Great working with Darius Thompson on purchase of this SRX. Very professional and responsive. Love the car. Had to get it serviced for check engine light. Husband spoke wuth Manager, Jeff who with Darius, spoke with service team. Felt better that I wasn't there alone for 1st visit to service car after they both addressed service team and me. Gave me a loaner and said I will not have to pay anything for repair.

The woman who served as a transporter the day I dropped my car off was stellar. If it weren't for her I would have rated experience a lot lower. She know how to talk to people and make them feel good about the overall experience at the dealership. Others would do very well if they emulate her customer service skills. I dropped my car off for routine oil change/tire rotation and to get detailed. I wanted the car very clean because I'm soon to have my first baby. The car looked great at first. Further inspection of the vehicle revealed that the mid dash was not vacuumed and to my horrific surprise I found a razor blade in the hatch back.

I made an appointment with Mr. John Griffin for a test drive. Two hours later, I was already on my way home in a beautiful 2009 Cadillac CTS after trading in my old car. Immediately upon arriving at Suburban Cadillac, Richard Naszrad showed us the car we were interested in, helped us do a quick all-around visual inspection and then gave us the keys for a test drive. When we returned, Richard was great to work with, gave us everything we asked for including the CarFax for the car and checking out a light on the dash that ended up just needing to be reset. When we discussed pricing with him on-site, he was able to provide us a final quote within minutes so that we could get a Cashier's Check for the correct amount. Upon sitting down with his finance team, a slightly higher (~$20) cost was quoted, and Richard made up the difference out of his own pocket. Great overall experience, would definitely by a used car from them again!

I had already visited 2 dealers when I decided to give another Cadillac dealer a shot and making the impossible, possible, Not ALL Cadillac dealers are created equal. Suburban is a LARGE dealer - I think they have 18 vehicles in the showroom. Perhaps they are used to higher volume? Monday evening I sopped in and said I wanted a CTS and provided some of the parameters. Rich went to work, and on Thursday I sat down with Scott and signed the paperwork - they made it happen. Wasn't easy, or I would have already had a new car. I was tough on price, and there were intangibles. So if this sounds like you, give Suburban Cadillac a chance.

I know the industry a bit and knew it would be something that they wouldn't be able to do. 2 other dealers had already said as much...albeit, not in the most pleasant of ways. But Suburban, namely Rich in sales and Scott in F&I took 2 days, 1 additional phone conversation, and on Thursday I picked the car up. Impossible done! The people I worked with are knowledgeable about the products and committed to service. My saleswoman took the lead on trouble-shooting every issue that I might have from reminding me to have my title ready to handling the transfer of on-star and XM radio from my old car to the new one. I ordered the car, so it took 8 weeks. She called me every week whether there was news or not in order to keep me updated. When I took delivery, she patiently walked me through every feature on the vehicle and left the door open form me to return for a refresher. The Finance person who took me through the paperwork took all the time I needed to explain each decision.

I recently purchased a 2016 AWD CTS from Rich Naszradi at Surburban Cadilac of Plymouth. He's simplified the entire sales process and exceeded my overall expectations as a consumer. He explained all of the features to me and even sent my vehicle out for a customized service per my request. Also, he paired my iPhone and customized my Que System as well based on my preferences. I was looking for a new vehicle when I stumbled upon a used Lexus RX 350. Although it was a bit older, it still had low miles and was in really good condition. I saw it online and then went down to see it in person. It looked good, ran well, and was about 2 or 3 thousand dollars below Kelley Blue Book and NADA, so I was definitely interested. After I arrived, I spoke with Keith, who was really easy to talk to and down to earth. He gave me several forms of the service history on the car and told me why it was priced so low, which was essentially to make it stand out and get sold ASAP online. After all was said and done, he made the whole experience as painless as possible and didn't seem like he was pushing me into something just to pad his own pockets. He went over everything with me, answered all my questions, and helped me finish everything in a timely manner. He pretty much bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.I was very pleased with everything and still love the new, to me, car. I would definitely buy from him again and recommend him to both friends and family alike!

