I came to Suburban Chrysler after a terrible experience day's earlier at another local dealership. The first dealership approved me for a car that they knew I couldn't afford, but continued to pressure me into it. I left very discouraged that I wouldn't be able to find something I could afford with my bad credit, or find a honest car dealership. I filled out a online credit app, and was contacted shortly after. I explained my situation to Denis Lako and what I could afford for a monthly payment. The finance team found a lender with a payment that I could actually afford, and didn't pressure me at any point. They also took my 2003 buick lesabre with 250000 miles and a blown transmission as a trade for a extra $500 towards my down payment. I knew I wouldn't have a huge selection to choose from with my credit but they managed to find me a Jeep compass with low miles and the 4x4 that I really wanted. Can't say enough good things about my experience and would highly recommend Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor to anyone in a similar situation that I was in with poor credit.

The first time I came in looking for a vehicle, I had a specific car I wanted to look at. After the test drive, I decided that the car it wasn't for me. Upon hearing and understanding my reasoning, sleeves got rolled up and they went to work. Still couldn't find the right match from all of the vehicles listed. That didn't stop them. They searched through the system, looking through the cars that hadn't even been listed yet. Found my beautiful Chrysler 300, which had been added to their inventory only 3 days prior. Went of their way to make it fit my budget. A little over a year later, I received a phone call from Richard Barker, who wanted to make sure I was still in love with the car. We got to talking, and I mentioned that I was in the market for another car for my fiance. Almost exactly one week later, we drove off the lot in our beautiful 2016 Chrysler 200 S. This car came FULLY LOADED, and we paid $13,000 less than sticker price. As always, Paul Alfonsi worked his magic and made it fit our budget. The staff at this dealership is why it was always worth the hour drive to get their. I know exactly where my next car is coming from....

The sales person Denis Lako was very friendly, helpful, and realistic when working with me. I explained that our car had mechanical issue that we were unable to afford the repair and he asked what we can do as far as down payment, and monthly payments. I explained I had nothing to put down except the broken car. and needed a payment under 300 dollars a month. When I came out the the dealership to look at the options the finance manger Paul Alfonso and Denis met us and gave use our options. I really appreciated how straight forward and genuine these two men were. They were not there to just get me in a car I cant afford because they would make more money they actually wanted to make sure this was something I was ready for and understood what I needed to do to make my situation better all around. I will recommend any and everyone I see looking for a new or used vehicle to these two guys. Thanks so much for helping my family out Denis and Paul you are great

Once again Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor was awesome! My husband and I have been leasing through them for years and had another stellar experience. Rick Wresche went above and beyond all expectations. Rick listened to our needs and found the car that worked best for us. I ended up driving away with a lease on a new Compass and could not be happier! Not only did Rick do that for us, he also took care of my 2000 Civic the next day. I drove to Suburban after work to pick Rick up so he could drive the Civic from my house back to the dealership! Rick then spent time showing me features of my Compass, paired my phone with the car and transferred my plates. He ended up calling me (half hour after store closed) to let me know the quote for my Civic! I also have to give a big nod to J.P. who helped us finish the paperwork on the Compass. He called us the day after signing to let us know he had found a rebate that ended up saving us over $40 a month on our payments! Thank you guys so much for all of your hard work! Found a nice 2012 Town and Country mini van with only 26,000 miles, My salesman David Circele and I agreed on a price on Thursday 5/26/2016. I put down a $200 deposit to hold till I could talk it over with wife and do a little more research on it. I later told them I would take it. They were pushing financing thru them. I got a good rate thru my credit union that I have been with for over 25 years, and arranged everything with my insurance co. I'm a nurse and work 12 hour shifts, and it was Memorial day weekend, so I would not be able to pick up the check and close the deal till Wed. morning June 1. I let them know all this. Friday they said I need to come in and complete the paperwork. I took 2 hours of vacation Saturday from work, when I got there, that's when they let me have it. They needed me to write them a personal check for $18,289.98, they wont cash it, just attach it to the paperwork till I could bring them the check from the credit union on Wednesday. (That's just a formality to me) I did not have my check book with me, I live to far away to go get it (260 miles). That's when the manager Greg Moore said they could finance it for me, even at a little lower rate than 2.74% (Which would only save me a few dollars a month). I said no way, they said no deal, it goes back on the lot. David was fairly new, he was fine, the manager Greg Moore knows how the game is played. They had no problem selling the van, as I knew they would. I lost out on a good van, and 2 hours of vacation time, they lost out on a returning customer, and a good review.

But I've had my jeep less then a month within 24 hours the radiator was leaking I informed my sales rep an did nothing to help me.. So needless to say I have a bad radiator the breaks are bad an the trans shifts not so well.. I'm not impressed with service wise there that I received..

