I worked with Matt Smith and he took care of me start to finish in getting into a new more reliable vehicle. I had had issues in the past at other dealerships, and I think that was lack of judgement on my part, Szott's is the only place I will go for cars, service, and any other thing I may need for my car needs. Matt went above and beyond for me and I fully believe he will do that for any person who walks in the door.I have had nothing but good experiences and both my car and my husbands have come from here. We live over an hour away from their location, but with Szott Ford being of sponsor for "The Detroit Cast" podcast, I convinced the wife to make the long trip. Long story short, everyone at Szott - from Sierra Bruder (our sales rep) to Anthony Ketchum (our finance director) and Steve Gabbara (the general manager) went out of our way to make our experience through the purchasing process enjoyable and informative. I road tripped to Szott with a dilemma... My car had 165k on the odometer and it was coming due for some major repairs. The choice: pump 2 grand into it and keep it going OR see what kind of deal I could get on a new car while trading my car in. Renee took away option 1. Got a fair price for my trade, some additional rebates, a sweet Labor Day finance deal through Ford (0%, 72 months). She made it idiot proof. Suffice it to say that I'm now driving my first ever Ford, and the car is awesome. Renee is even more awesome, and just a wee wisp of a woman. Living large while standing 5-feet tall. Sorry about the Miscommunication over the Survey, I did my best HOWEVER some of the questions (as I see it) didn't pertain to my first encounter with SZOTT FORD. Anyway I found the personnel from the porter who installed my licence plate to the Manager Chris Boan to be both helpful and professional. I bought a brand new Escape there and 4 months later the air doesn't work, not really sure if it did work considering it was winter when I bought it. I took it to service, they couldn't figure it out, got my car for the weekend because with both parents passing away I needed it, took it back, they had to get a Ford engineer out and they got it fixed.

Went in for an Oil change on my 2015 F150 met with Tom Ryan to talk about a car for my son for the near future picked out one online did the transactions over the phone. Had the car delivered the next week to my home by two very nice drivers brought all the paperwork and receipts and delivered my car to Saint Clair shores. Saw a car I liked, so I contacted them through cars.com to see if the car was still available. At the end of the e-mail I asked if they would be interested in taking a certain amount. I made an offer. (My dad always taught me to ask $300-500 under the asking price "out the door." This in fact is how I have purchased ALL my cars and never been turned down.) The next day I received a phone call. The man seemed nice and I explained I had already contacted my credit union to see what my financing rate would be (as I have good credit). He said they beat any rate and he could check to have me financed, where they were located, and that the car was still available. 10 minutes into our conversation, I asked, " Well what did you think of my offer??" "What offer?" I tell him the price - he then asks how much the vehicle is, he had not even researched the advertised price of the vehicle, and apparently had not even read the e-mail message I sent in.... Very abruptly acting like I was stupid cuts me off and says "Uh. NO. We will not," concludes the conversation abruptly and that was it. No bartering the price, or shooting back with another offer -- acting like making an offer on a car is something that should not be done, and all prices are set in stone (have now noticed that the price has dropped TWICE on this vehicle!!)

Went in for a test drive of a 2016 Edge Sport. Adam was great in allowing me to move the sale along at my pace and not applying any of that typical sales pressure you get at other dealerships. Left the same day with the car I wanted. They even replaced the windshield free of charge when I noticed that it was scratched, after taking delivery. They seem to make a strong effort to provide a comfortable environment and demonstrate that they value their customers.

In April of this year I purchased a beautiful 2004 Ford F250 with 91,000 miles from Szott Ford in Holly. When we came to look at the truck it looked great. Among the other things that we looked for when we checked the vehicle over, we noticed that the under body was spotless. We were told that the truck was mechanically sound.The morning after we purchased the truck things went south quickly. Jim, the driver of the truck, was approaching the vehicle when he noticed puddles under the truck. Upon closer inspection he realized that the truck was leaking oil everywhere. Since this problem was clearly present before we purchased the vehicle and obviously must have been noticed by the staff we feel that we should have been informed of it. Instead, we feel that we were misled and that the vehicle was misrepresented. A truck with an obvious oil leak is not worth the price that we paid.While I completely understand that a dealership is not responsible for any future problems with an as-is vehicle that may arise after purchase, I do believe that they are responsible for problems that were previously existing and that were, at best, not brought to our attention, and, at worst, actively covered up for the purpose of selling a broken truck at a "great condition" price.We contacted the dealership about the issue, and brought the truck in to have it looked over by their mechanics who determined that there were leaking gaskets on the engine. We were told that they would look into the issue and get back to us about the potential of fixing the problems. We never heard back from them, and when we called back several times were told that they were still looking into the issue. It is now July, and I have accepted that they plan to do nothing to resolve this issue for us.We could have purchased the same truck from a private seller for a much lower price, but decided to purchase from Szott because they had this to say about their used vehicles:Subjected to our rigid inspections and our equally stringent standards, these pre-owned vehicles are ready to run for miles to come.Next time, Ill take my chances with the guy selling the truck on the side of the road.

Originally my visit to Szott Ford was to price out used cars. I absolutely had no intention of even looking at new cars. I was introduced to Ernie Katsias who made my experience painfree. Very quickly it became quite obvious that with the 0% financing purchasing a new car just made sense. Ernie was very professional and made the car buying experience a breeze. Just bought a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Szott Ford in Holly. Worked with Dan Kittle and would recommend him again in a heartbeat! Such a good experience with a super knowledgeable salesperson. In this case we had a friends and family coupon (which does help financially). Dan found us a car at another dealership after sending us many options and financial considerations, that met our needs. He didn't stop after a few models that either had things we didn't need or that were above our budget. From the time we found one that fit, we were walking out the door in less than 24 hours with a new car! Total time 3 days! FYI - we did interact with several other sales people who, from our interactions, were also super pleasant and answered and friendly during wait times for paperwork. I also liked that fact that, yes he wanted to sell us something off the lot (duh!) but didn't stop when our needs didn't fit what he had available! Thank you Szott Ford and Dan the rest of the staff! Discovered a small leak with my vehicle. Reached out to my salesman mike gabler and he streamlined my repair.dropped off the car and spoke with service manager. I traded my 2010 Ford Focus in last weekend and was able to purchase a 2015 Ford Focus. I was undecided whether this was something I wanted to do. I met Stacie Bright, whom is now my go to Car Saleswoman. She made it so easy for me to feel comfortable with the car buying process. I called the dealer on a Friday night spoke to Adam and told him my vehicle situation and which vehicle I wanted on his lot. I arrived at the dealer the next morning and Adam had the new F150 parked in front ready for a test drive. After test driving the truck and negotiating price we made a deal. The new car sales manager Chris Boen made the lease very very simple and was a real help with his knowledge, previous experience and commitment to the customer (and I'm sure his employer!) in getting the deal done. Going to this dealer in the morning I was thinking it was going to be like every other dealer and have them waste hours upon hours of your time just to end up driving your same car back home. Chris and Adam were not only professional and personable but were the most honest dealership employees I have dealt with. I would not only recommend Szott Ford but I am going to either purchase or lease my next Ford from them.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with prompt, one-on-one customer service. There was absolutely no wait time at all. I was offered way more options that I thought I'd be eligible for. Called dealership on a Saturday 15 minutes before they closed, Randy the used car salesman stayed open late for me so I could look at a used vehicle that I was interested in ,They went above and beyond And I love the small town Service, It's like a small family there, not like getting lost in some of the larger dealerships that are closer to my home. I have to say I got a very fair price on the vehicle. Sales experience was a pleasure and staff was not pushy. Although I believe I could have done A little better job detailing the vehicle..The engine compartment Was not cleaned as well as I would have liked it, Nor were the windows inside of the vehicle.Overall it was A used vehicle And it is winter time.I have to say the overall experience Was a pleasure And I would not hesitate To return to szott ford of holly and purchase another vehicle.

