We called the dealership on Friday asking about a vehicle to see if it was still there before we drove down from Appleton. When we got there on Saturday they had the vehicle up front and warming up for us to test drive. The service we recieved was top notch just like Bergstom. Everyone was friendly and didn't pressure us and were willing to work with us. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others and we would be willing to come back for our next vehicle.

Took 05 Camry In for simple oil change. Several months later, oil filter fell off. Had to replace engine for $3500. Summit refused any liability and dealer belittled service station that discovered the problem, calling them crooks. Very unprofessional!

I decided to work with Summit Automotive per the recommendation by someone else after my car accident. I found the car i wanted one day and came back to get it the next day. With buying the vehicle out right without a loan I think i spent 30-45 minutes there signing paperwork and then driving off with my new car. That was even with Kraig Petersen, the salesman i was working with, helping someone else too! Kraig was a great person to work with. Not overly pushy, super friendly, and quick to respond back if I had questions the day after I saw the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Summit Automotive.

My first contact was by email and Brett Schmitz responded, from first contact to driving it home my wife and I were very satisfied. Our saleperson, Tom Williamson was a pleasure to work with. Friendly and helpful with none of the sales pressure vibe. Summit's business office is also friendly, efficient, and low-pressure. The only small negative to our experience is our vehicle was delivered with only an 1/8 tank of gas. In fairness, that may have been an oversight as there was a bit of a scramble to have a hitch package installed for us before delivery. Overall, our experience was pleasant and relaxed. We will return to this dealership for future service and vehicle purchases.

The service team listened, responded, and corrected within 24 hours of initial call - explaining the entire way the process and warranty inclusions/exclusions.In addition to the rating below - price was rated lower due to the $100 deductible that I have for the warranty. Frustrating buying a vehicle with 15k miles on it and 6 weeks later putting more money out to repair a vehicle... the very reason why I purchased a "new" one. "Honest" and "made me feel like a guest in their home"... these are the first two things my wife used to describe the staff at Summit when we visited them to view a Chrysler Pacifica van. I appreciate the time Brett took to help us make this decision, he is very knowledgeable on the vehicle, and he never made us feel rushed. Bought a 35K truck and they wouldn't budge an inch on price. That's not the worst part tho. Was told that they would" detail it to the nines" by the sales manager. Went to pick it up a few days later and the mats still had dirt, rocks etc from when we test drove it. Bed of the truck wasn't even opened much less cleaned out. Windows weren't washed found crumbs by the console. Waited an hour for them to detail it again and all that was done was the bed was washed out and the mats were cleaned off. Wasn't too impressed with whatever super slippery substance was on the mats tho. ON MY DRIVE HOME there was a notification that stated tire pressure sensor fault. I had no idea what this was so when I got home I told my husband and he said he would look at it the next day since it was late. Wasn't too impressed when we checked the tire pressure and found that it was extremely low on all four tires. Would have thought that would have been something that was checked before it left their lot but apparently not. Add air and the notification is still there. This is a newer vehicle for me so I'm not familiar with some of the technology. After checking the manual and going to a local dealer it's determined that one of the tire sensors is no longer working. I call the dealership because I was told multiple times by the sales manager that they stand by their vehicles. When I called it was two days after picking up the vehicle. My husband brings it in and from what I was told they actually brought up the fact that I had written a bad review about their service on another site and would NOT stand by their word and fix the sensor. Pretty sad when the VP makes a remark about a review that was calling them out on what they said they would do and what they actually did.

Our new van had trouble starting and we took it in 2 weeks after we got it. Summit replaced a module, however that did not fix the starting issue. This time they replaced the fuel thing and now it starts first time every time. Great!

