our repair expenses are now in the range of $4000 to make it safe to drive.Repairs we knew about and anticipated: power steering pump headlight assemblyHidden problems that we couldn't anticipate (we had it inspected elsewhere before purchase): rack & pinion struts (the pistons were floating free) front differential (no lubricant) oil had not been changed, was long overdueThese repairs still need to be done when we recover from the above: brake fluid is contaminated and needs to be flushed brakes pulsing (rotors warped?)There is no possibility that they even looked at the car, much less thoroughly inspected it.There is also no possibility that I will ever do business with them again.This dealership was recommended by my insurance company, and I am providing this information to them.

A few minutes later I get a email from their Director of the Dept. (It was a Sunday, so it was impressive he actually checks his emails, most dealers will not answer you on a Sunday)I called him on his personal cell he provided and we set up a time for me to come in, I was initially not wanting to but Brent said to go online fill out a credit app, and we will set up a meeting with his finance dept to personally see what we could do. He mentioned about how he along with every other sales manager and the owner were all ex Army NCO's. I had shopped at McCloskey and Bob Penkhus Mitsubishi before but they could only get me approved with 4k down. The next day a Monday A nice sales lady named Jessica called me to go over my application before they ran credit (imagine that a dealer that wont just blindly run credit) I gave the go ahead and we set up time the next Sat to come in. When I got there I met Brent who warmly greeted me, He explained Jessica had a client that was taking longer thaen expected but he had her partner in the Internet Dept Daniel Holmes help me, he explained that the Internet Dept worked as a team and didnt worry about who got credit ( which I thought finally, car salesmen that dont worry about commision) Daniel know his Nissans and I felt even though my credit wasnt the best I was being treated like a millionaire. Daniel sat me down and we discussed my budget, we quickly determined that the car I came in wouldnt work as far as keeping a low down payment. At that point I was feeling like here we go again. Daniel explained they had programs on new Nissans that work for people in my situation with only $500 down if I finance thru Nissan finacing. I asked what my payments would be, and he brought over his finance guy that got me approved Eric Roybal. Eric explained how my credit could be improved if I got certain things done or settled and worked to get a low payment, he had get my LES and phone bill and I saw him personally call the bank underwriters. He worked hard. While this was going on Mark from Woodmen Nissan called me three times with the standard "get their price and we will beat them by $500 line" I caught Brent in the hallway and told him this and he didnt bash them or start begging for the sale but said " I understand you want a good deal, but I will say this we are the only Nissan dealer in the Springs that has a A rating from the better business bueru, I would seriously research before doing business with them esspecially on a verbal quote when you told them you are here." Doug in customer service is fantastic. He is a clear communicator, both in speaking and listening. My car was serviced in a timely manor and in addition Doug pointed out the in cabin air filter was quite dirty and should be changed very soon. Because he quoted a price of $60 I declined, and will have the item replaced on base for $28. As a gesture of good will, Doug was able to offer the tire rotation at no additional charge this visit, perhaps because this was a new policy since my last visit. I appreciated his customer service very much. I was very disappointed to learn the military discount is no longer offered. The One to One Rewards system is offered as a loyalty program in lieu of showing appreciation to the many service members in the area. I realize Nissan must charge prices that allow them to operate at a profit, but frankly there are other choices available -and since our family does watch our spending as faithfully as my husband watches his government budget as a General officer, we will likely have routine maintenance done elsewhere. I do have great confidence in Academy Nissan and will still recommend the folks there for their expertise.

