We were just "looking", and the informative , friendly and no pressure approach , sealed the deal. We had a very pleasant experience with salesman Tim and managers Jay & Mike. We did get a great deal on a Chevy Equinox. The day after purchase, I realized a $700.00 error had been made. When I called it to the attention of management( my salesman was off that day), it was taken care of immediately, with an apology. We were very impressed with the staff at the dealership and would certainly recommend them to our friends and family. We already have. Well done gentlemen. Most positive experience ever at a car dealership!

This was the first time buying from Tasca & it was a great experience. My salesman Kyle was patient as we looked at different models and answered all of our questions. If he didn't have the answer, he didn't hesitate to find it. Mike & Alexis were also great in helping the process move along. Alexis was able to find loan rate & terms better than my own credit union.

From start to finish within the car buying process the staff at Tasca was nothing short of amazing. I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. Jay was professional and amazing and kept me informed with the status of my new vehicle and the different options that I had before making any decisions. Upon delivery of my vehicle Eric took added time out of his day to throughly go through all the features that came with my new vehicle. The technology within new vehicles can be over whelming and or confusing if your not used to how to operate it. Eric's knowledge on the vehicle as well the ability to explain how everything works rather then me trying to figure it out on my own was a huge help. This is my second vehicle purchased from TASCA and I would never consider going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. The car buying experience is fun and your vehicle is top of the line. "You will be satisfied" is a understatement, I couldn't be happier with my experience at TASCA and my new vehicle. Thanks Again !

I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime from all different types of dealers, private to major brands and my experience with Kyle Kerrigan from Tasca Chervrolet was by far the most seamless, transparent and pleasurable by leaps and bounds.I purchased my first General Motors vehicle in June of 2016 from Kyle and the service and attention I received was second to none. He recognized that I had my 8 & 10 year old with me and did everything he could to accommodate us and make sure we were in and out as quickly as possible. I was able to get out of a bad lease and into a new lease without much of a problem at all. Jay Jackson was spot-on with his numbers and there was no "sudden" changes in fees or anything. The truck promised was the truck delivered. Eric was knew everything about the truck and made everything easy-

It was our first experience with Tasca Chevrolet in Woonsocket. Tim Guillette, our salesman was a pleasure to work with. There was no 'high pressure' selling. My husband and I found a used car in the price range we wanted with low mileage and in excellent condition. We had an opportunity to let our mechanic drive look the car over and drive it before we purchased it. Overall wonderful experience.

I felt the deal was good. I had been out earlier in the wk to car max Rodman ford and cerrones. Car maxs cars are over priced. Ford treated me like i was a stranger and i had bought my previous 2 mustangs from them. I told ford what i was trying to do and they just dropped the ball. Cerrones tried to get me into a car with a check engine light on. The salesman said car had 2 be jumped earlier just a battery issue. The engine was rattling on test drive. The car was a yr older then car i got and had more miles they wanted 12500 i got same car for 10500 at tasca a yr newer less miles 2000 cheaper. Eric was enthusiastic the moment i walked in. He was energetic and very helpful. Jay the manager was a pleasure doing business with. Awesome place. Cerrones was trying to charge 2500 in taxes and 500 in paperwork fees. Car max wanted 3000 in taxes and fees. Ford wanted 2500 in taxes and fees. I paid 380 in taxes and fees at tasca.

Although I was nervous, this was not a planned experience, my sales rep Tim Gillette made it a good experience. He was patient with me, explained the leasing process, got me a good deal and a great car. Alexis even made the paperwork painless. I would definitely recommend Tasca to anyone.

I purchased a vehicle 7 days ago. Tim the salesman, Jay Johnston the sales manager and I made a deal. I would pay the asking price provided the noisy, worn fuel pump was replaced, A major frame rattle removed and the tires balanced. I waited a full week for delivery. The fuel pump, rattle and tire balance issues were never addressed. These two Tasca employee's incapable of keeping there word. It would have been so easy to do the repairs and create a happy customer. I live 92 miles away from the dealership and still have these problems with the vehicle. It's very frustrating. The mission statement of this deanship is 70 years of satisfied customers. This is an untrue statement.

Every aspect of my visit was conducted in a way to make me feel comfortable and not rushed into a decision. Rob - manager, Kyle - sales, Stacey - finance. You cannot get a better team, I am convinced. I also spoke with Tim and Jay who seemed like great people. As you can see, I spent a good amount of time in the dealership knowing all these folks' names! I really did my research and visited several Chevy dealerships. The professionalism and value at Tasca was beyond what anyone else offered. I highly recommend.

I had spent the entire month of December in and out of dealerships looking to buy a new Silverado 1500 and was about at the end of my wits and patience with all the wheeling and dealing going on and most not in my favor. The whole experience changed and not only was I treated with respect but I left your dealership purchasing a new truck. Jay Jackson my salesman worked with myself and my brother in law who I have to admit is a bulldog when it comes to dealing worked out such a great deal for me and it was such a pleasant experience. Jay was courteous, worked very hard to accommodate my needs and price range, and brought the whole deal with of course Chris the sales manager to a firm hand shake and a done deal. The big day for me came and then I came in and meet the next person in line Stacey Goddard your business manager and even after getting some very bad news about a co worker she still maintained her composure and was able to walk me through the purchase and financing with expertise and skill, explaining everything to me. The Tasca dealership should be very proud to have such fine people who represent their dealership and I would be very proud to tell everyone of the great experience I had with all present. Once again my sincere condolences to all the Tasca employees on your loss, I am sure he was a good employee and better yet a great friend. Dan Smith

Tasca was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships. Let me start by saying that I live in CT and Tasca Chevrolet was an 1hr and 10min drive for us. From the beginning when I called to see if the vehicle was still available, Chis the sales manager answered the phone and was very nice and curtious on the phone. Upon arrival, we were greated by our wonderful Saleswomen Sarah Prak who showed us the vehicle. After deciding that this was a vehicle we would like to buy, the service manager came out and greeted us and was great as well. Now comes the negotiating process between our trade and their vehicle. That was amazing!!!! We had been to other dealerships, and at Tasca the sales and service managers actually came out of their offices and sat with us at the salewomen's desk to negotiate. That means a lot because recently at a dealership in Mystic CT, the sales manager stayed in his office while making decisions, and we never even met him. We told them what we would like for our trade, and quickly agreed upon a price. Wonderful!! After that, we were given a tour of the facility and met the other staff. I went to the dealership pre approved with a great rate, and the finance manager Stacy was able to get me an even lower rate!! I would definitely buy another car here, and I will let my friends and family know as well.

I needed a car quick but didn't have the best credit, so I went to these guys on a Tuesday and on Friday afternoon I was driving away in my 2010 Cobalt. They made it really easy, from Tim in sales to Stacey in finance, it was very hassle free. Experienced and knowledgeable staff, and they don't make you feel like a "walking dollar sign", they make you feel like a person. I would be happy to go back again.

Took my Chrysler to have a sensor replaced because engine light was on. Car wouldn't start after being changed so went back. Technician told me a flash tool was necessary to correct the fault code. Drove to Johnston with car bucking all the way to be told they could not fix it that day and had told Tasca that. Drove home and couldn't use my car for a week until an appointment at Imperial in Mendon, Ma. Technician there told me he had never heard of a flash tool being needed, but would check out problem. Turns out when the sensor is replaced it goes hand and hand with another sensor and faults would clear out. Sensor was again changed with the other and car runs fine now. Will never go back to Tasca ( we always did business with Simon which they bought out ) for service or to buy a new vehicle. A lot of angry customers that day not satisfied which contradicts their motto of being satisfied!!!!!!
