Got a car and it still has the 30 day tags on it and I already have lights going off on my dash. They lied about how many times they would run our credit and then when we asked about it Mike the finance manager was very cocky and rude and spoke to me as if I were an idiot for listening to lawyers and finance professionals about dings on credit scores. I regret getting my car from them so unprofessional.

Purchased my used vehicle from Kia Mansfiled. Will never ever purchase anything from them again in. And on top of it they will never touch my car again. They never attached my plates correctly from my old car to my new. Small little detail. After having the vehicle less than a month, I had to take it back in to the service department due to the fact the NEVER totally tightened my lug nuts. Lack of safety concerns for their customers. The vehicle when they acquired it needed new brakes and rotars. They put new brakes on it but just machine shopped the rotars. I have had NOTHING but ISSUES with my BRAKES! I was told by their Service Manager I was hard on BRAKES. So I tried to communicate that Im not and in fact I am police academy trained in driving vehicles and also drove many vehicles in the military. So after being treated rude and taking my money for repairs, this Veteran will take his money down the road. So long SPITZER KIA!!

I did an online search for my new Optima & emailed Spitzer. The sales person who contacted me was Heath Roach. My husband & I went to the dealership on a horrible, snowy day : Heath was so very helpful, he cleaned off 2 cars for me and was still nice when I declined to test drive them. We test drove a car : signed all paperwork & I drove my new car home in a very short time. This was a great experience with a very knowlegable saleman. Thanks, Heath for a job well done.

My Husband brought our vehicle in for an oil change, everything was great in till I checked our Bank Account, Spitzer Kia of Mansfield doubled charged us for the Oil Change. When I called, I was told I would have to wait in till Monday to resolve this matter. They have always been good to us, I just feel this matter should of been handled in a different way. We will probably have to wait at least till Wednesday or Thursday now to get our money back.

Had car serviced for warranty work. I have never been treated so horribly at any business establishment in my entire life. The service manager, Paul Wagoner was very rude, aggressive, obnoxious, etc. He really should not be in the line of business that he is in because he has no customer service skills whatsoever. I will never set foot into Spitzer of Mansfield again.

I just purchased a KIA Sorento. I decided on the KIA because of its safety rating, warranty, great features and price... assembled in Georgia. We were just looking at various different cars when Carrie introduced herself to us. She never came across as a salesperson, she just asked about our needs, price range, and the type of vehicle we had in mind. It was a great experience all around. We had some pre-concieved notions that turned out to be wrong and she explained everything in a polite and detailed manner. She never tried to "get over" or forget to tell us anything. They told us what was needed and even though we had a 2 1/2 hr. round trip to get it, they let us take the car as an extended test drive. The entire transaction was smooth and we were treated like friends by everyone there. I can't imagine going anywhere else in the future for a new or used car.We will seek out Carrie Murphy in the future.

Jason was a very knowledgeable and patient and persistent salesman for my new Kia Soul. I started shopping with hum in October and finally "made the deal" on the last day of December. Through the whole process, Jason kept calling me, answered all of my questions,and was a real joy to work with. He went over and above the call for me at all times. bouhgt my truck brand new from you had so many on going problems with it that you could not fix just like the brakes you replaced you told me they where life time .till it came time for them to be replaced then you told me they where not but i took it to another dealer and they where rear end is still bad after you rebuilt it heater is still bad after you fixed it now iam stuck with a pice of junk that is out of warranty ..

My husband and I purchased our Chrysler Pacifica from Spitzer about 8 months ago. Our rep was ~Dana Stuart~ and she is AMAZING!! I will someday buy another car and she will be out gal. She went far and above the call to make sure our experience was excellent. We did not plan to purchase a car the day we met Dana; we were at the beginning of our search. We knew that we did not want a car because there would not be enough room, however the thought of a mini van was really out of the question too. Dana showed us the Pacifica because it drives like a car and seats like a van. We fell in love with it, and her. As I said, we were not prepared that day to purchase. Dana worked late and made our purchase happen that day. She has kept in contact with me every since we bought our car. She always sends me a message at the holidays and continues to be concerned about our family. Her personal touch makes me feel completely certain that we made the best choice. We have friends that have purchased their vehicles elsewhere and they never hear from their rep. I am super blessed to have met Dana and completely happy with Spitzer Dodge / Kia.