I've had our vehicle maintained there since new in 2012. I brought it in for oil change and transmission fluid service. I have a 2013 wrangler that needed warranty work on the the top. Part was a 4 day order which left me stuck with the top down, luckily I had a vehicle to borrow due to the cold and rainy weather. When I dropped off I pulled in front of the garage door that said on the door to pull up to for service and was told I couldn't park here and had to move it. Went to the counter and the guys behind the counter were great, very helpfully and plesent. I originally brought it in for the warranty repair and asked if they had time to change the oil and rotate the tires and was adevised they would make sure to get it done for me. As I was leaving I said that the coolant was low and was assured that all fluids were checked. I picked up my Jeep and once again the guys behind the counter were very nice. I drove my jeep for the next 2 days and it seemed like the top was louder than normal but passed it off as I was driving a vehicle for the first part of the week with a hard top. Saturday came and I drove in the rain and water was getting in. Came home pulled the top back and found the ropes I used to hold the broken top down were still there causing the side latches not to latch, and found the extra wind noise went away after the ropes were removed and latched properly. Now that I'm not to confident in the work performed I checked the fluids to find that the antifreeze was still low, checked the oil and luckily it was full and appeared new. My confidence in the service provided in my last few visits has steadily dropped. Once again, the counter service is great, but the actions taken for the the service itself is questionable.

Great service. Clean facility. Someone met me at the door which I could drive in out of the rain. Showed me to the desk. The waiting room had wi-Fi, coffee and fresh baked cookies. The service desk person came and got me when it was finished. They washed my car and reset the clock which I had forgotten how to set when daylight savings time came into effect. The same man who let me into the garage went and drove my car up so I would not get wet. A pleasant experience. do not know anything about oil changes so I can't comment on that.

Our 2012 Chrysler Town & Country was making a howling/whining noise in the front, so since it still has the powertrain warranty, we returned to Summit for an evaluation. The RF wheel bearing was starting to fail, and had to be replaced. Tim (Service Manager) informed me that they were booked for the day but could maybe fit it in late afternoon. About 2 hours after arrival, they had the problem diagnosed and repaired. While I was disappointed in the quality of the vehicle, and that the repair was not covered under warranty-the Service staff did a great job of promptly addressing the issue. They showed me the failed part when picking up the vehicle-as requested, and everyone was very friendly.Nice job! Bob

We agreed to a final price and then after taking payment I was forced to pay an additional $300 to release the vehicle. I tried to get out of the transaction but they refused to give me my money back and forced an additional $300 from me.If you deal with this dealership you must get everything in writing. And you must have them write that the price you are paying is the price that is all inclusive otherwise they will add in surprise charges after you write what you think is the final check.

Vehicle was in need of the standard oil and filter maintenance. Was able to get it in right away with no appointment. Summit Auto also recommended a tire rotation due to time since last. There was no charge for this, as the tires had been purchased from them.Work was done quickly and all checks and changes were explained to me. Price was very reasonable for the service.

While it was there they noted that there were three computer updates released for this vehicle which were not completed yet. I came to summit to look at a 2007 ram in the middle of a snow storm driving 45 minutes..When we got there I felt bad for the sales man (Tom) that had to go out in the snow to get the truck for us to look at. The truck was just what we were looking for. Then we met with Ryan and Randy to go over our trades and what this would cost us. These to guys were great very helpful upfront with our trades and payments. They told us many times that they will be there for us if we have any issues just let them know. I also called the service dept to get the details on safety inspections and service done to the truck. Very helpful guy.. The only thing missing from our hole experience was a full tank of fuel. it had a 1/4 tank when we left the lot. I thought every new car/truck should come with a full tank. ??

Our salesman, Kraig Peterson is amazing. Kraig was patient with me through countless emails. I so appreciate his dedication to my purchase. Kraig was NEVER PUSHY! Instead, he was patient and respectful of us through the entire process. We literally drove 4 hours one way to arrive at the dealership. Kraig recommended a local hotel for us to stay and a local diner for us to get a bite to eat before our journey home. Do yourself a favor if you are going to purchase a car, contact Kraig. Everything about the service was great - friendly staff, quick repair time, and very accommodating when I needed to change my appointment date; the only thing I found was that it was a bit pricey - l looked up the mirror price online and found it for under $30 but was charged $110+ for the part along with installation charges. I know you need to make a little on the part itself, but 4X the amount I could have paid for the same part online - a bit of overkill in my opinion... Otherwise, all was good - thank you again for the repairs!!

