I stopped In on labor day to find out about trading my sorrento in and leasing a newer one. I've purchased 3 vehicle from here before. the sales man who got me was more interested in finding out my credit score than anything else and once he found out it wasn't so perfect he was pretty much done with me. not trying to help with any other options ideas( other than a co signer that cant happen im 52 Y/O ) Ive always been treated good there until this time.... I know I will not be back..

So here's my impression of the service department at Kia Spitzer West in Parma (Brookpark and State near 480). I drove my 2014 Sorento from Houston to Cleveland to visit family and friends and take a trip to Niagara Falls in Canada. About 1300 miles one way. Upon arriving in Parma (8/4/16) I was at a stop light at Snow and Broadview when my temp gauge all of a sudden started to approach max temp! I turned on the heater to try to cool the engine down and the gauge returned to normal. I drove another 3 mins to my sister's house and shut down the motor. I did a cursory inspection and found no coolant leaks but I could smell radiator fluid. So, I made an appointment online at the closest Kia dealer since my Soto is under warranty and has ALWAYS been dealer maintained ever since I bought it new in Houston (DeMontrond Kia). I dropped it off on Friday morning (8/5/16). First impressions are important. I met with Lisa and she was super friendly and knowledgable. She told me upfront they were busy and would try to get the Soto looked at ASAP but I might not hear anything until Saturday (8/6/16) which I was ok with. I understand it was a last minute drop off and others were ahead of me in line. At least she told me up front. Anyways, I get a call on Saturday afternoon. You won't believe this! My '14 Sorento with 41000 adult-driven, dealer maintained miles has a head gasket leak and needs a NEW MOTOR!!!!! Mind you, I'm from Houston, I'm heading to Canada on Tuesday (8/9/16) and heading back to Houston on 8/18/16!! Now I'm stressed!! I have no car and who knows how long a motor replacement will take? And what about my family's vacation?! Now what?!This is where Lisa, Tony (master Kia mechanic) and the entire Spitzer Kia West team take the cake!!! First, they hook me up with a Dodge Ram rental from Enterprise Rentals. They cover the cost of the rental for as long as they have my Sorento and tell me just to enjoy my trip to Canada and they'll keep me in the loop as parts arrive and repairs begin. While in Canada, Lisa texted me a few times just to keep my informed (like she said she would) and that eased my stress greatly! We returned from Canada on 8/12/16 and the Sorento still wasn't ready. But that's ok because we had the rental. Finally, on 8/16/16, Lisa called and said the Sorento was ready to go! I picked it up and we drove it back to Houston. 1300 miles later, we're safe and sound and back home. I can NOT believe the wonderful service I received from Lisa and Tony at Spitzer Kia!! If I'm ever in need of minor or major vehicle service and I'm in the Parma area, I will highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!

I drove 5+ hours to buy a vehicle from Spitzer Kia and Susan Osborn (salesperson). Susan was awesome and incredibly helpful over the phone, which is WHY I chose to drive from Indy to Cleveland to buy this vehicle. What a great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and Susan to buy a vehicle, regardless of how far.

I usually don't like the car buying process but at spitzer Kia they changed that for me. I went in told them what I was looking for and my price range and they got me in my new car the very same day. This was my second car I bought from them, all the service and most of Sales team are great. I was happy with my purchase with my car till I got home, a few weeks later I received an email about buying a Spare Tire Kit...????? What??? Well I was never informed that the new Kia's didn't come with a spare tire. So I went to talk to the GM on one of my days for my car service. He listened and then replied, " We train all of our Sales team to inform the customers that the cars do NOT come with spare tires" Well I then replied, "well he didn't to me" and the his response was " I am sure he did", then I replied, "well he must need some more training then because he failed to do what your company trained him to do", He then asked what do you want me to do, I replied, I want a spare tire at no costs, he then chuckled then replied "no, I can't do that", so make a long story short, Kia's don't come with the spare tire, lol, and make sure you don't need to talk to the GM, he seems to forget, that customers come first. I WILL NOT buy another car from this Dealership and after dealing with Tony the GM, I know I am FINISHED on buying new cars from his dealership.

