Yes, I bought a Ford, after trading in my Dodge at Stevinson Chevrolet. I inquired about the Ford truck via the Stevinson website. After a short while (10 minutes) Tracy called me back and we set up an appointment for me to come see it in person. Nathan also emailed me and I had originally set up an appointment through Tracy to meet with him. When I arrived, Tracy greeted me and referred me to Tom because Nathan was off. Tom went a pulled the truck up front. We looked around the truck and I told him I'd think about it. The next day I went back and Tom, Anthony and I negotiated what they would give me for my Dodge, as well as the price of the Ford. It took 2 hours of negotiating, but we finally agreed upon a a pretty darn good price. In the end, we came in below market price of the Ford truck and the gave me pretty close to what I owed on my Dodge. Even purchased the extended warranty that Jim offered. Tom stayed around till the deal was done, which was around 7:30 pm, even though his shift ended at 5 pm. Everyone was professional and they worked with me. Thanks Stevinson! I highly recommend Tom or Nathan.

We took our 92 Buick to Stevenson Chevrolet to get a circut breaker replaced and to have a new window regulator replaced.They repaced the parts and charged us $447.50 for a part that costs $68.00 at Med Ved Chevrolet. We took the car back three times before it was finally fixed. On the last trip there the Service Advisor [Chris Price] insinuated that we sabotoged the repair dept. because we brought it back 3 times.Also, now the seat does not slide forward or backward and the power does'nt work.I would NEVER take anything to this company again.We took it back 3 times because they did'nt fix it the first time and then ripped me to shreds on the price of the regulator.Very unprofesional. This was absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Even though I am a long-time Stevinson customer (over 40 years), I was hustled, hoodwinked and mostly taken advantage of by Stevinson Chevrolet. Im a retiree and my mind is undoubtedly not as sharp as it used to be, so I felt safe making a major purchase from a trusted dealer. Major mistake! The salesman and the sales manager wasted no time taking advantage of my trust and diminishing capacities. Before I knew what had happened, I had signed a contract to purchase a $40,000 truck that wasnt the truck that I wanted to buy. Before I took delivery, I complained to the salesman as well as the sales manager, that this was not the truck I wanted and wished to purchase a different vehicle. They both responded that I had bought a very nice truck and didnt understand what the problem was. I shouldnt have been surprised when neither of these gentlemen showed up at the time I took delivery of the truck that I was slick-talked into buying. I guess it was fitting that the truck wasnt even washed when I took delivery. I could write my name in the dust that covered it. (I suppose I could have washed it with my tears at the way my trust had been betrayed and how Id been hoodwinked.) So now I own the truck-that-I-didnt-want and I have learned a very expensive lessonStevinsons marketing claim that We strive to exceed your expectations and work hard to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. is just empty marketing hype designed to lure the unsuspecting. The proof sets in my garage. I would give Stevinson Chevrolet less than zero stars if I could.

I was looking for a new or newer truck for several months. On a whim one afternoon, and after surfing the web as I had done for weeks I noticed that Stevinson had a couple of 2016's Silverado priced to move. I waited for my wife to come home and said, let's go check out these deals to see if there are real or not. I thought....What do we have to lose? I drove away with a new Silverado in less than 3 1/2 hours. I can't say enough about Fransisco Aguilar and the true help and information he provided. He was clear, precise and sorted through all rebates and special current offerings to put together a deal I couldn't say no to. I would definitely recommend Fransisco again to family and friends.

I found a truck on line that I wanted to look at .I was told the truck was getting some work done and would be ready ln about a week .I called about a week later and was told two more weeks I said keep me informed. Friday the 19th Nathan called said it would be detailed by Monday . I said I would be in Monday morning he said no problem . Saturday he called and said they sold it . They also raised the price by about $1500.00

I will never go back. I will tell anyone I know not to go to Stevinson - even people I don't like.Bought a used 2010 Traverse with 50,000 miles in 2013 and the vehicle had to go back for major repairs 6 times in the first year we owned it. Every time we brought it in they gave us a hassle. I don't think they have ever gotten the repair work done in one day. Since I had a warranty and a rental car would be covered they some how think it is convenient for me to run around dealing with rental cars so they can take there sweet time working on the lemon they sold me. On one occasion they had to loosen the motor mounts to do a repair. After bringing it home and driving it for a little bit I noticed a shake in the car. Brought it back in and found out that they had never tightened the motor mounts back up. No apology or nothing.I would have dropped this had it not been for my recent experience. I would not have brought my car back to them but I thought the work would be covered under warranty. I made an appointment to bring my car in to have a few things fixed and get an oil change done a week.I told them at the time of the appointment what specifically needed to be done. I dropped my car off at 7:45am and told them I would be back to get it around 5pn. I told them to call me when they new the cost of the scheduled repairs. At 4pm I got a call from Kirk not Joe the service manager they dropped my car off with and spoke to. Joe had to leave early, Kirk informed me that none of the work was covered under any warranty and gave me prices. I told him to only fix one thing, a broken door handle. The door would not open from the outside. He told me that the it would not be completed until the next day. They had my car all day and got nothing done. I could understand this if I had just dropped it off unannounced but I made an appointment well in advance and told them what exactly was wrong. No concern that I have two kids that I need to get school or the time from work this causes me to loose, I told Kirk that would not work. Kirk told me he would have my vehicle to me by 10am on Tuesday. At 11am I had to call and leave a message for them to call me back. I was immediately called back to tell me my car had been done but they forgot to call me. You would think maybe I would get some kind of apology but no nothing. They cant even run the car through the wash for you. I bring my Subaru to the dealer for an oil change and they clean it up real nice every time.Since Joe the service manager doesn't seem to care about terrible service and overall experience I thought I would speak to the general manager. He could conveniently couldn't be found so they gave me the sales manager who could have cared less about the words coming out of my mouth and responded by telling me to talk to Joe. I could go on and on about this place. I have been buying vehicles for 25 years and have never dealt with such a poor operation. From small shops to large shops new cars and used this place ranks at the bottom of my list. Think twice before you get involved with this joke of a dealership.

Well it was a long wait for my Duramax Diesel Colorado (ordered 10/28/2015) but it wasn't the fault of Stevinson. GM had to iron out some production details I guess? But now that I have taken delivery (February 24, 2016) I am enjoying the truck a great deal.Both Sales Consultant Paul Lavoie and General Manager Scott Hushen were great to work with. They were very gracious and understanding during my many visits for updates on the production status.Yesterday I took my first extended ride in my Red Rock Metallic Colorado, up into the Colorado mountains. The 2.8L Duramax Deisel performance was very impressive going up and over Kenosha Pass, Freemont Pass, and through Johnson Tunnel.A happy customer.

Watched cute commercial is what got my attention to look at Stevinson online. Made a trip to look at truck we seen online. It had already sold but Paul Lavoie located one for us. I ended up buying elsewhere. Rude, not personable at all, & after I asked to speak to his superior(s) I was met with a totally unprofessional and snarky tone. The biggest problem was no one seemed to answer the phone, like ever. I wasn't sure if this was usual for the business but when I went to other Chevy dealers, I was blown away at how poorly I was treated here.