I tried to purchase a vehicle from Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor. I had scheduled an appointment on Saturday to test drive the vehicle on Monday. I was told the vehicle was at their Troy store but it would be at the Ann Arbor store on Monday. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told the vehicle was still at their Troy store 45 minutes away. I was told they could go and get it, but I would have to wait over 2 hours for them to get it. I had already driven 2 1/2 hours and was not going to wait another 2 hours. Very disappointed in the Suburban Chrysler dealership. I guess they are so busy they didn't need my business.

Upon arrival at the dealership I was warmly welcomed and immediately given the opportunity to test drive my new 2016 Jeep Compass which I love! Your experience and service will definitely be lacking if you are in the market for a used car here. Paul is a lot of show with no follow up. The car we bought was dented in 2 places during the free wash they give (one of them was fixed the other could not be fixed). We had to return to the dealership 2 times because the paper work was not complete. We are still waiting for our second lock fob (keys ) to be found. They actually charged us for paint pen for scratches that also happened during the wash. As I said from the start unless you are in the marked for a new vehicle you will be treated 2nd hand!

After a bad go with a former employee 3 years ago, I had a great ending. Came in a bit over a month ago to check out the Jeep Renegade. I had been turned onto the new design by my husband. We went in on a Saturday, no appointment and met with Mike. I was still in a lease and needed a bit of time before purchasing. Mike was great, showed us a model and we all left happy and more knowledgeable. Over several weeks Mike called a couple times to check in and see how we were and if there was anything he could do for us. I called Mike this week to make an appointment and to go over the items i could not live without on the Renegade. It was fortuitous that yesterday (11/19) they had the colors i wanted and the style as well. I was able to work out a deal with Mike and get the perfect car for me, at a price i could handle. He was very patient and while i was busy getting everything together he held the car for me. Mike was GREAT and I would recommend others to ask for him by name.

Fortunate to work with Mike Daly who was very efficient with finding a vehicle which suited all of our needs and wants. The only good part of my experience is the Jeep Wrangler itself - awesome car! However, Mike Daly continued to disappoint me from the beginning starting with my new car delivery not being ready at the time promised even though he assured me before I left the dealership that delivery was set, confirmed delivery time by phone the following morning, and waited until a few hours before delivery to tell me it would not be ready. In addition, he assured me that my previous car lease would be paid off. It wasn't until Ford took a payment from my account that I realized the deal was not completed. Mike Daly took several DAYS to check into the situation, stated he had trouble dealing with Ford (and the dealership OWNS at least 2 Ford dealerships)! I was told 2 days, then several more days, ended up having to call Ford Credit myself & tell Mike Daly how to do his job - ended up taking over 30 days to complete the process & waited another additional week to get reimbursed from Ford for Mike Daly's screw up. He apologized and offered me a "free" car wash which is free to everyone already, and a "free" cup of coffee which is also free to everyone already. I'm sure there is another local Jeep dealer who can actually provide service for my car and give me good service when choosing my next car.

Just had the worst service experience with my Grand Cherokee. Took it in for starting problems. I looked it up ahead of time and saw that this problem was due to a part on recall. The service advisor named Ilar said they would do the recall work first and then see if additional work was necessary. He later called to tell me that my car needed a new starter wire. He said the price to do that was 350 something dollars. I believe that price was very inflated because that part does not cost 250 dollars . Also, they have not yet done the recall work as we had agreed. When I went to pick up the car, there was still a $50 charge on my bill for a check up that I hadn't asked for and that we have not agreed upon. I disputed this charge with Ilar and reminded him that we had agreed to first fix the recall then see if further checks were necessary. He he was very disagreeable and unprofessional. Overall, a really disappointing experience at this dealership. I will try to take my car to Lansing from now on for service.

When it comes to car sales, I expect a bit of gamesmanship, but these people take it to the level of deception and disrespect. With eligibility for an employee discount in hand, I met with a salesman who (after making me wait 20 min. to pull up the vehicle to test drive, and the typically overselling and glad-handing) told me the employee price was $38,500. When I showed him what was on his website--$32,500--he was flabbergasted. So was the floor manager. As if they have no clue how much their cars are. I was eventually told that the advertised price didn't include destination charges ($995) and military discount ($500) even though that wasn't noted in the fine print. After digging, they quoted the fine print of "prices subject to change without notification". I noted the oversight happened to be on ALL of their advertised cars. Still, that left a difference of $4500. After listening to him hem and haw, I walked out. Two hours wasted and 70 miles round trip. My 15 year old son--witnessing his first car buying experience--asked if all dealers and car salesmen are that dishonest and unprofessional. I told him no...but this place sure gave dealers a bad name. Note: a few days later the general manager called me to follow-up after I emailed them. Suffice it to say he wasn't too bothered by my negative experience. He was proud to say though that he added more small print to all 34 of the individual advertised "Blowout Specials" that were advertised.I recommend staying away.