we were welcomed by Zack and he did not pressure us or hassle us into any car. He took his time and showed us multiply cars. He fully explained all the details and features available. Once we narrowed down the choice to a hand full of choices, Zack introduced us to Eric. Eric explained to us the financial breakdown of each vehicle with multiple options. We needed a few days to look at our personal fiances with our bank. Zack and Eric promptly follow up with us each day to let us know the status of the vehicles that we where interested in. Once we confirmed our fiances with our bank, we call Zack to arrange a time to meet. Zack and Eric went out of their way to look at another dealership when the truck that we were interested in was not in the color that we wanted. Eric was able to arrange for Zack to personally bring the truck to the dealership for our inspection and purchase. Eric and Zack work with us during our lunch break to start all the paperwork. After work we returned to finalize the paperwork and pick up the truck. The truck was cleaned, polished and had a full tank of gasoline!!!Eric had all the paperwork ready for signature to minimize the time spent that night. We met Chris Gallion, who had all our purchase paperwork highlighted, printed and ready for signature. He offered and took his time to explain to us options for extended warranty and service in detail. We decided to add a extra maintenance plan that would help us. Chris was happy to redo all the paperwork to add the extra service information onto the paperwork. We appreciate going the extra mile for us.In the end our overall service was not the horrible experience you get when you decided to look for a car. The sales man followed my directions to the tee. I purchased a vehicle that I wanted with the options that I wanted and got a price that I had in mind to pay. My trade in was priced accordingly. Jason and the finance woman were great. The sales manager was right on. I can't express the joy I had at signing the papers which in itself was a easy affair. Everything about this purchase was easy and smooth. As I have experienced in the past with car buying, the process did take almost 3 hours, from the time I showed up, to the time that I left with my new car. Maybe this is just a con for me because I am bored easily, but Andrew was able to lessen my boredom with good conversation and a strong wit. By his admission, he has only been at SCS Nissan for a short time, but he is every bit a salesman as any other that I've worked with in the past. While I enjoyed and continue to enjoy my new car purchase, I am still put off by the new car price and immediate depreciation in value once you take ownership and drive off the lot. However, this is a new car buying con that would have been the case with any new car purchase.All in all, I had a great experience and I will recommend that any car-buying friends of mine go see Andrew at South Colorado Springs Nissan.

I have a 2910 Pathfinder SE. It constantly in cold weather will not warm up unless the engine is running over 1500 RPM. anything less, like an idle, it will not throw out ANY heat, merely cool air even though heater is turned on max. Fourth time, it is being returned now, maybe they can fix, WITHOUT CHARGE,. IF THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE, I WILL SELL IT AND BUY A MOR RELIABLE VEHICLE, AND PUT A BLOG ON SCS N.

We took my 2007 Altima in for a general overall inspection because we were planning to hang onto it for another year or two. So to kill time, we went outside to wander the lot and look at new cars. The first vehicle we saw was a Juke, which always gets our attention because it is such a different looking car. After being approached by Chris and visiting with him for a few minutes, we had him check inventory for one with more options on it. He found one in the same color fully-loaded and after test-driving it, my husband got serious about the buying process. After some back and forth, we found figures we were all happy with. The entire process took less than four hours and we are driving a Juke that gets good gas mileage and provides the safety features we wanted, plus it's fun!

Let me start by saying our salesman, Almando, did nothing wrong and was the most courteous and attentive salesman that we could have asked for. Now for the rest. I arrived early saturday morning to look at a new Leaf. Everything went well in the buying process...for the moment. We had agreed on a price and all paperwork was signed. I was told that the vehicle would be ready at 5 PM. Upon arrival, the finance "guy", Harley, had now changed the entire contract that was already signed and that the car wouldn't be ready until Monday. If I had driven off of the lot with the same signed contract, I could not go back at a later date and tell them that the terms of the contract had now changed and made additional demands from them. I now hope that they change their advertising claiming "100% Military Financing", because this deal has been terminated on principle. If you are going to deal with someone, especially for that amount of money, you need to choose a dealership that will honor their commitments. There are other Nissan dealerships in the Colorado Springs area. Please search them out. Sorry Almando, Harley ruined your commission.