Dealt with Miranda Parades and Biranna Rivera the night of Nov 6th inquiring about an F250 Diesel for sale. We were concerned about the trailer we were pulling and Brianna did all of her research as we met her the next morning on Nov 7th, telling us the ins and out of conventional and 5th wheel towing, the capacity, etc. We were greeted with enthusiasm and friendliness from Brianna. She was an excellent salesperson as she went out of her way to ensure she met our "I dont know about this and that" which was the windshield and the window tint - got both of those fixed, along with a free buffer from the dealership - she ensured that we were 100% happy, not 90% , but 100% all the way, no cutting corners from this woman. Very honest - and very friendly and outgoing. Would recommend her and Miranda to anyone to buying a car at this dealership. Very refreshing to meet such down to earth people who aren't just in it for the money (although I know they work for it) but they weren't pressuring us in any way. Just awesome these two!!! :)

Wanted to express my disappointment in how I was treated today as it was not what was advertised as "fast, friendly and fair". I believe that I wasn't treated fairly. Worked with Lee Burbank to buy 03 Excursion that they just posted online and didn't even have photos yet. Decided to go ahead with purchase and filled out loan appln. I thought everything was going to be good. I put in my request that I wanted right of refusal for purchase and loan to proceed if when the truck came back from being repaired and being photographed, that if I didn't like what I saw, then I could decline to proceed but if I did, I would. I believed that this request was reasonable and fair since I was moving forward to buy something sight unseen. Now I was told by their finance mgr and by Lee himself after he spoke to their general manager, that I had to commit to purchase now without seeing any photos of the truck at all or they would treat it as it is still available for sale, even though they had my loan appln. The only reason I put the request in there for my loan and purchase is that they didn't have any photos of the truck and so I didn't know at this time whether the truck was OK or what it even looked like. I tried to reason with them but was unsuccessful and so had to remove my offer to purchase and ask them to stop the loan appln.I felt that they were not being their advertised "fair" and were putting $$$ ahead of doing what was reasonable and right. The vehicle is a high demand Excursion with the 7.3L PSD and they would have no trouble selling it and so I guess that contributed to them not willing to be fair.Very disappointed in how I was treated when I felt that I was fair and dealt in good faith with them.

My boyfriend and I went here to find a new car because ours was on its last leg. His mom had recommended Eric Strickland at Stevinson Chevorlet however he had been promoted so we were introduced to a man named Sam Hibbard (I'm not positive about the last name). Sam was incredibly friendly and helpful. As soon as we found the car we wanted he didn't skip a beat on getting the ball rolling. As we had to wait to get the papers filed (of course) Sam made sure he updated us every once in awhile and made sure we comfortable. Eric (now sales manager) was also amazing. Stevinson Ford as of August 4th 2015 is selling a Ford F150 with 63,508 miles (at the time of this writing). VIN 1FTFW1ET3DKD42344. Stock # 55231A.The dealership completely failed to add key information about this truck in their advertisement and instead had me drive 30 minutes out to the dealership. They say they marked it down due to the following but its worth no where near the asking price. They are currently attempting to sell it for $27,999. They have marked it down twice since June 23rd for good reason.There is damage in the truck bed driver side wheel well that goes all the way through. There is damage on the truck's passenger side beneath the doors (dents/ripples all the way down) including minor cracks in the the paint in the same area. I didn't take the time to look over the rest of the truck but I'm relatively sure I could have found more issues. I wouldn't recommend getting anywhere near it. I wish I could post pics.What really pisses me off is the waist of my time. Stevinson Chevrolet of Lakewood, Colorado completely misrepresented this truck. Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to look at others. If a dealer misrepresents a truck, has me come all the way down to the dealership to find out, why would I look at other trucks there? I can't trust what they are telling me.The salesman's response, "Well we have to get people to come look at it."I'm going to copy this anywhere I can find a place to comment in hopes whoever else goes to look at this truck knows what they are getting into.Sincerest Regards,Michael Ward

I have taken my vehicle to Stevinson Chevrolet for several years and have always been treated with respect. I had always been happy with the treatment I received, but a recent experience reinforced that Stevinson employs incredible professionals. I cannot praise Keith Currell highly enough. Here's what happened. I began having trouble with the steering on my GMC Acadia and took it into Stevinson for a diagnostic. The result was work had to be done, and I felt a bit shocked by the cost. I paid but really didn't have that amount of disposable money available at the time. A few weeks later I received a form letter from GMC saying vehicles could have a steering issue, but it was not a recall and simply cautioned drivers to be aware. If the problem materialized, the car owner could be reimbursed. The process involved a form and seemed somewhat complicated. I called Keith Currell, wondering if the work previously done qualified, and he said he would look into it and call back. Within minutes, he called. He took over and got my refund in full within a few days. I didn't have to fill out a form. I didn't have any hassles at all thanks to a man who cares. Bless you, Keith Currell! In March 2015, we went in to Stevinson to look at a 2015 Silverado 1500. The manager on duty hooked us up with Sam Hibberd. What a great person to deal with on a vehicle. He never pressured us and took the time to help us find the exact truck we wanted. When he was busy one day, Rick Borzileri helped with some questions - and he was also great to talk with. We had contacted Stevinson Chevrolet through the Costco auto purchase program to order a new 2015 Chevy Colorado. Tracy and Kevin attended to all our needs throughout the ordering process and got us the best price possible.We ended up not ordering in a new Colorado, only because when we came into the dealership to finalize the order we spotted a shiny red Silverado Rally 2 on the showroom floor which my wife and I really liked. We asked Kevin about the Silverado and after showing us what a great deal we could get we decided to "switch horses in the middle of the stream". We went home with the new Silverado.Throughout the whole process everyone was easy to deal with and non pushy, no pressure!

let me say this...its not every day that a person goes out and shops for a vehicle...and when that time comes...its like everything comes at you so fast ...the makes...the models...the options alone will make your head spin...and the final decision is s tense situation...and it takes an understanding type of dealers representative to help make the process as easy as they can...and i for one am not an easy person to understand...i hesitated on a deal on saturday because of lets just say a misunderstanding...and some issues that had to be resolved...the rule of the world is do what you can to help others..i think that comes first and foremost...and at the same time you have to protect your best interest...i realized that on saturday when i left a deal hanging because helping out and best interest came to the table...i voiced my opinion on a review that was probably more one sided than fair...after a bit of time i decided to go back and try again not even knowing if i would be able to negotiate from where i had left out...to phil and rick at stevinson chevrolet...thank you for welcoming me back in and the professionalism that was shown to a cutomer that had already proved to be hard to deal with...and another thanks to everyone involved that played a part in customer satisfaction...we were able to get past the part of the negotiation that had altered my opinion and the guys put together a little extra package that i was not expecting...these guys made it possible for me to walk out with the vehicle of my choice and an extra service agreement to help protect my investment...if i can find the other review i will certainly amend it and i have to fall in line as another completely satisfied customer... rick...you didnt have to do what you did and you didnt know if i was coming back or not...but as soon as i showed up you went above the call to make sure that i was taken care of...i thank you for that... kirk roberts

