Update: The brief glimmer of hope that this dealership had turned it around has now faded. I dropped my car off with a service appointment at 9AM on Monday morning. At the end of the day, got my first update call to let me know they needed something for a recall but it wouldn't arrive until the morning and they asked if I would like to pick up and bring back in the morning or just leave it so they could work on it as soon as they got the part. I opted to leave it. It's not 2:10PM on Tuesday and I've called multiple times for an update on my car, but my original service advisor is out today so apparently they don't have a way for checking the status. Furthermore, the woman on the phone has asked to confirm I left it at this location because she's not finding my car in the system. I would absolutely recommend my Hyundai Palisade (purchased at Ron Carter Hyundai) but I would NOT recommend this dealership for service. ---- Previous: I will be the first to say that I have not been a fan of this dealership — BUT I can confidently say that they are taking incredible strides to improve the customer experience. My service appointment was night/day from my previous experience. They have improved communication, improved service experience, and seem truly committed to creating a positive custom experience. I’ve avoided going to the dealership at all cost and even had my car serviced while out of town to avoid it, but I am so happy with the shifts that I will be returning for future needs! Thanks so much to the Sterling McCall Hyundai team— and whoever the new service director is. Your efforts are not unseen and they are certainly appreciated.

I was absolutely thrilled with the service here! I had to reschedule, to which was of no issue to them. They offered excellent coffee and lounge area, even though my vehicle was finished in such an incredibly fast amount of time I didn't even need to get too comfortable!!! Johnny was super, and very accommodating to the distance I had traveled. Everyone I spoke to on the phone were extremely pleasant. I'm so glad I chose Sterling McCall Hyundai Southwest for this maintenance check. Mr.Mike was extremely accommodating as well.

Service on yesterday was quick and very professional. The check in and check out team was very nice and friendly. Will return soon to change the hose they informed me needed to be replaced.. My service agent Mike is the best. Her could teach others a thing or two. Be always keep me on point on what needs to be done but offers great solutions if at the time it's not affordable. Thank you Mike for always giving excellent customer service. He's a 10, if that's possible.

I recently moved to Houston and was super overwhelmed when I started having issues with my car. When I initially came in, I was not too happy with a couple things, but Cedric went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He went above and beyond to get my car fixed and constantly kept me updated on my car. I was so happy with my car at the end of it all thanks to Cedric. When I would thank him, he said he just wanted to give me good customer service but I knew he was lying to me. It was more than giving good customer service.. Cedric is just a great person with a big heart! My account was super complicated, but Cedric still pushed forth to get everything taken care of for me and more! So grateful for Cedric!! Also, Joe in parts was the exact same way! Joe helped make my complex car situation easier to deal with. I was honestly blessed to have these guys help me with my car. Thanks again!

The guys at Sterling McCall Hyundai were so great! I had just moved and needed a car pretty urgently. They made it happen so quick and actually drove 4 hours to deliver the car to me. A special shout out to Irving for doing everything he could to make it easy for us. Definitely go to them if you need a car!