I bought a Kia Rondo Nov.2015 since buying the car I've been going to KIA every month complaining about the same problem the service people kept telling me everything was ok with the car just for them to finally tell me what's wrong with my car in march the staff are very rude always getting smart its not fair to the customer to have to go through this I'm beyond frustrated with this company if I didn't have a car note I would not return KIA of Spitzer in my opinion can do way better. I'm constantly having to take my car to KIA every other week smh

I went to the dealership to trade my car for a used Soul. Freddy was my salesman and was fabulous. Adam made sure they offered me what it took to close the deal. I got a great deal on the car. Even Vince in Finance made the usually stressful part of buying a car seem like fun. Everyone who worked there went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at Spitzer Kia was outstanding. We went to Kia shopping for a used vehicle. The vehicle was very very nice, and in great condition, and Freddie was very good to work with trying it out and working through price. Through no fault of Spitzer, we ultimately decided on another car, but they were great to work with, and they had zero problem with us going to another vehicle. I will definitely stop by when it comes time to look for another car.

Tried to work w Paul..internet sales and he said they don't negotiate. Every dealer negotiates. He stated they worked hard to get to the best price..I showed him the same exact vehicle for 3000 less..still says they don't negotiate. When I say this isn't motivating me to come to your dealership. His response, "what do you want me to say"? I would rather wait until Black Friday or December than go in and be jerked around by this dealership. No negotiating..hilarious!Updated, Nick Pavluk, Spitzer Customer Relations Manager customer relations manager also contacted me and was even more unhelpful in giving me long unneeded explanations on why they don't negotiate. After several emails, he wouldn't budge on even doing an out the door price. Claiming their research and crap was the best around. Well, deal never happened and guess what? Now that vehicle is for sale in bowling green. We were about 700 bucks apart and he refused to negotiate. The tactic just ticks the customer off and you lost out on a sale. I have told several people to avoid Spitzer for this reason.

I went to Spitzer Kia in Cleveland for a minor recall repair and took a look at their inventory. George was polite and knows what Customer Service is. He configured the numbers to where they needed to be and listened to what I was looking for.My concerns are family concerns and we are really happy with the Sorento we purchased..he made it happen. I was shopping for a new car and so I visited Spitzer Kia in Cleveland. I test drove the Kia Optima and liked it. The sales manager asked me to give him a number that would make me buy the Optima on the spot. I gave him a number and to my surprise he agreed to it. We shook hands and I bought the car. A few hours after buying the car and after talking to my wife I got cold feet. I went back to Spitzer Kia with my wife and told them I had second thoughts about buying a car without taking a day to think about it. Even though Spitzer Kia was under no obligation to rescind the deal they graciously did! I am thankful to the people at Spitzer Kia that listened to my concerns and without any hesitation gave up a sale rather than have an unhappy customer.

He showed us the vehicle we wanted and did not push us to look at something different. He explain everything about the Kia Soul very knowledge man I was impressed. I brought my Kia in to get an estimate of how much it would cost for my oil change and to fix my lock. I was given an estimate. When I returned to have the work done, the price of the lock went up $200.00. I asked why the price went up and why isn't it the price I was given I was told she couldn't find it in the computer. Another worker pulled it right up for me in the computer. I asked her why was she giving me a gard time and she told me why didn't I go somewhere else if she wasn't giving me the answers I wanted. The other customers waiting looked at me and commented on how unprofessional she was and how she ever became anyone's manager!!!

We met George and he right away assured us he wanted to get us in the vehicle we wanted. We really appreciated his patience with us and the two grandchildren we had with us. He showed us the vehicles we wanted to look at and not the ones the "dealerships" push (our experience with two others). He told us everything about the vans and the differences between the different models. We told him we wanted to check out other vans He gave us his card for when we would be returning two days later. We did return because we were so impressed with him and bought the 2015 Kia Sedona. It has everything we were looking for and we (especially the children) love it!!!. There was no presure from any of the staff at all. This was the best experience we have ever had buying a new vehicle. This included the Manager and the Finance department. Absolute WORST customer service ever experienced!!! Extremely rude!! Would not even recommend this dealer to my worst enemy!! If you go there, DO NOT deal with the salesman named George Woods. Just purchased a 2014 Kia Optimum SX and found a big crack in the front bumper after the store had already closed so I had to wait and call them this morning about it. Spoke with George about this and he knew about the crack the entire time but did not once point that out to me (expected me to find it myself) and he said the car was sold as is. However, on the internet, that was never disclosed about the crack. Also, when I called about the car before I made my 2 hour trip up there, I made sure I asked Shawn if the car is true to everything it says it was and he assured me it was. However, that was a lie, considering the crack was not disclosed. George told me I could talk to the manager and I agreed that I would be calling him and as I explained that this needs to be made right because I already experienced the worst customer service as it was, he told me "I don't need to hear about this" and hung up on me!! AWESOME way to make your customers feel important! Last time I checked, customers are what keep you in business. Learn how to treat customers with respect!!!!

