I bought my Forester here and I continue to bring it in for service. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, and has desks where you can set up if you work remotely, as well as a play area for kids. If you're there earlier they'll often have fresh fruit and granola bars. Would suggest that they stock sparkling water and diet soda in the fridge, though. I usually work with Nick at the service counter, and he is responsive and attentive. The service department overall is honest, they do good work and they don't make a mess inside your car, but it's still dealer service so don't expect it to be cheap.

My husband and I bought our first car at this dealer and the quality of service has been nothing but absolute satisfaction. Simon and Doug Jones were very patient, comfortable to communicate with and detailed with our needs. And most important of all, we had a budget and they were really understanding and honest, they gave us the best advice and offer that best suited us. Overall, we were very pleased with the overall delivery of the service, especially the comfort that we were in good hands. Mr Jones walked us thru all the details of paperwork as well as the functionality of the car, which we really appreciated. Attentive and very professional. I highly recommend you all to visit them for your next car purchase!

This dealership is very nice and well kept. All the staff were very nice and professional. Simon Gutierrez was absolutely amazing I was completely lost when looking for a car, but he was able to actually reach out to me and get the process started without even going into the dealership and found me a car within hours of talking to him. The Finance Manager Brian Le was also super amazing and helpful getting with me figuring everything out and explaining everything to me. If you're wondering if this is a good place to get a car rest assure it is.

Had an amazing experience at Superior Subaru Dealership. I experienced other dealership, they won't tell you at front but adds up extra charges like accessories fees or dealership fees etc once you at dealership. On this dealership Salesman (Bryan and Fernando) and internet manager (Kelly) was very clear about charges. Since I was driving from far they give us final price and make all transaction very smooth. Steven from finance also did wonderful job explaining everything and help to choose right maintenance plan. Everyone was very helpful and had wonderful experience. Thanks to all of you.