I don't think they even deserve one star. My experience with Stevinson has been terrible from the start and continue to get worse. We bought a 2010 Chevy Traverse with 52,000 miles 13 months ago from Stevinson and have had nothing but problems ever since both with the vehicle and dealing with Stevinson. Beginning with a sales person who was clueless about the vehicle he sold us. Telling us the vehicle came with OnStar and SiriusXM radio. After shopping for vehicles all day I did not actually check that these options were physically installed in the vehicle. After bringing the car home and discovering that neither of these options were in fact installed I called and talked with the salesman who sold us the car and he told me that he was sorry that he thought all Chevys came with that but could not do anything about it. These options were not really important to me so I let it go, happy to have a new vehicle. Shortly after getting the vehicle It began to have problems and they have not stopped. I have had to have the Traverse back to Stevinson 8 times in 1 year for major work. 6 times Stevinson has had to have my vehicle with 55,000 miles on it overnight. Bring it in to fix one thing and they break something else that I have to bring it back to have fixed again. For instance. Troubles with the steering assembly had to be fixed. They fixed it. Next the power steering pump goes out. Fix it. Now the car s transmission or something in the drive train is making noise. Bring it in and what do you know, they never fully tightened the engine motor mounts when doing previous work causing the clunking sound. Sure that was great for my vehicle. You would think that a dealership would try in anyway to make the situation better but the customers service is non existent. Every time I have been in for a problem I have been treated rude and it is always a fight to get the work done under the warranty. For instance, when I brought my vehicle back for the clunking sound they told me that I would need to pay for it because it could have been caused by me driving it.I could go on and on with examples of how they have screwed up and not cared about. I have complained with no response. In fact my vehicle is at the shop now having a new throttle body installed after it crapped out on the way home from our Christmas vacation. Called the service guy at 1pm because of course they cant call you. Told me it would be done in an hour and he would call me when it was done. that was three hours ago. This morning when I dropped of my vehicle I asked to speak with Scott the general manager. The reception told me he was a doctors appointment and handed me a piece of paper to leave they guy a note "how professional" Scott has yet to call me and I bet he never does.I would never buy another vehicle from Stevinson or recommend them to anyone. I would pay a higher price than to deal with a dealership that sells lemons and then will not stand behind them.Jason Sherman

After a really awful experience with a Kia dealership, I learned a very hard lesson and returned to Stevinson Chevrolet to purchase my 3rd Certified Used vehicle from them. Brianna was so amazing and helpful. She helped me figure out how to get the car I wanted while trading in my current disaster. I was treated terribly at Kia and Brianna turned that experience in to a great deal and I was treated very well. She was able to answer all my questions and was excited to help me. She was really fun to work with. I hope to buy our next car from her. Our 2001 Chevy Tahoe we purchased from this dealership in 2006, currently has 245,000 miles and continues to be a great vehicle!

Isingled Keith out as the root of my problems but Iin reality the ggentlemen in the service department have been nothing but incredible to work with. I brought my truck back today because it was once again low on oil. Keith was awesome! Stevinson had the vehicle that we needed in stock and we were able to take it for a test drive and have our questions answered. Overall this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Stevinson Chevrolet experiences much lack of honesty, professionalism, experience, integrity, and good customer service. Buying two trucks from Stevinson Chevrolet has been the worst experience of my life. Don't waste your time buying from a place that isn't trustworthy and honest! Financing is a joke in this dealer, inexperienced and very unprofessional. Words are just words at this dealership, make sure that everything they say and promise it's in writing before you walk out with a new vehicle, or you will experience the same problems I did. I was promised by two finance personnel and their sales manager that my purchase was completely guaranteed, approved and also given the " I have worked for over 30 years, I would never lie to you". " This is a family owned business and would never risk its reputation". I got called for the 5th time to provide them more information, very disappointing!!! I was very clear to all of them that I did not wanted to take the trucks unless I was completely approved and guaranteed that both purchases were absolutely clear. I WAS WILLING TO WAIT UNTIL APPROVAL BEFORE TAKING BOTH TRUCKS HOME!!!! They obviously didn't care and let me go home with two brand new trucks. One truck was financed by my wife and myself which we had a 730 & 720 credit score and, the second truck was financed by my brother and I was going to be co-signer for him because he was starting credit for the first time. I found out that only one truck was approved and clear from the bank, but the second truck wasn't. They didn't bother telling me anything until they finally realized that the bank wouldn't approved it. I was then asked to sign another contract with myself only, with a higher rate and a different bank so I could keep my brother's truck also. What's the point of paying for a truck when no credit will be established, that's what my brother told them. They ran my credit again without my consent and the only reason I found out was because I monitor my credit online. Now I have to dispute those inquires to my credit bureaus because they ran my credit again without my signature. I complained to them and asked why they ran my credit without even telling me anything. They responded to me with the excuse that I signed a credit release form and that they could run it as much as they wanted to find me the better rate. BUT IF WE HAD A SIGNED CONTRACT, WHY WOULD YOU RUN IT AGAIN????? LIES, LIES, and nothing but LIES I got from them. Also, if one truck was financed with credit scores of 730 & 720 why would it be at the same rate as the other truck when someone had no credit and co-signer of 720. They couldn't answer me that question with a real explanation. All they said was that they were trying to make them both even and fair. Sounded to me as BS, because after I returned one of the trucks, I immediately applied for a loan with a credit union and got approved for the same amount at a lower rate. After my brother decided to return the truck because of everything they did to us, we were threatened to be charged for mileage and usage of the truck. How unprofessional!!!!!! One bad employee can make a big difference on a great company. Great sales personnel (Dick Duffy) but horrible customer service from financing. Situations like this will be reported to Chevrolet, Customers Relations, Business owner, BBB, General Attorneys Office and even Local NEWS. I am only waiting to have my clear bra done after 1 month of my purchase, and hope to never have to service my truck at this place.

My dealer was wonderful, but I am concerned with my car its an equinox 2014 and I parked it on level ground to get my mail and it came out of park hit me and got into a snow bank., I called your service dept. to see if there was anything wrong with the car and he was not very helpful except to tell me it was my fault. I called the Durango service dept and got the same results. Really I do not need hugs etc but i do need relible information, I am very discouraged with this car and wish i could give it back to you. My daughter and I went in to the dealership on 2-07-14 to purchase her first new car. we were looking for a 2014 Spark.we had set up an appointment with Brianna Rivera the day before. She listened to what we needed and suggested we drive a sonic to get an idea of how a Spark would handle as they didn't have one on the lot. after we decided to purchase the spark she went out of her way to get us the best deal possible. and completed a dealer transfer for us and had the car for us in a couple of hours. Of all the times I have purchased cars ( and I have purchased a LOT) this was THE BEST EXPERIANCE EVER. she was very friendly and knowledgeable about Chevy cars in general. she understood what my daughter needed and could afford and didn't try to upsell us. she got us exactly the car we wanted and at the price my daughter could afford. My daughter thinks that she is AWESOME!!!. and will refer her to all her friends !!!!! Myself I will never go to any other dealership to buy a car (since I'm dyed in the wool Chevy fan). Stevenson Chevrolet has earned my business from now on.

Sam was great helping us find our vehicle, on the other hand we had to wait the rest of the day on paperwork (3pm-9pm). We have children and a long drive and knowing this they still took very long doing all the paperwork. We have bought our fare share of vehicles and they never take that long doing all the paperwork. We had our carpet sprayed as well as the outer protection. Maybe a month after we noticed that some bolts were ripping the carpet and had to get it replaced (under warranty). Called Stevinson more then a couple of times (more than three voicemails) time to see if we could get it re sprayed since it was not our fault and until this day I have not received a call back!!!