When I got to the dealership, which was in Ann Arbor, the salesperson was not there and she told me she would be. So I had to wait for a salesperson to help me on top of that, the truck that I was coming to look at was NOT there, they let a customer take it home! Our visit to Suburban Chrysler of Ann Arbor was a wonderful visit ! We called Eric Brower our sales person and asked him to run the numbers and see what kind of payment he could get on the 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 ! He called us back and the numbers were right and we went to the dealership and brought home our beautiful flame red Dodge Ram big horn pickup ! Signing the papers with Brooke was very easy and she was very helpful letting us know what we were signing !This is the second car in a month that we have bought there ! We also purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey from Eric ! My husband had just had hip surgery and Eric had them deliver the journey to our home and we signed the papers and the driver took our trade in back with him ! Don was fantastic and I can't say enough good things about him. I've dealt with many other dealers and one other employee at this dealership that I wouldn't wish upon anyone (except those people who leave legos on the carpet). After being ran through the ringer just the day before when I looked at buying a Toyota, in comparison, I found that Don was honest, upfront, and transparent. There were not thousands of dollars in hidden fees or an attempt to mark up the interest rate. The sales managers were normal people and not like the banker on Deal or No Deal. They made the car buying process much better than I've experienced recently. They treated me like a human being and not just another mark to try and bleed dry. Most importantly, they didn't try and put inappropriate pressure on making a decision right this instant.

August 8th, my son and I decided to trade our Chrysler Pacifica for a lease car. Paul was really a big help in answering my questions and I was very happy with his salesmanship on choosing the right Renegade for me. I recently purchased a Dodge Ram pickup truck from Mike Daly and was able to trade in my old Ford Escape. There were a few issues we had to work through and his sales manager and others were able to work them out quickly. I switched from Ford to.a Dodge and never regret the decision. I would not recommend Chrysler Credit. Go local on people you can rely face to face. I told the president of Chrysler Credit their service was on a par with Comcast. Suburban was great about clearing up the mess CC created with their arrogance. Don was good. Theresa was wonderful when I leased the Jeep and Don was good with the final purchase a few years later

Although I live in Canton, the closest dealer to me is a big dissapointment. I needed several recall fixes. Surburban service department people were friendly and helpful. It was also very nice to see they have a woman working in service ! As an engineer myself, it was nice to have a dealership recognize that women not only drive vehicles, but design them, therefore understand them as well. Fast, friendly service...can't ask for more than that !

I found a Jeep online at this dealer and went in for a test drive. When they quoted the vehicle they slipped in "glass and interior protection" for $399 each. Then, another person showed up while I was waiting for the finance application to be completed with out introduction and he was the finance manager. He proceeded to sell me more dealer add ons based on monthly payment instead of the actual price. I believe these tactics are deceptive methods to sell high margin dealer add ons. I did purchase because every thing was ready and I did not have time to start the whole process over with another dealer. They did offer a fair price and the Jeep Wrangler is great.

Sergei, the sales representative did everything he could to help. He was kind, courteous and very helpful. Unfortunately, that is as far as I can be complimentary about this dealer. The remainder of the staff continuously lied to me time after time. I was low-balled on the appraisal of my trade-in (but that's not unusual). Then, when I tried to negotiate I was told that the sales manager had agreed to reduce the difference between my trade-in and the new car in order to meet my payment requirements within the repayment period I wanted. When I came to sign the finance paperwork, this was a complete lie. They had simply extended the term of payments by a further 12 months and not changed the pricing gap at all. If it wasn't for the fact I would have had to travel over 1,000 miles to find the exact car I wanted for the price, I would have walked away right then. As it was, I signed the paperwork and left with a nasty taste in my mouth. Then, I forced them to sell the car with a FULL 3,000 mile warranty - fortunately. Several check lights came on and Suburban agreed to fix the problem at no cost to me (thank you). They said it would take a few hours, so I planned it around meetings close to Ann Arbor so I could pick the car up later in the day. When I came to pick it up, they said they had decided to send it to the local Mini dealer to do the job properly, but hadn't taken it over. They gave me a loaner and sent me on my way. This was on a Tuesday. I called Wednesday to see if they'd done it and was told the car was at the Mini dealer and they'd had no response from them. Same again on Thursday, so I decided to call the Mini dealer myself. I found out that Suburban didn't take the car over until the end of the day Wednesday and just showed up without warning them. They said they'd do everything they could to at least look at the car on Friday morning, which they did and agreed with my diagnosis that it needed a new battery. I went to the Mini dealer and took the car back for the weekend, agreeing to let them have it again the following week. They had it back as agreed and about an hour later after they'd fixed it, I got a call from Suburban telling me that the car was still being worked on and had taken so long to fix because (and get this) the Mini dealer didn't have a Mini battery in stock. If you're going to tell me a big fat whopping lie, at least make it believable. Suffice to say, I had a really good laugh over this with the Mini folks. The Mini dealer was fantastic, sorted the car and it's been fantastic ever since. I haven't talked to Suburban and will not ever again.