Vehicle was very clean and they were wonderful about test driving, and even offered for us to take it for the weekend. They were not pushy regarding purchase at all. The only downside was when it came to finalizing our loan. They thought they could do everything Verve could, however they could not offer us certain loan options that Verve does. So we ended up going through Verve personally, instead of through Summit with Verve.I personally would prefer to go through the bank directly to make sure I am getting all the options I need, and because we bank with Verve personally anyway.

The Summit service was fine and the employees are always friendly. However, I am finding it increasingly difficult today to look at a bill of $1056.70 and the "Labor Total" is $850.75. If my math is correct that is 81% of my bill. A bill which is mostly "extended warranty" coverage. Why the concern? 81%! Come on, really. I know how this rock rolls and for people like myself who work extremely hard for the things we have, the hidden costs inside an 81% are sinful. This has nothing to do with the service or the wonderful people under my vehicle who work at Summit, simply the raking over of a long standing customer. Have a great day!

I recently stopped in to Summit to look at a truck I was interested in. I wasn't expecting to drive off the lot that day with a new vehicle, but I did. They were very helpful and answered every question I had. They got me great financing for a loan and made sure that I was more than 100% satisfied. I would buy from them again. The only issue with my truck was a rotted out exhaust pipe. They ordered a new one free of charge and will install it for me when it comes in the mail. I didn't have to pay for it.

Came in for an oil change as well as a small part install as part of a recall. Tim made me aware of some recommended Jeep maintenance, i.e. a fluid flush. Told me how long that would take as well as the price & offered to do it at that time. It was all spelled out on the receipt for me to follow up at another time that would work better for me. No pressure just what is recommended & why.

Service department (express) does a nice job with the oil change. To get that 5 star rating I would suggest hiring a few more employees so you can utilize the entire shop. 2 out of the 4 bays were not being used, hence leaving the wait for the customer to be a lengthy one.

Purchased a 2007 F-150 and a few months later the vehicle experienced a few issues. I had a local dealer xxxxx the repairs and called Sean Smith whom immediately said to bring the vehicle back and they would take care of it. Sean had a really nice loaner car ready for me and when I picked my truck up a couple of days later it was not only fixed, it was washed and clean on the inside! The dealership paid for my repairs and my truck is running better than ever. I can't be more happy with how Sean handled the situation. It is easy for a dealership to take care of you during a sale, however I didn't realize how well Sean and the entire staff at Summit would take care of me after the purchase!

Schmitz was very helpful prior to and through out the purchase process, as we were traveling from over four hours away. My husband and I drove 9 1/2 hours to get this 2014 Jeep Unlimited Polar Edition, they literally had it running for us when we got there, had it shined up and ready to roll. I dealt with Parker who was fabulous. I had contacted them early that morning and received an email not even 5 minutes later. Asking about what I was looking for and all the details to buying a new vehicle. I arrived and the car was clean and ready for a test drive. I did notice a few dings and problems that I wanted fixed all minor things that Parker made sure was fixed before we left. Very impressed with Summit, I had a great experience and am very happy with my 2010 Jeep Commander. The entire team at Summit was friendly the entire time and when I went back I noticed the amazing service department they have. Huge clean waiting room with a kid friendly area and fresh cookies! I was able to walk in after work and went home with the vehicle that day. And the day after Parker checked in to see if there was anything else I needed and checked to see how I liked it. I felt like I got a great, and competitive deal on the truck and he answered all of my questions and quickly got me all of the information I asked for. Got a 2011 Jeep in June. Broke down Sept 2nd and I believe it is the brakes they supposedly replaced. It said new rotors and brakes in the ad. It's bad enough that I did not get the Internet price. Got charged about $500 more. And there turns out to be this beyond annoying squeak in the seat that I did not hear in test drive but started almost immediately the next week. Not sure what they did to hide that.. But now after three months of having it, I cannot drive it because it shakes over 40 miles and the brakes make noise and the passenger side wheel was super hot. No one will answer my emails. Surprise. I guess it's time to get serious.