I just recently leased the 2016 Ford Escape with Adam Waybrant and I couldn't have felt more comfortable with the friendly family environment. Everyone was so fantastic! I had my 15 month old daughter with me, that normally would be a nightmare but everyone took care of her, my mom and I! I was greeted as soon as I hit the door with a smile and "How can I direct you?" This isn't a high pressure sales team which I personally enjoy, so I can look and get what I want instead of what a Dealership wants to sell. I was hesitant on moving up from a Focus (had 2008 Focus) to a Fusion, but I have to tell you.... I LOVE IT! feeling like a queen behind the wheel! I really ran my salesman (Tom Ryan) through it, had him pricing all kinds of things out on both Focus & Fusions, he never batted an eye just kept doing what I asked and never pushed me one way or the other. I was looking for a reliable, reasonably priced used car for my soon to be 16 year old. I found one at another dealership and was given the run around. Then I found several choices at Szott Ford and Jeff Kelley made sure the cars I were still on the lot, had them pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we got there. He knew we were coming from about 45 minutes away so he wanted everything ready when we got there. My daughter fell in love with one, we started the process to buy it that night. Szott Ford sponsors The Detroit Cast (TDC). It's a podcast done by 3 local gentleman in the metro Detroit area. Every night TDC would do a Szott Ford reading and I figured what the heck, I'll give them a try. I was in contact through Facebook with Steve Gabbara from May until I made my purchase last week. We would communicate periodically when I felt the deal could be made but the numbers weren't in my favor. Then this month, I re-calculated my numbers what I owed on my current lease vs. the Ford F-150 I wanted to lease. After some talking online he convinced me to come up so we could get some real numbers. Keep in mind, I could of gone to 3 maybe 4 other dealerships that are much closer to my home BUT I wanted to support my favorite podcast and Szott Ford supports them. Plus keeping in contact with Steve is a big plus.I met Steve we talked about other interests instead of the car I wanted to get out of and the truck I wanted to get into. So right off the bat it was like meeting a friend I haven't seen in a long time. He introduced me to Adam Waybrant. Adam and I communicated once earlier in the year but I couldn't remember that but he remembered me and my situation. So we already had a foundation. I told him the truck I wanted (XLT FX4 package) black/ black super crew . He pulled up within a few minutes and had it. I asked him what engine this model had and he replied the 2.7 Eco-Boost. My heart went south. I'm thinking this is the weak four cyclinder for a truck this size. He told me give this truck a chance. So he went for the test drive since I didn't know Holly. I was more than surprised with the pick up and go on this 2.7 Eco-Boost. I can't believe how fast I was able to get up to the speed limit. This Eco-Boost was no joke and commanded respect for moving such a large vehicle.After the test drive, down to the numbers. It was more than in my favor to get out of my car. I expected a larger downpayment than advertised on TDC because I was getting a nicer package and needed more miles per year. Then Adam said I could take the truck home tonight! Keep in mind, I didn't have any money or the extra key fob for the car I was trading in. After a SMALL downpayment, I took the truck home! The next day, Szott Ford sent a driver to meet me at work for the remainder of my downpayment and extra key fob. They knew making that drive on a Friday afternoon would of been a nightmare. I compromised with them and asked for the driver to meet me early so he wouldn't be stuck in that Friday afternoon (3-5 p.m.) rush hour traffic. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I had buying/leasing a vehicle. I did my homework, I studied the market, saved my money for a downpayment, and I was pretty much prepared for the numbers give or take. What made Szott Ford cool was our connection to The Detroit Cast. We're all loyal listeners and know the lingo that non listeners at the dealership might not get. They won me over because they didn't haggle with me and we got the deal done that night. Personally, I thought I might of had to go there twice. Once for the numbers and pushing my bottom line numbers vs. theirs. Then the second visit to get the truck. We both came to a mutual understanding that night and I had the truck for a week.

I've been looking for a car that would be better in the snow for the past few months but I'm on a tight budget as a student, they really worked with me at Szott to get a great trade in price on my old car and a good deal on my new Escape lease. They were really accommodating doing a lot over the phone and email to get everything set up so that when I came in to get my new car it took under an hour. Beyond happy with my new escape. This is my second time dealing with Szott, first buying a used car and now the lease, I definitely plan on continuing to go here in the future.

I recently purchased a 2015 F-Series through Adam Waybrant. He did an excellent job. When we first discussed a possible purchase, Adam had the vehicle up front all ready for me to look at when I arrived. I took a couple of hours trying to decide what I wanted. Adam was very patient. He crunched number after number trying to find what vehicle that would meet my needs. After countless trips outside to look at different models, I finally decided. Through the process, Adam demonstrated pure professionalism. What impressed me was how my granddaughters (ages 3 & 5) were treated when I took delivery. He made sure they had drinks, popcorn and balloons. That meant a lot to me. Attention to detail. Not being tech-savvy, Adam took us outside to demonstrate all the technology on my vehicle. Of course we didn't quite understand all of it, Adam suggested we take the vehicle home try things out and feel free to come back or call any time and he will go over everything we don't understand . I originally went into to get my old Ford Focus serviced because the front driver knuckle and caliper failed. The Service department told me how much it would cost and informed me it likely would not be worth the fix so I went over to the Used Sales Department and met with Mike Gabler. He had worked with my family before and I went to him on their recommendation and couldn't be happier. I told him I planned on looking at an Escape and he told me an Edge could be just as good since my wife and I are planning on starting a family in the near future. He also arranged to have my old Ford Focus purchased by the dealer to help pay for it's service that I as responsible for.He listened to what features I was looking for, mainly gas mileage, and what my budget was. He never once pushed me to go above my budget or sell me features I felt I would not use. One of the things he did tell me that really rang true to me was "If you are planning on owning your car for a long time, then make sure you are happy with it," which ultimately lead me to the Edge that I purchased. What made it even better was that I got him later than I expected and the whole sales process took us longer than they were open, but he never once told us we would have to put it on hold. He and his supervisor stayed after hours while the financing and new insurance were processed. Even after I drove off the lot with my car that day, he called me several days later to tell me that my license plate was ready for pick up and even put it on the car for me.I would highly recommend him, and Szott Ford to anyone looking for a new car or dealership in general.

