Brought my 2003 Subaru in after an accident so I could have the engine inspected. After I explained that I wanted to see what other repairs were needed besides the body work the less than friendly attendant wouldn't even leave the service center to look at my car and instead told me they couldn't help me unless I was looking for a new car. Apparently this "service center" is only for customers who purchased their cars there or look as though they may buy.

I went into Subaru of missoula recently and assumed they would be like all other car dealerships with pressure tactics, etc, but turns out their guys and girls are all friendly and i felt like they just wanted to help me find what I wanted, imagine that hah! Anyways, I spoke with several different people and they all made me feel good about being there and that was important to me. I didn't get a car this time around but I'll definitely be back when it's time, definitely gained my business. thanks for being a good group of people, it's rare these days.

After speaking with several people at this dealership over the last few days we have decided to never buy a car from this dealership. My interactions with Mark Pent was disrespectful and sketchy. We decided to be honest with him and disclose a quote that another dealership gave us to see if it could be matched. Instead Marl bossed my wife around and went back on a previously agreed on dealer trade out of spite. His exact words; "I'm not trading this car, if you want it, you're going to have to buy it from me." We would like to spend our money with a company who earns trust not makes ultimatums. After the ultimatum and refusal to trade the car with our local dealer he called playing nice, checking to see if we were still interested. I was appalled.

Your better off driving your car to Spokane than dealing with these guys. They will use ghetto methods to fix your car and tell you things verbally then go back on what they say. If you like being treated poorly and having your car not fixed and perhaps having to go to small claims court to get your issue resolved then please bring your car in for service at subaru of missoula.

The general manager couldn't even look me in the eye while talking to me. He kept changing the subject about how safe the car was with the engine it has...and was ignoring the fact that I was discussing how I was lied to about the car when I asked if it has a timing chain or a timing belt. (I was told it had a chain when in fact it has a belt) He would not let me finish my thoughts and had no respect for me when I continued asking my questions since I was not receiving an answer. The entire time I couldn't help but wonder if I would have been treated differently if I was a man. If there is any way possible to avoid going to this dealership for servicing or purchasing I new car I will do it! Even if it means spending more money. I have never been treated so disrespectfully before in my life.

I recently had my car serviced at Subaru of Missoula. When my car was done I picked it up and garaged it for two days straight pretty much. When I did drive it I noticed there was a dent on the passenger side below the door. When I called they were nice and said I could bring it back so they could take a look at it. When I took it in however, they looked at it and basically said there was no way it could have been from them. Pretty much saying their mechanics have never had any accidents with any cars. Very, very rude! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!

I haven't visited a car dealership that professional in a while. The facility is a bit run down but besides that the staff and GM are all great people that really wanted to help me. I love my new outback. Expect a lot more people to stop by the dealership soon, Im spreading the word.

I went to Kendall to look for a car that gets better gas mileage than the truck I had that I used for trade. Within minutes of arriving a salesman came out to help me and pointed me in the right direction. He wasn't pushy or eager for me to make my decision right away. I test drove a car and instantly feel in love with it. Now safety is a big concern for me when it comes to vehicles and Jeremy did a excellent job telling me all the safety airbags in the car and so on. One other reason why I would recommend Kendall to friends and family is because I don't have that great of credit and I thought for sure that I wouldn't be able to get a car but these guys helped me out. I couldn't ask for better service. Best larger dealership in town.

My wife and I did our research to try and narrow down the field of type of car we wanted. This was a huge purchase for us as this is the first time we have purchased a brand new car. We went to Kendall 4 Seasons and spoke with Andy Kaminski about some options. We talked about our budget, what we thought we would like/want and he helped us out. We test drove both the Impreza and the XV Crosstrek. We loved both vehicles. The tipping point on picking the Crosstrek was the height. Living in Montana we need the extra clearance for snow so the Crosstrek was the choice for us. Our salesman and all the staff at Kendall were very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. The thing that most surprised me was that we never felt the stereotypical "used car salesman" approach. The sales staff were never pushy or over the top. They were there for our questions, afforded us the time and space we needed to make the decision to purchase and were very professional. I would recommend any of my friends or family to go to this dealership if they like a "no pressure" approach.

We were travelling far from home when a strut dislodged on a mountain road due to negligence on the part of our home service department in Santa Fe, NM. We were towed to Four Seasons Subaru in Missoula, MT. where the staff did everything they could to get us back on the road. When the necessary part did not arrive by Fed Ex, Don Lawhead,service manager, gave us a loaner car to continue on our trip. We paid only for gas. Don and members of his service department gave generously of their time in making an assessment of the situation,carefully explaining options to us,contacting our home service department, and clarifying liability issues. All of these things necessitated their staying late on a Friday evening to insure that we could continue our trip in the car provided for us.Upon our return to pick up our car two weeks later, Don went over with us all the extra precautions they had taken in the service department to be sure that we would travel safely home. We had left many items in our car and they were returned to us intact.While this may be thought to be "regular" Subaru service, we, who have owned four Subarus, feel that we received extraordinary service in a professional and friendly manner from Don Lawhead and his staff.