I searched many dealerships in Illinois for a particular vehicle but had no success. I came across an ad from Summit with the exact vehicle I wanted, in great condition! I completed a contact form on Summit's website and Sean Smith called me the next day. Sean helped secure financing at a competitive rate and was completely on top of the entire process. Sean wasn't available the day I went to see the vehicle (it was his day off and my visit was unexpected), but he coordinated with Chris Olig to help things move forward smoothly. Chris had the vehicle parked in front and ready for a test drive. Again, the vehicle was in great condition, as described in the ad. It was a busy night, but Chris made us feel comfortable and worked with Randy Sabel to get our paperwork pushed through as quickly as possible. It was a great team effort! It turned out that the vehicle only included one key, however, Summit had no problem reimbursing me the cost of duplicating the key, which was not cheap! I definitely recommend this dealership!

I have previously purchased 2 Jeep Wranglers. First in 2010, and traded in for a new 2012 (I commuted 90 miles per day and traded before the miles added up). I purchased both vehicles from a dealership in Madison. Both times myself and my husband sat in the dealers showroom for HOURS, most of the time we just sat waiting and waiting between conversations between the manager and my sales person. Both times it took multiple visits and multiple days. Bearing in mind I did some online shopping prior to coming to Summit, I knew the vehicle I was interested in purchasing but hadn't driven one (I purchased a Renegade). I wasn't planning on visiting on Saturday morning, I was dropping off my friends dogs at a boarding kennel as she had to go out of town for a funeral. I was within 14 miles of Summit (I live in Beaver Dam the kennel is in Waupan) and decided to check out the color I thought I would like which was only available at Summit in Fond du Lac. I drove onto the lot, was offered help within minutes and my wish to just look around and read the "stats" was graciously honoured. A short time later I asked to test drive the Renegade. I drove the Jeep Renegade around 10:00am, discussed my trade-in options (I have two vehicles to trade-in a Jeep and a Saab(I traded the Jeep will sell the Saab outright), by noon I was driving home to empty my Jeep put my back seat in, my commute was an hour and 30 minutes, I showered, and my husband rode along. I signed papers and left with my new Jeep in time to join my family for a fish fry in Juneau! Sean is such a nice guy, patient, knowledgeable, informative, I felt like he listened to me and my circumstance of having 2 vehicles. From the moment that we contacted Brock to look at trucks, he was great. There was no pressure to buy, and he was very accommodating. We enjoyed the no haggle atmosphere, the price is what it is. The dealership was very good about working out any details for the truck that we were looking for, and explaining the pricing structure. We even ended up financing with them, as they were able to get us almost an entire percent lower than our bank. In the end we purchased a totally different truck, than the first one that we intended to buy. Their selection was fantastic. About two years ago I had found a new Dodge Dart on their website but it was sold by the time I got there. Brett was super helpful in finding one that matched my "requirements" (color, wheels, etc.). It took a while to find one that had everything I wanted but it was definitely worth the wait! Having visited several dealerships before Summit I was getting used to high pressure salesman. My main problem was, they wanted to get me in a vehicle, but would seem offended if I asked questions or suggested testing other vehicles. They wanted to get me into THEIR car, but didn't care if it was the right car for me. Fast forward to Summit and the difference was night and day. Kraig Peterson was knowledgeable about each vehicle carefully explaining all the features and differences. He asked what I was looking for to make sure to find the best vehicle for me and my life. Kraig encouraged me to try other vehicles only looking out for my best interest. I went back to another dealer. After my experience with Kraig and the Jeep I had driven there was no question I was going back to Summit. The rest of the process went smoothly with Kraig finding the EXACT vehicle I wanted. He talked through the financial process and provided all options. For the paperwork we worked with Randy Sabel who was very thorough and explained things in a way we understood. He helped explain our financing options and pick the right terms for us. The paperwork process was