So when my husband and I went to Southern Kia this week we were not prepared for the amazing experience of working with Fred Patterson, Joe Miller and the entire staff!! Todd is the reason I bought my new car from Southern, he really helped select and close the right car for us, and his knowledge of the products (GMC) was excellent. He genuinely wanted to help us as people get the right vehicle and worked for us to get everything we wanted. I had the choice to go somewhere else for a similar package, but I wanted to Todd to get my business as he's probably the best car salesman I have worked with in my 30 odd years of car buying experience. I will be coming back to Todd next time I am looking for a car, where ever he is working, and commend him to friends and family.

I don't like high pressure, but I do like friendly people. I got only helpful, friendly sales personnel during my visit. I received an answer to every question I had and got no pressure to purchase. I wasn't sure I was going to purchase anything when I fist came into the dealership. I had intended to also visit the Cadillac dealer, but after my friendly visit, I returned the next day to lease a new Lincoln MKZ Hybrid without even going to the Cadillac dealer. My husband and I went to Southern Lincoln specifically to look at a used Nissan SUV that was advertised. As we drove up, the SUV had just been purchased so we decided to see what Lincoln had to offer as far as SUVs. We were trading a R350 Mercedes Benz (warranty expiring)--which was the most comfortable car and best ride of any car I have ever owned. From the start, I just knew there would be no comparison but I was surprisingly mistaken!!! We initially drove a MKX, which was nice, but wasn't a "must have". When I returned the MKX, I told Bobbie I wanted to see the MKT just for "giggles". Amazingly, the ride is comparable and overall for us, the MKT surpasses the Mercedes. We finally decided upon the perfect MKT that suited our needs. From the moment I met Bobbie I knew she was "on her game". She is all about customer service which is reflective in her approach. I purchased this car from Southern Kia Lynnhaven. I was so pleased and happy with the whole process. I had a salesman name Jason Frey who I would defiantly recommend to any of my friends and family. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and a very patient man. He was willing to go the extra mile to see if he could find the same car for me in a different color. He did not use high pressure sailing technique's instead he used patience and his knowledge of the product which made the sale for me. I rode by Southern Lincoln and I spotted this vehicle and didn't know what it was. I made a u-turn to look at it. No sooner had I got out of my work truck (Freedom Ford Parts) Larry Mathis approached me with so much excitement about the vehicle I was looking at that it got me excited. He showed me everything about the new Lincoln MKZ. I did not drive it that day because I was working. I brought my wife back two days later and Larry had the same excitement he had two days prior about the vehicle. Tony Cando the GM was on the grill that day but they really worked with us and got me to a price my wife I could afford. Great place to purchase a vehicle from the salesperson, to the GM and even the Aftermarket girl were all very professional. Highly recommend.

First car for my oldest daughter who is going to college. Larry, our sales person, was excellent. Great value for the car. Car was clean and in good working condition for it's age/mileage. A few minor, cosmetic repairs were needed. These were taken care of at no additional cost and the workmanship was great. Overall a rewarding experience. No buyers remorse a week later!

I was looking to buy a new car and was introduced to Justin "Mr. Clean" at Lincoln Kia. From the very moment we met he made me and my sister feel at ease. Buying a car is a long and drawn out process but he took his time with us answering all of our questions. I was torn between two cars but he showed me the pros and cons for both of them. I finally decided on the 2014 Kia Optima. Kudos to Justin because he treated us like family and spared no expenses. He even treated us to a "Smoothie" from Tropical Smoothie and that was a welcomed treat since it was such hot day and we were a little thirsty.(Smile) He saw to all of our needs during the whole car buying process. My 2008 Mercury Milan died on me, so I brought to Southern Lincoln/Mercury/Kia to see if it could be revived. It just so happens that it could be fixed, but not for a price I was willing to pay. My number and info was given to Mr. Daniel Cumbo via Mike, who works in the service department. With the impending need to purchase a new vehicle I did my due diligence and found a car I liked prior to meeting with Mr. Cumbo. Daniel showed me a few different trims of the Kia Optima. I inquired about a specific car they had on the lot and he readily took me to it. After the test drive I was sold on the car but not the price. Being a USAA customer I was able to get a good price on the car without having to do a great deal of haggling over the price or getting bumped into a different vehicle. After some negotiations, we came to an accord and the deal was struck. I've purchased a few cars in my lifetime and with all of them buyers remorse set in within 15-20 of leaving the lot. I've also had a chance to work as a car salesman and I hated it. Just wasn't my thing. I've met shady dealers as a customer and as a co-worker. Mr. Combo was anything but shady. He was frank and I appreciated it. He made the ordeal of car buying very simple. He's an asset to Southern Auto Group and they are lucky to have him. If given the opportunity I'd purchase from him again.

