I was already set to see a different Dodge dealership to check out the new Ram 1500's. My neighbor said why don't I check out Sterling Hgts. Dodge after and compare. Well, I told him that I would go there first. I did'nt have to go anywhere else. My sales rep, Mike M. was terrific. No sales pitch. He is a straight shooter and it didn't take long to make a deal. He converted me from, until now, a Lifetime GM Customer to a very happy Ram 1500 owner. To be honest, it did take some sleeping on, After all I did get the Family GM discount, but when you are offered a better deal for a high quality truck, it ended up being an easy decision. Just leased a shiny new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Sterling Heights Dodge, the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. The salesman was extremely helpful and did not try any high pressure techniques to get me to choose a vehicle, financing method, price, etc. They got me through the leasing process quickly and professionally and my vehicle was ready for pickup the following day (my salesman, Mark Simun, came in on his day off to make sure the process went smoothly). Haven't had the new car in for servicing yet, but I had previously purchased two vehicles from this dealership and was very pleased with the excellent repair/warranty services this dealership provided. This was my very first time purchasing a brand new car, and from the moment I walked into the building Keith was very welcoming. He was very knowledgeable and broke down multiple barriers to make sure our Town and Country was exactly what we wanted. Mark went out of his way to make sure the entire family was a part of the process and felt welcome (including our children). The price Mark quoted us was the price we paid, no issues or excuses (i.e "I forgot the taxes" or "you didn't qualify for that rebate", yes both have happened to us in the past). overall the car buying day was good, The only issues we encountered was my wife was in a wheel chair and we had a very hard time getting around in the showroom. The sales person Kevin Kelly. Was knowledgeable and helpful, He is a busy person but needs to work on one person or a couple at a time, I understand this can be cumbersome at times. I recently had the pleasure of meeting salesman Brian Bell and spent a good part of the day with him. He answered every question I threw at him and spent considerable time explaining the ins and outs of the SRT Jeep that I ulitmately purchased from him. Along the way, I met manager Russ Maisano (who was also very well versed in the SRT line), as well as several other friendly employees. I received a letter that sterling heights dodge was looking for used compass' and would try to match my current monthly payment without any additional money out ot my pocket in order to buy a 2014 compass. This sounded too good to be true. I sat down with keith forbes and he went the distance to try and honor this letter. Talk about fast service. Stopped by on a Monday and had it on Wednesday. Great show room service. My husband and I recently moved to the Detroit area. We went to several dealerships in the area and were very turned off by the vulcher mannerism and the long wait just to find out some pricing!!! A Sunday ad for Sterling Heights Dodge caught our eye and we thought we would give it one more trip to a dealer. When we got there and looked around at the cars, no one hovered over us. When we went inside to inquire on a vehicle we were immediately greeted with smiles! We wound up talking to Gary and bought a Dodge Dart! Gary was extremely knowledgable and helpful! He did not try and sell us a car that we did not want! The best part was we did not have to fill out hardly any paperwork till we picked up our car! The credit part was a breeze, pleasant and very refreshing experience compaired to previously! We will be buying all our future vehicles from here and highly recommend everyone to do the same! You will not regret it!

Really great service. Walked in and was directly approached by a salesperson who took care of every one of my interests. The salesperson was Sylvester Ivory. My brother recommended Sterling Heights Dodge and Keith Forbes from his experiance when buying his Chrysler 300. We could have went to other Dodge dealers closer to our home but we went there. We found Keith to be very friendly and knowing what we wanted ,he proceeded to find the car we wanted. We were happy with the trade of our chrysler 300 which we had for 8 years and was happy with it, but time for a new one.Did not feel ripped off and when one incentive ran out before we took delivery, Keith got the amount off of the used car and gave us the deal that was quoted to us. The Finance lady was very nice and friendly, eveything was very smooth.The dealership was very clean and everyone was friendly.This is the first time in over 15 years we bought a car from a dealer in our area because we always had bad experiances from them. We will back when we need another car.

Met Keith Forbes outside and asked to see the new models. He spent time with me roaming the parking lot even though he knew (I told him)I wasn't ready to make a decision. Absolutely no pressure. Returned a week later to get more serious and he ran the numbers on what I was looking for. Told I wanted to compare to others and again no pressure. By far they were more professional than their dealerships to the north. However I did get a little better number. Called Keith, told him what I found and he matched the price. Gave him the deposit. Told him I didn't want pressure to by extras or dealership logos on the car. He made sure everythign went smooth. Spent about 30 minutes or so going over the features and bells and whistles. Great salesperson, nice place, very good experience. Congatulations Sterling Heights Dodge,Chrysler,Jeep --- you've got it right.

I will never go to any other Dealership again!!! They Were amazing and so Helpful They are the best They will make whatever you want Happen!!!! The Only Bad thing I would Say Is when we bought our Van I was not Impressed with the Way it looked it was not clean enough for me on the Outside! They did clean what we complained about but when I looked over it again and She was pretty much I'm not gonna get the guy again!!!! But I will say They are very hard workers!!!!

This is the second vehicle we purchased from Sterling Heights Dodge, both times we were impressed with dealership and our salesman Keith Forbes. He worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with our car and spent time locating the right color. Everything was explained during the final processing of all the paperwork. My wife and I went to look at used Chrysler T & Cs. We met with a salesman and one of his first questions was are we looking to buy a car today. When we told him no we were just looking and gathering information he told us the cars are in the lot and to go check them out ourselves. He did not seem interested in helping us at all. When we had questions about warranty options he informed us that he could not tell us anything about warranty options until we chose a van to buy which is false. We've been to 3 other Chrysler dealerships and they have all been very helpful, informative, and willing to answer any questions. WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD. Go to another dealership for used car sales.