My previous Focus was totaled when another driver ran a red light at a busy intersection. While test driving several competitor cars I wanted to give Ford the opportunity to sell me another Focus. The team of Dave Baldini, salegirl in training Cierra, Chris Boan and Anthony Ketchum really made my need to buy a car an easy transition. Needless to say I unexpected drove away in a 2014 Focus Titanium Hatchback which will allow for me to continue to travel efficiently. I had a 2013 Ford Fusion with 70,000 miles on it and I was able to trade it in for a new 2014 Focus with 30 miles on it and drop my monthly payment by $100 with no money down. Adam, the sales person was very easy to talk to and helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend checking out this dealership. My recent experience purchasing a new 2014 F-150 from Clay Rowland at Szott Ford was probably the best automotive purchasing experience I've ever had. Clay was quick to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the different features and options available on the various F-150 models which is very impressive as there are a lot of them! Both Clay and Anthony Ketchum (the Finance Manager) were very personable and worked hard to get me a deal that was a win-win for both sides. And because of my work schedule, Clay delivered my new truck 25 miles to my door the following day! I walked into Szott Ford "knowing" I would not be buying a car that day. But Dave Baldini was so helpful, and able to give us such a great deal, that I had to change my mind. I was looking to trade in my Mini Cooper for an SUV with some more room and (fingers crossed) a lower payment. Dave had kept in touch with my husband and I via email, letting us know that the 2014 Edges would be our absolute best bet. We went in on a Wednesday evening, just to see if I even liked how it drove. I received a letter stating the dealer was looking for Ford Escapes. So I reached out and Clay Rowland and Chris Boan to see if I was able to do anything. My only request was for a 4 wheel drive Escape and the top luggage rack. My current Escape was a 2 wheel drive. They found a car, I sent them a copy of my current car statement provided them with my X/Z pin number and filled out a credit application and gave them my insurance agents name and phone number all over e-mail. They put everything together with no work on my part. The car was made available to me at a quick and convenient time. Clay and Chris are a great individually and as a team. I have had 7 prior Fords purchases/leases and I have owned other brands also. But this was by far the easiest transaction I have ever done. No Surprises!!!

Come to find out that the previous owner made some modifications to the vehicle that were not apparent at the time of purchase and that resulted in extra cost, which was not covered under the extended warranty. My wife and I welcomed a new baby to our family, and our beautiful Mustang convertible no longer fit our needs. I came to Szott looking to trade for a family-friendly new Taurus.Mike and company worked to make the experience as painless as possible. We received a very fair offer on our trade; truthfully, it was an excellent offer with very little negotiating necessary to reach the price I wanted for the trade. The experience was the same on the new Taurus, and we agreed on a total deal in less time than you'd spend watching a sitcom. I appreciate that, as life is pretty busy at this point in time. The new car was prepped, the deal signed and I was out the door in the Taurus in under two hours.Mike was professional and competent, committed to reaching a deal. It's nice when you feel like a dealership is focused on meeting your needs rather than maximizing profit. You don't get that experience just anywhere. While you can buy a new Ford at tons of dealers, you'll just receive a better experience and deal from Szott.

Easy to work with. Salesman (Tom Ryan) took my email inquiry and gave me some numbers before meeting in person. He accommodated me and my wife's busy schedule with regard to test-driving/buying the car, and also came down a bit on price. Vehicle was super-clean upon pickup. First time I've ever bought from a dealership and it was a nice experience. Didn't feel like I had to "play games" to buy a car, especially compared to another dealership which shall not be named. I'd start at Szott if I were looking at another Ford in the future.

I was over miles on my 2013 F-150 and I first went to Lasco Ford Fenton .Let's just say that price was the good for "today only" pitch turned me off along with the fact they wanted me to buy "today" and when that didn't work they sent 2 sales people to close the deal. I left Lasco and called Szott and talked to Tom Ryan he told me that the next day that there would be a 500.00 additional rebate and that he had options for me. Lasco never mentioned the rebate. I went out the next day Tom Ryan worked with me and there was NO pressure to buy. I bought a new Edge and I love it. I will be back to buy again since Tom was Honest and put me at ease. In November of 2014, I had an amazing experience at Szott Ford and Renee was friends, professional and a joy to deal with. Frankly, I made a bit of a mistake on picking my car I wanted and she went above and beyond to make things right. I took delivery of a car which lacked a feature I wanted. Renee was able to swap it out the next day and totally exceed my expectations. The entire purchase experience at Szott Ford was fantastic and moreover, In February of 2015, I had one very minor accident where I had to get some repairs done to the front end for which the entire Szott team also exceeded expectations. We decided to purchase a new truck. However, we were unsure on what type of truck we wanted. So since we had previously purchased a car from Dan Kittle from Szott Ford We thought it was the obvious starting point as our last purchase exceeded all expectations. After just a few minutes with Dan we were able to pinpoint our exact wants and needs and most importantly our budget. With Dans expertise and guidance we ordered a new Ford F-150 and couldn't be happier. It was everything my husband wanted and then some! My husband said it was so nice it couldn't be considered a truck! He even went as far as to say- he may have to buy a F250 for a "truck" since this rides smooth like a car. My salesman, David Baldini always keeps me posted on the latest things. The Service man, Bill Groff and Bob Kise are both very efficient and courteous and helpful. When I leave the dealership I feel very confident that my 2014 Fusion has been properly taken care of. Even though I live about 80 miles from the dealership, I will always come back for any service that I need. The first car I bought from the dealership was a 2011 Fusion.

When Adam called me in regards to an on line car appraisal request on my Ford Escape I explained I was just looking at options on a trade in. I was totally expecting to be turned away. He was able to make an impossible situation possible. Adam and management worked very diligently with Ford Credit to get the deal done on MY terms. I've never experienced this kind of service at any dealership. Even though I now have a new Fusion sitting in the garage it still feels too good to be true. They have totally changed my perspective on car dealerships. They understand the best way to succeed is with honesty, respect and having your customer be your first priority. From start to finish I was happy with my experience. I didn't even know a dealership would provide so much service and customer care. The atmosphere was amazing, every one there was nice and had a smile. I didn't even know places like this existed anymore lol. Was this a movies set and when I left the director yelled cut and everyone was went back to being normal? Almost a too good to be true scenario. Looks like I will have to be driving Ford from here on out, even if I want another brand. This is the type of service response and treatment I want to get when dropping a lot of cash on something. The finance guy Anthony Ketchum (what kind of last name is that) was hilarious. I have only met one other person funnier than Anthony, and that's my buddy Eric why? He was easy to work with and made things easy enjoyable. Almost to the point I felt like I was going to over stay my welcome because the conversation never stopped. John Wayne Gabler made sure to make everything smooth as well. When you go there and you see these two names you are in for a good transaction. I honestly couldn't be happier, I have my nice Explorer Limited that I wanted and there were no hiccups. I'll be back, my Fiance is due for a vehicle. I finally found "My" dealership. I didn't know such a thing could even exist.