I came looking for a car for my daughter...Didn't have a lot of money to spend and didn't want a new car.. From the moment he met me at the door George was awesome. I bought a 2012 Kia Optima from Mike back in October (yes it took me a long time to get back here and write a review). I hadn't bought a car in a long time and was very apprehensive about buying from a bigger dealership. I was on a tight budget, needed a reliable car before winter and had some concerns about financing. Mike came recommended from friends of ours who bought a car from him previously. Buying a car has never been so easy! I knew going in what car I wanted to test drive, drove it and fell in love. Spitzer Kia has a large group of finance companies they do business with and financing was not an issue. I couldn't believe that buying a car could be so easy. People at the dealership were super friendly from the guy holding open the door to the finance guy that came over to talk to us about financing options to the finance manager we signed papers with. This was my first non GM car and I couldn't be more thrilled. I've had the car almost 7 months and I am still just as excited to drive it. Mike made the whole process easy, was super helpful and has even called to check in and see how things are going. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This service dept. Is the worst department I've ever had to do business with. Everything about this place is an mess. Very poor customer service,& lack of communication. I was told my car would be ready at a certain time and it was not!! Unfortunately they had my car for more then 12hours already. I was told I could only have a one day car rental and my car would be ready buy the time I needed to return the car but obviously it's not. Not only am I without a car but I still am upset that it's taking this long to fix the issues.This is totally unexceptable im so gladci didnt purchase from this dealership i gave the service person my phone number 3 times to keep me updated with my car but they didnt bother to cakl me. I am not ever coming back to this place again once I spoke to the Customer service mgr. I was not convinced she was going to deal with my issue. This place is a disaster.

I recently purchased 2013 Kia Optima from Kia Spitzer,I went in looking for a 2011 or 2012 because that would be in my price range. That's when I met a sales person named Sean Harvey. He was professional,yet down to earth and I felt he had my best interest in mind. I was asked to wait at the sales door,Sean told me he had the car for me. Well he was right!!I got a great deal and the car had only 8000 miles on it and it was beautiful. I walked into the dealership this afternoon apprehensive. Earlier in the day I had gone to a competitor where I was treated less then human. As I walked up to the door Erica opened the door and introduced herself and asked what had brought me in today. I explained that I had seen a particular car and would like to check out how comfortable it was. She asked me a few questions and the brought me over to the cars in the show room and let me check them out. She let me look by myself (did not hover). Then she came back over and asked how and if she could answer any questions. She was so nice and professional. Then we talked about what my plans were with purchasing a new car. She explained a little about the dealership and that she was there to help in any way. She even said " we work for you we do not work on commission here". What a refreshing experience after the horrible one earlier. I did not buy a car yet but will be returning. Everyone was friendly and so genuine. I look forward to returning to the dealership to purchase a car in the future. Thank you Erica for your excellent customer service!!

With some nasty experiences in the past in dealing with looking to buy a car, I was very pleasantly pleased with my time spent at Spitzer Kia. At no time did I feel pressured or made to feel less than human because I wasn't looking for a top end car. Truth of the matter, I really had no ideas at to what kind of car I was looking for. My Sales Consultant, Mike Homolak was very patient, gave me all my answers & took his time finding the right car for me. And when all was said & done, as I told Mike, I don't think I was this excited when I bought my first new car. And while it's only been 1 week, I still haven't come down from the cloud I'm on with my new car! I am very happy to tell everyone where I bought my car.