I rencently moved to Montana and needed a car and with everyone driving a Subaru. I checked out Kendall Subaru. I was met by a man named Shane Johns. He was a very nice, easy to talk to and respectful sales man. I appreciated that he wasn't pressuring me into any one car. I did by a Subaru Legacy Outback from him and I have no regrets about the exprience there. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is even considering buying a very dependable, good looking, small AWD car that gets awesome gas mileage. Again Thanks Kendall Subaru Jason

We started looking for a more fuel efficient vehicle in February. We were put in contact with Bruce Reid at Kendall via the internet. Bruce was very easy to deal with, and did not pressure us whatsoever. Even when I decided that I did not want to buy the Legacy, he was polite & would email me when they took in a vehicle that he thought I might be interested in. After 3 months of thinking & searching for vehicles, we came back to Bruce at Kendall and went home with a used Forester the same day. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly, and we were very happy with the deal that was made. I love the "no pressure" & friendly attitudes of the sales staff, which is the main reason we came back.

The Kendall website describes the Kendall Way as being "more than selling and servicing vehicles. It's about doing the right thing." Well, Kendall proved this to be true. We'd helped our aging parents through the process of buying a Certified used vehicle, only to find that this particular one seemed to be a lemon from the start, with an elusive stalling problem. Kendall assured us that for them to sell a lemon was unheard-of; they went the extra mile many times over to make the situation right, even offering to exchange the vehicle. Our parents were delighted with the exchange, and we are pleased to know that they have Kendall standing so solidly behind them. Kendall does the right thing. If I could, I'd rank them 6 stars out of 5 for excellence beyond the call of duty.

Travis was patient and helpful, great to work with. I didn't get the high pressure feeling that had made me want to leave other dealerships I'd been to. They were quick to get all of the financing together and I didn't feel like I had to haggle to get what I wanted. Overall a great experience and I will definitely recommend them to friends and stop at this lot again for my next purchase.

I recently took my car to Kendall 4 Seasons Subaru for some preventative maintenance. As a result of miscommunication I left there unhappy. Thankfully, I did not just let it go and as a result I sent an email to the General Manager of Kendall, Mr. Bud Buller. I was very impressed and surprised when that same evening I got a response. Mr. Buller said that he did not want any customer to leave their dealership upset and asked me to meet with him. Regardless of the outcome of our meeting I was already impressed just because there seemed to be genuine concern by Mr. Buller.I had my meeting today with Mr. Buller and the mechanic that worked on my car, Kevin. The three of us went over what had happened. They both listened patiently while I explained my frustrations and never once made me feel rushed. No excuses were given by anyone, just honest explanations. It turned out to be a combination of miscommunication and a new employee in the service department that caused my requests to not be relayed to the mechanic, Kevin and then some of Kevin's info to not be relayed back to me. It has all sense been resolved. As of today, I am a loyal and satisfied Kendall Subaru customer and will remain so because I now know from experience that they really do care about their customers, they proved that to me today! Thank you Kendall 4 Seasons Subaru for having good people like Kevin and Bud working at your dealership! Like most people right now, I was driving a gas hog and although I loved it, I wanted a more economical car. But it had to be more than "ordinary." My son (from NM) and I went 'looking' for a Subaru Legacy when he was here in late July. We found one in Whitefish which is perhaps 17 miles north of my home. After he left, a friend and I went back to Whitefish to check out thr Legacy I had seen before. That experience was not a good one, and I left unhappy and upset. So we went looking online and found a dealer in Bozeman, MT, and Kendall in Missoula. Both my friend and I talked to Bruce Reid and he seemed so helpful that I called him again. (Bear in mind, I had "found" the car I wanted in Whitefish, but didn't want to deal with them. I don't appreciate salesmen who holler and scream at me.) In talking to my son in NM, he made it clear that regardless of how "clean" my Buick was, there was no way I would get the Blue Book trade-in value -- that everyone was looking for better gas mileage and so was Mom! The first time I talked to Bruce, he treated me very politely and I felt he genuinely wanted to help me. The entire "transaction" took place over the phone and internet. They got the White Legacy from Whitefish and as it turned out, I paid exactly the same price as the Whitefish dealer was asking. But I had calm heads (my son was one, plus Bruce) telling me that it was a good price, and that I was getting a good deal. So another friend and I went to Missoula last Wednesday and brought the White Legacy home. Normally, whenever my late husband purchased a new vehicle (he believed in trading every two years), we would get the hair dryer out and remove the dealer logo. This car will proudly carry Wendall's logo. I will not take it off, and will proudly tell friends where it was purchased.