Chris Boan and Tom Ryan are the best, i trust them for thier honesty and integrity. I followed Chris from Alan Ford in Bloomfield Hills over 15 years ago, although I had to drive almost 20 more miles to keep him as my salesperson. He changed dealerships for a well deserved promotion. It was very hard for me to give him up, but after many times trying he finally cinvinced me to try this new guy, Tom Ryan. Tom had some pretty big shoes to fill, but I trusted Chris in his decision. I am pleased to say that he was everything Chris told me. He will never meet the expetations that I have in Chris, but he is only one step behind. I have enjoyed Ford products for over 35 years. I love the company and have nothing but respect that they were the only company in the big three that didn't have to have Government assistants. The only regret that I have, is if Chris gets a better offer(in the Company) I will have to follow him. Please keep him in Michigan.

After 14 years of leasing Ford Vehicles I have yet to be disappointed. When I was 18 I leased my first vehicle from Chris Boan in West Bloomfield. When he was transferred to Szott Ford I continued to lease with the help of Chris. At this point I feel as though he helps me as if he was helping a family member. I have refereed many family members, co-workers, and friends to Szott Ford. They are diligent, reliable and all around a class act. This time around I also had the pleasure of working with Dave Baldini and he of course exceeded every expectation I had. He was able to quickly, yet efficiently explain my paperwork. After the paper work he helped me with all the fun, technical aspects of the Fusion. I was worried because he is a Michigan State Fan, but I let that slide ;) The whole experience was fun rather than stressful. Walking up to the door there is fun upbeat music that automatically excites you. Everyone working is nice, acknowledges your presence and more than helpful. I am also excited about the referral program Ford has set up. Even without incentive I have always recommended Szott Ford, now I feel as though I receive a Thank You for my recommendations. When I drove away I also found a card from T.J Stewart reassuring me that my car had been personally checked for quality and cleanliness. Went in looking to buy my first new car out of college and just chose the first ford dealership that came up on Google. No pressure what so ever and got to test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. Loved working with Mike on what my options were and he was great at keeping in touch with me and not being pushy. The financing went great and we worked out a plan so I could drive it home on Friday night to show off my brand new 2014 Fusion to everyone. Once we made our choice he hunted down the exact vehicle in the color & options that we wanted. Then when the vehicle came in he took the time to go over each option & how it worked. He also told me if I had any questions to call him & he would make an appointment for me to come back so he could go back over the operations again. I scheduled a service appointment online, requested a rental vehicle, and received confirmation of my appointment via email. I drove out of my way to give Szott Ford a try given my previous experience with more local Ford dealership service. After arriving, the service advisor told me that they did not have any rental vehicles and provided no alternative other than coming back some other time. What year is this? Why would they confirm my appointment with a rental and not have any available.What a waste of my time, and the waste of a loyal Ford owner prospect for Szott. I'll not be back again.

I went to Szott Ford a day after leaving a Chrysler dealership in Fenton empty handed. When my fiance and I walked into Szott we were greeted right away by Jeff. Immediately, my fiance told me that he already was having a better experience than we just experienced at Chrysler the day before. Jeff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I wanted to turn in my old Nissan lease a few months early and get a new family sized car for around the same payments that I was paying on my Nissan - Jeff and Anthony worked together to make that happen. They walked us through everything at the signing and kept us involved at every part of the deal - letting us know what they were doing and what was going to happen. We walked out that day in a new whip and I am so thankful that we sat down at Jeff's desk.

I work at an inbound customer call center for a car manufacturer and I can honestly say the guys at Szott Ford know how to deliver a great customer experience. My sales guy Tom did everything he could to help me find the car I wanted and introduce me to options I hadn't considered. He was great at following up to see where I was at which is more than I can say for the other 4 car dealerships I visited when I was shopping around. Tom Ryan by far went above and beyond what I expected from a dealership/ salesman that i've never been to before or worked with. My family has been going to the same dealership for years and this was the first time anyone has purchased a car from anywhere else. From the very first phone call to the time my truck was DELIVERED I felt that I was the only person Tom was working with! Tom made it a point to communicate with me through the entire process and it was his suggestion that they come pick up my trade in and drop off my truck, which was over 45 minutes away from Holly. I would personally recommend Szott Ford and Tom to anyone asking where to go to buy a new or used Ford. If it wasn't clear by now I plan on continuing to take my business to Tom and Szott Ford in the future when it's time to trade up to my next truck. I came into Szott Ford in Holly, on Wednesday, 1/8/13 and worked with Jason Skinner, and Anthony, the finance rep. Both of them made my first car buying experience great. My mother came with me, and though we talk big, we don't know our stuff as well as we think we do. Jason was very knowledgeable, and we felt confident he'd given us the best deal for our money. Anthony was a great guy as well, and we felt just as comfortable in his hands. Despite our 5hour long transaction, both gentlemen were very patient with us, and our hundreds of redundant questions. EDIT - I originally put a very scathing review due to an unpleasant situation with my battery being fried and a miscommunication that led to me believing they weren't willing to do anything about it. I received a call from the service manager, John, stating that this was not the way they did business and he sent a tech to my house to replace the battery. When a company rights their wrong, they get big points in my book. I would have preferred to have avoided the whole situation, but I am grateful they went above and beyond to remedy this. They have won me back as a customer.

I am very impressed with the quality of service I received when I recently brought in the family's high mileage 2004 Explorer for a long list of service and repair items. Bob Kise was my service advisor. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Szott performed the work in the promised time. Prices were fair compared to other dealers. Ford employees take note: Szott's discount on parts AND service cannot be beat in SE Mich as far as I am aware! I did not use their shuttle service, but Bob made it sound like their shuttle is very flexible (whereas some dealers have strict mileage limits, etc). Bob was willing to work with me on a vehicle pick up time that was convenient for my busy young family, which was a bonus. Szott exemplifies the sort of personalized, laid back, honest professionalism that can still be found in small town settings. I plan to return for future service visits and will shop for new cars there as well.

