Friendly and professional personnel I dealt with and met, including the dealership's president/owner. We got to a point in the sales negotiation, where the salesman (Marcus) told me that their offer is as low as they can go per his manager. I was pushing for about $1500 less then what I was offered for a total packet. Mr. Olliges took the contract, and subsequently approved the sale for what I had offered. Mr. Marcus helped me with pairing our cell phones, set the garage opener, and along continued to be helpful.

I was treated like a VIP. Dawn listened to my concerns regarding the back door safety latches and made sure that when my great-grandchild travels with me she will be safe in my back seat. I was offered coffee, etc. and shown where to wait and offered a shuttle home if I didn't want to wait. They kept me up-to-date on what they were doing with my vehicle and it was just a really nice experience.

I pulled in, unexpectedly, and asked if someone could check out a bluetooth problem. Dan (service advisor) came out and explained that all the service techs had gone home, but that he would try to help me. He attempted to connect my bluetooth for several minutes. He then told me to come in any day when the service techs were there so I could be helped. I dropped in, again, and he came right out, and did the appropriate paperwork, bought me a cup of coffee. When the sync problem was remedied, he came over and checked it out thoroughly, so there was no question that all was well. Excellent service by this gentleman who is an asset to your dealership. I might also mention that every employee I came in contact with that day was extremely helpful and courteous! I came away quite pleased and told several friends. Thanks, Dan!

My 86 year old mother has a 2007 Lincoln MKZ and lives in California. She was visiting Las Vegas to attend a funeral of a close family friend. Her engine light came on as she drove here and we took the car over to Team Ford and upon arrival we were greeted by Samantha McKendall. My mother was very confused about what was happening to her automobile and also that it was happening in another state far from her usual dealer. Samantha was the perfect representative to greet her. She was calm and assuring and made my mother feel at ease and as if she were at her own dealership. She explained the process, offered us coffee and a clean, comfortable environment and a rental car so that we could handle our difficult situation. He called and updated us on what was happening and gave us an explanation of the charges. I am so glad that I found this dealership and Samantha because I know this will be the last car my mom will purchase and when she moves to Las Vegas to live near me, she will have a trusted dealer that cares about not only her vehicle, but her well-being. Haven't had the best experience with the service department. I feel like they are slammed with cars and not able to communicate effectively . Everytime I call, no one answers , when my car was done I was the one to call and find out . No one called to tell me .. Well they did two days later after I already picked the vehicle up to tell me to come get my vehicle .. That was already in my possession. Only answer I can get when I ask what is wrong with my car is "I'm not sure ask your service advisor " .. My service advisor is the hardest person to get a hold of probably because they are busy but this service is not the best . Took two days to even look at my car as well. Should've just told me come back in two days . I made an appointment so I expected they weren't slammed and needed two days to even diagnose the car . It was just sitting there for two days! A little aggravated .

Augustin Archibeque, who works in your service department, provided premiere service. He listened attentively to my questions and my explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle, thereby leading to a corrective solution. He was friendly, quick, and analytical taking extra time with me on a long drive in my vehicle to deduce the source of my truck's corrective needs. Moreover, the time required to do this was reduced to only half a day and the cost was less than estimated. I was impressed.

Luu was great and I have zero issue with the service I received this time. My issue lay with Ford as a manufacture and not standing behind their vehicles. I do not want to hear that the problem was resolved because it will re appear in 6k-10k miles. This is completely unacceptable and is disheartening and also scary that Ford continues to not 100% address this issue.

Dan Lawson, our service advisor was so helpful and extremely kind, caring, and quick to help us and our car get on the road again. We drove to Vegas from California for our annual Vegas vacation and our 2014 Escape decided to have transmission issues on our way. While limping our car to Vegas, we called several Ford dealerships and they all told us that it was at least a 2 week wait to even diagnose our vehicle. We were supposed to drive home Monday and were not able to wait the 2 weeks, but if we didn't go to the dealership we knew there was a possibility we may not make it back to CA with our car in it's condition. Once we called Dan at Team Ford he told us if we could make it there our car could at least be diagnosed the next day. He texted us the address and rental car phone number. We were able to make it there, get a rental, and be back on schedule with our Thursday evening plans thanks to Dan and Team Ford. Luckily it was found that our computer needed to be reprogrammed and after that our car was good to go. Dan called us by 10 a.m. Friday morning letting us know our car was all done and that that cost was actually less than our deductible. I cannot say enough great things about Dan and Team Ford and I even told Dan I would have just purchased a new car if California would have let me bring it back, but they won't due to the emissions. Thank you, thank you Team Ford for providing us with great customer service, going above and beyond, and for taking care of us! An event that could have ruined our vacation turned into a minor hiccup thank to everybody's diligence at Team Ford!

