Received a greeting right away which was not the way dealership was when Tasca first took over. Used a mail coupon for "The Works" oil change. People were pleasant, prompt and courteous. Whole oil change, etc took 1-1/4 hr. I like the waiting room change. Much cleaner look. So glad Tasca got its act together bc previous experiences were not pleasant. Customer service was non-existence before when company first replaced Morande.

Brought my car in for an oil change and rotate. There were 3 cars ahead of me, I was told it would be about an hour for my car to get in and another half to get out. I waited 2 and a half hours for my car. Then two days later, I needed to put air in my tires and noticed that one of my lug nuts was completely destroyed to the point of not being able to remove it. They replaced it, but over torqued all the wheels, and denied it. I don't trust their service department at all. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANY TASCA DEALERSHIP!

I live in NC. I flew into CT on Sat. before Columbus Day. Rented a '16 Ford Explorer and had only one key fab from Enterprise rental. I stopped to use a restroom and locked the car w all my belongings. Next moment the key fell out of my pocket and went down a sewer drain - not retrievable. I was distraught. Rental place said my responsibility to get the car towed to a dealer and new keys made. I called one dealer 20 minutes away who said they were closing soon and given the holiday could not get me serviced til Tuesday. A local police officer told me to get a ride to TASCA which was 1/10 mile down the road. I met Brendalie at TASCA. It was 12:30pm-ish and they closed at 3pm. Brendalie was a source of calm and confidence. She listened to my issue and said "don't worry, I can help you. We'll get it taken care of today." She arranged for the tow of my vehicle asap, she called Parts about the keys, she spoke to Enterprise rental to get the necessary key codes faxed over before that Enterprise closed at 1pm. I would have been lost without her guidance and knowledge. She epitomized the definition of "service." I was stunned she could help me same day given the other dealer's response. TASCA is lucky to have such a genuine soul in its ranks. I hugged her before I drove away, as she's my hero for rescuing me from a difficult and helpless situation. Losing the key to a rental where everything you own is locked inside while you are several states from home could have turned out much worse were it not for meeting Brendalie. It made a lasting impression on me about what service should be and I only wish I lived in Berlin CT as this experience would have caused me to trade in my Honda and buy a Ford and have it serviced by Brendalie at TASCA.

The service department changed the oil in my 1964 Galaxie 500 XL. They were quite careful, being sure they knew where to put the oil, what kind to use. Not too many 52-year -old cars come in for service. When they were sure they knew what they were doing, the completed the job. I was pleased they were so careful.

I checked out a used Ford Fusion. They would not negotiate a price on the car. They would only give me $3000 on my car. Kelly Blue Book's trade in value is between $4,500 and $6,500. My car has never been in an accident. It has no dents or dings and the interior is in good condition. No rips or tears and no stains. Talk about being insulted.

I walked in without an appointment requesting the 'Works', oil change, tire rotation, check up, etc. The service folks were friendly and courteous. There was a discussion due to my F250 possibly costing $10 more. My wait was short and my bill was UNDER quote! VERY pleasant experience.

I bought a used 2013 Ford Escape this past July from Tasca Ford, Berlin CT. Since then I had several mechanical issues that were immediately addressed and taken care of by the service department. I recently lost one of the keys for the vehicle and took it in to see what could be done. I spoke with Dan from the service department who was very helpful in replacing the lost key. My experience with the service people at Tasca Ford has just been over the top. Buying a used car has since taken on a new pleasant experience, Thank You.

Was on the fence about getting a new car and stopped in to see what was available and what incentives were out there for new cars. Went in on a Tuesday and Jeff Mera was the salesperson to help me. He was wonderful!! Wednesday I made the decision to to go for it and Friday morning I drove home with my new car! My salesman Jeff couldn't be there Friday morning so he arranged for Larry Procopio to meet me and help me finish up the final details that day. Jeff in finance found me a great loan rate outside of Ford Credit that enabled me to be eligible for more incentive money then If I had gone through Ford. So great experience all around and I love my new 2017 Escape!!