painless. After that Kraig took the time to teach me about my new vehicle. From how to use the features to adjusting my settings. He was a rockstar the entire time. By the time I drove off in my new Jeep I felt comfortable and very happy with my decision. This was my first time buying a new car and I had always been hesitant to go through a dealership because of the horror stories we always here about being "stalked" through the parking lot and being pushed to buy something that was out of your price range. Obviously, those people had never worked with Brett before! I had visited the dealership 8 months before to see what was available and what I would be looking for but I wasn't ready to make up my mind yet and Brett understood and was incredibly patient in waiting that 8 months for me to finally be ready to buy! I emailed him with what I wanted and in less than 30 minutes he had emailed me back letting me know he was going to get me some options, within 24 hours of the first email, he had helped me find my new car, all I had to do was test drive it to be sure and I took home my car that day! My husband and I went to Summit because we saw they had a good selection of used Wranglers. When we got there we were really excited to see one on the lot that had everything we wanted. We went inside and told the receptionist that we knew exactly what we wanted and needed to talk to a salesman. She called over Brett and I'm glad she did. I have been searching my local area for a specific vehicle for a couple of months on various websites. Was having little luck finding what I wanted, so I expanded my search area. I came across what I was looking for, 450 miles away at Holiday CDJ in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. Dropping by the dealership and test driving the vehicle was not practicable. Therefore I researched the GMC 2500 extended cab with all the tools available. The free Autocheck offered by the dealership was of great assistance. Reviews at this website and Cars.com played a major role also. Making the calculated risk, I called Brett Schmitz about the Truck. He physically checked the vehicle availability and was my eyes on an overall condition report. The only thing he could find was a small dent in the tailgate. With this information, I put a contract on the vehicle over the phone, along with a substantial deposit (you snooze, you lose). Let Randy have a shot at my financing and he bettered the rate than through my credit union. Purchased airline ticket to Milwaukee and made hotel reservations. Brett arranged shuttle service for me from the hotel to the dealership. Upon arrival, we inspected the vehicle and as Brett said, the only imperfection we could find was the small dent in tailgate. I suspect that if he didnt point it out, I would not have noticed. Paperwork took less than an hour and I was on the road back to St Louis. Everything went as I had planned with no surprises. Thanks Brett and Randy for doing your part in making an out of state internet buyer as comfortable as you could!Long and Short of it. If these folks have a vehicle you are looking for, dont hesitate to pick up the phone and call them. No pressure from these guys. Just a willingness to help you get what you want.

We purchased a 2010 Chevy Suburban back in August from Holiday Chrysler. The truck has been used only on the weekends, and recently noticed the heated seat was not working on the passenger side. I e-mailed to Brett Schmitz who I bought the vehicle from and he recommended that I work with Geoff in the service department. Geoff and the entire service department was very good to work with. While waiting, I had coffee, warm cookies, and the guys brought me the daily newspaper. I was on the road about 1 1/2 hours later with warm seats. They covered the cost of the repair to the seat. When it comes to finding a good car, I know of nobody better than my acquaintance Brett Schmitz. He had found my last car which was a really nice car, that was in much better shape and felt better than the others had. So when it came time for a new car I asked him to help me find another good one. He didn't disappoint me. He managed to find a great vehicle that matched what i had specified that i had wanted, and then some. Since the car was already picked out it made it a really nice and quick since all I had to do was test drive it and fill out the paperwork. Brock made sure that the paperwork didn't take too long, which was really good since i had to get to work on time. Both employees helped make this a very good and smooth purchase for me and I am very grateful. I also have to thank the service team for doing a great job getting rid of the small spot of rust that Brett had told me it had.