After looking for a nice, pre-owned, SUV for a number of weeks, I drove out to Plymouth to check out a used Volvo XC90. First, the car was detailed and ready to be sold. You would think this would be a typical way to do business. Sadly, many dealers don't take the time to present their products properly. The test drive went well and I wanted the vehicle. The sitting down and writing up the deal did not take long, by buying a car standards. There was no pressure to buy extra items. They were presented, but Kim, or anyone else, did not try beat me into submission. Another plus. Finally, the car was delivered to my home with a full tank of gas. There is a difference in dealing with a high-end dealership. I do not buy new cars. I let someone else take the beating on depreciation. But, if I was in the market to buy a new Cadillac, I would make the trek to Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth. I highly recommend them for your new or used car purchase. Ask for Kim Moore. She is pleasant to deal with, and makes the buying experience the best.

With the economy recovering from it's recession, some of us are branded with less than perfect credit. When shopping for a big item like a car, we are constantly reminded that we don't have that A + credit and are subjected to predatory lending practices. It makes the car buying experience a pure headache. While tirelessly searching for my next preowned car, I was just about to give up until a found a car I wanted. I contacted Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth, and I immediately received a response from Darius Thompson, the Salesman. He stated they offered special financing and he would work with me. I was a true skeptic. However, Darius and his company stood by their word, and assured me that the 195 mile drive would be well worth it. I was approved over the phone and the next day, my wife and I were driving 3 hrs. and 27 minutes to get my sparkling white Camaro. We arrived and greeted with sincere hospitality. They even washed my wife's car while we waited. While processing the paperwork, DJ Sandifer, the Finance Manager, worked out a better deal which lowered my interest rate, and monthly payments. I was ecstatic.After getting the keys to my sweet car, the manager greeted us, bought us lunch for our long wait and said goodbye. My experience with this company was one of a kind awesome experience!!

Went to dealer looking for a cts ask for what I wanted in the vehicle Darius Thompson found the vehicle in a timely manner and we took a test drive. We contacted Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth back in February to purchase an escalade for my mother. The particular vehicle was not in stock so we placed a deposit and ordered a vehicle. The sales person, Andrew Green, contacted us on May 27th to let us know the car was in stock. As with her previous escalade we decided that the tax benefits made it advantageous to lease this particular vehicle. Andrew Green emailed us on May 28th confirming the rate would be 3.17% on a 39 month lease and we opted to move forward with this option. The following day I spoke with Mr. Green and he quoted a monthly payment of 1311.12. We advised Mr. Green that based on the purchase price of 87,839.87 and 51% residual value that payment corresponds to a rate of almost 4.500%. He insisted that our math was wrong and that we were in fact getting a rate of 3.17%. After escalating the issue to the sales manager, Chris Chambers, he advised that although we qualify for the best rate, and that rate was available, it was corporate policy to arbitrarily markup the rates on the new escalade model. If that were the case why did your associate email us a 3.17% rate? It seems that Mr Green, Mr Chambers, and the Suburban Group were banking on the fact that most consumers have no idea how to calculate a lease. I have dealt with a lot of very honest car dealers and it seems this dealer is in the business of doing high pressure bait & switch transactions. The salesman, Andrew Green, continually pressured my 60 year old mother to come in and sign that papers and told her if she didn't sign within 24 hours the deal was off the table. In the end we passed on the car deal and re-ordered with a more reputable dealer.Do your self a favor and avoid Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth. We all miss the good ole days when it was Don Massey.

IntentionAly hid paint flaws. Tried to lie their way out. First no one knew what I was talking about. 3 days later they said they thought I knew about the marks. 30 40 spots on hood alone. Pretty hard to miss. Would anyone spend $700 for paint protection on a car with bad paint.

All they had to do was take care of a recall inspection to check the gear shift cable, but they managed to forget to screw the center console back in place. As soon as I got in, it was obvious the console was loose, but clearly they never checked after finishing the work. If they can't even take care of this, how can I trust them to do any safety-related work on my car?