I was looking for a new car to replace my 2003 Focus and went to Tasca Ford because of an invitation I had received. I met Jen Robey, and told her what I was looking for in a car. She showed be several options and once I decided which one I was interested in she explained all the buttons and knobs on the dash board of the car and we took a test drive and I bought the 2017 Escape on Saturday. I wanted to have remote start in the car , but Tasca doesn't install them. She told me that they have a company that would come to the dealership on Monday and install it and the car would be ready on Wednesday. When I pick up the car on Wednesday, I notice that the mileage had change since I had driven the car on Saturday, and asked why. Jen explained that the company that was to install my remote start was unable to come to Tasca on Monday, so she drove the car to them because she had promised that my car would be ready on Wednesday and she didn't want me to have to wait. The whole experience was easy and pleasant.

We would like to give a HUGE shout out to service employees Robin and Bart! These awesome people were our saving grace! We are from out of town staying for a weekend beach trip when our car broke down in the hotel parking lot! Not knowing what to do we called roadside service who linked us up Tasca Ford. With just a few hours to closing and still no tow truck on the way, Robin stayed in touch making sure we were ok. Robin and Bart also waited after the service dept closed for us to get there. When we arrived stressed out and frustrated w/our lack of service from the tow company, each was friendly and helpful expressing that if we had not showed up by a certain time they were going to come to us. Each went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome really making us feel at home. Just under an hour later, our vehicle issues were diagnosed and fixed and my beach trip salvaged!!! l will also be able to make it home on time. So thank you both so much again for all you did for us. Folks like you both are what remind us there are still good people in the world. Be looking out for us to purchase our next Ford Edge from you all. We will also be putting out the word of what awesome service you all provide to whomever's path we cross. My recent visit for tire replacement and brake inspection was excellent. Everyone was attentive...and responded to my questions and needs for timing of the work.. transport to and from my workplace to accomodate my work schedule... kept the work within the quoted price and... told the truth that I didn't need the brake work for another 10,000 miles. As a single woman I know what it is like to be hustled by shops that want to get every last cent for work that really does not need to be done.Really appreciate how all the staff I worked with responded to my needs and questions with integrity.

My friend Quin and I were traveling this weekend from Maine to Florida in her new 2016 F350, when we got behind a rock hauler on the interstate, that put a rock though our radiator, we called the roadside assistance number and we were sent to Tasca Ford in Berlin Ct. How they treated us was a unbelievable experience. From the monument we walked in they went out of their way to help. First they said it may take 3 days to get the part since they didn't have it, and it was a holiday weekend,then they found it a few towns away and made arrangements to get it the following morning. Bart then went to work getting the radiator out so it wouldn't take so long in the morning, We were traveling with 3 dogs, a horse and a 35ft trailer, next Jenniifer and Robby got on the phones trying to help us find a place we could put the horse overnight as it can't stay in the trailer that long. They were able to secure us a stall, amazing!!! Then Jennifer let me use her computer to secure a hotel for us and the dogs , in an area we were unfamiliar with.Robby got a friend of his to come and pull the trailer out to horse ranch since we couldn't drive the truck. They also called and got us a rental car for us to drive while we were there. It is a very scaring thing to be broke down in a town we don't know and to have the good fortune to meet the wonderful, caring staff that is the service dept of Tasca Ford is a true blessing. Dan and his entire staff deserve big recognition for going out of there way to help. You have the best staff I have ever encountered. I will be writing to the Ford company also to let them know what GREAT ,WONDERFUL AMERICANS represent there company. I can not say enough about them. Be very proud of all of them....Thanks for listening..