Following an extremely negative experience with another Dodge dealer, we decided to go to Holiday with our business. Even after undergoing a nonproductive 90 mile drive to the other dealer and the frustration with the runaround from them, Chris and Brock were able to turn our day completely around. They were extremely friendly and professional and, most importantly, honest. Chris was honest from the first phone interaction and throughout the entire transaction. Brock was extremely enthusiastic and very clear while going through the paperwork. He made sure that everything was well understood and made the process very enjoyable. I have always taken our vehicle to get major repairs done with Holiday's service center, so when it was time to buy a new car there was no question as to where we would go. What I didn't expect was the willingness to play along on surprising my kids! The way Brett jumped in and got my kids to believe that our old car was unfixable was absolutely fantastic! When Randy came in with the paperwork my kids were so shocked because Brett fooled them so well that once it dawned on them what was in my hands my oldest daughter started screaming "We got a new car?!" and started sobbing!! I had thebest experience of my life buying a car from Holiday CDJ that I will never get another car from any other dealer again. I was in Florida and found this vehicle on line on Cars.Com in early April. I called and talked to ask if they would hold this vehicle until May 2 when I would return. I gave them my Visa No. and they took $1,000 to hold it and indicated if I didn't like the vehicle they would return the deposit. I couldn't believe they would be this trust worthy. When I arrived at the dealership it was already about 6:00 p.m. Kraig met me and offered to close the deal that night. As we are from Upper Michigan, we decided to spend the night and close the deal the following morning. Kraig went out of his way to help us find a motel and a restaurant. The following morning he explained the functions of the car and was extremely patient with us. Brock handled the paperwork and was extremely cordial in helping us fill out the paperwork. Well where do I begin?? When I first arrived at Holiday I was greeted and my truck was brought right over to me. Then as we were working out details of the vehicle and my trade I was treated in a very well professional manner. I was offered soda, we went through carfax, even went as far as to call the previous owner on some questions/concerns I had with the truck. I arrived a few days later, greeted politely, and all the concerns I had with the vehicle (changing oil filter and alignment) were done. The truck had been brought out with a fresh car wash and full tank of fuel. They even went the extra mile to fix the fog lamps, do touch ups, and resurface rotors. Chris was also nice enough to remove my old plates and receiver from my old truck and put on the new one. After I had left that afternoon Chris had informed me that I had left my gym bag in the bed of my old truck and told me we would drive up by me to deliver it on his lunch break. If that doesn't scream quality service I don't know what else does. To top it all off today (two weeks after purchase...keeping in mind vehicle sold as is) I took my truck out and it said that the fuel filter was at 0% life I called Chris after talking to his manager he said "don't worry we'll take care of it!" WOW all I can say is I am impressed! OVERALL I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP HERE! I will be looking at this lot again for future purchases! Customer service, price, and quality go along ways when your buying a vehicle and these folks here NAILED IT! Thanks to everyone I dealt with through my buying experience!

My husband and I just stopped to look what was on the lot. We were in the market for a newer used Ram pick-up; we drove home in our slightly used 2012 Ram. Justin was great we really enjoyed the straight forward young man, he was not so sales-manly (if you know what I mean). He helped us and spoke with us found out what we needed; but was not in our faces. Which is very refreshing now a days, matter a fact the high pressure sales is a turn off. Brock took care of finding the best financing for us, he seemed to work for us and not for just the dealership which is also refreshing. Brock answered my husband's questions and was not high pressure to offer us something we did not need; again how refreshing. Overall, this whole experience was Fantastic! We left with now buyers remorse. We would definitely recommend them to family & friends, and return there ourselves.

