Went there to fix my old car which had major issues, and I was able to pinpoint a resolution with the help of Joseph Hudak. We found a car with a major deal, the specifications I needed, and with the help of his team, I traded in the old ford, and we were able to make the #'s work. Now I have a new car that I enjoy very much. Thanks Joe and Stevens Ford!

The salesman I dealt with, Josehp Hudak, was knowledgeable about the features of the cars, the pricing options and availability of the car I was interested in purchasing. He did not push me in any direction I was not comfortable with and went out of his way to find the exact car I was looking for and deliver the car on two days notice. The entire staff at Stevens was very helpful and made the car buying experience a pleasant one.

Traveled all the way from Long Island, New York to Milford, Connecticut to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter, and it was well worth the trip! I recently purchased a gently used Mazda CX-7 for my wife. Our decision to buy was contingent some relatively minor repairs ALL of which were taken car of SWIFTLY. There was one part that had to be ordered, but it came in when promised and the final repair was done on the day that our Salesman (Will Poole) said it would. I was very impressed! Just bought a 2013 Ford Escape with 9000 miles on it at Stevens Ford, like the no haggle atmosphere at this dealership. Had been shopping around for a car for 4 months before I met Joe Hudak. Joseph Hudac was the salesman that helped me purchase a new red Ford Escape at Stevens Ford in Milford , Ct. He took the time to find out what options were important and what was not important. We sat and reviewed different options, went out to look at different Escapes and did a test drive to see if I liked the car, and I did. Joe then sat with me and explained different payment plans. I did not intent to buy a car immediately but I was so impressed with the Escape and the help Joe was in the explaining all my questions that I ended up leasing the car and driving away that afternoon.

Anybody shopping for a Ford, Steven's Ford in Milford,CT is the place to go. I had a real good experience at Steve's, there was no high pressure sales people there. I had Joseph Hudak who is very professional. Joseph knows his cars and knows everything about them, including the functions and controls. And Joseph explains them so you understand what they do and how to use them. Compared to other dealers Joseph takes time with you to pick the correct car for you, along with the options your looking for. I bought a car from them last summer, my first time financing. I wanted a Taurus and test drove a new one but I didn't like they're offer. I went to Stevens to see one they had advertised certified pre-owned and took a drive with Joseph Hudak. I liked the car, decided it was the one I'd been looking for and we came to a deal. I've had two oil changes since, the service department is on par with the sales. The one minor issue I had they took care of with no problems. Highly Recommended

Just had a re manufactured transmission put in my F-150. During their thorough examination of the drive train, the technicians found and repaired suspension and brake related items. Truck handles like new. Just would have liked more timely communication.

I both purchased a used car from this dealership a few months back, as well as brought it in when I was having mechanical issues with it. Joseph Hudak, one of the salesmen at Stevens who helped me buy the car was just as helpful with pointing me in the right direction to get it fixed as he was when he helped me pick it out. He made the stress of the car not working properly minimal with his professionalism and friendliness. The service department and staff were efficient and able to make my car run like new. I want to thank Stevens for a great and positive experience all around, I am glad I chose this dealership. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fast and easy car buying/fixing experience!

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! I have bought over 20 cars in my lifetime and never have I had the most rude and unaccomadating experience. Arrived at dealer and was greeted cordially then it was all downhill . The car I was interested in was marked up 10,000 over advertised sticker price on cars.com. I found the same car at another dealer for 3,000 below their sticker price . The manager made up a bogus story that he didn't have a key to unlock the car so I couldn't look inside it . The salesman said other dealers were selling the car 20,000 over sticker but that's obviously not true. I quickly left and had to get this review out before someone else gets the same treatment. I think you will get the message

Our sales person (Bill McCoy) was very helpful and and friendly this is the second time we purchased a car from Bill. We would recommend this dealership to friends. Bill answered all the questions we had and if he didn't have the answer he got the answer for us. The process was of picking up the car was great car was ready when promised. Work with us to get the payments where they were good for us. Very clean dealership facility.