Stacie Bright made trading in my car and buying my new F-150 the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had. She never once made me feel like she was earning a commission, answered all my questions, and came back with the best deal she could right off the bat. I thought also that I only qualified for the x-plan only to find out later that night I actually qualified for the A-plan. Stacie didn't hesitate to get me back the additional savings even after submitting my financing the day prior! Even Anthony the finance manager didn't make me feel pressured to buy any additional products! I'm never one to write reviews, but felt I should based on my experience with this dealership. I come from a GM family and have owned mostly GM's all my life, After my last "very disappointing" GM purchase I wanted to see what Ford had to offer. Because my wife and I had nothing but bad customer experiences with Lasco Ford we went to Szott Ford of Holly and we made the right decision. My wife and I started dealing with Szott Ford In 2012 specifically with Tom Ryan (a very personable man.) We knew within a year we would be coming into a very difficult situation. Tom was very attentive to our situation and provided us with all possible options and did not leave any stones unturned. I know because I researched all vehicle rebates and trade-in values for the past year to see how our negative trade in would match up. Tom did not sidetrack us in anyway for his own personal gain. In no way, did we ever get the feeling of a snaky sales person or dealer. As my wife and I got cold feet and did not purchase in 2012, we had to take a chance and purchase in August 2013.This is when we truly realized Tom Ryan and Szott Ford had our best interest in mind. Tom had kept in contact with us periodically through out the year and when we came into the dealership Tom had known our needs and explored all options again. We are not picky people but I am hard to impress when your'e spending a lot of money for years to come. You want a person and company who cares. Szott Ford of Holly and Tom Ryan did that. My wife and I visited Szott Ford seeking a new F-150. We are on a middle class budget and, obviously, Ford doesn't give away these pickup trucks. We wanted to get the best deal possible while also getting a vehicle that had the options we desired. Jeff and Anthony were absolutely terrific. I told them clearly what we were seeking, my wife and I looked at a couple trucks and we loved the crew cab XLT. We figured it was a bit out of our budget and were prepared to take the STX instead; however, the guys worked with us and made it very reasonable for us to buy a nicer vehicle than we expected while staying in our budget range. We were thrilled with the customer service. Absolutely top notch. I have purchased numerous new cars in my life, and this was the first experience where I felt the employees were helping me get the most bang for my buck rather than trying to get the best profit possible out of the deal. Outstanding experience for our family, especially considering the guys worked with us and gave us $1,000 more money on our trade to close the deal. Honestly, they gave us every single cent our trade was worth, if not a few hundred dollars more.We have a beautiful new truck in our driveway and a payment that is very reasonable. Give this dealership a chance to earn your business, and let them know what you need to make the deal happen. We told them when we walked in that we wanted to take a new truck home "today"--as long as the deal made sense for us. They made that happen without a tense moment, even though we negotiated back and forth for a couple hours considering the different model trucks. Then as we were closing the deal, Anthony included the insurance on the wheels (which I asked him to exclude from the deal in order to save money) for us without charge. Awesome gesture on a relatively expensive vehicle (sticker price of $44,000). You just won't find that kind of service at most places. Great work, gentlemen.

I found a 2012 Ford Focus SEL on the internet and left a message that I was interested in this vehicle. The following morning, Sales Associate Nick Riley called me to let me know the car was still available. He also gave me the location of the dealership and their hours of operation. This was my first time leasing a car ever. I had been to numerous dealerships all over Oakland County, probably even out of it as well. I had family members in different auto industries so ford wasn't my main choice, I was in between Kia, Nissan, & Ford. Long story short after a few horrendous customer service experiences from everywhere else I chose Ford. After a week of waiting to sell my current car I was off to a dealership I liked about an hour from home when a co-worker told me about Holly Ford (a dealership way closer). I called over with the name of the sales person he had and she was out sick and I was given Renee. She was amazing, I was in and out with a brand new lease of a Ford Focus SE in a hour! My very first car in my own name and she made it a breeze! Between dealing with me and my nerves and the grumpiness of my father she kept her cool and make everything easy for me to understand. Now that my lease is coming to an end by 2014 and I now have a better career I will be definitely going back to Renee for a newer car with hopefully some more gadgets! I recommended her to all my friends who are looking at fords because she never once pressured me into a car I couldn't afford or treat me like I didn't matter because I was looking at basic models. For as long as I buy fords she will alway be my sales rep!

I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a new car, I was so stressed out. Paul Erikson not only calmed me down but he also made sure that buying a new car was right for me. He answered the two million questions I had and never pushed me. Through our many conversations we discovered that our families have a mutual LOVE for hockey, I think he'll prolly be invited to Christmas dinner. If anyone is looking to buy a new car I would send them to the Szott dealerships no problem. If they mentioned they wanted a Ford, I'd drive them to Paul myself. He's that Awesome! Having not purchased a car in may years, I began the process with great trepidation; however, our salesman, Mike, made the process simple and relaxing. We went to Szott Ford just to see if we could do something with our 2010 Taurus, with 82,000 miles. We were met at the door by Paul Erikson, who started this great experience for us. Paul was not your typical, pushy calr salesman, but rather, as both my wife and I wanted, an "active" care salesman - actively working with us and finance manager Anthony Ketchum - to come up with a deal my wife and I were thrilled with. 2 1/2 hours after arriving at the dealership we were driving home in our new 2013 SHO Taurus! We were treated as if we were doing them a favor by buying a car from them, not like they were doing us a favor by selling us one. I would definitely recommend Szott Ford, and specifically Paul Erikson, to anyone thinking about buying a new car. But I warn you...take your title, both sets of keys, and your checkbook...because you will be leaving there with a new car!!!!!!!!

It was evident from my first phone conversation with Jeff Kelley that he was a pro. Never tried to push anything I didn't need or want. Got a better price on our new 2012 Explorer than I expected and I know Jeff and the dealership is committed to service after the sale, which is what's most important. This is my fourth car that I have purchased/leased from Szott. Anthony Ketchum is great! He has assisted me with all of my cars. This last lease Anthony was unbelievable! He helped me get into the escape at a price I could afford. He even had someone drop off the escape that I was interested in at my home so I could test drive it. When I came in to sign the paperwork Dan Kittle assisted me. He was very friendly and easy to talk to as we were waiting for the car to get ready. The service department is also very helpful. Dealing with Anthony was by far our best experience at any dealership. I came from dealing with 2 Chevy and another ford dealer. Anthony's customer service made me a customer for life. Our first was an F150 and our second was a fusion which I was too busy to come in so Anthony discussed options and colors over the phone. the next day the car was in my driveway with a courier with paperwork for me to sign!!! I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus and leased a 2013 F150 from Szott Ford. I had never been to Szott prior to this particular visit, but after a very bad experience at Lasco Ford in Fenton; I was in the market for a new dealership. Tom Ryan has been my salesman for several years at Lasco and when he left, my service left with him. I had purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Lasco in the past. I found Szott Ford to be very friendly and most helpful from the initial "hello" to the time Tom and the finance manager were helping me put the deal together for the two vehicles. My wife and I were made to feel very comfortable and informed during the entire process. When shopping for a new car I always start by going to the dealers closest to my house. I get their best deal then I contact Stacie Bright at Szott Ford which is 40 miles away. Stacie always makes process very easy. The hardest part is picking out a color. I always get the best price and customer service from her. Stacie has done this for six consecutive leases. I spoke with her on a Friday at 1:30pm and it was ready and waiting for me at their front door the following morning when they opened. Walked in signed a few papers and I was on my way. Getting a new car is fun, getting a great deal is better, Stacie's customer service, priceless. Great Experience!