It was a cold dreary--late-- Tuesday night when we bought our Volt. Kevin was very understanding and was incredibly helpful in the process. He answered all of our questions, and there were a lot, 1st new car in 14 years worth! The only drawback was in financing. We are AMEX point sluts and maintain a 0 balance. We wanted to put $10,000 on a card as this gets us a free night in Maui. I hope in the future Stevinson will consider this as this was almost a "deal breaker"

There are a number of options to contact the dealership online. There is a Chat Now option that I tried to use twice and both times eventually received a message that operators were only available during business hours. Both attempts were during business hours. I then left an e-mail message and have received no response.If the online options don't work then just remove them from the page and I would have just picked up the phone and not wasted my time.My concern is if the lack of attention to detail upfront carries over to the actual service work that I was wanting to schedule.Update:I was promptly contacted by the dealership and they were apologetic and promised to care of the issue. As a result I did go ahead and schedule my vehicle for service. I also updated the ratings based on this latest interaction.

I needed to trade in my mini van and wanted something affordable and practical but a bit sportier than a mini van. My sister told me about the Chevy Cruze she had driven and said it was a great, practical but sporty car---priced right and still affordable with some of the bells and whistles. I went in just to test drive to see if I liked it and worked with Erik Strickland. He was very friendly and knowledgable and showed me just what I was looking for. I fell in love with the black granite color but my favorite thing hands down is the bluetooth connection to my iphone and the awesome MPG. Erik explained how everything worked on the car and encouraged questions---what did I like about the way it drove, explained about the "turbo feel" at take off as I asked about the momentary hesitation at take off. Erik gave me his card when I left to test drive another car at another dealership. I called Erik within 2 hours to move forward on the purchase of the Cruze after meeting with a pushy sales associate at the other dealership---put me off so much I didn't even test drive their car. When I pulled up to Stevinson, my Cruze was sitting there waiting. I told Erik what my max payment could be and they came in under. When I had issues with the car alarm going off--they took care of it right away. The whole process was much quicker and less stressful than I have ever experienced. Erik said it is supposed to be fun to get a new car---have we made it fun? Absolutely yes! Everyone I have spoken to at Stevinson has gone out of their way to be friendly. By far, the best car buying experience ever!

Bought 2012 Suburban with 6000 miles in april 2012. Certified pre-owned. Sales went smooth no problems. over the course of the next year, paint on front bumber cover began peeling off. Water leaked in drivers rear quarter panel when it rained (doesnt rain much in WY) as well. Also the spare tire hoist didnt work and we got stranded with a flat.. Local dealer here unable to get car in till sept. Since we had remainder of new car warranty and the GM certified warranty we figure it would just get fixed. WRONG. Local dealer said the subruban had collision damage!! Previous work on cars is not covered. Well Jim Page the salesman never told us that at sale time. In fact i doubt he knew. The body shop took out the window and it had clearly been replaced. It was also clear that the area around the window and the drivers door had been damaged and repainted. The reason the window was leaking was because whomever the car had been repaired by, did not remove the previous adhesive. The bumper had been hit so hard it damaged the cover and the metal reinforcing bar and other components. When the body shop took it all apart, the bumper cover had not even been replaced with a GM part. The reaon the paint was peeling off was due to improper prep of the plastic bumber cover. All of this was clearly visible to the body guy and easily visible to anyone "certifying" a car. The checkbox on the left hand side of the form said to look for cosmetic and aftermarket issues.So I called Stevinson and was put through to a clown named Tracey. He told me all of this was "wear and tear." The first thing out of his mouth when I spoke to him was "why are you calling me." I called GM customer service. There job is to facilitate customer/dealer problem resolution. Gary the used service manager at Stevinson said they certified the car and had no knowledge of any collision damage. He said in fact "if a car has collision damage, we wont certify it." Well, anyone in the business would have picked up onthe problems.So now I spent 2200 to repair the window, bumper cover and have the paint touched up around the rear window ehre additional damage was found. this is all documented and I have pictures of the car. The Stevinson dealership made no effort to hep pay for the repairs. We live 600 miles away from the dealership. They even acknowledged the car had been a rental.I fault them for misrepresenting the car as not having been in a collision. If it had I would have asked for details and gotten the car inspected. Their 172 point inspection was likely never done. could not have missed signs of collision repair. I also fault them for trying to help. IfI had not incurred any expenses, I would not even be writing this review.Totally without integrity. I will never buy a GM car again. This is after having GM for 15 years 2 brand new, 1 used with 6000 miles.8/14/14 UPDATESo after Stevenson Chevy denied that they sold me a wrecked car, and that they found no repair work or modification on their 140 GM certified Checklist, I reported them to the criminal investigator division of revenue enforcement. The result of that investigation is done and Stevinson did purchase a repaired wrecked suburban. The repairs were obvious. And criminal prosecution was done against the people who did the repairs and the previous shop who sold it to the repair shop. There are other similar complaints against Stevinson according to the investigator. When he interviewed Stevinson staff, and asked why their 140 pt inspection was different than the one in WY, everyone looked at the floor.Buyer beware of any used car from Stevinson. Make sure and look under the hood at the paint lines.I will update this post with the 3 case numbers now available for public release in accordance with the CORA act.UPDATE 8/23/14Stevinson Chevy has asked that I cease posting "defamatory" information against them or they will contact their attorneys. Specifically they said they were unaware of any complaints against them and that my facts were incorrect surrounding the investigation. The information I provided above was given to me over the phone by the criminal investigator unedited. As part of a stipulation one of the body shops/sellers had to issue me a check for the 2000 dollars I was out of pocket. Well here are the 3 case numbers provided to me that resulted from my report of Stevinson's sale to me of a collision damaged car. I looked on line before going to dealership. I showed Brianna what I wanted. She retrieved the car. I told her that was the one I wanted. She started the paperwork right away. Brianna got me a better deal than the people at AutoNation offered. She directed us to the break room while we waited for the Finance dept. Several employees check on us to make sure we didn't need anything and if we were ok. The dealership has a nice layout, and a warm and friendly atmosphere. We were done in 3 hours. We purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse from Erik Strickland and we were very happy with the vehicle and the sales experience at Stevinson. We were recently in an accident(not our fault) that totaled our Traverse and started to search for a replacement. After being advised the amount we would receive from the insurance company we felt frustrated that we could not replace the car we had in the same condition as our car. We did some online shopping and decided to go back to Erik to see what he had available. After discussion with him he suggested we look at the 2013 Equinox even though we loved the Traverse. We took his advice and we are happy with the decision.

Stevinson Chevrolet was amazing!!! I was rear-ended on the interstate and my car was totaled out. Stevinson, and specifically Erik, worked to find the right vehicle for me and in the right price range. They matched and beat the deals from every other dealership near me. I was able to work out a deal with Erik over the phone and they were able to hold the car until I was able to make the trip to pick it up. They did not even require me to put a deposit down on the car. I ended up driving over five hours just to purchase my vehicle from Stevinson. We found the used vehicle we were interested in on line at Stevinson. I called to check if the vehicle was still there and the dealership hours and was connected to Jim. He promptly verified the vehicle was there and offered to stay past his shift if we wanted to come check it out. So we headed to the dealership later in the evening. When we arrived Jim had the vehicle out front ready for us to look at and test drive. Jim was very honest about what he didn't know about the vehicle, since it wasn't a Chevy, yet offered to find out any detail we wanted to know, and never did we feel pressured, hurried, or that stereotypical "used car salesman" everyone has encountered. As we decided this was the one for us and progressed with the purchase past the closing of the dealership. Jim got us the deal we felt was fair for the net dollars of our trade in and the new purchase as well as a good interest rate. All done efficiently and quickly due to the late hour all without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Several of the Stevinson team members had to stay past closing to complete the process. Never once did we feel rushed or any frustration from the team members about staying so late. As a matter of fact every single person we delt with Thanked Us for our business. So when you hear it so many times from your sales man to the finanace guy to the manager who completes the final paper work you know it is their way of doing business. They truly know the customer has many choices and they show you their appreciation for selecting them. Next time I am in the market for a new or used car I will look up Jim.

