My service engine light came on two weeks ago. I got the code read and it was P0174 which identifies as the car running lean. The service engine light went off by itself a day later. Then it came back on again last Friday. I made the appointment for the following Monday for Starling to see my car. When Monday came, the service engine light was off again however my battery was dead and I needed a jump to get to the dealership. I make it to the dealership and explain to the service rep that I made the appointment based off the knowledge of a check engine light, however my car needed to be jumped just to get here. So I’m here for two reasons now. I explained to the service rep that the light is not on at this time but it came on twice in the past 2 weeks and when I got the code read it was p0174. I noticed that the rep appeared to only care about my battery issue and not the service engine light. Therefore I asked the rep can they do a multi point inspection to see if anything is wrong with my car. A couple hours later, the rep calls me and tells me that I need a new battery and that was why the service engine light came. I advised him to replace the battery but that p0174 code is not in relation to a battery so can he please find out why that light came on. The rep insisted that the battery issue was the reason the light came on. I pick my car up and as I’m driving hone from the dealership, the service engine light comes on. I made another appointment for Tuesday for an issue that I tried to have resolved on Monday. On Tuesday I asked for a loaner because I’ve been stuck without a car for two days now because of a issue that Starling failed to identify. I was denied a loaner (as I’ve always been denied every-time I go to Starling). A couple hours later, the rep calls me and tell me that my service engine light is on because of an aftermarket intake system I have on my car. I told the rep that I put that aftermarket intake on my car in 2016 when I had roughly 7,000 miles on my car and never had a service engine light on because of that part. It is 2021, I have 84,xxx miles on my car now so why would I get a service engine light almost 80,000 miles later. The rep advised me that I would have to take off my aftermarket intake and have them diagnose my car again to pinpoint why the light is appearing. Outside of fixing my battery (in which I could have had autozone or anyone replace) I took my car to starling because I expected Chevrolet to identify an issue with a car that they make. I wanted my car fixed, so I took it to the best technicians for the job but apparently I was wrong and I was car less for basically two days and my issue is still not solved.

There was a vehicle I had my eye on that was at another location. Tom was very punctual in getting my SUV to the St. Cloud location. We were unable to drive to the other location to look at it first so he had a video sent to us of the vehicle! He kept us updated on everything, very thorough. He made the whole process very easy & smooth. He was personable & kind. There was a small issue we had a concern with after we left the lot and he got it taken care of immediately. He also contacted us a few days later to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. I would highly recommend going to him!

Had my car in for 60,000 mile check up and oil change with tire rotation. It was very busy with lots of cars in the service lane but it went smoothly. Colleen was very efficient and knowledgeable in getting my car checked in, went over my service needs and had me out in less time than I expected. My car was ready when promised and my check out was great too with Colleen. She helped me use my rewards points to pay and was very pleasant to work with!

Wanted to give a shout out to Colleen our Service Advisor as she made our repair process very pleasant and efficient. This is not the first time we have taken our truck to Starling but this is the first time we had Colleen and I will only use her from now on. She communicated with us and was available to answer all questions and was very efficient and made sure our repairs were done in a reasonable time. All the issues we had were fixed with no problems so also a kudos to the service guys that worked on the truck. I would recommend for sure!

This is by far the best dealership that I have ever been into! I made my deal over the phone in less than 30 minutes with Ryan and was at the dealership for less than an hour and a half buying my first Subaru. Carlos the business manger is super easy to work with and really made my overall experience feel welcoming and respectful. These guys didn't treat me any different from a guy buying a corvette or a used Subaru XV and for that I will definitely be back for my next car.

Contacted Rich Kelly on 11/24/15 concerning getting my transmission fluid changed and he set me up an appoinment that afternoon for 3:30 and told me it would take an hour. I got there on time and my truck was taken to the back and I had it back in45 minutes. As always a great job and Rich is so plesant to deal with. Can't imagine going there without him. Matter of fact, I stopped ther the previous day and he was out. I said I would return the next day when he was there. Thats how much confidence I have when dealing with him.

I was pleased with Alex and CRlos who helped me find the Camaro I have been wanting. The haggling for payments etc was very comforting and I was put at a payment in which I wanted that I was comfortable with. My son brought his Sonic in for an oil change, took about an hour and a 1/2 because the service folks were having a bad experience with another customer. I don't think an oil change should take an hour and a 1/2 however they were polite and did apologize to him for the delay. Very nice people and usually quite quick with the appointment.

I had great experience with my last visit for my Buick to be serviced. My service rep not only made sure that he made sure that my vehicle got the right service but he made several phone calls to obtain information that I needed to confirm information on my extended warranty. He took the tome to make the call and then wrote the information on my paperwork so I had it for future reference. He also assisted me in finding out if I needed to update my GPS, when he was not positive on one answer, he went a got a supervisor to assist us. She too was great. My service rep was Rich Kelly and he definately made me feel like I mattered. The supervisor was Debby Jones, and again she was helpful and wanted to make sure I got the info I needed. I really appreciate that. Last but not least, I had just mentioned to my family that every time I have called Buick I have gotten the nicest and most professional assistance by the receptionist and everyone else I have talked to over the phone. That means the world to me as there are not a lot of business's that seem to think that manners and professionalism seem to matter anymore, but they do to me! Thanks so much.

