If I could sincerely rate this establishment it would be ZERO stars. This service department is the absolute definition of Complete Disregard for communication and customer service is Worst than POOR. My niece took her Truck there forA recallTo be performed, As well as to disconnect the vehicle alarm starter killed that was engaged... Not keep the vehicle running. She was told on several occasions "The diagnostic has not been completed" Shame On You Guys Ron,and fellow service team members. It's been over a month.. my trucknis in the very back of the what appears to be cars that are left for DEAD! I highly recommend that you NEVER take your Vehicle to this place● Turned Off Completely... ALL T

Excellent experience with their service department. Could not have been better. My GMC pickup engine stoped running in the middle of Neeses Rd. I called Superior and spoke with Garry. He immediately talked to a tech and setup an appointment to help me when I arrived. Garry was there waiting and had even done more research on the issue before I arrived with the truck. I wish all dealerships had this level of service. The Superior team salvaged my day. Thanks Again for your work and time.

Had a check engine light on a new vehicle come on between Charleston and Orangeburg. Drove to Superior Motors GMC, and I must say they were superior. Service manager took the vehicle in right away (even though it was the middle of the day) and a master tech went to work. It was a programming problem and I can't thank them both enough for helping me on my way. As a result, I will get my service done there in the future even though it is a ways from where I live. And, I will purchase my next 2500 from them.

My mom and I purchased a used car from Steve on Monday 10-7-2016 her previous car was bought through Steve and someone hit her and totaled the car. My car I drive e now was purchased through Steve also. I have bought numerous other cars through Steve and will continue to buy from him if ever need another one. He was and has always been an awesome person to deal with. It is comforting to know that I can go to this dealership and have a good experience, with Steve instead of having to go out of town to do business. Leaving SM, i resolved that I made a qualitative and advantageous decision that day. the sales man Jim was very prompt and courtesy, knowlegeable. The price as quoteded on email from steve was honered The finance manager Rex did a great job in getting the finance I needed with the small down payment I could afford. I had a test drive which allowed me to have the terrin overnight