I purchased a used 2009 Chrysler 300 from Suburban Chrysler in Ann Arbor, and within the 90-day warranty period, I needed some expensive repairs due to previous wear and tear on the car. The approximately $2,000.00 worth of necessary repairs were not covered by the warranty. You can imagine my feeling of, "YUCK". There has been fantastic continuity in the repair shop with mulitple individuals. In particular, I am repeatedly impressed by Ilir Lako. Today, he heard the description of my problem (roadway paint splattered within 2 wheel wells and on side of passenger door) and took it upon himself to solve my problem. He literally rolled up his sleeves, grabbed the needed solvent and began scrubbing the door and wheel wells clean. Much thanks!

The car was not clean when I purchased a brand new Jeep 2014. I sent an email to the manger about my compliant he did not respond I called and left a message for the manger he did not respond. Customer service there is horrible. The salesman does not know much about the car although he offered to have it re clean two times they tried to clean (remind you a brand new car which was still not clean after three attempts. I spent two hours in the dealership for them to update on my Uconnect firmware which never was updated. I love the car however I regret traveling over two hours round trip to be treated like another number who did not matter.

My experience with Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Ann Arbor has been exceptionally disappointing. It started on March 14 when I expressed an interest in test driving a Jeep Patriot they had listed on their website. I traveled over an hour, from Rochester Hills to Ann Arbor, on March 17 to see the car, only to find it had been sold on Saturday, the 15th. This was not mentioned to me in three emails I received from Kyle on the 17th to confirm my visit, or in a voicemail left by Brooke while I was driving to Ann Arbor on the 17th. After arriving in Ann Arbor, I was told by Brooke that the car had been sold, but because of the way the communication chain works at the dealership, Kyle was unaware of that, which is why he didn't mention it in his emails. In her voicemail, which I still have, she said there were a "few things she wanted to discuss" before I arrived, but again, never mentioned the car had been sold. While I was at the dealership, I turned in a coupon they had sent me for a $25.00 Visa card if I came in to test drive a car. Over two months have passed, and after 4 email inquiries, I have still not received the card, or any explanation of why it hasn't been sent. The last inquiry I sent to Kyle was forwarded to the sales manager, Eric Brower, who responded with a form email. I will say that Kyle has been very polite in his emails, and Brooke was very pleasant while I was in the dealership, but the follow-up care has been very disappointing, especially when one considers how far I had to drive to get to the dealership in the first place. I had never visited a dealership with a coupon before, though I've seen the offer made plenty of times, and I'm wondering if anyone actually ever receives the card if they don't purchase a vehicle. If you are going to buy from them, I would urge you to read carefully and learn from my experience.I recently bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty from here. The vehicle is great but the experience here has been very confusing. Everyone here has been extremely friendly and Doug Jenvey is one of the nicest guys that I've ever done business with! Doug means well and has tried to make my experience as pleasurable as possible but I have, unfortunately, been less than satisfied with how things have gone.First off, when we negotiated the terms of the sale, I had asked for a blown/rattling speaker to be repaired and for the front seats to be reupholstered so that they weren't torn apart. When I came to pick up the vehicle after the repairs were done, the seats had been patched up very poorly by the dealership's normal upholstery guy. The previous cracks in the seats were now visible as large creases in the seats and the seams of the seats were blotchy and covered with whatever liquid gunk was used to make the repair. I would never had negotiated the terms of sale if I had known that the seats were going to be badly patched up like that. I had expected them to be reupholstered and to have it look nice so, after complaining, the sales manager, Steve, offered to have it redone. As of this time, I'm still waiting on arrangements for this to be fully remedied. In addition, the speaker was never properly repaired per our agreement so they have agreed to redo that repair as well. Unfortunately, all of this means that my time is being wasted on something that should have been taken care of the first time.Secondly, I feel as if the vehicle was severely misrepresented to me by my salesman. Throughout the process, he referred to how the vehicle was equipped with remote start and, when I picked up the keys, he even pointed out the third party remote entry fobs and said, "Here is your remote start!" When I got home and tried using the remote start, it turns out that there isn't even a remote start installed. I brought this issue up to the salesman but he claimed that he had been misinformed about that feature. Unfortunately, it's not my fault that he was misinformed as he falsely represented the vehicle as having something that it did not and used that feature to help make a sale. I would not have agreed to the terms of sale had I known that remote start was not installed since that was a feature