The meat of my story revolves around a 2013 Tahoe in white that is a "Demo" on the Stevinson lot. I emailed a salesman by the name of Tracy W. to ask about it and have not heard back, still. My wife liked it so she went online and started a chat via your website. Tracy happened to answer and told her that it's a very nice car and was Mr. Stevinson's car. First of all, I don't know who Mr. Stevinson is and nor do I care. This isn't a Seinfeld episode where I want to drive Jon Voight's used car. Second, he quoted her a price of $55k for a used LT model. I have quotes from 3 different dealers for a brand new 2013 LTZ model for $53k. So, she asked him why a used car that was a downgrade from an LTZ was priced $2k higher and he would not answer except to say it was a nice car. This is a GREAT example of why people loathe car dealerships. It is clear that Tracy did not have the best interest of a consumer in mind as he was trying to sell a used LT model for more than a brand new LTZ model. That just doesn't make sense and is rather insulting he would try to convince her otherwise. I sincerely hope that Tracy does not represent all of the Stevinson salesmen. I posting this review as people need to understand who they are dealing with when they contact Stevinson.

Jim was very helpful and worked hard to get me the right vehicle at a price I could afford.I was interested in the Volt and showed up with lots of questions. Jim was very patient with me. This was refreshing since I had just visited a competing manufacturer's dealership and was pressured immediately. It was important to me to get an electric vehicle but since the technology is new and changing rapidly, i wanted to be thorough in my research and careful with the amount I spent. Jim was totally patient as I asked questions, collected information and went home and took the time to research the vehicle further. Costco referred them and they were very slow to find the vehicle that I wanted (salesperson told me they dont make much money on Costco deal). They kept making mistake after mistake including nearly $2000.00 in their favor. Fortunately I spent many hours of my time reviewing their work and found the problem. Then they changed sales reps on me and he didn't understand the vehicle on delivery and would have to check with others to answer basic questions. They even forgot to get the financing deposit and tried to blame me for leaving. Bottom line is the old-style dealer system of sales is outdated, half of the people at this dealer are just pushing paper to each other and complicating the process and increasing costs. A customer can find the vehicle and options he wants online and a salesperson (and the commission) is not needed and in my case caused delays, cost me time and almost cost me two grand of $$$!

I went to Stevinson Chevrolet West for several reasons and was completely satisfied with my decision. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and placed a factory order for a 2013 Camaro 2SS 1LE. This was the first time I had ever purchased a brand new car and everything went very smoothly. Mike was exceptional in working with me for the specific order and getting it pushed through to the factory in time for the 2013 order cut-off date. He treated me exactly how I expected to be treated and I will definitely return my business there if the opportunity arises. I purchased the car through the Costco Auto Program and even though it was a direct factory order, the pricing was very trouble free. I could not be happier with how competitive and up front it was. I had not seen a lower price even after doing several weeks of research and I even saw a few cars with the exact same options selling for much more (even one used with a few thousand miles). I was also pleasantly surprised with their financing. I had pre-arranged a great auto loan rate through a credit union, and they were able to match it with no trouble at all. This allowed me do the financing through Wells Fargo, who I already had a few accounts with. Mike's years of experience showed through very well and if he's still in sales when the time comes around again I will go to him first.

I live 5 hours away in Durango, looking for a specific car, I talked to Jim about what I wanted in the vehicle I was looking for, he told me he could help with all my concerns, it was really important to me to have a sunroof, he told me he can have one placed on the car in 24 hours, and he wasn't kidding! He got it placed and had it ready before I got there. He was very sweet by making sure I was safe on my ride down. And even waited for me late that Friday night. Jim was so helpful and took care of me! The next day I had to swing back by the car lot for something, and he had me drive my car to the wash bay and washed the mud I got on it and touched it up in his suit! Our experience buying a car at Stevinson Chevrolet was a pleasure. Buying a vehicle can be an ordeal but everyone at Stevinson was friendly and accommodating. Jim Page, the sales associate who helped us was knowledgeable and a lot of fun to work with. We did not feel pressured to buy and felt that all our questions were answered honestly. We hadn't had lunch and when I asked him if there was somewhere to get something to eat, he insisted we take his own sandwich! We purchased a 2012 Chevy Traverse (Certified Pre-Owned, low miles) April 2013.We had a very good buying experience, everything went very smoothly. The sales rep (Briana) and finance guy (Brent) were very friendly and helpful throughout.We felt we ended up with a pretty good deal and good financing (we have excellent credit). We purchased a few options including the extended warranty and the front end clear coat (which they were able to add within a few days).We had pre-approval from our credit union for a low interest loan (~$30K), but Stevinson was able to offer a slightly better deal via their relationship with Wells Fargo, so we went with that (we have other accounts with WF so that is fine).The only issue we had was we were told the car had a tow hitch (apparently hiding underneath the bumper cover), but later found out it did not. Though a little disappointed, it's not a huge deal since the car either had it or it did not, and the price of the car was good anyway, so we plan to add a $300 tow hitch. Still happy with the deal.Only had the Traverse 1 week, but absolutely a joy to drive. Every feature seems well thought out, and plenty of room. Nice ammenities abound. A lot of nice features for the reasonable cost.We'ere planning a 2800 mile road trip (with our dog) about a week from now, so looking forward to enjoying our new Taverse, and the extra room we'll have for our dog.~Jeff & Linda

Recently purchase a used 2012 vehicle from Jim Page. Our time is very limited and Jim was wonderful about responding to my emails even when I know the dealership was closed. I have been looking for a car a for several months and while I tried to communicate that email was the best method for me - Jim was one of the few who actually respected that. I also value that he understood we knew what we were looking for and needed and didn't try to steer us away or to a more expensive model.Stevinson worked with us on our trade and we got a great price for the amount of car we purchased. All with the remaining warranty in addition to an addition Chevy certified used vehicle warranty. It feels like we got a brand new car for a fraction of the cost. Once we narrowed in on the car we wanted, Stevinson's prices were much more competitive than any other dealerships for used models several years older. They also worked to match competitive financing we received elsewhere. This is the second purchase from Stevinson and I imagine it won't be our last.

