Everyone one here was great. This was a fantastic first car experience. Moe, Max and Ismail all went the extra mile to help me get the car I wanted. The first time I visited with my boyfriend everything went fine. I checked a few cars I liked, but wasn’t ready to buy. Went in a second time on my own. I was lectured like a child instead of treated like a customer. The sales man was not interested in finding information for me at all. I guess they don’t want me to buy from them. That’s alright. Please remember to treat all customers with equal respect no matter what they look like.

Carlos was very responsive via email and phone and answered all of my questions before I came into the dealership. I was also able to complete the credit application online. Service was friendly, quick and thorough, we were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. And I love my new Kia Niro EV!
