When I began my search for my first new car in over a decade, I dreaded the idea of dealing with the prototypical scummy car dealers that the media portrays. My first experience with this dealership, and the Salesmen John Seehuus in particular, was one that left me shocked. There was no pressure, it was an upbeat environment, and he wanted to help me find a car that I could be proud to own. After several exhausting weekends of visiting various other car lots around the area, my initial experience at Speedway Chevrolet just kept calling back to me. I eventually got my chance to testdrive some of the cars that John had directed me to after hearing my needs during my first visit. Later on that day, I new the feeling was right, and I went back to purchase the very first car that John had shown me, a 2015 Cruze. I could not be any happier at this moment!

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Speedway Chevrolet in the last nine years. My salesman John Seehuss went out his way to find me the truck I wanted with color and options. He is a very friendly down to earth guy, completely honest and has a lot of integrity. You'll like and trust him instantly. Rick, the sales manager and John spent countless hours searching the west coast and beond for my truck. I appreciate their do diligence and amazing effort. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Speedway Chevrolet. The buying experience is relaxing, there is NO high pressure to buy, and I was completely comfortable with my purchase. I have had all my service work/repairs done and the guys in the service department Scott and Dennis are are friendly and knowledgeable. My hats off to the whole crew at Speedway Chevrolet. I was really nervous when I walked in (by myself) to buy an SUV. I had my old car for 17 years and it was time to make a change. The experience I had with this dealership was incredible. I got exactly what I wanted and knew (by the way I was treated) that I could trust them. They were not going to try and take advantage of me (like some places do when they see a women by herself) and they showed me great respect. John Seehuus was very nice and extremely helpful and didn't even mind all of my silly questions ! All of that fear I had was replaced with gratefulness and a beautiful 2015 SUV! Most importantly, my experience was NOT painful at all!Joe Harvey was the man in the finance department and he was just as amazing as everyone else. He patiently explained everything to me and really took his time with me. Mr. Todd Johnson has done an amazing job hiring great people! Thank you so much!

My buying experience at Speedway Chevrolet was very positive and easy. John Seehuus was very responsive and easy to communicate with, even taking a call from me off hours while out for dinner. Terms of the sale were finalized over phone and email, and when I arrived at the dealership to complete the sale everything proceeded as we agreed with all the paperwork and finance completed in about an hour. The 2015 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ I purchased had the check engine light on. John immediately got me a loaner while the car was serviced (bad auxiliary battery that was repaired under warranty) and came in before the dealership was open the next morning to make sure I made my meeting at SeaTac on time. All in all, the customer service was very impressive, and the buying experience was about as positive and painless as buying a car can be. I'd recommend Speedway and will not hesitate to shop there again when I'm next in the market for a car.

John Seehuus stayed on track and focused to locate what I wanted in my price range. Once found, the hand off to finance was easy, final clean up was gone, and off I went. I could write all day and not cover all the great points about working with the staff at Speedway. What could have been a fiasco for me turned into the purchase of a very amazing car. After doing my internet shopping, I found that the vehicles looked much better in person than online. They had two SUV's that might meet the need and were easy to work with on the phone and in the shop. Felt like they respected me and didn't want to put me through high pressure sales pitch.

Eddy greeted my wife and I at the door of Speedway Chevrolet after a grueling day of car shopping. He was all smiles and genuinely enthusiastic as he asked us what we were looking for. We had just been "snubbed" at a Bellevue dealership earlier in the day and were in no mood for sales pitches and pleasantries. After "ping-ponging" offers for an hour or so, we came to agreement in the customer parking lot as I was opening my car door. No hard feelings...shook hands with everyone and left with the deal we wanted. Whenever I buy another car I will deal with "Speedway" and Eddy Chavez. Good job guys...

After dreading car shopping it all got easy after Robert contacted me about the car I requested information about. We made an appointment and met a couple days later. This dealer was pretty good and I found just the car I was looking for. Nice that they give you something to do while waiting. Food and TV is what you get in the waiting room. I'm happy with my 2012 corvette cetennial GS.

Wow, I have bought alot of cars over my life. This was the best experience I had. The sales staff was great. Even the Salesperson who didnt sell me a car helped me put my lic. plates on, when I picked them up. Love my new Cruze.

I went into Speedway Chevrolet with high expectations, they proved me right and then some! The service advisors and technicians are all very helpful and they even washed my vehicle after service. Even when my brother went to go buy a vehicle, the sales manager was very helpful and gave a good trade in value. Thank You Speedway Chevrolet the great service!

I went here first when I bought my last vehicle and I was treated like dirt. They kept trying to play games and give me nothing for my trade. The first time a sales manager came out to talk to me (3 hours after i got there) he offered me $1500 for my malibu that had a KBB of $6400. I will never go to that store again.
