Kala was outstanding to work with. I really appreciated her knowledge of the vehicle and her ability to make the sales process seamless. Kala was very nice and helpful in showing me preliminary numbers so I could judge my finances. Their offer was fair and I did not purchase since I was not ready. However, the van I was looking at was very favorable and I think I would have had a good deal if I was ready to buy.

Our experience buying a used motor home at Spinneweber's was excellent in all regards. The vehicle was carefully prepared for sale and help was provided to demonstrate vehicle features. Sales hours were adjusted to meet our schedules, and the closing process was extremely efficient. All sales personnel were friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Kala was polite and not pushy, did not try to steer me into a car I did not want. I purchased a 2006 Chevy Impala. Kala went above and beyond to make my purchase an excellent experience. I was looking for a Suburban to use for camping. Near where I live, they were all the same. Using online resources, I located an interesting vehicle but it was an hour away... at Spinneweber. I figured it was worth a call. Kala was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and professionally answered all of my questions. I made arrangements to go see the vehicle. Within an hour and 10 minutes of arriving on the lot, I had inspected the vehicle, taken it for a test drive, and completed the buying process -- completely painless. The vehicle was immaculate, as were all of the cars on the lot - their buyer has discriminating tastes! We came across one challenge, and Kala came up with a great solution!! Wonderful family-owned, trustworthy business that is fantastically efficient at what they do. I bought an exquisitely clean Denali pick-up. While there, I noticed that all of their used vehicles appeared to be top-notch. Kala was a gem to work with...very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and 'real', without the typical smooth-talking salesman demeanor that you usually find at a car dealer. Kala was very nice and she could answer all of our questions. We looked at the car on a Wed. and bought it on a Friday. It took about 20 minutes to fill out our paper work and we were out the door. there is something to say about a Small Business. They are simple, efficient, know their stuff and spend time with their customers. We had a great experience.

I just purchased a truck that could not have been an easier , more pleasant experience. The service was quick, polite and listened to my comments. There was no haggling and the dealer was able to meet my target price quickly. They prepared all of the paperwork so that I could go back to work and pick up the truck later in the day. It could not have been easier. The truck is in exceptional condition.

went to the dealership, it was pretty small only 10 or 15 cars on the lot, and one employee working, she was very knowedgable about the cars. Every thing went pretty smooth, nice people, traded my car in and walked out with a new one the same day.

I recently bought a car from Spinneweber Auto Sales. Kala, the salesperson, was great! We didn't feel pressured at all and she worked with us to get a payment that we could afford. All of the used vehicles on the lot were nice and I absolutely love my Dodge Nitro. It is a 2008 but it looks and drives like it is brand new! And they even take trade ins!! I'm a very happy girl and I will definitely shop there again!