Szott caught my eye from a web ad and I drove 30 minutes based on that. Upon meeting Charlie, he was quick to find what was in his inventory and appropriate for what I wanted. I left after the test drive, no pressure to buy, but just an open door if I was interested. Because of the distance, we communicated alot by email. Charlie was very responsive and answered all my questions, set up everything needed to minimize my time at the dealership, including taking care of my trade in. When I returned to finalize the purchase, the car was just getting its final prep while I walked through the paperwork with Anthony, also very professional and was clear on the terms of the lease, answering all my questions. I was pleased at how well they respected my time and had very much a "can do" attitude - they got it done for me pretty much as quickly as I had asked them too. I will get my next car from them, without question.

It happened again!! I was coerced into another vehicle by the Chris/Renee combo. I can't drive within 20 miles of Szott Ford without peeling away in a new ride. P.S.- I got more compliments on this car than my first pair of hammer pants. Whoa-oh oh oh ohoh..whoa-oh oh oh can't touch Chris!! In all seriousness, I still had 2 month's left on a prepaid lease, walked in "only kicking tires" a greeted them with as I walked in the door, and left with a new car leaving 2 months on the table on my old car. When shopping for a car with my wife we went to over a dozen dealerships from Standish to Grand Blanc. We were very surprised at the lack of "salesmanship" we were receiving. We turned to the internet for help to decide which car would fit our needs and found an ad for Sott Ford. I placed a call and Mike Gabler was more than willing to help us out. What a great dealership with a great staff. We worked with Dan Kittle who was absolutely wonderful. It has been 23 years since the last time I purchased a Ford. I have purchased over 17 new cars all GM. I had no desire to purchase a Ford since a bad experience with Ford in 1989. I went to turn in my Arcadia and passed a Ford dealership. I thought what the heck I should look at the 2013 Explorer. I was shocked to see how many options I could get compared to my GMC Arcadia. Dan told me to take it home and make sure it was a good fit for the family. After driving both cars that day I realized what I had been missing all these years. The new Fords are light years ahead with the technology they have. We thought no way could we afford something like this. Not fully loaded with Navigation, leather, blind spot indicator, towing package, and the list goes on and on. This SUV can show the weather maps, gas prices, even ski conditions. All you have to do is ask the car to search for what you want. It can even become a wifi hot spot. So I went back to see what Dan could work out thinking in the back of my head no way is this going to work out. Well I was wrong. Dan gave a price that shocked us. Here is the deal. We got a fully loaded SUV with every option for the same price as a middle of the road Arcadia with cloth and limited options. The best part was there was no pressure and no haggling back and forth. When we decided to do the deal it took only 30 minutes. What was really cool was when we got home we got a call later that day from Dan to see how we liked the car. I highly recommend Szotts Ford for your next car purchase.

Hers is the deal. My last car I purchased this year was my 4th vehicle that I have gotten from Anthony and it was my 3rd that came from Szott Ford. Every time that I left the lot after getting a car from Anthony I was literally ecstatic. This year I purchased my second Mustang from Anthony. I left his lot with a fully loaded 2013 5.0 convertible with every possible option that Ford had to offer. Anthony spent a lot of time getting me financing for the vehicle. But he had numerous banks at his disposal and in the end, he got the job done. Needless to say, I love the Mustang. It's a lot faster than my other one and I am seriously considering trading it in next summer for a Boss 302. Of course, all I will have to do is call Anthony, tell him what I want and he will take care of the rest. 100% stress free environment and experience. Anthony will tell you he's an artist. I'll tell you he is just very experienced and just really xxxx good at his job. P.S."I don't even know who your are anymore."

This was by far the best experience I've ever had when trying to find a new car. My sister had recommended Chris Boan, as she had purchased a car from him and had a good experience. I contacted him and he was very accommodating with times I could come in to look for a new car. Once I got there, he introduced me to Charlie Carroll, who continued to help with the sale. They both listened to what I wanted and never tried to push me in a different direction. By having both of them help me, it was the fastest experience I ever had; all together the selection and transaction for the vehicle only took a couple hours. I am very satisfied, and I LOVE my new Fusion!

After a bunch of lying and beligerant behavior while dealing with the Ortinville dealerships, I came to Szott and worked with Nick Riley. He was honest about what he could do with the price, gave me a final price and loan apr on the phone. There were no suprises when I got there and he was very helpful. The loan apr was 2.25% lower than the loan apr quoted by Ortinville. The guy who did the loans knows his job and found a coupon to help upgrade the warrenty I purchased. They provided a great car buying experience.

I recently bought a car here...when I test drove the car and also got the pre-purchase vehicle inspection done nearby. Everything seemed ok..So I put a little deposit down and came back in 2 days to buy the car...I just tried to drive it before I pay the rest and I felt a lot difference...Like Brake motors replaced with old ones to be precise...Also, when I turn on the AC it started making a lot of noise...I thought I was being paranoid but still went with purchasing the car.....After I got the car home and drove for few days I realized I made a huge mistake...I am writing this review so somebody can benefit from this...Trust your instincts..if possible get it checked again just before buying...

It was a fun experience working with Charlie and Anthony. They have car speak down well---but in such a way that the customer feels a part of "The Team".Every customer knows that getting the best deal is at best elusive. But Anthony gave me the invoice copy and deal numbers to take home to Bloomfield Hills, which is about 35 miles from the Szott dealership. I could have easily gone to a dealership 5 miles from where I live, put the deal on that desk and said "match it". I did not do that. Rather my wife and I drove back a few days later and signed for a new Fusion.That is perhaps the biggest compliment I can pay to Charlie, Anthony, and Szott Ford.

I recently purchased an 07 Saturn Aura from Szott.I'm far from 100% happy because of two things. When I purchased this car I was told it goes through this whole big inspection blah blah blah blah. Well if it does that then why is it a week later I need brakes!?!?!? Then the Friday I bought the car, right before we left the remotes were not working. I was told don't worry come back tomorrow and we will fix them. Well when I returned I was told I have to take them to a GM dealership the only do ford. Well okay but you promised to fix this! So I took it to another dealership they told me over 300 to fix it!!! Long story short I found a Friend to fix it. But the point is I guess their word is good for nothing, I'll never purchase another car from there again. Sorry.