We were looking online for a new car but were unsure if anyone would be able to help us due to our past credit history. Heath contacted us and set up an appointment to look at some cars. We were there about 2hrs and left with a brand new car & a full tank of gas! They were excellent with the financing (only $1.76 over what we wanted to pay) at a great finance rate. More than we ever expected! Will be sure to visit them again when we purhcase another vehicle.

Been buying cars from this dealership for years and would not go anywhere else. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices cannot be beat! I never felt like just another number, they treated me like family. If I have any problems, the service department is the best around. They have even picked me up and taken me to/from work when my car was being serviced.

I walked into Spitzer Dodge excited to purchase my first brand new vehicle (a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500). I was even more excited to pay cash for it. By the end of my visit with this dealership I'd wished they had a return policy so I could be rid of the truck and buy it from a dealership more deserving of business. I was told I would receive numerous phone calls to set up appointments for things I wanted to add to my vehicle (a sunroof, which I'd paid for in the purchase price) and a touch screen radio. The only call I got was from my salesperson, asking how I liked the vehicle. When I expressed that I wasn't happy with the customer service I had received I was told that it was my fault because I didn't call the dealership myself. Finally an appointment was made for my sunroof to be put in in Columbus. When I received my truck back there was a sunroof! But there was also 150 extra miles, an entire tank of gas missing, and a large gouge dug into the dashboard. Someone also manually manipulated the amp that connects my sound system and turned the bass all the way up, risking blowing the several hundred dollars in speakers I had put in the vehicle. Before I picked up my vehicle Arik, the sales manager, told me he was going to have it detailed. I was excited to see it all nice and clean...but it wasn't. There was actually grease caked onto my windows and door handles. Nothing clean about this vehicle.BUT! This wasn't even the worst part of my experience! I made a trip to Southern Alabama in my truck to visit family. On the way back one of my new tires sprung a leak. Come to find out, each of my tires was OVERINFLATED by 15 pounds or more!!! Dealerships sometimes over inflate tires to make the gas mileage seem better, but 15lb of extra air is dangerous. I made a 2000 mile trip with a LOT of weight in my truck. I'm lucky I didn't blow a tire and flip on the interstate. I told my sales person, "The better you service I receive, the more business I'll happily bring you". Needless to say, I won't ever go back.

Jason was very knowledgeable about car and answered all question of concerned about the car and the warrenty . Also he set up my cell phone for the bluetooth on the car and went over all the options which was very helpfull. Also showed me around the dealership and showed me all the different departments. I have had a great experiences and would recommed this dealership to friends and family.

Before we bought the car my husband noticed the transmission fluid was low and he asked for it to be looked at. The next week we cane in was assured everything with the transmission was checked and fine. Two days after we bought the car we noticed transmission fluid ob our garage floor. We had to take the car to the transmission place in rt 430 in Mansfield and paid nearly $500.00 to get it fixed. We did not take it back to spritzer to get fixed because you already had looked at it and assured us that nothing was wrong with it.

Everything was great with Bill, he was wonderful. However just two weeks after purchasing the vehicle I was laid off and called stating that I don't think I can keep this vehicle and was basically told to bad and that if I don't it will kill my credit score. I still can't believe they didn't work with me to get me out of this mess.

I really enjoyed the service I was given in selecting a vehicle. On the other hand,me being a woman I think that some things could've been pointed out to me on my vehicle that could've helped me, such as pointing out that my tires were worn and I would need new ones, and that the power steering was not at it's best either, when I brought up the noise I was hearing I was told you all couldn't find anything. So other than that, I love my car. So now I'm having to pay for 4 tires and power steering.