that Doug had mentioned when trying to convince me to buy. On top of that, the front cup holder is missing from the Jeep despite the vehicle's listing clearly stating that it included the 'front beverage holders'.When I brought the absence of remote start and the missing front cup holders up to the salesman, he talked with the sales manager and came back with, "We've already done you too many favors so the vehicle is as it is." Apparently, they consider holding up their end of the bargain as a "favor" when I'm pretty sure that's just the law. The only favor that I actually received was getting a second ignition key due to the casing on the first one being broken(Thanks, Steve!). I'm still hoping to get some resolution for being lied to about the remote start and for them not holding up to the fact that the vehicle was advertised as having front cup holders. These oversights on their part are inexcusable and I hope that something can be worked out to remedy the situation as I am not happy and cannot, in good conscience, recommend this dealership to anyone. I mean, come on, the cup holders are maybe $30 and, since they are a dealership, they have easy access to this sort of stuff. I can understand how they balked at the remote start being added but it's not my fault that it was falsely advertised to me during the sale.If they follow through with fixing anything, I'll be sure to update this review with the results.UPDATES- 4/19/14 I made arrangements to have them replace the speaker on Monday so they told me to drop off my vehicle on Saturday so that they could give me a loaner vehicle as a courtesy for my inconvenience. When I arrived on Saturday afternoon, they said "Ooops! We get our loaner cars through Enterprise and they close at noon on Saturday." Wow. Maybe they should have mentioned this information when they told me to drop it off on Saturday? This dealership is proving time and time again how incompetent they are. I have now officially wasted more time on this than the repairs are worth.- 4/22/14 The dealership arranged for my seats to be reupholstered by a local company by my house. I received a phone call from the upholstery place at 4:45pm telling me that my vehicle was ready but they couldn't release it to me until the dealership pays for the repairs and said that he had already spoken with the dealership an hour ago about it. He was concerned that he wouldn't be able to release my vehicle to me and urged me to call them to advance the process. I had to call Doug and, just 5 minutes before the upholstery place closed, they called me to tell me that it had been finally paid for and I could pick up the vehicle. All things considered, I'm happy with the upholstery job but, again, the dealership almost left me out to dry. I should not have to call them and tell them that they need to pay for the repairs in order to get it done. That's unacceptable. The upholstery guys missed a small spot that I would have liked repaired but, since I couldn't be there to tell them, I will live it with. I don't want anymore of my time wasted and it's not worth the hassle.- 4/28/14 Doug was nice enough to drive out to my place, drop off a loaner vehicle, and take mine in to have the speaker repaired properly. Unfortunately, when I came to get the vehicle, the speaker system was in even worse shape than when I left it so I had to leave it overnight yet again to have it redone. How hard is it to have some quality control?In addition to messing up the speaker repair, they thought they would surprise me by having remote start installed on the vehicle. Well, I'm pleased that they had this done but I am very displeased with the fact that they did it without my knowledge or my authorization. You see, the vehicle had come with a nice 3rd party keyless entry system that I really liked and was hoping to use. When they installed the remote start, they removed this system without my consent and installed the cheapest remote start that they could find. They get points for effort but fail on execution. It's not wise to perform work on a vehicle without authorization nor is it professional.- 4/29/14 The speakers were finally repaired properly and I'm done with the dealership.- 5/1/14 I received a follow up phone call from Doug to make sure that everything was alright. He then asked me if I wouldn't mind updating this review so here I am. Unfortunately, I now realize that the only reason they tried harder to make things right was because they saw my negative review on here but it's too little too late. The damage has been done and I couldn't be happier to be done with this whole thing. I could keep complaining but I just want to be over all of this. I will not be using this dealership again unless they are the only ones that have something I need and I suggest that you avoid them until they get it together.

I had a 2010 Jeep Compass that I brought in for repairs. While waiting for an estimate I went in to the showroom and struck up a conversation with Kirk Trost. After talking with Kirk, I decided to lease a new 2014 jeep Compass instead of having my 2010 repaired.Kirk was so very helpful and made it a very pleasant experience for me. Not only did I get a new car, but my monthly payments went down. Kirk was able to get me the car I wanted in one day and when I picked it up, Kirk made sure I knew how everything worked on the car. He was especially helpful in helping me set up the phone connection. Kirk is a very personable guy, not at all pushy. I would definitely recommend him. When my lease is up in 3 years, I will be back to see Kirk again.