Our new 2016 Ford Explorer was the second vehicle we bought from Tasca in two years. From the time we walked in the door and our sales associate, Edgar, popped right up to help us, to the time less than 24 hours when we drove our new Explorer off the lot, everyone was not only helpful and knowledgable, but more than willing to go the extra mile to make the deal work for everyone. Our finance guy, Jeff, even found us an extra $1,000 in incentives on his own, without our knowledge, which was a very pleasant surprise when we came in to pick up the vehicle. There was never any pressure from anyone in the Sales Department to make the sale (the thing that makes me dread walking into a car dealership the most is the old "what do we gotta do to put you in this beautiful vehicle today" schtick), and both Edgar and our Sales Manager Gary were more than happy to accommodate my ridiculous asks (installing running boards and an armrest safe, yes like where you store your valuables).Overall, another excellent experience, I highly recommend Tasca Ford to anyone in the market for a new Ford who wants a great vehicle at a great price.

My 08 Explorer got towed there because of Ford extended warranty. Was told that it wouldn't be looked at for 2 days. It was just a dead battery and was charged $20 labor...WOW A 2 MINUTE JOB!! They told me that the thermostat housing was leaking, I showed them my ford warranty paperwork but they still insisted that it wasn't covered. She wouldn't even call the Ford warranty place for me she "suggested" I call when I get home, which I did. Of course it was covered and the warranty place had to call Tasca Ford and tell them. Guess what, now I had to wait a week to bring it back in. I bring it back a week later at 8am like they asked and I get a call saying it would cost me over $800. I told the service guy I just went through this last week and he needs to talk to the female at the service desk, he said he would and call me back....he never did call me back! I waited an hour and called them and was told by the female "that it was all taken care of she straightened him out and my truck would be ready by the end of the day". I get a call at 4pm saying that they gave my part to someone else and now I have to wait another day for the repairs...xxx Ford!!! An appointment at 8am and you already knew the problem. You don't call me till 1pm trying to tell me it would cost over $800 after going through this a week ago. Then you call me back at 4pm telling me my part was given to another customer and now I have to wait another day! Unless I am somehow reimbursed for my lost time and effort I promise I will start posting "the nastiest" online reviews everywhere I can think of trying to deter everyone from going there!!!! WOW...and I thought COMCAST had bad customer service!UPDATE: Spoke with Jennifer Quigley at Tasca and now all is well. Now THAT'S customer service!

Tasca Ford Truck Center is great to work with. Dave is very personable and takes care of his customers. Unfortunately Ford diesels are junk and cost way too much to maintain and repair. Don't buy Ford diesels.

Searched for a couple of weeks for a used truck. Found an amazing 2014 GMC Sierra SLE at our price. It was in perfect condition. Called to talk to a sales guy but that guy had to leave for an emergency...... so Adrian took over. It was a very easy sale for him because we had cash and wanted this truck. He was very professional..and let us tske this big rig out for a drive. Being as it is a Ford dealership he didnt know a whole lot about GMC's. Which is fine because we were originally looking at Fords. But Adrian spent the weekend doing some research and showing us all we needed to know about the truck. They have a 7 day hassle free return policy, 90 day bumper to pumper policy...and we also were still able to get the GMC warranty. All in all it was a good buying experiance. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I had bought a 2013 transit connect XLT wagon from a Chevy dealer on Old Saybrook and had personally added on less than 900 miles on the vehicle. While looking for a reputable Ford dealership to have service my vehicle today and for years to come, I was told about Tasca Ford and it came highly recommended. I was not disappointed as Matt had the proper professionalism and customer service attitude. I was sold. I was very happy to be in a comfortable service lounge and and received a detailed run down of a comprehensive vehicle check up. I trust my future visits will be just as satisfying.

