After a very long time shopping for a new car, trying out almost every make of small crossover SUV, I finally found "the one" in the Hyundai Tucson. Had never really considered a Hyundai but after much research I found they've come a long way and had all the features I wanted for a good value. Good power, fun to drive, reasonable fuel economy and great infotech. It's a minor feature, all things considered, but the beautiful panoramic moonroof really set it apart. Great test driving and buying experience at Hyundai of Bend.

I believe this was one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but the end result as to my satisfaction. The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and sales person to anyone.

I really enjoy my new Tucson Sport. It's classy looking, and fun to drive. I had done lots of online research before visiting Team Hyundai so I knew what I wanted. Aaron was very helpful in telling me even more about the car, and taking me on the test drive. He made me feel valuable as a customer, and when I've returned he remembered me by name and made everything easy. I continue to discover things about the Tucson that I really like, especially the audio system, and all the little compartments here and there for keys, cups, sunglasses, coins, etc. The car has a lot of zip and feels very sturdy and safe. I definitely recommend a Tucson!

Was treated to a professional sales experience with Aaron and Jason all the way through the process. I was product oriented and changed my mind a couple of times. They showed me and let me test drive the different types of vehicles. Over a several week period of looking all over at vehicles, I decided on a nice sedan they had. Very satisfied with this car and with the deal. They were attentive, but never pushy through out. Most dealers I went to were inattentive and lackadaisical in their approach. One dealer said " the doors are all unlocked, look around". I did, then left. Whatever dude. This isn't fast food. I need to be well informed and treated with a little respect at least. Anyway, the product is great and the dealership is top notch. They made what can be a very difficult process very pleasant and satisfying for me.

My shopping for a vehicle is of a nature that I wish to have the facts, the options, and the decision. This shopping experience could not have been better. A phone call...a visit...a very expedient response of options available and best vehicle choice while staying in my stated perimeters. A call one day....and the car delivered to my home three hours away by 1:00PM the next day. Wow! Couldn't be more pleased!

I love my new car it works great for my commute and it really works for my vehicle needs . I was very specific about color and price and As a college student Jason help make it all come together and I look forward to many years with my Elantra and when it comes time to get a bigger car I know where to start my search .

These guys were FANTASTIC! I own a 2007 hyundai elantra and took it in to get a couple of minor recalls performed. One of the recalls could not be performed because of a problem with a wiring harness. The wiring harness was no easy fix due to federal law because it controlled the airbag system. The service manager, Rob Manning, called me and expressed the issue and told me that he wanted to plead the case to hyundai about doing the repair at their expense, even though the vehicle was over warranty at 110,000 miles. He made the case for me and hyundai agreed to pay for the entire repair, about $4500. I was and am amazed at the level of customer care and professionalism at Hyundai of Bend. I don't usually write reviews but every once in a while you get a level of customer care that goes so far beyond your expectations that I felt that this is the absolute least that I could do. Thank you, thank you, thank Rob Manning and all of the service department at Hyundai of Bend. I will absolutely be recommending Hyundai and specifically Hyundai of Bend to anyone and everyone. Oh and one last thing, I had a door handle on the passenger side of the car that broke and I mentioned that I wanted it priced out to get repaired while they had it in the shop. They told me they would look into it for me and I didn't hear anything back for a few days. The next thing I know, they sent me an email that said my car was ready and they went ahead and fixed the door handle at no charge. Incredible!!

If you go in there to buy the 2012 F250 your in for a serious mistake.. Check the car fax. This is an acquired company by Kiefer Nissan of Portland who is even more shady and ripped me off thousands of dollars. The truck is in bad shape from the motor to the rear end. The truck was sold to me with a warranty knowing that it was declined to be sold at a previous dealership before. I was lucky to get another truck out of the deal but lost all of my equity in the trade in due to their screw up. Basically they are selling junk.

My whole experience with Hyundai was the best. As I explained in my last survey, the buying of a brand new vehicle was a 100% success due to a great man that Hyandai has on their team, Dwayne Maneval. Our first experience w/ Smolich was Lovely in 2010... The next purchase was to say the least hugely disappointing(2014, and decided to try one last time as we wanted to trade up. OMG, What horrible people. Not knowledgable, tried to trick and deceive. We ran out of there Horrible place. We ended up going all the way to Medford. thumbs down for sure.

I recently took my dodge magnum to there dodge dealership/ shop and paid them 600 dollars to replace my crank shaft because that is what they said the problem was. Well they replaced it and the problem is still there and in order for me to take it back to them I have to pay again! How is that fair that I have to pay again and again because they cant diagnose the car properly and on top of that the car caught on fire so I took the car to them and it took them a week and a half and 1500 dollars later to find the problem and then while the vehicle was in there possession the trunk latch broke and they refuse to fix it unless I paid for it! What the xxxx! I feel like my car is more broken since I took it to them then it was in the first place. And I talked to the manager while a guy named Andrew which I believe he is one of the owners sat in the room and fed me a bunch of crap about how they would look into the broken latch on the trunk which never got done! I will never recommend dodge or Smolich for that matter! I think they mess up your car and try to cover there xxx. I would give them a negative star if I could!

I'll never buy from smolich again. They did a great job of hiding many problems w/my h3 Hummer. Bad breaks, shocks, cv axels. Total cost of repairs:1000+. Don't forget the car FAX!

Very bad buying experience at this dealer. My ex bought a used vehicle (2009 Santa Fe) on the dealers promise this car would get 21 mpg city or better. The only reason she wanted to trade in her 2005 Titan LE was the gas mileage. The Titan was still a very nice ride but would get 13 mpg city, she needed 20mpg city or better. The Santa Fe turned out to get 15 mpg city and when she complained they were not willing to undo the deal. In the end she had to trade in the Santa Fe for another, better mpg car and lost thousands on the deal.

We were not looking forward to purchasing a car but were immediately put to ease by Vinnie, who was delightful to work with. Paul with financing was kind and did not make us feel uncomfortable with our less than perfect credit. Jesse handled the paperwork and made, what could have been a mundane experience, a relatively painless and enjoyable one. We took the car to Honda before we left for a road trip and they gave me a list of things to be done totaling $500. I called the Smolich service department and spoke with Brian, who told to me to bring it in and he would look at it. We looked at the fluids together and I saw that they were clean, he then went above and beyond and answered my many questions with patience and kindness. I drove away feeling happy and confident about our recent purchase. Thank you to a great team!

Going through Yolanda and Smolich was a great experience for my wife and I. I initially emailed Smolich to get an idea on a Veloster because I wanted an efficient hatchback for a car. I received an email from Yolanda explaining that they had one of those in stock, but I thought it was a little out of my price range. She then recommended the Accent hatchback and this one was definitely within my price range. I set up an appointment and Yolanda was there to meet us. We were there for about 3 hours overall (which is probably normal for a dealership), but we received a great lease deal for our car. The people here were not pushy at all, they were pleasant to deal with and respectable. It's always gratifying to have a salesman/saleswoman that truly cares about the customer and Yolanda was definitely that. Thank you to Hyundai Smolich Motors for such an awesome and painless experience! We appreciate you!
