As soon as me and my girlfriend walked into the dealership we were greeted by a genuine car buying experience. The sales representative Joe Romano was as informative as we've encountered. He made sure we were educated and that the car made sense for all parties involved. Although she was not the happiest about letting her first car go we were both extremely pleased with giving our business to such a genuine person. The team at Team Nissan were very professional and personable and even kept us updated with the Monday night football score.

I went in to buy a car from Javi Pagan my salesperson and he went ahead and gave me a great deal on a Nissan Versa! I would most certainly come back for another vehicle!

Found a Nissan Maxima that looked flawless in the pictures. I called ahead of time as I was a little over an hour away from the dealership. I asked if there were any major problems with the vehicle before I drive an hour to see it. The lady told me no, but there were a few small things that the sale rep would point out to me when I got there. Drove an hour up there to find out the the fender wells were rusted out to no end. The camera guy can do his job very well and knows how to work his angles. Pictures were very deceiving.

I took my car in for warranty work and was told I needed new rotars and brake pads. I had just replaced them the week before. When I told them that they said they were out on wrong and ruined. When I picked up car I took it to a third party repair shop and was told everything was fine and that it was impossible to install them the wrong way. I called Nissan because the problem under warranty wasn't fixed. She sent me to Turnersville Nissan. They determined the master cylinder was installed wrong by Team Nissan and ruined the booster, Nissan did have Turnersville Nissan correct the problem. They also stated that the brakes and pads were fine. I would recommend anyone needing Nissan service to avoid Team Nissan. I highly recommend Turnersville Nissan they were by far superior to Team Nissan and not a crook. STEER clear of service at Team Nissan after talking to people about what happened to me I have heard other people having the seem type experiences.

My husband and I went to this dealership to check out a used Nissan Versa. We were comfortable with the salesman, Chris; he was nice, and professional. And we were interested in the car. Then, the Finance Manager (I forget his name) came over to speak with us and something about him just rubbed me the wrong way. I can't figure out what it was exactly, just a gut feeling. Anyway, we made an offer, which turned out to be less than he was willing to accept. And I didn't want to meet his price, so we just didn't end up purchasing the car. Anyway, that was my experience at this dealership. UPDATE: After considering their price, and the quality of the car, we decided that it was a good deal. We had another car in mind from another dealership, but the one from Team Nissan was the better of the two deals. So, we purchased the car after all. I'd also like to add that out of the dozen or so salesmen we came into contact with during our car search, Chris was the most likable and professional one we met.

A few months ago I brought my 2008 Altima coupe to your establishment to be checked out by tow truck provided by the Nissan service. The car kept losing battery connection and wouldn't stay on. There was a employee who introduced him self as the parts manager who took delivery of my keys and car. At this time we asked for a rental so I can get back and forth from school and work, and his response got real nasty saying I haven't even looked at the car yet you can't get a rental for 3 days after showing my disagreement his response was f**k this I'm not dealing with this sh*t. After that I went inside and spoke to the sales manager and made my complaint about the employee who claimed to be a manager(Bryan) and the manager claimed he be able to help but yet gave me the run around so I asked him if he could transfer my car to Woodbury Nissan since there customer service is to some standards. After this incident he said he can't transfer the car but he will ensure first thing in the morning the car will be checked out. We left believing him so 12 in the afternoon rolls around the next day and I had someone bring me to Nissan to find my car in the same place Parked. So I walked in and ask was the diagnosis finished I need a vehicle and another manager comes to me and says we don't have the keys you must have taken them home. I explained to him Bryan took delivery of the car and the keys when the tow truck brung it and I have several witnesses. He states well I have to pay for another key I lost the key Bryan never had the key is what he told me after he text Bryan who quote on quite called off that day. So I went inside to the same sales manager and expressed my dissatisfaction and he ensure me don't worry we will replace the key as the other manager was so admit that I took the key. Magically as everyone frantic looking for the key that I refuse to pay for it shows up this is only after me stating that now I want my car transferred out of her this place is a joke does 5 minutes later the same manager (Greg) come out and say we found the key that (Bryan) and (Greg) claim they never received. Not only if I was naive but careless I would have gave Nissan and extra 100 dollars for there mistake and they would have profited. Now to my car diagnosis prior to the car being brought in myself another individual and the tow truck guy check for leaks all the fluids and any loose wires before hooking the car to the tow truck everything was in tact the car would start but would lose power as it did while with the tow truck service. Nissan takes car in the bay and tells me they will give me a call in a hour approximately 3 hours goes by and no phone call so I give them a call. As I call them his response to me was when the last time you received a oil change which he was referring to a minieke sticker on the window that was referring to 2013 which I told him a few months prior I did my own oil change which I went synthetic which me and a personal mechanic did. He states to me that there was no oil in the car and the motor is seized. At this time I got someone to drop me back off in when I went in he states that his tech check the vehicle and there was no oil the dip stick was dry. I stated to him the 1 the oils was recently changed to synthetic so I know that's impossible 2 myself and two other check the fluids before the car was brought in. His response was are you trying to say we drained your oil. I said it's funny because I didn't state that but yet you did guilty conscious. At this point he states will there nothing to do for you but change your motor. He states since its on lack of care your warranty will be voided. So I take my car out of the knowing this. As I get a chance to talk to the tech that Greg tells me checked the car he states he never checked it he just watched the other tech who did but he a good tech. So I took me car home without having it fixed and Nissan deeming it (seized motor) due to owner. A month goes by which brings us he know after talking to another family friend who a Nissan mechanic he ask me to check the Fuse Box holder link connector which I did and surely there was a connector that was broken and he states that's the reason why you lose power so after fixing that little spot a car that Nissan deemed wouldn't turn on due to a (seized Motor) turn right on without hesitation. If a cars motor was seized it wouldn't even roll over. If a car gets connection issue same thing would happen. After fixing this issue with a simple fix and almost getting scammed into Nissan putting in a new motor which was a 4000 job I used some common sense and said no the issue was fixed I am writing this to show my disgust with your establishment after my family has bought more than 6 vehicle here Nd friends have bought more than 10 vehicle here upon are recommendations we will never shop in your establishment again I rather give your competitor the cash then give money to a dishonest organization. I will share my story with every and anyone who mentions the word Nissan or even purchasing a vehicle. I hope your satisfied with your work and the loss of customers.Lenmarve Mcintosh856-524-4455lenmarvemcintoshatyahoo.com Sent from my iPhone