It took me about a month to finally make up my mind on the 200, during which I visited several other dealerships/brands. Mr. Bush was very patient and very kind through the process. I much appreciated the fact that he hardly ever put any pressure on me to close the deal. At the same time, I was allowed to test drive the car on three different occasions. Also, I was able to negotiate the miles limit while still retaining a very competitive monthly payment. Dealership appears to practice the old "bait and switch". That is, the add on Auto Trader add listed features that the car didn't have (Dealer response was "we have no control over the list of options appearing on Auto Trader" and "that is what the disclaimer is there for".) Window sticker on car at dealership also listed features that the car didn't have. Some obvious (no power seat in the car, but the sticker said that it had one) and some that only someone that had studied the owner's manual or knew Subaru's very well would notice. (Dealer response was "We contract with someone to print those for us.") Even the printed KBB price (supposedly obtained by entering the VIN) listed extra value options that the car does not have. The dealer response was "KBB has an error in it." In summary, errors that would tend to increase profit on the sale are not their responsibility.Before I ever went to the dealership, I had been called or e-mailed by 4 different people. (Not counting the acknowledgement of my interest in a car.)We had a windshield sealer applied before we took the car home. It was applied over fresh chips or the chips occurred during the application.

I loved my experience soooooooooooooooooooooo much.I loved everything about it. The relationship,the customer service,and just the feeling of them being there to help my the entire process.Paul was awesome I think he should get a front desk and employee of the month with a bonus. I think Jason should get a bonus and 3 day FREE vacation..because he was there for me and Paul with any issues we had.I have referred several friends and even brought a few during my visit. I LOVE Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Ann Arbor and I think everyone should go there. I was very upset when I first came because my situation I didn't think I would be able to get any help or even out of my last vehicle. Paul told me he knew what he was doing and I promise everyone that reads this he does. I was in an accident the Thursday before Thanksgiving, and the next day, I and took my Town and Country to Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Ann Arbor to make an appointment to have the necessary repairs done. Jamie Boyer, the collision manager met me in the service bay, took a look at the damage and explained that he could start the work on Monday but would need my car until Friday since the dealership would be closed on Thanksgiving. I am a wheelchair user and my car has been extensively modified with a lowered floor, ramp, swivel drivers seat, low effort steering and breaking systems. I told Jamie that I would need to call around to see if I could find a wheelchair accessible van to rent so that I would have some way to get around since I had various appointments that week. I said I would get back to him. I explained that I was leaving for Florida the Monday following Thanksgiving and if I couldn't find a rental van, I would have to wait to have my car repaired when I returned. But I much preferred to have my car repaired before I left town. Renting a wheelchair accessible van is not only expensive ($100/day), it is virtually impossible to find one with the same modifications. I did find a van that had a ramp but not the modifications necessary for me to transfer to the front seat and drive myself. But my daughter said that she would be my driver, so I called Jamie to say that he could start the work. When I mentioned that the van would cost $100/day (not including the $95 for pick up and delivery), he said that he would do everything he could to have the van back to me on Wednesday. This is what Jamie did: He sent two people to pick my van up from my house on Monday morning; called on Wednesday to let me know that the van would be ready by the end of the work day (when I asked what time he closed on Wednesday...this is the night before Thanksgiving mind you..., he said "right after we finish your van and deliver it to you); delivered it to my garage on Wednesday at around 6:00. This job was not straight forward due to the modifications to my van. But, in spite of some challenges, Jamie was determined to get the job done by Wednesday night, and he did it. I am so impressed. This kind of customer service is really rare and I am so impressed. Jamie made Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Ann Arbor look like a great company. In my opinion, he should be acknowledged for his service and for his integrity. I personally give him the official "Great Guy" award. Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Ann Arbor has a customer for life. After dealing with a number of dealerships I went as far as 200 miles to buy my JEEP COMPASS at Suburban of Ann Arbor.Brian Bush was informed, courteous and always available for questions and concerns I had. We had the best experience thanks to our salesman Rick Wresche, He was a joy to work with. We signed up on line for info on line and 2 minutes later he called us. We explained that we were 4 hours away and it would have to be a really great deal for us to travel that far.We were in the market for a Chrysler Town and Country 2013, thinking we could get a good deal in November of 2013. We even were willing to settle for a turned in lease or one that had under 30,000 miles. Rick Wretche got us into a brand new 2014 that we could afford and even added a 6 year warranty, for a minimal amount. He also added a Lifetime Maximum Care package that offered many benefits that are not normally covered. He added a window application that really helps to see in bad weather. A paint sealant was added to protect the beautyof of the car for many years to come. We are a retired couple and keeping the car as pristine as possible is very important to us. We decided to come to Suburban to see and buy the car and Rick and the Service dept. had the car showroom ready by the time we drove the 4hrs to get there, Impressive. The paperwork was made easy and handled in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to deal with this dealership and especially our salesman Rick Wresche again. I would highly recommend Rick as he actually made this experience very fun.