Stopping by Southern Lincoln-KIA Lynnhaven was the best mistake I could have made in searching for my new vehicle. I was in the area looking for a hybrid vehicle at a Honda dealership and decided to go to the nearest KIA dealership looking for a sales manager that emailed me because of a USAA car buying request I submitted. I ran into Kevin Patel and he informed me that I made the best mistake walking to the dealership, since the sales representative that I was looking for worked at the KIA dealership across town. He was right! From the start he was very professional and knowledgeable. His knowledge of the vehicle and the included technology was better than any other sales person I had talked to in other dealerships. He also went out of his way by coming in on his day off to ensure I knew my vehicle features. I would recommend Southern Lincoln-KIA and more specifically, Kevin to all my friends looking for a vehicle. I got more than I expected when I walked into the dealership that day. The next time I go to a dealership in the distant future, the sales person will have to meet the very high standard of excellence set by Kevin.

Yesterday we bought our second car from this dealership. Both times, everyone was AWESOME. Price, trade in value, everything was great. The icing on the cake was the staff. Buying a car is a long process, but the staff makes it better. They are so friendly and nice - you honestly feel like you have new friends by the time you leave! I wish to acknowledge the excellent and caring service I recently enjoyed from one of your service department representatives, Stephen Saunders. Steve was involved in two separate, but uninvolved and time-consuming, issues with my Sebring vehicle - one a fairly major engine problem, the other a seemingly simple seatbelt replacement order and installation. These issues involved special parts orders and time delays, due to recent our local weather problems and more specifically, the transport of said parts from the hard-hit, snow-bound northern suppliers. That said, Steve did all in his power to maintain contact and provide daily updates on the progress of my repairs. He not only provided a nice 'loner' vehicle but also, out of his own lunch time, gave myself a ride home across town and refused any form of compensation for his trouble. Stephen "went the extra mile" in providing superior service that went beyond the norm for this client (and I can only assume he likewise does for others) in representing Southern Auto in the best possible light. He should be commended for his customer care and concern. So good was my feelings about this entire experience, I have joined the Southern Auto Membership Club and look forward to using your facility exclusively in the future despite numerous outside options. Have been researching and test driving various crossover SUV's since September. Kia was the last one on my list to try. Johnnie "JJ" and Joe Miller were an awesome team to work with. They listened to what I really wanted in a car and then went to work looking on the lot for my perfect vehicle. Test drove one that has a few extras that I didn't really need. While on the test drive, Johnnie didn't bombard me with all kinds of facts. He let me drive the car and ask the questions. While away, Joe was at the dealership continuing the search for that perfect match. When we came back, he had found one. They even gave me a 24 hour test drive....none of the other dealerships I had been to over the past couple of months offered anything more than the 2-5 mile test drive while continuously pointing out all the features w/o really letting me "feel" the car. Could really get a feel for the vehicle driving my normal routes during the test drive. Before driving off the lot, they made sure all of my questions were answered... I had to go back a couple of days later because I did something to unsync my phone and radio station choices and Bobbie Shemeti was walking by and jumped right into the car and reprogrammed everything for me. Have nothing bad to say about my experiences so far with this dealership, only good things!!

My wife and I purchased a new Kia Optima SXL from Larry Mathis at Southern Kia and was pleased from beginning to end. I was going to purchase another Hyuandi until I saw and test drove the new Optima. I have never purchased a demo before but Mr. Mathis showed me the value of purchasing a demo with 5,000 miles on it versus one with no miles. What was refreshing was the fact I asked Mr. Mathis about the turbo of the Optima and he told me that he did not know the answer but he would find the answer for me before we leave. He brought over another sales consultant named Joe Miller who answered our question. I was amazed at how well they both worked togeather to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the buying process. My wife fell in love with Mr. Mathis from the beginning and I knew we had found our car and dealership. Well Done!