When we first pulled up we weren't rushed by sales personal and walked to look at the different cars. After a few minutes was approached by a George who introduced himself and asked if we had any questions and then let us continue to look at cars without being shadowed. When we decided what three we wanted to look at we were helped by George and he knew the information about the cars on the lot. This dealership is fantastic. Upon pulling into the lot you do not get attacked by salespeople. They price cars by scanning dealerships all over the country to provide the best prices. The building is great, no dark offices and they have an open layout. I was excited to purchase my car here. First and last dealership I visited in the process. Browsing cars here was liken unto walking the fields of Elysium, standing in the presence of Gods. Their regular coffee was nectar and every spoken word rang like the clearest bell. After leasing my vehicle I feel that my eyes have been opened to true beauty.

For the momment I enterd the door at Spitzer Kia I felt very welcomed. I made an appointment the night before with Myron who was very upbeat and polite. When I arrived with my three young children I was informed about their play room and hot chocolate, which my kids took ful advance of. Myron was very helpful and listened to all my concerns. He found me the right vehicle to fit my needs. The facility was clean and full of friendly faces. Everyone had smiles and were working very hard with the customers there. There was a mini interview to determine our needs and the funny thing is, the car that I thought I wanted isn't a good fit for our family. For anyone going to the Spitzer Kia dealership in Cleveland, just off Brookpark road, go and see my main man George. For someone who looks 6'5'' about 250lbs and "must protect this house", he was the most professional/understanding individual I could have asked for. He listened to everything I had to say and put my needs before anything else. He helped me find a sick deal on a 2011 Optima with less that 8,500 miles for a GREAT price. Trust me, I did my shopping online and George was able to show me a car that wasn't even posted yet. Now I have a sick pair of wheels thanks to a stellar experience that George was able to give me. I did a lot of research on vehicles because I was not sure I wanted another optima after my accident forced me to buy a new car. I also researched many local dealerships as well. I am not a person who likes to be pushed into something or followed, I just don't the aggressive sales approach. I bought my first optima at a different Kia Dealership and while I loved the car the salesman was not my cup of tea and they didn't give the best financing advice they could or should have with regards to purchasing a gap policy that I now understand was not necessary. In short, Spitzer Kia is in fact my cup of tea! Mark Simons is excellent and understands what a buyer needs and wants. No double talk just straight shooting. Great experience for my 3rd Kia purchase.

Gave my 2011 Sorento manual transmission to my daughter and knew I wanted to replace with another. I contacted George and provided some insight as to what I was looking at price range, model, and color preferences. Came in after work and George had two cars ready for us to view. Liked both, but just loved the 2014 Sorento in Pearl White AWD LX with the v4 sport shift. My only downside, I love manual transmissions and Kia no longer is making manual transmissions for the Sorento. BUT I am so pleased especially with the lake effect storms that just started the very next morning. Love being able to drive through unplowed side streets with out any problems.

Bill Macadam was a professional. I appreciate his style, he was obviously dedicated to the sale of the vehicle while not overwhelming like many sales professionals can be. He took down what I was considering in a vehicle and did what he could to find what was right for me. I am pleased with their service. I have visited several dealerships that were much too anxious to push me into whatever it was they were hocking or wouldn't take me seriously due to my age. Bill was reserved, but personable. I am currently in the market for a new vehicle and I am interested in the 2014 Kia Soul and the Optima. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Vincent Viscusi and the sales managers. As I drive my cars as long as possible, this was only the third time I have bought a car, and the last one was 15 years ago! This was definitely the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. George was very accommodating, as well as friendly and considerate not only of me, but also my elderly father and teenage son. Very easy, I looked, test-drove, and drove out in my car in only a couple of hours. My only suggestion is that the finance person needs to meet with you while you are finalizing the deal and before you sign the papers - I kept sending George running back with questions or for details.

Everybody who knows me, knows that I research everything, study that research, study it again, apply it, reapply it, and then go over everything again...and finally, take one more final overview before I even decide on what direction I'm going to take. It wasn't any different when I decided to acquire a new car, but when I walked into Kia Spitzer, all my questions were answered and then some, and they were answered matter-a-factly and without one smirk or indication that any of my million questions were silly or irrelevant. And just to make this clear, I went to three other dealers during my car buying process and I did not find the same type of salesperson that I found in Tom at Kia Spitzer. So, Thank you, Tom. You'll see me again in the future...I just hope not in the near future! :)

