While visiting my Mom in Champaign (she’s 83), I realized her car was getting too low to get in and out of for her comfort (she’s 83!). We went by to take a look at compact SUV’s and Rob was incredible. He was friendly, polite, informative, and patient. He took time to talk to her, ask about what she liked in her old car and what kind of things she would like in a new car. I stayed close to make sure she heard everything, didn’t feel lost or talked down to, but I didn’t need to worry- he has incredible customer service skills and she felt listened to and understood. Her age and lack of awareness of available features wasn’t an issue at all. We walked away with some ideas and he followed up quickly when we had questions about financing or availability. She ended up deciding to buy a car and felt very confident in her choice with financing after he explained all the options. 14/10 would definitely go back if I needed to buy a car!

I had Lisa as a sales person. I own a BMW X5 at the moment and I consider buying a new German SUV, either another BMW, waiting for the X7 to come out, or a big Mercedes SUV. Lisa was very good in explaining everything and listing the differences and pointing out the advantages of the Mercedes brand. I think she has a lot of technical understanding, that German engineering background, which makes her fit perfectly into the Sullivan Parkhill dealership. She answered all my questions and was very friendly.

I highly recommend this service facility. Service Manager Mike Lawson explained the advantages of per-paid maintenance, and told me exactly what services were recommended for my car and why. I guess since my last horrific review was removed, I'll reiterate and warn on how truly awful this experience was. In 2005, we purchased a 1995 W124 E320. Thats our baby. Shes been MB serviced since day one. We bought her in SC, moved to UT and finally ended up in the heartland here in IL. In October 2013, we took her in for service (in 2005 she had approximately 80K and now sits kissing 120k miles). 7 months later and twice the original estimate, we got her back to the tune of $14k. Within 300 miles, the Check Engine light came on. I guess that must be part of the additional feature of having to replace the cams doing the head gasket. Oh wait, that must be having to replace the entire exhaust system to repair the exhaust manifold. Silly me, that must be from replacing the engine wiring harness to fix the power antenna! Lack of communication, incompetent service and arrogance were the themes of that nightmare experience. The icing on the cake was getting a "new" invoice upon checkout for MORE money that we'd never seen before. Thankfully, I had printed out the invoice that was emailed to me. That saved me almost $300. Incompetence is the order of the day at this place. I wonder if this review will be deleted as well. I haven't said anything that isn't true. What say you Mr. Jake?

The rep called me to explain that the problem did not present it self in testing and they would try again. He called back and said they could not find it a second time. He offered to pick me up and bring me to the shop to get my car. He cleaned my car and had it waiting for me at no charge to me.

Tim Payne very nice professional salesman offered me a reasonable price on a Certified Pre-owned Mercedes Benz C300 2008. I purchased the car,after few days,the check engine turned on,I went to the dealership and they said that it must be an error that does not occur usually,they reset the system and unfortunately on the second day the check engine turned on again,I went again and they charged me $105 just to diagnose the problem,and they said that the oxygen sensor needs to be replaced cost over $450.I went to the manager and ask him about the 100 000 miles Certification that he gave me and I told the manager that I just got this car recently from your dealership. I had been driving Benz for over 10 years and I never had such bad followup with a Benz Dealership Unfortunately they sold me a car with some hidden problems and the manager did not offer any help or concern. BE AWARE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Tim Payne was not your stereotypical salesman; I actually felt he was working for me. Not only was Tim a delight to work with, but Mr. Parkhill, an owner of the dealership, saw my car before I picked it up and felt that it should look better so he had it re-polished to a mirror finish. I have been wanting a Mercedes for a long time and now I have one that I savor driving. Based on my experience with Mr. Parkhill, I would recommend Sullivan-Parkhill for any car and Sullivan-Parkhill Imports and Tim Payne for Mercedes-Benz.

Lisa was my sales associate when I purchased a used 2012 Audi Q5.