I have to say that these guys did the most awesome job for me. I have been to so many other dealerships and my credit isn't that great. They were able to get me a finance rate 10% lower than what I was currently in. They were able to give me twice as much for my trade in than any other dealership offered and the down payment was only $500.00. That, to me, is amazing and both of them have outstanding customer service skills. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle whether new or used. He was extremely informative on the Jeep Grand Cherokee packages and options as well as very educated on the services available at your dealership. I am not big on giving reviews, but after my experience working with Paul Alfonsi I have to take a moment and let everyone know of my experience. I have been going through a difficult time the last few years, but working at getting myslef back on track. I was becoming discouraged when I was in the market to get a car. Unfortunately, I had a few hiccups with my credit and felt like I was just hitting a brick wall. I have a hard time trusting salesmen and I explained I had tried at other dealerships and it just wasn't working for me. Paul asked what I was looking for and told me he can help and well, he did! I now have a beautiful car and can't wait to make my first payment, something I didn't think was possible after being told no, no, no. Paul said I can help you and he did. Working with Brian and the team was like a dream come true for my wife and I. After scouring all the dealerships in Jackson, we were ready to give up. I found a van that I was interested in online and called the dealership. I explained the parameters of our pre-approval to Brian and he got to work. Not an hour later I got a call back saying that he had a vehicle literally just traded in. After a year of researching and shopping around for the truck that I really wonted, I was worried about high pressure sales. I was in Ann Arbor ,MI on a Sunday visiting my mother on mothers day, and I happen to see the exact truck I was looking for at Suburban Chrysler Jeep on Stadium Blvd, I checked it out real good and I went back on Monday. I looked it over real good again for about 45 min, I seen sales people walking around and they just said " Hi how are you, if you need anything juts let them know. I checked it out for about 15 more minutes and thought there is no pressure here, and I really wonted to drive now. This long story short after meeting ( Kirk Trost ) we spent time test driving and going over the vehicle I bought it and had the best car shopping experience I have ever had. And bottom line I saved Thousands. Thanks Again to Kirk Trost " and Suburban Chrisler Jeep.

From the time I submit an online inquiry for information to the time I drove my new car off of their lot, dealing with Suburban Ann Arbor has been an incredibly pleasant experience! After sending the online request for more information, I immediately received an email offer for a $25 gift card should I decide to come into their offices. Not if I purchase, not f I test drive, but just for coming into their offices. Plus #1The first time I spoke with Lindsey, she was so chipper and sweet sounding! I never would've imagined that she'd be in car sales! LOL... I was looking into two different vehicles within the Suburban automotive group, and I wanted to test drive both. Lindsey suggested that she have the car delivered to the Ann Arbor location to save me the trip. Plus #2!Upon arriving at the dealership, I just felt like they enjoyed my presence. Now, it may be very true that they act this way with every customer, but at the time, I felt as though I was the ONLY person that mattered! Plus #3!!Of course I decided to purchase my beautiful 2008 Cadillac CTS from them, and before they gave me the keys, Lindsey PERSONALLY took the car to the gas station for a fill-up! I thought that was very sweet because there had to have been a gagillion other things that she could be doing, but she wanted to make sure my wheels were road-ready! Plus #4!!!Mark had to be the most low-pressure salesperson that I've EVER met! He made me feel extremely comfortable, was very personable, and just seems like a fun guy to be around! I don't think buying a car from anyone else would have been as good of an experience! Plus #5!!!!I could go on and on, but what really made me fall in love with this dealership takes the cake.... They sent me COOKIES!!!!!!! What dealership does that?! THEy sent me a huge box of AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS cookies that I am dying to get more of! I guess I'll just have to wait until I am in the market for another vehicle, because I'll CERTAINLY take that trip to Ann Arbor just for the friendly faces at Suburban! =)

So I went into Suburban Chrysler Jeep to look at prices for Jeeps. I have always been interested in one. Gary Hart helped me out through the process. I told him I wanted to see what the numbers would be and see if it was even possible for me to lease a new car. Mind you I already had a car which I owed money on and they took over the lease on that car which made it more appealing for me. We test drove a 2013 Jeep Patriot, beautiful car! It had more than what I wanted and needed in a car. Drove smooth. Gary walked me through the process and didn't pressure me to sign anything. I told him I don't want to be pressured to do anything right now. He was very patient. The only thing I will say bad is that they may try and pressure you but Gary talked to his team and told them to step back while I made the decision. Richard Goodman came over and showed me numbers when I asked to see them to see what the difference was. I was looking at one from novi which was about $10 less than what I got here in Ann Arbor. Overall, I am pleased that Gary helped me and was very very patient. He wasn't pushy and didn't pressure you at all. I will be going back.

To be honest, I was waiting and ready for Gary to try to hard sell me on this Town and Country, Face it, I'm not your average customer, I did the research, and walked in looking to blow someone out of the water. So when Gary introduced himself, I figured I had my target... I guess all I can say is "My Bad" As cranky and hard nosed as I was, He was courtious and patient, not to mention very knowledgable about the car. Here's a salesman who not only blew ME out of the water, but went above and beond to make sure It's what I really wanted. you can bet your rear end I'll be recomending him to my friends and family. Gary seems like a nice guy, but did not hold up to his pricing he quoted online. Went to dealership on Thursday night and made arrangements to pick up vehicle on Friday. Was called Friday morning that they made mistake was going to cost $15/mo more, I ok'd, then on Friday afternoon got another call that that vehicle was sold and there were no vehicles available???? Really? Did not buy from this dealership.