Recently I was looking to trade my Nitro for a smaller car. I just knew I was going to buy a Ford Focus hatchback but thought it wouldn't hurt to look at Spitzer Kia. That is where I met George. After test driving a Rio and not thrilled with it, George showed me a Forte. The Forte was just the right size, had all the features I wanted, and was the right price. To top off a great deal, Mel offered me more for my Nitro than the Ford dealership. This was an unexpected but great experience. I have been trying to get my Extended Warranty and Gap insurance cancelled since the end of May. Was told by Rob I didn't have to do anything it would be handled by Spitzer Kia. I didn't quit trust this so I contacted the GAP Insurance company myself and cancelled. I received the refund but never got anything on the extended warranty. I talked to Tammy today and she said she wasn't aware that either one was being cancelled until she heard from the Gap Insurance company. I still don't have the extended warranty cancelled even though I was told over 2 months ago by Rob it would be. I finally met with the Manager, Tony Black and he fixed the problem right away and even gave me complimentary oil changes. Tony and my sales person Jim Parson are great.

I was looking for a Kia Soul, specifically one of the plus models, and it had to be in the "shadow" color. Found one in Spitzer's inventory using the Kia site. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning at the dealership. J.D. was very helpful in meeting with me to discuss needs and getting me out for a test drive. Jeremy was great in regards to the helping me understand some of the finer points of financing that I was not aware of. Rob found me a good deal for financing (I had been a high risk for credit lenders a few years ago but had brought up my score quite a bit) and the paperwork was done with as little "pain" as possible.Overall, I believe I spent two hours at the dealership that Saturday morning and drove away in my new 2013 Kia Soul +. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new Kia. Bill M.

Okay let me start by saying this dealership sucks, with a captial "S". I bought a 2012 forte, and every time I bring my car down there I get nothing but trouble. Kia and their warrenty is nothing to me. There customer service is awful, they are very negative minded.What really threw me over the edge was yesterday when I brought my car is for the free washes they offer, and my trunk lid was scratched. The man as negative minded as he was fixed it.However, I noticed more "dings" on the car. The service manager came out, and said The car was doesn't scratch the car. He is assured of this only on his fourth day there. I am never bringing my car back to Sptizer they CANNOT be trusted. I will be taking it to another dealership.I will NEVER EVER buy another Kia product again.Very Unhappy customer.

He sat behind his desk, never came out to speak with me and finally took an attitude with me. I ended up making a deal for about the same car at another dealersip for way less than what they wanted. I will NEVER deal with Spitzer for either a New or Used car again due to this incident.

Back in Sept. I was in a car accident, and need to look for a new car, my uncle recommended Spitzer Kia, I went there to look, I was greeted by Ted Sawicki, he was kind, fair, and honest with me. A few weeks later after everything was settled with the accident, I went back to buy a Kia Soul, had no problem sat down we worked on a price that I would agree to, and the next day I picked up my new Soul. I would like to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free sales experience when shopping for a new car. The sales associate, J.D. was extremely friendly and helpful and did not make me feel pressured in any way. He went out of his way to make the deal happen and spent almost 4 hours with me. He even called my insurance company to switch my coverage from my trade-in to my new Kia Soul. Rob, the finance manager was great as well. He explained all of the paperwork and answered all my questions without acting rushed or annoyed. Before leaving with my new vehicle, I was given a tour of the dealership and introduced to the service manager who was also extremely friendly. So I bought my car June 30. Starting on July 1 the calls started. It seemed like ever other day they were calling me because something was wrong with the paperwork or they put the wrong VIN on the paperwork or they had the wrong license number for title transfer. That lasted for several weeks. I thought the harassment was over. Today I got a call from Tammy telling me that she needed my VIN. I brought my car to Spitzer after work so they could get the VIN but they had no record of anyone needing my VIN. Once again they have lived not disappointed there reputation. :-(And regarding the question that follows this survey "Would you trust the integrity of a consumer review if you knew it was written in the dealership's showroom?" Absolutely not. My experience with Spitzer has been that they coerce you to make a good review even telling you the website to go to www.dealerrater.com telling you that you really need to give them a good review because they got a bad one from a "crazy lady". Additionally, you're euphoric from just getting a car so you're not really seeing things clearly.