When my family and I met an outstanding young man named Harley who not only knew his products, but also had a fantastic way of demonstrating and communicating with people. Harley was actually the finance manager but because of his skills and the detail to listen to my wants and needs in a vehicle he matched me up perfectly with a new Pathfinder with the features requested. Not only did I buy the Pathfinder but also bought my wife a Nissan Maxima as well. If all the other staff were as professional as this young man, they will never be out performed. Great service and Prices...My 2013 Nissan Altima needed a tire replaced. called around other places like Sams club, Walmart, Pep boys looking for prices. To my surprise South Colorado Springs Nissan had the best price and i was able to make a same day appt..I was in and out of there in a few minutes..Service was great..i got to eat popcorn while i waited and they washed my car too...also put the spare tire and jack which i had just thrown in the trunk all neat where it belongs..ThankYou!!..Will come again

Everything went well until I was told by Nate turner that he would have my windows tinted and the exhaust on the truck I bought fixed and habe since been ignored. I saw Nate write down what I wanted done and he agreed to it. The exhaust is aftermarket and was hanging up by wire coat hangers. Multiple messages, emails and calls and so far after buying, they have ignored me. I even bought my wife a used car from there on the same day. These guys want money and will promise anything to make a sale. After you sign, they dont care at all. It would be ok if they weren't cheating me out of what they promised.

I have to say that was the absolute worst experience and display of customer service I have ever seen. This would have been the third vehicle I would have purchased from this dealership. I have referred people and have gone as far as sending thank you gifts to the sales people that helped me in the past. Although Marty White (Sales Person) did his best to be helpful, the desk manager and the owner should be ashamed. You wrote up a deal, had me sign saying I agreed to the terms, had me ring your bell and then informed me that you couldn't get the car you found for me and would call me first thing in the morning. I received no call the next day, so I called and you said you were still looking. I called the next day and you said you were still looking again. I stopped by the same day and you sent Marty to inform me that the owner (new owner within the last few months) told you that you gave me too much for the trade and now you couldn't make the deal. You (the desk manager) didn't even have the guts to come and tell me yourself that you made a mistake. You're the best Military dealer in the area? Probably should know your customers better and what they do/influence. UNBELIEVABLE! Buyers beware. The new ownership does not care about customers or the military. Previous ownership would come out and talk to the customers. The new ones...hide and undermine their staff. They send the salespeople out to tell you that they are more worried about huge profits and not about return business. I would NEVER refer a prospective customer there, military or other.

I went to the dealership to get a second opinion on an air conditioning problem that I had previously looked into at a general maintenance service center. The Nissan employees ran a diagnosis on the system and when it looked like it was going to take more time than expected (due to what turned out to be a very complex problem), they offered me a complimentary rental car. All throughout the process, they were great about keeping me updated on the status of the diagnosis. When it came back, I could tell that they weren't interested in just getting money from me, but really just wanted to make sure that I got back into my car as quickly and comfortably as possible. I worked primarily with Doug, who was so friendly and went above and beyond for me, but all of the employees on the service line were friendly and helpful. I just couldn't say enough great things about South Colorado Springs Nissan and will definitely be going there for all my car maintenance from now on!

I have bought ten new cars in my lifetime and the last 4 have been Nissans. I swear by them and recommend to friends/family. The last two were purchased with this dealership, and I always get the best of service. We like to wait in lounge when bringing in cars for maintenance service- coffee, sodas and now popcorn (as well as burgers or brats on Saturdays) are offered to customers. It is an overall excellent experience here!

Found used Toyota Tundra online. Called to get more information and pictures. The salesperson took all of my information (phone & email) and instead of emailing me the pictures I requested, they texted me their contact info. When I called back to inquire they told me they would send the pics right over. It took 3 days for them to actually get the pictures to me, then no follow up. Now I just get random emails from them, and it's been two weeks since my original inquiry. I am glad I didn't make the drive to actually buy this truck.

At first I thought the service was O.K., but as soon as i bought the car and went through the financing department the service went down hill from there. I am so disappointed in the service I recieved. I will NOT recommend anyone to South Nissan. I had the car for 5 days and relized that my light bulb was out on my head light and they would not replace the bulb. How ridiculous is that. I called the finance manager to see if they would do anything for me and had other questions. I've had the car for two weeks and no call back. WOW !!!! Great Customer Service.