service is poor - continuously having to reach out to dealer for follow-up on parts or claims body shop said when looking for them to fix paint issue under warranty "why are you bringing your vehicle to this body shop when you didn't buy it here" customer service & satisfaction is not a concern with this dealership.....even if you've spent thousands of dollars over the years servicing your vehicles at the dealership......not sure who they're trying to keep as a customer

I recently had two of my cars ran through stevens ford emission test center. Celina was my advisor on both occasions and was very professional. I also like to note, that when I brought in my second car I was pressed for time to get in and out of there and she spoke to one of the technician's in the shop and they made that happen ! Took my car in for routine maintenance (oil change) and found the staff to be very courteous and friendly. They took my car in in a timely manner. The car was inspected and there were a couple of issues with the car. Tom was very thorough when he went through the list of items and helps to know what should be completed now and what could wait. I was not pressured to by and fell very good about the shape of my car. I will be back to have the remaining services completed. Thanks Tom and the crew at Quick Lane.

I did not purchase my vehicle from Steven's and was unsure if I would receive the same courtesy and quality with a new dealer. To my surprise I recieved better from my last dealer! Paul was so courteous and kind. He explained things in a way for me to understand. I had only scheduled an oil change and a rotation but he informed me that I needed new brakes in the near future and we decided after chatting that we would go ahead with the work. He explained the new program that helps acrew money and I accepted it as a good idea after the brake job.

I purchased a 2010 f150 about two years ago and since have gotten all my maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) everytime I have to bring my vehicle in I always receive a very welcomed feeling. I was looking for a new car and requested pricing on a new Focus that I saw in stock on Steve's Ford / Lincoln's website. I received a quick reply from the Internet Sales Manager a fantastic price that was before factory rebates. I went in and was met by Joseph, a sale person at the dealership. He was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. He really made the entire car-buying experience stress and drama free. There were no hidden fees or tense moments to speak with a manager....every was amazingly smooth. It was great! The day I came in to pick up the car, Joseph spent a good 45 minutes going over all the features of the vehicle and made sure any questions I had were answered. He introduced me to the Service Department and set up my first (FREE) maintenance. He's a fantastic person to deal with. Would I recommend Stevens Ford / Lin col? ABSOLUTELY! Ask for Joseph, he is a winner!

I just recently brought my Hyundai Elantra in to get repaired. It had major front end damage from an accident I had been in recently. The whole department was extremely helpful and courteous. They did an amazing job repairing my car. It looks like it's brand new all over again. The manager, Bruce,(hope that's right), was more than accommodating and extremely professional. They did the job ahead of schedule and kept me up to date at all times. I will be bringing any car repairs in the future to Stevens Ford Lincoln in Milford. Great place.

After searching online for the best deals around on used cars, I found that Steven's Ford of Milford had the best price for the best car. Being listed as about 4k less than the kelly blue book price of the year and model, I anticipated that it might be too good to be true. After test driving it in the snow, running the VIN to make sure it was clean, and discussing all options with our salesman, Jason, we decided to buy it. He was incredibly helpful, and accommodating, as well as personable. He even stayed past his work hours to help us pick up the car at a time suitable for us. Also, the service department put in a new battery for free. A+ salesman, A+ service.

I was in the market for a new car. I saw my fusion online at Stevens Ford in Milford Ct. The price seemed unreal. I ended up going down there to find out it wasnt unreal. I drove my new car home that day. After about two days I began to encounter issues with my phone not syncing and my radio not functioning at the level I had expected. I immediately contacted Stevens Ford where the run around began. This struggled continued for approximately two weeks. I gave up as any full time worker with a family would, due to lack of time. My frustration continued and so did my car payments. Months went by and I decided to call again. I ended up speaking to your Manager Shiela Beirman. I explained my frustration. I also explained I wasnt able to visit your location because of my everyday life commitments. She assured me she would fix every problem I had in a timely matter. My shift ends at midnight every day. I jokingly suggested she could contact me after my shift and go over the steps I needed to take to once and for all fix this problem. Shiela didnt find this funny. She called me at exactly 12:01am on a SATURDAY. She was patient and spoke at a level I could understand. At 1:15am I had finally fixed every problem I ever had as well as every question I needed answered. I explained to her Id like to write a letter or speak to her Manager. She insisted she was just doing her job and it wasnt necessary. Well as if that wasnt enough. Here we are hours later and Shiela calls again to make sure I still am in working order. Some companies say they have customer service but fall short of that. Stevens Ford has gone over and beyond my expectations. I decided not to let this slide and give Shiela credit for A+ work. I will contact her personally for my next car and send everyone I know in the market to her.