Being a female and car hunting alone is not the funnest experience. So I knew exactly what I wanted when I went to Kia. When I arrived I was meet by Ted. Even though I had researched the car already Ted showed me the exact car I wanted and explained all of the different features. He was very friendly and informative. So when we went to talk about the price I knew exactly what I was willing to pay and what I wanted for my trade in. When Ted took this information back to Dave the Sales Manager, Dave came out and sat with us and talked it over. I find it so annoying when the Sales Consultant has to keep running back to his manager, this didn't happen at Kia. I thought it was great that Dave came out and worked with us. The experience of buying a car was made less stressful by both Ted and Dave! Ted went above and beyond to make this a great experience. He even cleaned my license plates before putting them on my new car.

I had received a post card from Spitzer KIA this past summer and at that time was simply gathering information and called about trading my old KIA for a new one. Ted Sawicki was the salesman who picked up the call. He was friendly and informative. Last week when I knew I had to make the purchase I chose Ted and Spitzer KIA to call for an appointment to buy. Again Ted and everyone I met at Spitzer was helpful and friendly. I was met as soon as I pulled into the lot. It was easy to put 5's for customer service, quality of work, and friendliness. The overall experience and price included a stressful experience for me but those were my own issues of such a huge purchase in my life and not to be counted against Spitzer, in fact, they worked with me for 5 hours in all to create something that would work for me and Ted and all were friendly and kind throughout. Another sales consultant (do not know his name) even offered a suggestion to make it work (did not end up going that direction but it was a good idea)! I ended up with a 2012 Soul and this is my third KIA. I recommend Spitzer KIA. When they have their new builing completed it will even be much nicer!The only thing that was overlooked was to fill up my new vehicle with gas before I left. But when it was realized they were very apologetic and quickly took care of it for me. Call Ted Sawicki at Spitzer and I believe you will also have a good car buying experience.

I had bought a Kia Sportage from here 10 years ago and was not happy with my experience then. Why we came back is still a mistry. We were looking to buy a new 2012 Sorento. For two weeks we would go on Sundays and window shop. We already knew the extras we wanted and the price we were willing to spend. After listening to the speech of this and that we took the bait. They had us give them $100 in good faith. Two days later we get a phone call saying they located a car but it is in PA! I asked how it would get here and the answer was someone will drive it back. There not paying to have it trailered. Not happy with hearing we were getting a car with a few hundered miles on it. I told them I was not interested and would like to pick up our $100 deposit. This gentalman was very upset and said " I thought we had a deal" Needless to say after that comment I wanted our money back right then. I told him I would be there at 3 that afternoon. After letting me sit and wait the gentalman comes out and tells me he cant give it back it till the next day. Apparently no one was there to write us a check. I asked why he didnt call me and tell me that. His answer was he just found out. Total lies. Waste of my time. We did end up buying a new car but not from Spitzer Kia. I recommend Halleen Kia. Go see Gregg. At least the sales people know what there talking about. Also no Money down in "Good faith"

I visited this dealership before discovering this site and reading previous ratings. I'm glad I did. It allowed the view of my experience to be more objective. I dealt primarily with Ted but all of the employees appeared personable. I thought they walked that fine line of allowing prosepctive buyers to "look around" while remaining attentive very well. They certainly have a "we'll get it done" mentality. The finance department got me financing I feel comfortable with and I know I was not an easy sell. Ted even allowed me to use his personal laptop to do some necessary on-line banking.I'm pleased with the car I chose and I never felt any pressure to choose it. I'm a "bottom line" type of person and would have liked some upfront focus put on the pricing of the car rather than delaying all of that to the financing phase. But, having shopped around, I ultimately thought the price, considering all the options the car included, was good. Did I get a GREAT deal? Maybe not, but I got a fair one. I'm happy. The dealership is happy. Isn't this the way you want to do business? I'd give Spitzer Kia West a look.

We were very pleased with the way we were treated here. We visited this dealer for 3 days in a row and we were never pressured in any way. Ted Sawicki was the most pleasant and knowledgeable salesman we have encountered and believe me, we have encountered a few. Ted was informed that we were only "looking" - he never pushed us. We were interested in two different vehicles and he never pressured us to make a decision. As I said, we returned for three days before we made a decision and we were very pleased. We couldn't say enough good things about this dealer - we have been to quite a few and never, never met such a nice group of people. Everyone has been the most pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, all the salesmen are extremely helpful, but I would personally recommend Ted - He's the best....