My registration paperwork was never filed and now nearly 6 months after I have purchased my vehicle, I still can not obtain a tag. The dealership refuses to help me! I have filed a complaint against them with the BBB as a result of this. I can not drive an unregistered vehicle for fear of my vehicle being impounded! If I could return it, I would. I am making payments on a vehicle that I can not legally drive!

Gary Hart was awesome, he helped me pick out a jeep liberty. I was originally there to get a compass or patriot but he got me a great deal on liberty and I could not refuse, the more expensive liberty turned out to be around the same price as the compass/patriot after getting employee pricing and a rebate. I was more than pleased to get a liberty that I thought was out of my price range. The next week when I stopped by to fill out paper work they washed and cleaned my Jeep!

Wonderful experience from everyone! Rome was able to give me a great interest rate, then called the bank and got an even better one! Mind blown! Vince was great to communicate with through email, and put me in touch with my main salesperson, Josh. Josh was wonderful, very upfront without a hard push at all. Great experience; best process for buying a car ever! I checked prices with 3 dealers on the internet. Suburban immediately emailed and called me. The internet specialist connected me right away with my sales person, Josh Cooley. Josh was prompt and on point. He located the car I wanted, worked with me on the price and made the whole process very easy. Ramiro Moreno in the finance department worked with me and got me the best financing possible. I ended up with a significantly lower rate than what the other dealer quoted me. Overall great experience, and I LOVE MY CAR!!!

I worked with salesman Gary Hart when I bought my new Jeep. I needed to shop online due to extensive travel for work so I was not the easiest customer to contact. Gary was patient and worked very hard to get the vehicle I wanted and it was a very specifically equipped vehicle. He made it work during a very hectic time for me and he worked with me for the best deal so it made it worth my time to drive 2.5hrs from home to buy at Suburban. When I went to pick up the vehicle there was a major sales event going on and the dealership was very busy but that did not stop them from treating us like we were their #1 priority. The whole staff and the facility was top notch. Besides Gary I have to give special mention to Stephanie who finalized the paperwork for me. She made the paperwork, license transfer, etc as smooth as silk and it was very busy. She was awesome (and I generally hate the paperwork when buying a new car).Also, my father went with me to pick up my car and everyone treated him so well that we expect him to get his next car at Suburban too. They really won him over.This was a great car buying experience.

Richard was very helpful with our purchase. "Curly" took our info and we told him what we needed and what we could afford. He told us ok and 24 hours later we were driving off in our new car with the terms I wanted. I would recommend Curly to anyone who is looking for a good deal.

I walked in off the street, looked over the cars on display, and Ashley came right on up and introduced herself, asking to be of help. No pressure. No discomfort. I hadn't settled on anything at this point but had a range in mind (and even other makes). We talked about the sorts of things I was interested in at other dealerships and came up with comparable things here. Turned out, after exploring a few options, that I was focused on the Jeep Wrangler. Test drove a couple of these (2 DR & unlimited) and I went off to talk with my wife. Nice follow-up call a few days later. Again no pressure, but real sincere interest. Long story short: I went with a Wrangler Sahara 2 Door -- every step of the way, Ashley worked with me, made me feel comfortable, and set up a package that fit both budget and needs. Great working with these folks on pricing and the whole thing. The whole team is great. Ideal for folks who may not be gear heads (though gear heads would certainly enjoy this place). Feels real home town. I am very pleased!

Gary was very friendly and accommodating. Gary (as well as some of the staff) stayed 2 hours past closing time to quickly get all of our paperwork done so we could drive out of there with a brand new Jeep Wrangler!!. We were able to trade in our SUV as well and they paid the highest price out of anybody else we had dealt with. I really liked the way the whole team treated us. I would recommend Gary Hart and Suburban Chrysler Jeep of Ann Arbor to anybody looking for new or used vehicles. It was a wonderful experience.

I found the vehicle I was looking for online. I called to inquire about the very low price and to make an appointment to see the vehicle. I was greated by Gary and took it for a test drive that evening. The next day, the business manager did his best to find me financing at a low interest rate. Everyone was very willing to work to get me the best deal possible. I now have my Escape that I've wanted for a while and got an awesome deal. I will definately be back when I'm ready to trade up in the future.

This dealership was extremely friendly from the outset of my visit. I called ahead and made an appointment to see a certain vehicle. Upon arrival the Honda Pilot was waiting up front. Alan was very easy to talk to and very patient as I had my the children with me. The secretary played with my boys and held my baby daughter so I could get the deal done. Overall a great experience!
