My experience with Stohlman Volkswagen, Greg and Patrick in particular, was amazing from start to finish!! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle. I cannot thank them enough for their time, patience, and work they put into getting me into a vehicle quickly. Leaving the dealership knowing the only thing I needed to worry about was driving and enjoying my new car is such a relief to know I'm in such great hands! This was the EASIEST, BEST, STRESS FREE car buying experience I have ever had hands down. Patrick and Greg are top of the line! They found the one car I wanted to purchase, helped me over the phone until I was able to get into the dealership. Patrick made sure I knew every feature after my test drive before I drove it home and was available to answer any other questions I may have as I get to know my new car! They work with you, listen to what you are looking for and combine that with you car buying needs to get you in the best vehicle with no pressure or hassles and get you on the road. I didn't even feel like I bought a car to be honest, they are incredible and they make what you feel impossible possible!!

Great experience. You won't find any of the negative car-buying stereotypes here. Very accommodating, patient, and not pushy at all. Patrick was our sales guy and we couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the test driving and purchasing process. Highly recommended!

My experience at Stohlman Volkswagen was everything I needed and more! I was purchasing my first car on my own, and that experience can be so nerve wracking and daunting. I worked with Jose, who was absolutely amazing! You can tell that he is excited and passionate about what he does and that made me so excited to begin the process. He found me the perfect car with everything I wanted and even a unique color that I had no idea existed. He also has a great sense of humor and made the whole day so fun and enjoyable. He was also so patient when I wanted to think things over and he let me take my time deciding with no pressure. We also worked with Greg on financing and he made sure I got an amazing deal out the door. Overall the experience was so great and I wish I had another car to buy so that I could go back to them! I will be recommending Jose to anyone I know looking to buy a Volkswagen!

My experience at Stohlman Volkswagen was amazing- I highly recommend! From start to finish, these guys really took care of me. Kelvin, the sales manager, was incredibly responsive in answering my emails before I got to the dealership. I asked him what I could do to make the process swift, and he had me email him any necessary paper work and applications ahead of time. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted by Priscilla, who was enthusiastic and helped me get set up for a test drive, as well as putting my temp tags on. When it came time to talk about financing, Jimmy was really great. He was patient, knowledgeable, and gave me sound financial advice. He spent a lot of time working with me in helping me get my monthly payments where I needed them to be, as well as throwing in some much appreciated added perks. Overall, the experience was wonderful and I look forward to recommending Stohlman to anyone who is in the market for a new car!

I had an unbelievable experience, zero stereotyping and so far the best customer experience I had while searching for a car for all week, being a first time car owner with little or no credit history as I’m new in the country. I spoke to Jose Escobar over the phone and he was very professional and an outstanding sales guy, the whole process from the moment I walked into the showroom start to finish took about an hour thanks to him. I recommend the Stohlman dealership for anyone looking to buy a VW, they are reliable, they would cut to the chase and give you the best offer with add on after sales benefits.

Alan Soon is top notch, low pressure and attentive to details. I was moving out of a Jetta TDI and interested in either a new Jetta or a GTI. Alan took the time to understand my needs, taste and driving style through test drives of the Jetta and GTI on winding back roads and the beltway to help me make a decision. I ended up getting a Jetta Sport, as it's a good blend of a fun car to drive with the sedan look suited for the office. Alan was very patient, explaining the car's technology and letting me experiment with the hands free phone. On the day of purchase, he got me up and running on Apple CarPlay (connecting my iPhone) and Car-Net and ensured the car was well detailed. Throughout the buying process, there was absolutely no pressure. Alan introduced me to other team members at Stohlman, all of whom are real VW aficianados. The team helped with references for after-market add-ons for window tinting, interior upgrades and chip tuning and shared their experiences about the things they had done to their cars. I loved it! In addition to Alan, thanks to all the Stohlman team and true VW enthusiasts - Javan Jackson, Steven Kappler, Jack Smith and Hue Beasley, representing sales, service and finance. You guys rock!

45 days ago I bought a new 2016 Passat in Stohlman. The car now has 800 miles and rainwater seeps into the inside by the door frame. In the service of Stohlman they told me that was normal. They would not repair it.