They do not return calls. If you talk to someone, they transfer you to another department, ie finance to service. I was looking for someone in finance to help me. No directory or point of contact listing, simply horrible service and response. I have called 8 times with out resolution. I am trapped and have to work with this company for the moment, because I bought my vehicle there and they did not transfer the tax to the state. Now I will have to go in person to resolve the situation. Make the sale and that is the end of their involvement. I wonder who will make the sale to my wife and son. They are both in the market for new cars. I will not let them work with this organization.

Buying a car can be an intimidating process if you don't have a good referral to a reputable dealership. Our friend and neighbor referred us to SCS Nissan after we told him our car of 19 years bit the dust. He had purchased a very clean & nice looking Toyota 4 Runner & a Nissan Exterra. When he had told us how pleased he and his wife were with both of their vehicles and the way the dealership was kind and knowledgeable we decided to make the drive down from Broomfield, Co to SCS Nissan. When we arrived we were greeted with pleasant smiles and hello's welcoming us to the dealership. We were treated like family even though they were close to closing. Derek Flynn and Steven Kern took the time to listen to what our needs were in a used vehicle and the amount we could afford. They checked their inventory and never once tried to pursuade us into a vehicle we could not afford. Of the many choices we had to choose from, we decided on an extremely clean 2004 Ford Escape XLT that had exceptionally low mileage and that had been well maintained. The finance department made the paper process easy and painless. When it was time to sign papers the dealership was already closed. Everyone there was very patient even though it was time for them to go home for the evening. SCS Nissan went above and beyond our expectaions for the quality of used vehicles and professionalism inwhich we will definately be bringing our daughter who is in college to purchase her first vehicle in the very near future. We strongly recommend SCS Nissan to all of our friends, family and already have to our neighbor who is currently looking for a used vehicle. I looked at a used car here and walked out without a car feeling like a little bit of their sliminess rubbed off on me. The salesman continuously lied to my face and sprung a non-optional fee of spraying on some clear protector. This is by far the worst place I have dealt with and I have stopped by several dealerships in both Colorado Springs and Denver to find a car. Also, their dealer handling fee is outrageous at around $600. My advice: if you cannot avoid this dealership, then do your research. You will see just how much they will lie to you.

Overall bad experience. They had the car I wanted or I would not have bought. Had to come back twice to resign paperwork due to errors. The finance man quit before our deal finished. Our salesman was a decent guy although I don't think he liked his job either. Steve the manager/owner was an interesting individual. He talked and talked about himself and seemed very aggitated. The guy was a little scary. My wife wanted to leave but I wanted the car. We waited for over an hour to sign our paperwork last time and I thought they forgot we were there. Would not recommend this dealership.

In light of the experience below there was some extremely positive followup. This is an organization that is making positive improvements, has demostrated that it is willing to do everything possble to improve, and appears committed to improving the customer's experience. The car we bought, we love and it is exactly what we wanted and expected. The changes that were outlined will make South Colorado Springs Nissan a better place to shop. Thank you. Limited inventory, inflexible, ineffective in working cross dealership deal; and after working with the sales team I would not want to either. I rececived an "We OWE" sheet. These were extras the deal owned me after the sale - part of the reason I agreed to go forward. This sheet was loaded with phrases that had no clear definition. For example I wanted a floor mat at a discounted price. They gave me New Car Departement pricing. The parts department had no idea what that meant. The Sales team did not give me a definition when I asked. A dealer that can not discount a OEM part for more than 15% must be in trouble. Beware! The sale manage Mike, is not to be taken at his word. Even after closing a deal at 8:30 pm with Sales manager Mike, Sales manager Mike called the next day to see if we were still looking for a car. I could not beleive it.