When i decided to look at cars, I went to Szott Ford and worked with a woman named Renee Weeks. I wanted to stay at a certain price point, and to have my current car paid off. Renee showed me several different cars, but was honest about the price. The cars were out of my price range, due to my current car balance being too high. Renee didn't try to sell me a car, and then sneak in a higher price at the end, like I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. I went bak a few months later, and again Renee showed me several different cars. It just wasn't the time for me to buy. Recently, I was ready to buy, and again went back to Renee. She was very courteous and friendly. She didn't know that this was finally going to the the time that I was going to buy, and she never treated me like I was wasting her time. I purchased a vehcile, and I couldn't be happier. Renee provided me with information for the extended warranty, but she did not push it on me.I have returned to the store to have some maintence items taken care of, and I am highly satisufied. Randy, the used car manager, and Renee both treated me with respected and were eager to make me happy, even though I wasn't buying a new car.The appreciation continued after my purchase as well. Renee called to make sure that I was happy, I received post cards in the mail, and even received a voice message from Mr. Szott thanking me for my purchase.I will never buy a car anywhere else!! Later, even before my lease as up, I was looking for a smaller, more gas friendly vehicle. I went into Renee and let her know my thoughts and what I was looking for. However, from the minute I asked a question on the computer regarding the vehicle I was interested, it was a very pleasant experience. Scott was very well informed about the vehicle, was honest upfront and VERY patient. Not only that, but I got a great price on my trade in. The Escape was immaculate, and the small scratch I did notice was fixed within 1 business day, actually less than a day since it was the weekend when I purchased it. This is the second car that we have gotten from Szott. Worked with Anthony previously in getting our Fusion. He was straight forward and great. Especially since we had 2 kids running around! I recently went to Szott Ford on a recommendation from a friend. I can sincerely tell you I was not disappointed in the purchase of my 2010 Ford Fusion. My salesperson Stacie Bright was exceptionally helpful during the whole process of obtaining my car. She worked tirelessly to make sure I was totally happy with my experience at the dealership. When I told them I was already pre-approved on a loan, Anthony Ketchum was able to beat my bank loan by almost 2 percentage points. He saved me hundreds of dollars- Thanks Anthony!! He was also able to work out a decent price on 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. In the end, I have to say their customer service is outstanding, everyone was courteous and friendly, and my overall experience was 5 stars. If you need a new or used car, I would highly recommend Szott Ford as the place to make your next purchase.

This dealership had a more relaxed atmosphere. They had basketball and Foosball tables to use if you had to wait for anything. A really nice experience overall. Our credit was questionable and it wasnt easy to get an approval but Anthony did not give up. We tried to purchase a used vehicle without success. He then showed us a 2011 Lime Green Ford Escape to lease. My first thought was, that is a pretty ugly color. We were also weary about leasing because we have never leased before. My fiance and I had been looking for a used truck. He is in the USAF and is stationed in TX, where they mostly sell 2 wheel drive trucks. As he will be getting out in a few months and moving back to MI we wanted a 4 wheel drive vehicle. After weeks of searching online for the best deal we found a great truck at a great price at Szott Ford. I drove 3 hours from my home to the dealership to check it out for myself. Deciding I wanted it was the easy part. Figuring out how to finance it was going to be the tricky part. Most of my money was with my fiance in TX. Scott was amazing and very patient as we tried everything we could think of to work out the fiancing. I was there the majority of the day and never once felt that I was an inconvenience or a problem customer. As far as buying cars goes I had an amazing experience and will go back again for future purchases. I would recommend going to Szott Ford if you are in need of a quality car.

Upon needing a new vehicle, I looked around for something that would fit mine and my future wife's needs. We knew we wanted an SUV as well as something that would have much better gas mileage than our previous car. We stumbled upon a 2008 Jeep Patriot 4x4 on Szott Ford's website and fell inlove immediately. We called on it and reached Scott Vennittilli. As a first time buyer I was very nervous about the process of getting into a newer used car. I really did not want to have to bring a relative (especially my father) into the equation as a co-signer, but with limited credit history and a low credit score I didnt think there was much of chance at all that I would be able to finance a vehicle. When I first spoke to Jason he was honest and upfront with me letting me know that really it could go either way but that he would do everything he possibly could to get me into a car. I went to the dealership with little hope at all and I left with my ideal car! Jason walked me through the process step by step and by the end of the night I was signing the paper work on a very nice 2008 Fusion. Even with a lower credit score I was able to secure a monthly payment that fit well within my price range. Honestly I was shocked at what Jason and the finance manager Chris were able to accomplish that night. I was very impressed with their professionalism and genuine care for my situation. I contacted Jason Skinner via the internet because I saw a vehicle I was interested in. Jason was friendly and very helpful. I was looking at vehicles at other dealerships and was very honest with Jason about this. He would follow up with me to see how I liked the other vehicles. I did find one that was almost Identical and a cheaper price, but the salesman was not as friendly as Jason. I brought my business to Szott because of the professional and courteous attitude of Jason even though I could have gotten it some where else cheaper. Sales reps are quite good and helpful.If you are considering a trade in you should use some caution here. The used car manager indicates one price at the begining and drops the offer at the time of purchase. I am sure you will do much better with another dealer. Not what we call ethical.

My husband and i had to wait in the parking lot until the showroom opened. we were a little early (30 minutes). But as soon as we entered the showroom Roger came right over to us and made us feel very welcomed. At the time we were looking for a Fiesta and took one for a spin. Then I saw the 2012 Focus SE hatchback and fell in love. Roger made it happen so smoothly, we had all the paperwork done and plans made before we knew it. The whole experience was awesome... The dealership is very clean and professional, as well as full of friendly employees. Our saleman, Scott, was the absolute best! The car we went for had a few minor issues but we still wanted it. Scott worked out these fixes for us. I've been "internet" shopping for my new car. I have very limited time to devote to this and running around from dealership to dealership to look and have conversations with salesmen wanting me to "buy it today" just isn't possible. I was actually rather surprised to get the same type of treatment via email from some places. Not here! Josh was FABULOUS. Really and truly. He never once insisted that I need to come in to get questions answered. He thoroughly answered all my queries quickly and efficiently. Some other Ford dealer in the area didn't answer simple questions, just wanted me to schedule a test drive and would talk then. No thanks. Josh has won me as a customer. I already know the service department is great since I've taken my current truck in there for service and they've been efficient and reasonable. Win - win! Having dealt with with this delaer many times in the past, I have come to expect excellent service. What was unique about this experience, was that the dealer knew I was unhappy with a vehicle I had purchased from another manufacturer (Jeep)and they contacted me and offered to do their best to trade me out of that vehicle and into a new Ford. Not only were they successful in getting me out of that Jeep and the long term finance plan, but they actually LOWERED my payment and shortered my term to a 36 month lease instead of a 72 month purchase. The best part is my new Ford Edge is absolutely loaded with features and is so much more comfortable. I don't know if "Completely Satisfied" can truly describe how happy I am with this experience. Josh will tell you up front all your options, and if you should buy/lease now or wait.I wanted a certain color for a truck and Josh found it at another dealer and had it shipped to his store the next day. I have been buying or leasing cars for over 30 years and have finally found a salesman and dealer that I feel is looking out for me and not their pocketbook. I've purchased from this dealership when it was owned by the Wheeler family downtown Holly. I always had a good experience with getting my cars fixed back then (90s). It was then bought out and I didn't start dealing with Szott Ford until Josh Holbrook went to work for them so I moved with him, I will not deal with anyone else. I can't say enough about Josh as a sales person that goes the extra mile to get or do anything he can to earn your trust. Josh is very experienced with all the models he sells and will help you with anything you don't understand. Not to mention if there are any questions even if its with service or getting prices on parts he's helped me greatly. He will go and ask the right person to get the answers and call you back so its not just a sale he goes far behond Sales. I send all the people I know to him, I give him a call and tell him who to expect and what the person is looking for... Josh then knows what direction to approach the people I recommend, inturn he can better serve the needs of the customer. I go to Josh because he doesn't try and sell me any thing I don't want I just say no and he moves to earn my business. I respect Josh and he is the only one I purchase Fords from with out feeling like I have to argue and fight about something I don't what or need.. example I would love to own a Shelby but, what I need and what I want are two different things he knows I love the Shelby but I will probably never own one given I love Camping and most of my vehicles are Ford Heavy F series.