I've been using Morande/Tasca for years. The quality of service has definitely gone down. My wife and I have bought three cars from them and they had been our primary service techs. After a string of mishaps (battery installed incorrectly, a/c disconnected, long waits despite appointments, a thrice botched gas tank recall, and unauthorized work that required the dealerships compensation), my wife has sworn off them but I decided to give them one more chance. I made a service appointment for 3 pm and was basically told (at 2:30) that they wouldn't have time to do the work I requested. Perhaps this is true, but why does the online system allow you to make that appointment then? I understood and was told that that they could at least do my oil change that day. Well, when I left the dealership my car was not touched. The next day, I called for a status update and had to call 4 times before someone in the service department actually picked up. Everyone there is very nice, but there seems to be some miscommunication or a disconnect somewhere. After that fourth call I turned to my wife and said, "I'm done, too." It's really too bad as they are extremely convenient and my wife and I are both lifelong Ford owners in a family of Ford owners and former employees. Monaco, here we come!

The service staff was professional and friendly. I asked for an estimate on time and it was almost exact (at 2hr 17min/the estimate was 2.5hr). The redecorated lounge is very comfy and easy to pass the the time in. I would prefer something other than coffee as a beverage, but admit I didn't ask if there were other options.My one concern was the lack of respect for the handicapped parking spot, though it is clearly marked for handicapped usage only. Service personnel used it just like the rest of the spaces, for parking vehicles whose service was pending or complete.Lastly, the first time I brought my Escape in for service, I was told all service visits include a car wash. This was the second time in a row my little SUV came home dirty.

The 3yr. warranty on my 2013 vehicle was ending shortly so getting a free alignment check was high on the list for maintaining my Ford. Unfortunately for me, the alignment was off, so Tasca gave me a $25 discount on-the-spot for the service which they did right away.Experienced Drivers know through vehicle feedback, when the alignment is off, as the last time I drove on the highway the car was not tracking properly(pulling) around a high speed curve. I just needed it to be checked and verified which it was.Tasca is an outfit that doesn't beat around the bush and neither do they try to sell you something you don't need. My experience with Tasca Service is that they are extremely knowledgeable, competent,and honest, which is a rarity in car dealerships these days. I recommend them Highly!

I bought a used SUV from TASCA and just about everything has gone wrong with it since it left the lot. However, the 3 month bumper to bumper no deductible warranty has been a huge savior. They have put thousands of dollars into the truck. It has been a pain going back and forth for fixes, but thank god I didn't buy the car from a place that did not stand by the sale. I guess one could argue they could have checked the car out a lot better before putting it for sale, but the fact that they want to ultimately deliver a functioning car and make a happy customer puts my trust in them. Ashley in service had been top notch all the way.

He took us on the test drive and helped us build the Mustang Convertible that we wanted to order. When Marin finished with his customers, he took the time to take us to the back of the lot to see the color we were planning to pick on an Explorer so that we could be sure that we liked it. I went to Tesca Ford in Berlin, CT to purchase or lease a new mustang yesterday, (Sunday, Mar. 13, 2016). I looked at a few outside before a saleswoman came out to ask if I have any questions. I told her I have had three mustangs and I'm considering buying or leasing the 2016 model, either the ecoboost or the GT. I asked to drive both cars to compare them and asked her if we could run numbers on leasing vs. buying. She told me they don't like to let people drive the Mustangs because buyers want low mileage cars, so unless I'm planning to buy a car she can't let me test drive it. I explained that the few on the lot weren't the exact options I am looking for and said "I can't agree to buy a car I've never driven." I still want to drive both cars. She suggested I order one with those options and wait 12-16 weeks. She brings me inside and I sit down at her desk when she goes to the sales manager and asks him if we can take the mustang for a drive. She came back and said "unfortunately there are only two of us [salespeople] here today so I can't let you drive the Mustangs. WHAT?! I was showing serious interest! I asked her if there is another local Ford dealership and she had no answer, at which point I said "way to lose a sale" and walked out, completely unsatisfied, offended, and angry. I went to the next closest ford dealership 20 minutes away and they treated me with respect, let me test drive, and earned my business. Tesca management and sales should be ashamed. I hope they don't treat all their customers this way. I will be spreading the word about how bad my experience was. Thanks for wasting my time.

