I'm very busy & my last two vehicles the first part of shopping was done via email with Shawn Williams. Both times he found exactly what I wanted at exactly the right price! I've dealt with service for 6 years now & they are great. Quick & accommodating. I drop my vehicle off they take me to work then bring me my fixed vehicle. Love these guys

Terrible service 2hrs for oil change absolutely unreal salesman that I have dealt with is slow very careless no enthusiasm or people skills just seemed to careless crazily was thinking about buying with them thank God I decided against that and went out of state for both of my toyotas also if u don't buy from this terrible place they are very unwilling to help with anything accessories questions doesn't matter salesmen told me I received attitude from there parts and service guy because I didn't buy there lol and the salesman himself said well did u buy hear I said nope and he said that's why so yeah I will spread the word of how insanely unprofessional slow careless and rude your staff is and I will write a new post everday to steer people away from this joke.of a car dealership

I have purchased 4 vehicles from TJ Toyota, and every time the customer service that Shawn Williams provides is above and beyond what any salesman has done for me previously. That alone will keep me coming back. The service that has been provided has always been quick, everyone is friendly and facilities are very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We have bought two vehicles from TJ's and both times, nothing was sugar coated. We knew what we were getting and what the payments were going to be. Both times we had Shawn for a salesman and when we go to purchase a new car next year, it will be the same dealership, same salesman, and I know the same quality of service. I am currently leasing a RAV4 from T.J. Toyota. The process began when I e-mailed a price inquiry to the dealership. Shawn, a salesman, promptly responded to my request. He provided a personalized, detailed response. After discussing several options, Shawn pointed me to a lease special on the RAV4 that Toyota was running. He worked through several scenarios with me, helping me to arrive at a comfortable payment on a vehicle loaded with more features than I was even looking for initially. The buying process at T.J. Toyota differed greatly from my expectations - in a good way. I had my guard up, expecting to be put through the traditional haggling and tactics employed by most dealerships. Instead the process was extremely straightforward and transparent. There were no surprises and when it was time to sign the final paperwork all the numbers matched exactly what was discussed over the phone and e-mail. Delivery of the vehicle was top notch. It was hand washed and waxed front to back, including the tires. I was introduced to the service department and my first complimentary service visit (you get two years of service free) was scheduled. Shawn went through all the features of the vehicle with me inside and out. By the time I drove away I had a solid grasp on the navigation and audio systems with both customized to my preferences. If you are looking for a quality vehicle and customer service, I highly recommend T.J. Toyota and Shawn, the salesperson I dealt with. The perfect vehicle at a great price - what more could you ask for? I am a very picky customer and difficult to impress. This dealership exceeded all expectations and I will be enthusiastically recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle in the future.

During the process of searching for a new vehicle, I went to T J Toyota in Potsdam. I worked with Shawn who was very knowledgeable and friendly. After explaining to him what type of vehicle I was looking for, he made a few suggestions and I test drove a few. He explained everything very well and I purchased a certified Camry. I recommend T J Toyota of Potsdam.

Customer service is absolutely not TJ Toyota's focus! I brought my Tacoma to them for recall service only to get it back with damage to it. I pointed out the damage and was told I would hear from the service manager. Two days later I needed to call and ask for the service manager only to be told I was a lyer and that it was my word against theirs and that they would do nothing to fix what they did. Ensure you take full photos of your vehicle before taking it to TJ Toyota for repairs.