My wife and I came all the way from Avon, IN to purchase a truck we saw on their web site. From the very first phone call, Sean Smith was outstanding to work with from such a long distance. He replied to all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner as well as follow up phone calls. Before my wife and I made the trip North, Brock Boettcher (finance ) had the purchase price, our trade in price, as well as our monthly payment locked in. To our surprise when we arrived Brock was able to lower our monthly payment from what we discussed. This dealer also gave us more for our trade in than dealers near home were going to and that is with out them even seeing it. I took pictures and gave them the VIN and texted them to Sean. When we arrived they had all the paperwork ready and the entire process of working with this dealership was just outstanding. It has a small town feel and just made you feel as if you we were from there. I will have no issues in the future to make the drive back up there to purchase other vehicles. I wish other car dealers would take a page from how Holiday Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM treats customers. The way they do things truly makes the car buying experience a great one. Of course we get asked, why did you drive to Fond Du Lac WI, were there no trucks around here. There were some, but none came close to what this dealer offered and the timely responses we received. To be honest, in the future even if there are vehicles closer, I will first reach out to Holiday Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Drove up to Fon Du Lac from Milwaukee to check out trucks at Holiday and Lenz. At Holiday our salesman, Parker, was knowledgable, friendly and a straight shooter. He has a mechanic background and really knew what he was talking about. He gave me a fair price on a 2014 Ram Quad Cab 4x4. I let him know that I was shopping Lenz for a comparable truck and I would either buy a truck there or be back for the Ram. I drove over to Lenz and sat down with a salesman. After a quick search he couldn't come within $2k of the Ram at Holiday. I immediately drove back and purchased the truck from Parker at Holiday.We also spent a little time with Brock (finance). He was also extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgable. He had me financed and registered in less than an hour.Overall my experience at Holiday exceeded my expectations. I would definitely ask for Parker the next time you're looking for a new vehicle. My wife will be in the market for a new car in the next 6 months and we will be making the drive to Fon Du Lac for the purchase.

Parker took over and let me test drive the vehicle I saw, when I got back there was no pressure to purchase we just talked about options. The buying experience was great (something I have grown to dislike over the years). Mike was not there the day I stopped, so I was referred to Brett and he did such a great job in showing me the two vehicles I wanted to see. It was a rather cold day, so he brought them inside to go over the features etc. I had them giving me all of the information and what vehicles where available with the features I wanted and at a price that was reasonable. I drove into the lot needing a new mini-van. Parker Winterhack met me in the lot introduced himself and just said, "if there is anything you need, let me know." No pressure, honest, customer focus relationship right off the bat. The product brought me to the dealership but the people (Parker was my salesmen) will keep me. Mike Berg was also very helpful. It's not easy writing a check for so much money but the Holiday Chrysler Jeep... group made it pleasureable. What is nice it didn't end once the sale was done they (Parker) have been consistent even after the sale. This culture is probably driven from the top on down and any variation to that is not acceptable.The price also was a big factor. I was able to get more vehicle for the less money than the competition. Many people lead us to Holiday. Our lease is up for the Ford we have. one Saturday morning while net surfing for dealerships, thinking a Chrysler would be nice or a Dodge Dart. Came across a wonderfully appealing website, gazed through the line up of cars. Told my husband I was filling out a credit form online. sent it ands within fifteen minutes a wonderful voice said good morning, told me we'd be a VIP atthe Store because we would be t there within the hour. I've always loved dodge products, took a short road trip at one in the afternoon on a sunny saturday. Chris was introduced to us, so told him we were looking for the dart or the 200. we test force for fifteen minutes and upon returning he handed me a flyer of their newest offers. Chris asked what color I liked he quickly drove Beautiful Chrysler 200 up, fully loaded, told about the offer, we gf drive it, loved it bought it. while they detailed it for us we went to lunch and returned in fortyfive minutes and Chris had the car all ready sinned up. This all just took 4 hours minus the lunch. Remembering our last lease experience NOT from Holiday, taking from miss morning to late afternoon. Greg and I were so impressed with Holiday CDJ, Chris, Randy and the genuine hospitality of the store, we drove off happily into the sunset and pleased to have had a wonderful calming and fulfilling day.Thank you both Chris Olig and Randy Sabel.