Jen Robey asked what was I looking for in a new car. We asked and answered many many questions. She looked on her computer to find what I wanted. I checked out two cars and did a test run on one of them. It was just what I needed and said that is the one. She then proceeded to explain all of the equipment on the dash board and repeated some of the items that I still had a questions about. It was a lot to remember. She said to call her any time to explain again if need be. She called me a couple days later to see if I liked my car.

Purchased new f550 dump truck last week, Matt R was my salesman and he literally did absolutely nothing throughout the entire sale. He had no information on the vihicle, told us NOTHING about it, everything we had to find on our own. Now we have a truck that costed $83,000 before taxes&fees that has 400 miles and brakes that squeak terribly and doesn't run right (intermittent stalling & knocking noise) come to find out they won't service any fords over f350's there...bottom line it was an awful experience and this salesman is to young and inexperienced to be working there, as was said by two other employees that know him. Won't ever go back

Saw a 2013 truck there late one afternoon , just what I was looking for .Went back the next morning , truck wasn't there. Went inside and was approached by Adsana Sayasith.I asked about the truck and he said he would check to see if it was sold. Turns out they used it to transportComputers to their Rhode Island location and it would be back in Berlin at 4:30 PM. I said OK And that I live5 minutes away. . I gave him my contact info and he said he would call when the truck arrived and that he wasThere till 8:00 PM. At 7:00PM I still had not been called so I called his Cell Phone ( he have me his card with the # ) and I left a voice mail wondering what happened to the truck and to call me back. That evening and the this morning No Call back. So at 10:00 this morning I drove to Crowley Ford in Plainville and was greeted byA wonderful lady that introduced me to a great salesmen named Tony. I saw a similar 2013 truck so Tony brought Out the key and showed me.. After a few months of looking for a very specific used vehicle using Internet search tools I had a "hit" on a car at Tasca. The salesman was extremely helpful in taking the time and reviewing my needs and matching that to the vehicle. The price was slightly better than KBB, and I pleasantly received more for my trade in than expected. They offered me a competitively priced (I shopped around online) Ford warranty plan, and the transaction overall was very smooth. The car was everything they (and Carfax) presented it to be and I was extremely satisfied driving off the lot.I'm an technologist and Internet shopper, so I'm put off by many sleezy car dealers that are still living in the 70's, but Tasca is a dealership I consider understands that the world has changed and has evolved accordingly by embracing things like shopping online and Carfax reports.

Came in to look at new F-150's, just starting my shopping experience (it takes me a while). Dealership was busy, but Kevin took the time to walk me through the truck, tell me about the product and the current incentives available. No pressure, just a great attitude to help me in making a decision. I'll be buying in the next few months, and am leaning towards the f-150. If you go, ask for Kevin. He's not your typical sleezy car salesman.

My car broke completely so i was in need of a new car fast! My sales person Kevin was great he went through many of the cars for me explaining about them what has what and so on! We ended up picking a used 2012 Honda Accord! We were a little worried since we've been trying to repair our credit that we'd actually get approved! But we did he was great when we were signing all the paper work making sure to explain everything for us since it was my first time buying a car! Even when Kevin wasn't there Jen was happy to help us making sure the car got cleaned and was ready for us the next day since I needed a car quickly! Everyone there were great and friendly! I literally just walked out of the Tasca Ford dealership in Berlin which is something I have never done. After test driving a 2014 leftover F150 I did the usual wait at the salesman's desk while he reviewed how to structure a deal with his manager. After 25 minutes he came back with a financing plan telling me that was the best deal for me. At the outset I clearly expressed that I was not interested in financing. I wanted to know the cost of the vehicle after dearler and the x-plan discount I am qualified for. They would not share those numbers. They also offered me $5000 for my trade which KBB values at $12400 stating there was a milegae discrepency with the carfax report. On the way home I stopped at another dealer who ran the carfax and received a clean report. These guys are not transparent and I suspect that they were not truthful about this carfax issue to try and reduce the trade value.