Walked into this dealership with the intent of gathering info. After spending two hours there which most of the time was spent just sitting, we left because we had other things we needed to do plus we had no intent of buying that day. The very next day we came back after going to another dealership and trying to lease but were told we couldnt because of our credit. Told them that Spitzer said we were approved and they told us that Spitzer lied. So we went this time with the intent to lease. Sat there for another two hours while Nancy mainly walked around and had no idea why we were just sitting there. Finally she comes and tells us that they are trying to locate the car we want because it wasnt on the lot. But after two hours they still hadnt found one but they did have us put down the deposit and said they would call when they located one and that it would take 24 to 48 hours to get it to the lot. Then Monday arrives and we go back to the dealership because we still havent heard from them about locating a car. They tell us to CHILL that we are being too pushy and we need to let them do their job. That is why they started raising their voices at us getting rude and extrememly unprofessional. So again we leave after having been there waiting for another hour. We then get a call that they located a car and it would be there at 6pm. So we go back at 6 to sign papers and do what needs done all to find out when we walk in that we are not approved to lease. Now we have already spent 5 hours sitting at the dealership and 3 days waiting for them to find a car and at no time during all of that could they have figured this out?!? So then we look into purchasing that is when we are trying to see what kind of deal they are willing to do, which they arent willing to deal at all. That is also when the finance guy starts getting loud and rude and demeaning. So after that we walked and said have our deposit ready to be picked up we are not dealing with this anymore. The next day we return to pick up our deposit and they tell us we have to wait ten business days from the day we gave it. We then speak with the GM and told him the whole story and he basically tunes us out half way through and then says there is nothing he can do. More like nothing hes willing to do. So now we are still waiting for our deposit and we highly suggest to anyone thiking of going to Spitzer Kia...RUN THE OTHER WAY. They are ALL rude, demeaning, arrogant, cocky, unprofessional people and they dont deserve kindness or business from anyone!!!

I stopped in on a snowy Saturday afternoon to get a look at the new Optima, thinking that I was 6-9 months from really being in the market to buy.Doug was friendly, polite and helpful. I felt no pressure from him to buy immediately. He did suggest after a short time that we do a walk around of my current car so he could tell me what it would be worth in trade. The offer he made was fair. More than I thought I would get in trade. Largely because of that, and the fact that I loved the car, I decided to buy right away.The whole process was pleasant and as painless as buying a car can possibly be. I got no hard sell on options or upgrades and left with exactly what I wanted.Everyone I worked with at the dealership was friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to send my mother to them for her next car.

If I had known more about this dealership I never would have stepped foot on their lot. The showroom was in poor condition and in the time I waited for a salesperson I could hear one of the sales staff using foul language at the counter. I was about to walk out but then a salesperson approached me. After finding the car I liked, but yet I made it clear I would not buy a car that day because it was the first time I drove the car, the general sales manager joined the other salesman at the table. They were very rude and aggressive attempting me to buy the car that day. The general sales manager made a list of numbers on a blank piece of paper starting at the invoice price attempting to illustrate that he was giving me a deal just over invoice. However, the invoice price was inflated. I still have the paper and did double check that the information was not accurate. Ultimately, I was very aggressive back and got out of there but they managed to maintain a copy of my driver licenses which still makes me uneasy. Do not even think about visiting this dealer.

My wife and I went to Spitzer Kia to look at a Sorento. We were visiting from Canada and were planning on moving to the area a month later and we let the salesman know this right from the beginning so that he understood that we had no intention on buying anything that day. We simply wanted to drive the vehicle and find out some pricing info so that we could budget and when we moved there, be able to simply go and buy whatever we decided on. Sounds reasonable enough, right!? Obviously not. We basically spent 2 hours with the Sales manager and the salesman we started with as they argued with us about the fact that we should be right then. Not only were the extremely rude but they were also extremely aggressive. They refused to give me my drivers license back until I allowed them run a credit inquiry. They didn't listen to our situation at all so rather than impressing us and earning our business for when we did plan on buying a car, they scared us away. In fact, they made my wife cry which resulted in me gathering up all the paperwork they wrote on and walking out. They even tried running after us and yelling at us as we left. Not only was it a terrible customer service experience but the figures they quoted were ridiculous. We were planning on leasing just the basic "no-frills" model. They quoted a lease payment of $380, which we later saw they exact same model with the same package on a commercial with an advertised lease rate of $239/month. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!