I had visited other dealerships looking for a dependable used vehicle. The 1st car-lot, a smaller dealership out of town had great prices, but the cars were not in good condition. I test-drove one of their cars but I didn't get excited to buy into it. The 2nd car-lot I went to was a midsize dealership. I went there 2 times in 2 weeks to look at a vehicle. Then I visited Stevinson Chevrolet West in Lakewood. Bob Goodwin greeted me outside. He listened to what I needed from a vehicle and the 2nd vehicle he showed me was the one for me. The car was in the Stevinson Lexus lot next door. Bob took care of the whole process at the Lexus side, even though he works on the Chevrolet side. It was very convenient for me as a customer not to have to go back and forth. The people at the Lexus side were great to work with also. Very nice and professional people. Why did I buy a car from Stevinson? 1.)Bob heard me, not just as a customer but as a person. I got the car I wanted and that suited my needs best. 2. )He didn't make any assumptions of what I wanted, and therefore didn't hone in on a car he thought I should have. This was a problem I ran into at 2 other places. 3. )The price was fantastic and the car is great! I drove it up to Echo Lake by Mount Evans that very night to celebrate my new-to-me car. I drove it for about 2 hours straight on the mountain roads. It did great. Thank you for listening Bob. Thanks to you I have a reliable car that is fun and safe to drive. My Honda Accord wasn't the most glamorous sale of the day, but the customer service from Bob and the Lexus people was top notch from start to finish. The bottom line is I needed a car, I had no choice but to get another one. There were many opportunities to buy a car, but I like to be treated as a person not just as a customer. I want to be treated respectfully and not as a business deal or a buddy. And I want a car that wont turn against me in budget or style. And on a side-notethey were very, very generous on the trade in value of old worn out car. I can recommend Bob Goodwin and Stevinson Lexus to anyone who is looking for a car. Jim Page is a wonderful salesman!! We've worked with him multiple times, and we always have received excellent care when working with him. He isn't pushy, like most car salesmen I've run into in the past. He really strives to get us the best deal we can get, along with a car that fits our needs and wants. Along with our purchase, we have a great warranty, which eases my mind when it comes to any problems we may run into in the upcoming years. Thanks to Jeromy Archuleta, he explained every part of our loan and warranty to us. I left there with no remaining questions for either Jim or Jeromy. And with the great customer service we received from both of them, I have no hesitations if I need to call for any questions. We spoke with Rick Borzileri briefly as he thanked us for our business. They really care about their customers, and want to make sure we are satisfied. Jim went beyond my expectations when it came to purchasing a car. He was about to leave right before I came in and stayed until close while I test drove the car and asked a handful of questions (which he was very knowledgeable on). He helped me to get into a car with reasonable payments and I didn't feel pressured at any point during the transaction. Brianna was extremely friendly and helpful. She never gave off that "car salesperson vibe" that I am always so worried about when buying a car. I never once felt pressured or rushed, she explained all the paper work very thoroughly, and on top of all that she was just a fun person to spend a few hours with while buying a car! Next time I buy a car, I will definitely be going back to her. I will also refer her to anyone who is looking! Jeromy was the same way. My grandfather was worried that we would have to go all the way to the credit union to get financed through them. Jeromy had it all set up through our credit union before we got into his office. When I first got there he greeted me in a professional manner and he ask me what I was looking for.I told him that I wanted to buy a diesel and I wanted all the bells and whistles and he showed me a couple of trucks but then he show me this white pick up truck and I really liked it.So, he said that he was going to get the keys and he hope that I didn't change my mind when he got back ( I didn't). Last day shopping for car and we went to Stevinson Chevrolet. They came right out at 0800 in the morning and we drove off with a certified Suburban at 1230pm. Jim Page helped make the deal happen and the manager closed the deal. No pressure from the finance manager Mr Simon to purchase any extras but we bought both the gap insurance and the 100k Chevrolet warranty. My wife was not present to sign papers but that was no problem. She had just been in an auto accident that totaled her Dodge and it was time to go big or go home. They helped us make it happen. My wife and I have bought many cars over the last 50 years and have dealt with many slick Willie salesmen who bombard us with all sorts of sales pressure tactics. We both would have welcomed having a root canal without Novocain than to walk into a car dealership!I must say that our experience with Jim Page was nothing like we have ever experienced before. Jim was very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. Both my wife and I asked many questions regarding the car that we were interested in purchasing. Jim Page answered our questions and explained everything in detail and didnt hurry us. Jim put no pressure on us what so ever. My wife and I made up our minds that we would purchase the 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. The paperwork was drawn up and off we went with our new car. Several days later I phoned Jim Page at Stevinson Chevrolet to tell him that the alarm system light was not working on the Malibu. Jim immediately set up an appointment for us. Turns out that the alarm system just needed to be re-programed. Jim made sure that this was done in a timely manner. Talk about prompt service and assistance . . . Our car was ready to go before my wife and I had finished drinking our coffee. Jim had gone above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Jim must have noticed that our car was dirty due to the melted snow. This was not Jims job but he took the time to personally wash our car. This is the kind of man he is . . . He even put a towel on the floor board so our mats would not get dirty Jim is an outstanding salesman. So much so that my wife and I were confident enough in Jim to possibly purchase another vehicle. A few days later we were back at Stevinson Chevrolet West. I wanted to see what kind of a tradeoff I could get for my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado. Jim sat down and listened while we explained our situation regarding how much money we could or could not afford. Jim asked me questions regarding what I wanted and what I needed in the truck. Jim would tell me the cost of the items that I wanted which helped me to decide whether I could afford them. Jim was very patient and gave me space to think things out. I needed a hitch on the truck and Jim said he would try his best to make this happen. I was overjoyed when he returned with my request honored. We really appreciate Jim and the professional way he did business with us. It will be our pleasure to refer our family and friends to this fine salesman. Ive paid full price for a Certified Pre-Owned. Fred Gonzales assured me there is a 12 month 12000 miles extended bumper to bumper warranty. It is now 3 months after delivery, GM Global Connect shows no extended warranty on my vehicle. I have call Chevrolet, they told me there is no record showing the vehicle is CPO. Fred ignored my emails for the last 2 months, I had also left message with the front desk for him to call me, but he has not return my calls.I understand it costs the dealer $1000 to CPO a vehicle, not sure if they really have CPO my vehicle.I was contacted by Patricia Ford, Customer Relation Manager. She had the issue resolved to my satisfaction. During the process, I can see that Stevinson Chevrolet West is truly committed customer satisfaction, they are the dealer that you can trust on, I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I started the search process for my Camaro in early 2011, canvassing all Denver area dealers for the best price, service and inventory. Jim Page replied quickly with a price so different than the other dealers, I at first figured he had not read my inquiry and priced a lower trim model. After following up with him to confirm, he again quickly responded with confirmation of my desired trim model and the same low price. Other Denver area dealers were quoting the same car for $5K higher. When I inquired of the other dealers as to the price discrepancy, their answer was "demand/supply" and that Jim could/would not ultimately sell the car to me at the quoted price. Jim was extremely engaged throughout the purchase and special order process starting in March, 2011 through delivery in late May, 2011. After the sale, Jim has been similarly engaged on service needs and customized options. I've bought many cars in my time and have never experienced the level of engagement as I have with Jim Page. If you go into Stevenson Chevrolet, ask for Jim. You will not be disappointed.