We told them the numbers we wanted and that's what they did first time! No funny business. We knew the vehicle we wanted and we were not shown stuff we we didn't want to try to Up sale us. I enjoyed the buying process and the people I worked with. The product (F-150) is excellent and I'm happy with it. Mark, our sales agent, was a wealth of knowledge on features, engines, etc. Mark gave us a full walk-thru when we took possession. Douglas the sales manager was excellent! Doug is straight-forward, and everything he does moves the relationship forward. I felt I could trust him to be fair with friends and family I send. I enjoyed working with him and look forward to working again with him in the future. He knows his craft.

We own a 2010 Mustang and love it. When the air bag issue surfaced and there was immediate solution we crossed our fingers and hoped it would get resolved. We drove it carefully and sparingly. A year later, I spoke with Lou and was told the parts were being sent out sparingly BUT he (and the service manager) got us on the Team Ford list. A little over a week later and we can drive our Mustang without worry. Thanks Lou and Team Ford Service!

The service department provides hassle-free, quick service. There is also a courtesy shuttle if you want to drop your car off and come back. The buying process is entirely too long. The haggling over the price takes too many back and forth trips to the sales manager for approval.

I loved the whole no nonsense buying experience. I explained to Rob during our first phone conversation that I really dislike car shopping and explained why. That very night he sent me an online quote for a vehicle and at that point it was pretty much a done deal for me. I liked the price and especially the fact that Rob told me that most of this purchase could be done via online or phone calls. Tom was equally pleasant to deal with. I only spent a little over an hour at the dealership to complete the purchase and that was very important to me. In the past, I've spent half a day trying to buy a new car and it was exhausting. This is my first new Ford vehicle and this buying process will definitely be forefront in my mind when the day comes to buy again. Thank you Team Ford!!

Dan the Service man was very professional. He was concerned with our needs to whether we should drive the car or not due to the circumstances, he put us in a rental until he can get confirmation from the manufacturer. Was very helpful in explaining what the recall was all about. Very good service.

The location is very convenient, right off the highway. The variety of Ford cars/suv was great. I found what I was looking for in several colors. The options were great. I like that they have their own financing company through Ford. The salesperson, Rolando, was super informative and nice. Not pushy at all. I arrived in time for my appointment. Service people were there to greet us and taking cars as fast as they could. I was asked to described anything that I wanted checked in addition to the service I came for. The service person was very polite and professional. She told me how long it would take and gave me a loaner so that I would not be inconvenienced. The loaner car was ready and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. I appreciated not having to wait there and to be given a nice new loaner car. I actually like my car better than the upgraded loaner. Since I have owned my Lincoln, I have received the best service ever from everyone at Team Ford. From Sales, Finance, to service, it has been the best experience that I have ever experienced from a car dealership. Your service people are attentive and writing down whatever I said, paying attention to detail. Nobody at your dealership has ever tried to explain away anything I said or questioned.

Salesman (Brandon) was not pushy. We were just looking around the used car lot waiting for our Fusion to get serviced. He got the key to open the lock boxes when my wife asked to look inside a few cars. Casually, without any pressure my wife, not the salesman pushed me to purchase the car. Mario in financing was great. He made the document preparation painless. Explained all the extras I could get in a way that made sense for me to obtain. Great team.When I came back the next day with a minor problem with the vehicle, Dan explained that the backlog was about 3 hours and suggested I make an appointment for the following week; which I will do on Monday. All my experiences with Team Ford have been GREAT!

I worked with one sales representative throughout the entire process. I really appreciate not being "double teamed" or handed off. When it was time to complete the credit application there was a smooth transition. And I was done - from the first greeting, through the test drive, and purchase completed - in 3 hours. I worked with Jeremy Zito the entire time over the phone and he helped me pick a car and get approved all over the phone. All I had to do was come in and pick up the car. Jeremy was very professional and helped me every step of the way.

Everyone at the dealership was professional, courteous went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience Jeremy he was my sales person..he was wonderful he always return my calls in a timely manner and answered text messages as soon as he received the. Jeremy is a credit to your company. Bob in financing was also wonderful he explained everything thoroughly to..took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I had all the documents necessary to finance my loan..as a team they made it happen for me. I have bought many cars over the years..this was by far one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had buying a car. From my first call the on asking for information about the promotion. I had a very good feeling about your dealership. I will telling all my friends and family about your dealership. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. Mark Wilson was very helpful and willing to do his best to get me where I wanted to be at with payments. He was very informative on all of the vehicles and very friendly. EVERYTHING! After many, many years and car deals and loan with Ford, Team Ford continues to live up to the highest level of standards and customer service as always!!!! Had a new sale rep for the first time in years and Johnathan was outstanding to work with. Made us feel that our time was valuable.
