We just bought a car here this past weekend. I found the car through Sam's Club auto buying program. What an AMAZING experience! When we pulled in, the car we wanted to look at was ready for us to look at and test drive. They offered us water and just a red carpet experience. Paola was a wonderful salesperson to work with. She was personable and they didn't mind that our daughter was a busy toddler. She even came by to drop off our temporary license plate on her way home. We will definitely come back again to look for a car. The finance guy was also very personable and kind. It was a MARVELOUS experience and didn't feel pressured to buy a car. They are all AMAZING.

Took my dodge pickup here for some front end work needing to be done. the work was done in a timely manner, and I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever. The front desk team and mechanics were friendly and professional. the complimentary car wash was a great touch. I would come again or recommend this place to a friend. Finally a huge shoutout to Cristobal and Angel at the front desk, they deserve a raise.

My wife and I just bought a Ford Escape from Sutherlin Mitsubishi and we had a great experience. Our sales rep Paola was very nice and informative and she worked to understand our wants and needs. We ended up getting the car we wanted and got out the door in under three hours. There were no surprises about the numbers at the end, and overall, the experience was great. We would recommend Paola and Sutherlin Mitsubishi to anybody buying a used car.

Everyone from Sutherlin Mitsubishi were courteous and friendly . I met the General Manager Ben who was very concerned about my customer satisfaction and in buying a new car.. Ron was my salesman and he was interested in what i needed as I was not prepared to buy a new vehicle. Brett in finance was kind enough and wise enough to help me work it all out so that i left feeling valued as a person and not as an uninformed female. So hats off to all at Sutherlin Mitsubishi. Very kind group of people