I went to have a recall fixed on my TrailBlazer and they said we do not have the parts in stock right now but said the parts would be in at 11 am. They put me in a loner truck so I could go about my daily chores. All they asked me for was to bring the truck back with the same amount of gas that was in it when I took it. They called me when my SUV was ready. I returned the loner and picked up my SUV. "No hassle". They are very friendly and helpful. Thank You Starling

I would highly recommend Starling Buick to anyone who is in need of a car without the pushy salesmen. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Besides an error in the original price, the vehicle was brought down to my internet quote after much number crunching. Chris was informative and very helpful and let us be. He wasn't breathing down our necks trying to sell us more. He was an excellent salesman, the kind I wish I'd see more often. Gerardo, in finance, amazing! Very personable and enjoyable to talk to. Before going over numbers, terms, the typical car finance stuff, we talked for quite some time about vintage muscle cars, definitely broke any ice that may have been there. Again, no pushiness. He recommended GAP, which I took, which in turn lowered my interest rate. By the time I was done with paperwork my car was ready!! Washed, tank full of gas, metal license plates installed (no temps), and car pulled up to the front door like valet service. This, by far, has been the absolute best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Most certainly worth the 3 hour drive to the dealership. I will most certainly refer others to Startling, Chris, and Gerardo when in the market for a vehicle. This dealership gets a 2 thumbs up by me. Keep up the great work Startling. Thank you!!!

I had a oil change scheduled on the way to dealership service brakes now light came on it was a Friday and I needed a vehicle to use and get to work while they diagnosed what was wrong they said it was the master cylinder and before I got to the service desk Rick the service technician had a courtesy vehicle for me to use till my truck was finished. I have been a customer of the dealership since 1987 and have had nothing but excellent service in all my years and would highly recommend their service.

I showed up at Starling at 6:15pm, when they were scheduled to 7pm. I knew that I wanted to downsize to a Buick Encore, but have never even sat in one before. Richard Fancher was wonderful! He gave me the estimate for my trade in, let me take a test drive of the new Encore, completed the paperwork, and I drove away in my new Encore by 8pm! Everyone was very nice and helpful, and no one had a problem with staying after closing. Would definitely recommend Richard Fancher and Starling Chevrolet, Buick & GMC!!!

Brought my 2011 Chevy Cruze in to have the upper radiator hose replace because of a leak. Joe Vaga, the service rep found out that it was not the hose but the intake fitting. I was expecting to pay around $150.00 for the repair by Joe informed me that the part was covered by the warranty. But rather than replacing the upper hose and the relief hose for a cost of $170.00 for an unnecessary repair, he was honest and I only had to pay for a relief hose.

The transmission on my 2010 Equinox recently failed. I limped into the dealership, they had the problem identified within minutes, and I was on my way with a loaner vehicle. Three days later, the work was done and my vehicle was back in working order. Since it was still under warranty, it cost me nothing.

Service department went above and beyond when i need a pricely repair 1500 miles after warrantly expired. They contacted GM on my behalf and I was able to get most if it covered except a deductible. They also gave me a loaner vehicle for over a week. They were wonderful to work with even though auto was purchased at a different dealership.

The work is always exemplary! If you want your car fixed, this is the place. They stand behind their work and try their best to create a wonderful experience for the customer. Nonetheless, the prices are not competitive. Their quotes are always insanely high (in comparison to other privately owned shops). This is an area of concern and why I always hesitate in making the decision to use them or not. For middle income families, like mine, sometimes this cannot be an option and we go with the most inexpensive choice. Kudos to Debbie that took care of us like Royalty on a Saturday - while we were stranded. It feels like family every time a visit.

I am really enjoying my Buick Encore. It has all the features I wanted, with many I was surprised I was getting at the price I paid. I got a better price than other cars I locked at. According to them fixing a simple shift cable takes 3 hours. When I told them I knew as a fact that replacing a simple cable for a Sunfire 2001 shouldn't take more than 1.5 hours ( Most mechanics can do it in 1 hour ) they said that running the diagnosis only would take 1 hour. The person that talked to me was rude and dishonest. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. They will lie to you in your face with a bad attitude and steal your $. I really hope not all their employees are like the one who talk to me.

I found the vehicle we purchased online and called the dealership where I spoke with Chris. Chris was very responsive to phone calls and obtaining information on the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership Chris had the Avalanche ready for a test drive and was friendly and helpful. This is our 1st vehicle purchase at Starling an it is one of the nicest dealerships we have dealth with. I would recommend Chris to anyone coming to the area to purcahse a vehicle. We do not live in Orlando area but found a better selection of cars there.

Followed up on Suburban advertised through Cars.com. Vehicle was pretty much as described and photographed. Sale Price was excellent. Tom Brombin, the Sales Associate was great to deal with.