I was in a bad car accident in December and a week and a half ago the insurance company deemed my car as totaled. Thus I began looking for another new car (even though I had just made my sixth payment on my existing car). I had gone to one dealership already, and knew where not to go from the process of finding my Subaru six months prior. I came across a sales ad for Stevinson's online and called the dealership. I explained to the salesman, Jim Page, what my situation was. I'm fresh out of college, just got my first job in the specific industry plus a few other independent contractor jobs, I'd only have a small amount of money down, and that I wanted this specific Chevy Cruze they had on sale. Oh, and that I needed him to care and not just about dollar signs. He did. Over the course of my stay in the dealer, both Jim and Jeromy fought with banks and lenders to get me in the car because nothing has yet been reported to agencies of what happened to my car, nor has the insurance cut the check yet. Both Jim and Jeromy really stepped up to the plate and made sure I was a happy customer. They got me in an amazing car, for a great rate, and worked with what I was able to provide. While all the banks were saying no, Jim and Jeromy were convincing them to say Yes and made sure I was able to take possession of my car the moment the rental was due back at its shop. They both cared, and not just about dollar signs. I couldn't ask for better service!

After visiting two other dealers with no success and feeling beat up and worked over, I contacted Stevinson Chevrolet. Erik Strickland returned my call and was very professional, he informed me that the vehicle I was inquirying about was out on a test drive and that he would let me know if it sold. Erik called later that evening letting me know that the vehicle did sell, he offered to find us another one if we were interested. He called two days later and informed us that he did infact find another vehicle of the same model and year we were looking for. We visited the dealership where Erik had two vehicles staged in front of the showroom so we could compare them side by side, at no time did we feel pressured or belittled during our visit. Like most people we like to get maximum trade value on a transaction and we feel he did give us a fair trade value and the price of the vehicle we purchased was what he said it would be. We had a very positive experiance and will return in the future when we find ourselves in need of another vehicle.

I had visited several Chevrolet dealerships along the front range looking for a 2012 Duramax pick-up. Their selections weren't what I was looking for, and they said in essense "well, maybe we will find one you like somewhere" and that ended our conversations. However, after spending a few minues with Jim Page at Stevinson he knew exactly what i wanted and told me "I'll find what you are looking for, just give me a couple of days" I felt Jim was sincere and meant what he said. Within a day or so i got a call from Jim describing the pick-up he'd found for me - exactly what i wanted. Doing business with Jim Page and the entire crew at Stevinson was a real pleasure. Buying a car while bring with four kids under the age of 9 is not an easy task. Jim Page helped us tremendously and made this experience as pain free as it can be. By far the worst dealer I have ever worked with, PERIOD!. Buying a used truck for my son at college in Golden, hoping that a local dealer would be the best to work with and build a relationship with. Everything was a hassle. Questions got passed off from person to person and never got answered. We never got the inspection/emmission coupon, so yet another trip back. Issues that we found with the truck in the first 24 hours, they do not want to deal with. They say it is my problem to get it fixed. Who ever hears of a salesman not delivering the vehicle for pickup. Only at this dealership! I call to schedule the pickup and am told it is has been prepped and ready. My son goes to pick it up and then they start peeling the dealer stickers off and washing it. Needless to say it was not a good job. After spending $21k, I will never go back to this dealer or any of their affliates.Oh, do you know they put a remote disablier in every car they sell, new or used? I only figured this out after I had problems starting the truck. They say it is so no ones steals the vechicle after hours. It is installed by some "hack"; by cutting wires in the harness and wrapping the connections with electrical tape. And it is left in the car after you take delivery.Again(9/4/2012), we call the dealer with a check they gave my son. No one knows what it is for, a run around again and it's not made out to us. The woman who handles Titles, who might know, is never at her desk and doesn't return calls.So now I'm shipping the truck back to NY, so I can deal with it and take care of the issues. I'm out another $1200 and my son does not have a car.

My wife and I purchased a second home in Vail last year and we wanted to have a Suburban that we could leave there year round. I contacted Stevinson Chevrolet and spoke to Jim Page. He was extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle at the right price. We made the deal over the phone based on what he was telling me and I felt confident in sending him a check for the car. My wife and I arrived a week later to pick up our certified pre-owned 2012 Suburban. Jim picked us up at the airport, took us to the dealership to sign a couple papers and explain all the buttons and switches, and 45 minutes later we were off to Vail. Our experience with Stevinson Cheverlot and Jim Page in particular was excellent. Jim picking us up at the airport was a "touch of class" and was very much appreciated. Satisfactorily handled a puzzling problem regarding computer thinking that I was about to be and end of range of diesel exhaust fluid when I wasn't. A part was replaced and the system reprogrammed. I can't imagine anyone else being able to solve that problem.

Chuck kept me updated almost daily as to the problems with my transmission and estimated time for repairs. When they test drove my Equinox they identified another problem and fixed that as well. My car has been running great since i got it back. They staff were all friendly when I picked it up and it only took about five minutes to get it.

I stopped at Stevinson West just after noon on 6/16/12 to see what was available in a 1/2 ton ext cab Z71 and to see what the pricing was like so I could make some preparations with my Financial Advisor. I was met by Mike Bumgardner and, although he was with another customer, introduced me to Bob Goodwin and asked him to direct me to the area of my interest. Mike shared with Bob what I had told him and Bob discovered the rest on our tour of the truck area. I was astonished to find more than 1 vehicle that I was interested in. Bob provided a tremendous education about the Chevy product and I was astonished as my Impala is 4 years old and my truck was 14 years old. WOW! what great changes! After concentrating on white Z71's a blue 1500 with LTZ package caught my eye. We looked it over, discussed its features and Bob got the key. After highlighting the interior, we did a test drive. WOW! Knowing thatI hadn't yet moved funds from my investment account I went inside to see how this truck would price out.I was surprised to say the least. Mike Bumgardner took the time to go through financing options with me and I had an opportunity to meet with John Centner to discuss my choices in conjunction with availability, pricing and timing. We closed the deal in a very short, unexpected time frame. I enjoyed my experience with Stevinson Chevrolet. I felt that I was involved with comrades that I had known in a working environment for quite some time. This was not a sweat shop. It was extremely professional and very pleasant. I noticed that everyone else in the sales and service area was being treated the same and appeared to be enjoying the experience. If anyone reading this is interested in purchasing a car, I would strongly recommend that they go to Stevinson West Chevrolet. They will truly listen to you, educate you and help you. My daughter needed a good used car to go back to college. Her car died when she picked me up at the denver airport. After 5 days of visiting many dealerships with no luck finding a good used car at the price we could afford we found a used Malibu listed on Stevinsons website. I called and spoke with Mike Bumgardner and asked ( really I pleaded) if we could come see the car and possibly make a deal. I told him the amount of money we had to spend and even though it was less the the asking price -He said 'Of course!' The car was in great shape and my daughter loved it. It was another Malibu and she loved her old one. True to his word about making a deal,we purchased the car for the amount we had and Simon Brown from Finance made the financing work. This was a saturday and my bank had sent the approval letter to them but they could not give the money until Monday. We drove the car home that day and came back on Monday to finalize it. My frustration level was so high before coming to Stevinson's and in a matter of a few hours, Mike and Simon solved everything. We were extremely grateful! The car did have a problem that weekend. It would drive fine and then my daughter could not get it to start. I called Stevinsons and they took a look at the car but could not recreate the problem. Long story short it turned out to be the fuel pump that a previous dealer had installed. Chuck Sparks from service replaced it with a fuel pump that has a lifetime warrenty and the car is running great! From the moment we walked in to Stevinson's we had nothing but a wonderful experience! I will definitely return when I need a new or used car.!!!