I had an amazing purchase experience. Dennis is very knowledgeable and was very receptive to all my questions. This was important to me because not only was I getting my first Hybrid, it was my first car other than a Camry in 26 years. The test drive was great and I went back a few weeks after to make the purchase. The Fusion Hybrid Energi is so much more advanced than my old car. It was great having someone know so much about the car. The finance personnel were also great and even pushed off lunch to get my paperwork done. I got a tour of the facility which I thought was very nice. I went in on a Friday. The car I wanted was at their other dealer in Cranston, RI. They picked it up the next day and was delivered to me on Monday. I am thrilled with my experience.

I had a check engine light come on in my car and was offered an appointment right away even though we had multiple snow storms and the service dept was extremely busy. I will not ever go back to this dealership. I dealt with Service Manager Mike who is the most condescending xxxxx ever. From the start I was lied to about rental cars. They said they offered rentals which turns out wasn't true. They accused me of damaging my brand new car and would not cover under warranty. They lied to my insurance company making false accusations, even my insurance company told me how preposterous there explanation of the damage was. They "misplaced" parts and made me wait longer until they received the new parts. Their service timer is relatively slow taking them three days to receive OEM Ford parts. Absolutely awful and I will do everything I can stop people from ever dealing with their service department. There is no worse feeling than feeling like your being taken advantage of and lied to so they can make more money because that is what happened to me.

Purchasing a vehicle is a very stressful task. They made our experience easier and pleasurable. Our first encounter was with Gary LaPointe, the manager who was absolutely excellent to deal with. Very professional and considerate. Larry Procopio became our sales consultant after he stepped forward to arrange for us to see a vehicle that was supposed to be ready for us to view but wasn't ready when we arrived. In no time he had the vehicle up front for us to view. He was very patient and let us take our time to take the vehicle for a test drive and check out the the computer system. He was not pushy and made us very comfortable, and was very knowledgeable with today's technology. We were able to contact Larry even on his day off to discuss concerns about picking up the vehicle.The day we picked up the vehicle we had to sign all the registration and financial paperwork. We met with Joe Sherrell who seamlessly put together all our paperwork and made our purchase a pleasure. He was a very intelligent, personable and organized financial adviser. Based on our experience and dealings with these individuals, we could honestly say that we would recommend Tasca to friends and family.

My experience at Tasca Ford was great. Jim was awesome working with when purchasing my vehicle: he was very friendly, very helpful, comfortable to be around. I couldn't ask for a better sales guy!!! Also, when I needed service done to my vehicle, the experience was a breeze from setting the appointment to getting the service that I needed done. The service guy by the name of Brian was very friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of humor. The owner was helpful in regards to my experience as well. Overall, I had a great experience at Tasca Ford and I would like to say enclosing that Jim and Brian went above and beyond, two great guys!!! Also, I would like to add that my experience with Tasca Ford is better then the experience that I had with Honda of Groton, CT.

This is a quick review of my visit to the Berlin ct tasca ford. The car shown on the website for Berlin turns out is located in Rhode Island, which should in my opinion be told on the website. So a similar vehicle was on the showroom floor, which, of course can't be test driven. I asked about the 2000 rebate shown on the website and was told I needed to start the buy process to find out if I am eligible. My trade in was then evaluated by, I guess, the financial guy. After which I was offered ~26000 on a 44900 dollar four month old vehicle with 6400 miles on it. I asked for my vehicle keys back and left. Do not go to this dealership, much much better ford dealers in the surrounding area that won't take you for a fool. I was not told anyone's name from the dealership so I just checked off someone below.