We weren't for sure if we would be able to do anything. Owed on current vehicle and wasn't for sure what could be done. But, Dana said let's just see what we can do. She was very friendly and made sure we were ok and if we needed anything while the numbers were being prepared. Everything went fast and smooth. We test drove, talked about what could be done and before we knew it we were signing the documents. This is the fastest that we have ever purchased a vehicle. We recommended a family memember recently and they came over a few months ago and was able to purchase a van. Thanks Dana Stuart!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!On Saturday 20-Aug-2011 I sent an online form expressing an interest in leasing a 2011 Kia Soul. Mr. Roach returned a "canned" email (autoresponder type) Sunday 21-Aug-2011 promising to contact me with further details/options/etc. HE NEVER DID!Later that same week I went to the dealership to see for myself what year-end Kia Souls were available. It was around lunchtime and apparently no one cared that I had previously sent in an online inquiry. I was then handed off to Jim Mahek, apparently because he had not yet sold a Kia.As Jim and I were filling out papers, arranging for test-drive, etc., Mr. Roach overheard our conversation and introduced himself as the one I initially contacted via the Internet. Rather than apologizing for not contacting me, he made some comment about how hard it was for him to get a hold of me (yet no phone calls were logged on my smartphone . . . no emails sent to my email address). While at the dealership I waited nearly 3 hours as Spitzer attempted to arrange leasing. They kept apologizing for the length of time it took, blaming it on the leasing company, but now I suspect they hadn't leased a Kia before. I was told that because it was a lease, they couldn't come down on the price, even though it was a model year closeout. Shame on me for believing yet another one of their lies. I was also told that I could come back to the dealership for the license plates in two or three weeks . . . they would call when the plates arrived. INSTEAD, I had to contact Spitzer as to the status of my license plates. I sent an email 13-Sep and received an answer 20-Sep! Seriously?!?!? SEVEN DAYS to respond to an email? UNACCEPTABLE!! And to make matters worse . . . they put the license plates in the MAIL and I received them the SAME DAY my 30-Day Tag expired. Unbelievably INCOMPETENT! Oh, and I paid for twelve months registration . . . only received 9 months as the plates expire in June 2012. I was also told that I could set up online lease payments on my debit/credit card. NOT TRUE! That lie cost me $118 in cash-back bonuses. Several months into the lease agreement I get a memo from the leasing company stating that the Kia is not adequately insured and I am in violation of the lease agreement. This is yet another item that the dealership should have been aware of and informed me of right up front. Perhaps they don't know how to arrange for the leasing of a vehicle! INCOMPETENT! Regarding the PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION WORKSHEET (22-Aug-2011) and the CUSTOMER VEHICLE DELIVERY WORKSHEET (26-Aug-2011): WHAT A JOKE!! Two glaring examples of how LITTLE Spitzer cares about their customer! For example, many items on my worksheet are "Checked off" as if they are OK, yet the car does not even have some of these options! Seat warmers, Navigation System, Rear HVAC System to name a few. Makes me wonder whether the items the car actually does have were ever checked at all. Well, the very first item in section 2 of the PDI Worksheet is "Tire Pressure". The PSI of each is supposed to be 33 lbs. Each tire on my vehicle was 48 lbs! That EXCEEDS the manufacturer's Maximum! Not only unbelievably incompetent but EXTREMELY DANGEROUS as well!! I wonder what else of the 63-point Kia checklist they didn't bother to check. Probably most, if not all of them. In retrospect, I certainly wish I would have obtained my Kia from VanDevere, Bill Doraty, Ricart, Montrose, Halleen or any of the other dealerships within reasonable driving distance.

I had heard about Spitzer from a family member and decided to give Spitzer a try after dealing with another dealership for the last seven years! I called ahead of time and spoke with Dana and she was great from the start. When I arrived, she took great care and listened to all of my needs and made a few recommendations for me as well. The reason for this review and taking the time to do this at all is only because of the great customer service that I received from Dana. I advised her that my family would be back to buy again when it was time. Dana was great and assured that I knew how to operate the functions of my new car before I left. had a bad experience with the sales manager and the finance manager. Salesman did not explain anything about the vehicle i purchased0.took A DIRTY VEHICLE HOME AND HAD TO RETURN TO HAVE IT CLEANED ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO IS NOW THE PARTS manager. very dissatisfied with the whole deal.