I bought my super clean 2000 GMC K-2500 7.4 from Stevinson and was very pleased on the low pressure very friendly atmosphere. I worked with Al Berkin and Jim Page, They both worked very hard on getting this deal done. I live in Le sueur MN, and they had no problem financing or getting the proper paper work in order in a timely matter. From what I experienced they sell great quality used vehicles at a fair price. They do not put junk on there lot like other dealers I have seen. Very pleased, no dissappointments.

My wife and I came down from Breckinridge, after a mediocre experience at a local Chevy dealer. Did not know we would purchase that day. Bill Weaver took care GREAT care of us. My experience went from "browsing the showroom" to test driving the 2011 Malibu, which I now own. My wife's father and grandfather work/worked for GM and on top of the employee discount, Bill found an incentive that deepened the discount on my purchase. Simon Brown did the paper wokr and was SUPER cool. It was late and my 3 yr old was cranky and he expidited the process to get us out of there. Because of my sales experience, I will not let anyone else touch my car. All oil changes have been and will be done at Stevinson, as well as anything else that I need done as long as I own this vehicle. When this vehicle is gone, my next vehicle will probably come from Stevinson. Who knows... maybe I'll look up Bill Weaver too. :)

I purchased a new 2012 Chevy Volt from Stevinson Chevrolet. The order process was a bit unique since the Volt was just arriving but Kevin Kramer (my Sales guy) was very helpful and kept me well informed through-out. Despite the fact that the model was new to Stevenson, Kevin was knowledgeable about its features and did a good job in providing me an orientation to the Car. The financing offered at Stevenson was extremely competitive ( a good deal). I have never owned a Chevrolet and this is my first purchase from Stevenson. I am happy and would do business with them again and would recommend them.I am EXTREMELY happy with the Volt. Lots of power up the hills. I live in the mountains and climb BIG "HILLS" every day and despite a great test drive, I was a little concerned (if an electric car had a problem it seems logical to me that the problems would be in climbing the mountains). I am over my concerns! The pick-up and power on the hills is great. Driving this car feels a little like a sports car. I think that the distribution of the battery adds weight (down low) which it turns, adds stability and handling. At present, I am at just less than 300 mpg.In summary, A BIG A+++++ FOR KEVIN KRAMER my sales guy, A BIG A++ to Simon Brown in Stevenson Finance, A BIG A++ for Stevenson Chevrolet. And finally, A SUPER BIG A+++++ to CHEVROLET AND THE VOLT. My first Chevy after 35 years of driving, and its a good one!!!

I had been having trouble tracking down the vehicle I wanted and when I did find one I liked they were sold out from under me twice (McCaddon of Boulder being one of the dealers that sold out a car from under me)... So after having such a rough start I was a little jaded when I was given the name of someone in sales at Stevinson Chevrolet, a man by the name of Kevin Kramer. I informed Kevin what SUV I was looking for (a Black 2008 Yukon Denali) and he got right on it. They ended up finding one at an auto auction in Michigan, purchasing it, and shipping it back to Colorado. The car arrived at the dealer on Kevin's day off but knowing how anxious I was to see the car Kevin went in and checked it out for me and promptly called me to inform me of its arrival. I was not able to make it in until later that night to check it out but he assured me that it would not be a problem that I had first dibbs on it if I wanted it. So while I worked the day away Kevin spent his day chasing other salesmen off letting them know they had to wait their turn. True to his word when I showed up that night the Denali was there and so was Kevin (remember day off). The car was awesome, the price was right so needless to say I bought it. I would definitely work with Kevin and the Stevinson dealerships again and would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle that they check them out.

I felt the price was fair (even after opting-in for additional services) and they have taken very good care of me since my purchase in the spring. Although the vehicle was sold as-is with no warranty, they opted to repair an engine problem that manifested a month into the purchase. I would purchase another vehicle from them.

My visit to Stevinson was somewhat impromptu and the purchase of my 2007 GMC Envoys was completely unexpected. I had just visited my long-time mechanic in regards to repairing the many ailments that were afflicting my 2000 Range Rover and was told the repairs would cost 3x the value of the vehicle. My father was with me - he's a mechanic and always has a level and logical head. He wanted me to go to a Subaru dealership to look at an Outback or Forester. I didn't know exactly where the dealership was and found myself across the street from Stevinson. We decided to drive in to see what was out there. Just to look around!We drove in, saw 2 GMCs parked up on what we find out is the super-sale display and the rest is history. Erik walked up and was kind and personable from the very start. He was honest and pointed out some imperfections in the vehicles but was knowledgeable and very helpful. Before we knew it, we were sitting across a desk from him and writing up the deal. The unplanned purchase was a combination of finding the perfect fit of a vehicle (though I hadn't even given the Envoy a second of thought prior to seeing it there), a good price at a reputable dealership, and a knowledgeable sales person. Simon was charming with his accent, and had the painstaking job of trying to upsell us - we didn't bite - though not for his lack of trying. Jay put his time in closing the deal as well. But, no offense to the others, Erik was great. He was running all over to get things taken care of for us - above and beyond the normal car deal.Thank you Erik - The GMC and I have bonded and are very happy together. :)

I have purchased 3 New Chevy trucks over the last 30 years and have always been pleased with the product but the buying experience has been mixed at both Burt and Medved Chevy.The buying experience with Erik Strickland and Stevinson Chevrolet was the BEST Car Buying experience I have ever had. Quick, Courteous and Erik gave me absolute the Best deal right off the bat WITHOUT me haggling for it. We completed the sale in less than 2 hrs. It has always taken me double that time in the past. Erik also spent a good 45 minites showing me all the bells and whistles in the new truck. No Car Salesman had ever spent more than about 5 minutes doing this. Normally buying a car/turck is a Painful excperience BUT Erik made it the exact opposite and I actually enjoyed the car buying experience !!!!!!!!

I bought a truck here a few years ago. I was pressured into rushing through the 7 page contract that I signed. BIG mistake, never trust any one but especially don't trust this dealer. I put $1,500 hard earned dollars down that was supposed to come off the price of my $12,000 used truck (I should have owed $10,500). The slick salesman showed me a figure of $14,000 that was supposed to included tax, finance charges, dealer prep and handling, ect. OK, I signed the papers. Later when they mailed me the copy of the contract I finally read the terms. Instead of crediting the $1,500 it was added to the $12,000 so I paid $13,500!!!! This was more than the dealer even was advertising the truck for and certainly not what the salesman and I had verbally agreed on. These guys are crooks, The salesman was about 300lbs of bullshit. Hopefully he took my money and invested in more food so he can go to hell that much sooner!

Recently I became the owner of my first Chevy through an inheritance (I've always been a Toyota Truck man). Although this vehicle is 9 years old, it only has 50,000 miles on it. I took the car in for service for a gas gauge that had stopped working. The list of recommended work came back at a whooping $2,300 on a vehicle only worth $3,400. Some of the work recommended seemed to be overkill. For instance, new brakes were recommended even though I'd just replaced them in the last 5,000 miles. The frustrating thing is that the dealership didn't really seem willing to talk the different recommendations and what's immediately necessary and what's not. I felt like they either wanted to make $2,000 off of me in repairs or sell me a new car. I'd hope that the dealership would be someone that would be honest with me, but obvioiusly they're interested in sales... not customer relationships.So, what I learned is that either one of two things must be true. 1) When you get a chevy you can only expect to get 50,000 miles out of the a chevy before it needs more work done than the car is worth or 2) this dealership only has an interest in selling you a new car. I suspect the later.