We were looking for a used Corvette and found what we wanted over the internet. Holiday Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin had a very nice 2010 Corvette at a reasonable price. After several e-mails and phone calls we came to an agreement on the price of the car. Salesman Brett Schmitz checked into the cost of shipping the car by car hauler and was prepared to handle the deal for us since we live in Louisiana. We later decided to fly up to Wisconsin to close the deal and drive the car home. Brett arranged for someone to pick us up at the airport in Madison and drove us up to the dealership in Fond du Lac. The sales team at Holiday CDJ was very nice and helped us in every way we expected to make the deal come true. We are very happy with the support we got from them and we recommend Holiday CDJ if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. We only came in to test drive the Chevy Trailblazer that was on the lot. We did not have intentions of buying it, but everything worked out so well, that we did! Jerry Resop was great through the whole process. The customer service we received was outstanding! We weren't talked into anything we didn't want. We weren't steered towards a more expensive vehicle. And all the comparison information that we were given at the dealership for this particular vehicle was exactly what we had already found out for ourselves. The Trailblazer was competively priced and was exactly what they said it was. When we came to pick it up, we were treated like we had just bought the most expensive vehicle on the lot-even though it was a used vehicle! We are very happy with our experience!

We were told from a friend to go to Holiday not only for great prices but for excellent customer service. We previously went to a different dealership and never got a phone call back we had to call them, this was not the case with Holiday. When we were told a date and time to expect a call back they were prompt and gave us our options. They went above and beyond to get us into a new vehicle with the features we were looking for and the budget we wanted to stay with. Brett went through our new truck explaining all the features and answering our questions to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. I have never written a review but feel compelled to do so as my entire buying experience exceeded expectations from price to service to knowledge of the product. Brett is responsible for this and deserves most of the credit. I did a lot of shopping/asking questions elsewhere and really was brought up to speed on Ram trucks by Brett. I also want to say that he was working with vehicles in a blizzard with no customers around the day I first visited the dealership and that shows good character/dedication. I am in no way related to or have never met Brett prior to this Ram purchasing experience.

I went in from a lead on autotrader.com on a vehicle and was set up with Brett Schmitz via their internet department (Colleen). I couldn't have had a better experience with Brett. Honest, laid-back, and just wanting to help would be the best way to describe our interaction. I would definitely recommend hitting him up if you are in the market for a car new or used. We didn't do any sale as I was more in a frame of mind to only shop around, but he did everything in his ability to meet the my needs. Thankful for these guys!

Brett was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly including Elizabeth. She also helped us find an interest rate that was lower then I could find. Brett was very hospitable giving us a tour of the dealership, offering fresh baked cookies, soda, water & popcorn. We also by far got the best price for the truck we purchased.

While looking for a truck online, I came upon Holiday Chrysler Dodge Jeep Inc. called and asked for some addition information - and right from the get go the customer service was awesome! They didn't have exactly the truck we were looking for BUT by that afternoon Elizabeth gave us a call and said come on over we have something you might be interested in...that night we were driving away in a brand new Dodge Ram 1500. We weren't even looking for a brand new truck. The truck was right for us and so was the price. The customer service was FABULOUS! And not only did we get a truck we made some new friends too!

Our experience of buying a used car with Holiday Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram was great! From our first phone call, to signing on the dotted line we felt like we were dealing with good, honest people! When we arrived at the dealership after our 200 mile drive, we were immediately made to feel welcome, comfortable, and not once did we feel pressured by anyone. It was our 1st experience buying a car after finding it on the internet, and we were pleasently surprised at how easy it was. We found the car to be exactly as they had listed it and now a week later, we are extremly happy with our purchase. Recently purchased a new 2011 SRT8 Challenger from this dealership and can only say that THIS is what buying a new car SHOULD be like. Excellent product, fantastic product knowledge by all concerned, and ease of financing make this an enjoyable experience, vs the usual 'hassle' that is so often common in the profession.Cannot recommend them highly enough. I am a repeat customer for a reason!