I OWN A LINCOLN MKS,I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH SO MANY TIMES THAT IT WOULD TAKE HOURS TO EXPLAIN MY FULL STORY HOWEVER I JUST WANT TO POINT OUT ACOUPLE OF REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE. IN 3 MONTHS I HAVE RETURNED TO THIS DEPARTMENT 11 TIMES!!! COME TO FIND OUT ONE MAIN REASON IS BECAUSE THE KID THAT THEY HAD WORKING ON MY 50K DOLLAR VEHICLE HAS NO EXPERIENCE IN THE LINCOLN LINE, I HAVE SPENT ALMOST 4K IN TRYING TO CORRECT A NOISE THAT I STILL HAVE AFTER SPENDING $3,750. A MANAGER NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO SPEAK DIRECTLY WITH ME BUT INSTEAD HAD THE ADVISOR OFFER A SMALL CREDIT FOR SOME DAMAGE THEY CAUSED IN THE PROCESS!! IT WAS SUCH A JOKE THAT I DECIDED NOT TO TAKE THE STEVENS FORD LINCOLN OFFER AND DECIDED TO TAKE IT ELSEWHERE AND PAY FOR TH FULL REPAIR. I ONLY BROUGHT MY LINCOLN TO THE DEALER BECAUSE I EXPECTED PROFESSIONALS TO WORK ON IT AND THAT IS THE REASON WHY YOU PAY ALOT MORE THEN YOUR LOCAL GARAGE OR A CHAIN REPAIR FACILITY.

the sales staff was friendly, professional and most important transparent. they were upfront and made the entire process of buying a car one of the best experiences ive ever had. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I bought a certified 2012 Ford Edge and the vehicle was in immaculate condition inside and out. They provided me with a car fax, and an inspection report from there service department. I received two keys a full tank of gas, a sirius free subscribtion and brand new floor mats... if you want a dealer where you dont have to feel pressured and have to deal with back and forth negotiations this is the dealer for you! I highly recommend Stevens Ford.

their motto is..."Built on Trust" what a JOKE My wife and I went to Stevens Ford in Milford,CT. to look at a 2012 Ford Explorer vin # 1FMHK8D80CGA53932 we liked the car and we put a deposit down on it.. That night we went on the Steven Fords website and looked up the AUTOCHECK vehicle history report on this vehicle.. We were shocked to read that prior to this truck going up for sale this truck was annouced that it had FRAME / UNIBODY DAMAGE REPAIRED !!!! we couldn't belive it? Autocheck recommended we do NOT buy this vehicle..nor would they honor their buy back deal. The next day i went to give the truck a closer look. I found it had 2 side windows replaced(with non-ford parts) and i found masking tape still left on one door handle from it being repainted... I was very upset they tried to sell my family a vehicle with frame damage and NOT even tell us... Thats very shady....I was even more shocked by the dealers actions after we found this out?? They did not care at all.Managament never contacted us.I would at least expect the manager to offer his apologizes and offer some kind of solution to recify this situation??? They didn't....The salesman offered to find us another car, then called to tell me I am going to have to pay more money and get a car with more mileage.... so IF someone did buy this truck please do an AUTOCHECK vehicle history report on it...The carfax came back clean... they have yet to mention giving us our $500 deposit back?? what a terrible experience :( I can't believe they could sell a family a vehicle like that?? I definitely DO NOT recommend this dealer to anyone...

Willing to negotiate price. Advertisement on line was not a come on. Responded to email almost immediately told them what were trading in and met our price without high pressure sales. It was worth the 125 mile drive they had the best deal.