This by far the best dealership. Josh is the one to see, cant get there he will have someone come get you. He sent the paper work to my wifes office so she didn't have to take time off. I never had service like this from dealers that I had purchased several cars from and this is the first ford I have ever owned. Our experiences with him, buying more than one vehicle, has exceeded our expectations and has proven to us that Szott Ford has hired the most considerate and genuine employee ever! His concern for our happiness during the purchase of our trucks, was overwhelming! He went above and beyond, (no-doubtably working many extra hours researching, preparing paperwork, etc.) to make sure the experience for us was simple and right! Josh Holbrook is the most outstanding sales person that I have ever had. To say that is not enough. I like the rest of the public hate to buy a car, and then have to put up with a car salesperson pushing you into something that you can not afford. We have been buying cars from Josh since 2005. I have gone on my own without my husband that is how comfortable I felt buying a car from Josh. I knew he was honest, when I told him that payment was too much he would say "ok lets look at something else". He gave me ever option possible until I was happy with the out come. Never did I feel pressure from him, I was honest and he was too. I have recommended him to many friends and family. The care and concern that he shows to each customer is what makes him a success. I am also in sales and he has taught me many things in how to treat people.

While shopping for my first car, I had gone to a few places and wasn't sure i was comfortable with the service i was getting. My dad came to pick me up from O.U. to go car shopping back home to see if i could find some better options when we saw Szott Ford on 75 on the way. It was about 9 p.m. so we decided to just go through the lot and look. We ended up going inside and talking to Roger Hopson. Even though it was late, he took the time to let me to test drive some different types of cars he thought I would be interested in that were in my price range. I ended up falling in love with a 2008 Ford Focus; he let me drive it drive it home over night to let me see how I really liked it. I came back the next day and he took the time to answer every question I had to make sure it was definitely the car for me. The whole time I worked with the Szott Ford staff, especially Roger, I felt like I was getting the best deal with the best service. They did everything possible to make it a great experience for me. I had a remote start put in the car and while they did that they gave me a loaner car to use. They even met me at work to switch out the cars making it convenient for me. I would definitely recommend Szott Ford Dealership to those looking for honest, friendly service. I would certainly recommend Roger Hopson, he has been by far the best person to work with at the best place I worked with throughout my whole car shopping experience!

I worked with Anthony Ketchum for 2 different referrals I sent him. He went out of his way to not just try to sell them a vehicle, but to make them also feel special. He responded to them very quickly and was honest with them of what he could do for them. I would not hesitate to come to Anthony to purchase my own vehicle or send family or friends his way.

The primary factor in purchasing a car, was price. Mr. Ketchum beat 3 other dealership's price and put me into a vehicle much nicer than anticipated. He was easy to talk to and seemed to go out of his way to answer my questions upon request. He, along with the staff, were very professional and knowledgeable. I have leased one Ford Fushion and returned to buy my current Fushion from Szott Ford. I recently called the dealership with questions, where Mr. Ketchum provided me with quick answers. I have recommended Szott Ford to many friends and will continue to do business with this dealership.

The rating I have given to Stacie and Chris at Szott Ford was due to their exceptionally good personality and professionalism. I was extremely impressed with Stacies product knowledge and kindness. She spent at least 3 hours with me and my significant other and also helped her with a competitors vehicle. I would strongly recommend this dealership and Stacie as the perfect sales person.

This is the BEST dealership I have ever worked with. They are very friendly and very professional. Josh Holbrook is the best sales professional in the new car business I have ever dealt with. I have purchased 5 Ford trucks over the last 5 years and unfortunately only the last one was from Josh. Josh is my car guy for life. If you want a Ford, then Szotts Ford and Josh is your answer. While shopping for my first new car, my boyfriend suggested that we take a look at the Szott ford dealership. I wasn't sure what to expect, being new to the car buying world, but I was blown away by the staff and how friendly and outgoing they were. I was greeted by Roger Hopson who went above and beyond what I expected. He not only took the time to show me around the lot and tell me about the cars he thought would fit my needs but when we came to the car that I had originally planned on looking at he took us for a test drive and explained the features of the car along with the differences in the models. When we went inside he told us about one of the deals they had going on which was amazing. The entire time we were there Roger made me feel very comfortable with his friendly attitude and his ability to answer all of my questions. I would recommend the Szott Ford Dealership to anyone who is wanting to do business with a staff that is both friendly and knowledgable.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in getting either a new or used vehicle. The sales staff, especially Dan Kittle, is amazing. They are all very helpful and not pushy. I had a service issue that I had to take my car in for and the service department including Bob and Adam were very accommodating. They fixed my car and gave me a loaner without any problems. I've been to other dealerships that were not so helpful and I will definately be back to Szott Ford when I'm in the market again.

I drove almost 200 miles and bought a 2003 Jeep Liberty from Szott ford and it was a very pleasant experience, and worth the drive. The price was great and we love the Jeep. Our salesman, Shawn Hale was excellent. He made us feel comfortable and was not at all pushy. He was very helpful and professional. He made sure that we were going to drive home with our Jeep that night. Thanks again Shawn!!! :)

In passing by Szott Ford, a used car caught my eye, so I pulled in to take a look. It was after hours, but liking what I saw, I decided to return the following day (for the heck of it). To be honest, my credit had been damaged, so I didn't really think I could qualify to purchase a newer car, still under warranty, and have lower monthly payments to boot.. but they did it! Adam King impressed me as one of the Sharpest, and most Knowledgable Finance Men in the Business, and my salesman, Shawn Hale was equally Excellent as well.With seeing my income being reduced as of late, I can't express enough how much I appreciate all they have done. Szott Ford is a Class Act.