Don't know where to start. I dropped the car off on a wednesday night with the hope of getting it back by Saturday. Things started off good. Was told to rent a car and rental fee would be taken off car. So monday came and car was not done. Got a call Monday night at 5pm telling me not ready, hopefully Tuesday. Now I have to scramble to get to work at 4am. Tuesday came and went. Got a call wednesday night , 5pm, saying car not ready hopefully Thursday. Again I have to scramble to get to work at 4am. Pattern went on all week. Friday night came and was told I would get a call Saturday to let me know whats going on. Never Happened. Stranded again. Different issues with car. Always something. Brought car to Ford because I thought Ford could fix a Ford. Monday came and I was told car would be ready "realistically" on Wednesday, and that I would get a call on Tuesday. Never got one until I had to call at quitting time. Finally got car 2 weeks later and had to pay for a car that wasn't even fixed. I understand cars are cars and you run into problem but the customer service part of it was HORRIBLE. Everyday left scrambling to find a waty to work because of no calls till to late.

When the dealership was sold, I was very concerned as we buy tires, brakes, oil changes, general maintenance reglarly scheduled through Bill! He is the only reason we have not gone elsewhere. He is very knowledgeable about all cars, parts, et. He is trust worthy, and a man of honor, courteous, and a great human being! We would not trust our vehicles to any one but Bill!

Had looked at used Focus's here before, just never clicked with one or the sales person till I met Pete. From the moment I met him on the lot, he had a lets get you the right car mentality, not pushy at all. He took his time, answered all my questions and was never in a hurry to close the deal, which I do not like. The funny thing is, he made me feel so comfortable that I actually did something I had never done before, bought the car the same day. I drive Fords. A 92' F-150 Custom, an 02' F-150 Supercrew, and yesterday I climbed into my third Ford truck, a 2013 F-150 Supercrew. The trucks have come a long way in a relatively short time, each a bigger and better improvement than its predecessor. Ford is progressive that way. Maybe that's why the F-150 is the number one selling truck out there! That same progressiveness is also found in the several Ford dealerships I have visited in the last twenty or so years. Each time I have purchased a truck has been a better experience than the previous. And the best purchase, trade-in, customer service, value and overall confidence that I have found came yesterday at Tasca Ford of Berlin, CT. The dealership, though relatively new to the area, is very well known throughout New England. And if Tasca becomes the number one selling Ford dealership in Connecticut it will have Rick Miller and Luis Sanchez to thank for the accolades!! I met with Rick to discuss trading in my 2002 Supercrew and he could not have been more reasonable, responsive and realistic. He understood exactly what I was looking for in the new truck. A new 2013 that is. He did not attempt to push anything other than making the best deal, with the most rebates, and BEST offer on my 02' trade with 123,000 miles. Both Rick and Luis did what it took to make this purchase the best experience yet. They were easy to reach and quick to respond with straight answers to all of my questions. If they did not know the answer, they found it, and got back to me fast! The service I received between these two was nothing short of outstanding. I do not buy vehicles often. And I never post anything on line. But great work and "say what you mean" salesmanship like this should be recognized. You must first know that I bought my car at another dealership becuase I live in Hamden CT, I plan to move 20 minutes south, and Morande Ford is 20 minutes north of here. This was the only reason I bought my car elsewhere.I weeded out dealers by getting quotes online. Jack Fino beat the competition by $2000. I then called him and found him to be respectful, willing to answer my questions over the phone, and most importantly he did not try to pressure me with BS that I had to go to the dealership to get a better deal. Most other places/salesmen do not operate this way.This triggered my visit to Morande Ford. I wanted to see if Jack was the real deal, and he was. He answered my questions striaightfowardly, he took me on a test drive and sat in the back quietly and limited himself to answering my questions. Other salesmen tend to go on and on about how great the car is and how bad their competitors are. I actually bad mouthed one of Jack's competitors but he said he could not comment because that is not how he works.I would highly recommend working with Jack Fino at Morande Ford.