After reading these reviews I probably wouldn't go to this dealership either. But from my recent experience, I would have to disagree with each one of them. My experience was pleasant from start to finish. I was greeted promptly, the exact car I was looking for was located on the lot in about a minute and the test drive wasn't just a one time around the block, I actually got to drive the car. I was trading in a car that had quite a bit of negative equity and definitely was not expecting to be able to walk out the door with a new vehicle that day. I truthfully didn't think it was possible. I even called USAA to see if they could finance the loan and I was told it was impossible for them to take on that much neg. equity. I liked the fact that 3 days later (after a weekend even), when I came to turn in my spare keys, the owner, finance manager and salesman all remembered me. Knew the make and model I bought and what I traded in. I was treated with respect throughout the entire process and I would definitely recommend this particular dealership to anyone I know looking for a new car. I just happened to stop over there on a whim from work, and left with a new car... which I absolutely love.

This has been the worst dealership I have ever walked into in my life i purchased 4 vehicles before this one, and I couldnt beleive the unprofessionalism of this dealership. At first they seemed nice I didnt have a problem with the sales guy really nice. Then came the finance it was a niiigghhhttmare they will try and rip you off anyway possible. I read the review before this it is true they add a clear coat package you never asked for then they tell you when your about to sign the contract "o and this extra thousand dollars is because of this" they also try and add extra warranties that you didnt ask for, they did about 10 extra things on top of this like stealing my trade-in and selling it ...While i still had to make the payments on it for about 6 months! Anyways Ive read alot on this place and you dont realize the damage they are doing until your bill comes in the mail for a higher percentage rate than you signed for and a higher payment. I got an attorney and it helped me get out of this horrible situation, but it was a long road of headaches and stress.I just highly recommend that NOONE buy from this dealership they take advantage of good people and have no type of customer loyalty.

Bought 2010 nissan titan and when it was being detailed the service guyes scrached up the driver door and when we saw the damage they claimed we did the damage and refused to fix there mistake. General manager was really rude, when we first did the credit application he said we would get 5.99% interest rate and on the way to sign the paperwork he said they were not able to get that rate I had to get mad and threaten to walk out to get them to do the deal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

I have received better customer service at Walmart when buying only 25 dollars worth of groceries. I spent just under 14,000 after the clear coat package(they forse you to buy) the dealer handling fees and of course taxes. I seen the 07 Nissan Sentra online. The salesman told me the mass air flow sensor was out and they would pull it out of another car. And when the new part came in they would replace it with the new part. Called several times about the part and the salesman kept stating it was on national backorder. I finally called the parts dept and they stated they had not one but two and that the part had never been on national backorder. I then called my salesman and asked if the part was in and again he said no. I then told him I called parts and they said it was in. So he told me to make a date with him to bring my car in. He told me to come and find him so he could pull the car into service. RED FLAG. I then told him I would need a receipt for the service preformed on my car and he told me he could write something up for me I then told him no I need a service receipt. I left the dealership and not 10mins later they tell me to come pick up my car that its ready. I get there and they told me it was never the mass air flow sensor it was the inteligent key sensor. The gm then told me that the service dept is unreliable and that they contract out to other service centers to have their cars inspected because their service dept was not up to par. He then told me that he told the salesman not to sell me the car because he knew I was going to be a problem. Yes Im a problem now because they tried to scam me and on top of that give me horrible customer service... PLEASE do not ever buy a car from this sterotypical salesman!!!!!

After posting this car for sale on craigslist.com and checking the 'NOT to be solicited for commercial interests', we were contacted by Eric Waas from South Colorado Springs Nissan from his personal e-mail account. Mr. Wass did not immediately identify himself as an employee of SCS Nissan and initially he asked if I was interested in trading. I replied that we may be, and asked what vehicle did he had. He then replied that he worked for SCS Nissan & we could choose from his entire pre-owned inventory.While I was surprised to be solicited by a dealer, I humored him & asked what he could do on my vehicle. He stated he could purchase it 'unseen' for $14,775. We then checked the SCS Nissan website & found a vehicle similar to what we were looking for.