Inquired here at Team Nissan for a SUV that caught my attention. Rick D. was happy to take care of me and quickly showed me the Rogue SUV I was interested in. The price was right and the Rogue had everything I needed. I told Rick I only had $3000 to work with and very poor credit. It was not a problem for Rick and the Team Nissan personnel. They found me a great deal with affordable payments and I've been completely satisfied!

I was shopping for 2 years trying to decide about purchasing an Nissan and I came across Team Nissan in Vineland, New Jersey. I was speaking with Alicia Keys and I said I would be in to look at a 2011 Nissan Pre-Owned Altima . I took it for test drive and really loved how well it handled. We got back and the price was worked out and the monthly payment as well. I took it home that night and love it. I will return to Team Nissan to purchase other Nissan's in the near future.

I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima SL for 23,000 it had 19 miles- I have had it for a little over 6 months- it now has less than 6,000 miles on it and had nothing but problems. I HAVE CHIPS in my paint , not due to the environment but was diagnosed just that which is ridiculous - I took it in Monday and they said my power steering went bad waited for parts brought it in yesterday ( Wednesday) and they read of 6 different things wrong , Now my car is making louder noise than before, I checked and NO power steering fluid in it- NONE WHAT SO EVER .. This SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. if I wanted this head ache I would of kept my crappy old car- I am disgusted and frustrated. and I am getting the blame - Nissan wants to take no responsibility BC they al ready got their money... THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.... Now I can not drive my car and it is thanksgiving... and I have a young child which I scared to drive my car... Something must be done....

I wanted to Thank You and the Team for making my purchase so easy and convenient. I lost my old pick up truck in an accident thru no fault of my own. You made it possible to walk in with no down payment and no trade in, and drive off in a better truck than I had. I was back on the road in 3 days. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Team Nissan and I couldn't be more pleased with the service you provided. Please pass on my Thanks and appreciation to Alicia, Chuck, and Chris for their professional approach to solving my problem. See you next time I need a car or truck. Sincerely Appreciative, Jim McElwee

We recently bought a pre-owned 2010 Kia Soul from this dealership a little over a week ago and we are very satisfied with it. Our salesman, Harry, was very helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns, including offering a very fair price for the vehicle. We would definitely buy another car from this dealership in the future.

Tim and Scott made the process very easy. I shopped every dealership within 50 miles and Team came back with the best price by far. Everything was arranged via the phone so when my wife and I showed up we had paperwork to fill out and that was it. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. This included the time for Tim (salesman) to set my wife's phone up in the car and go through all of the features with her. The dealership did not have the all weather floor mats in stock but they ordered & delivered them to us after we had returned from a vacation. I could ask for a better overall experience. I have owned Nissan's before so I was aware of the product I was buying. I was very upfront when I called the dealership I told them what I was looking for and I gave them one opportunity to give me the best price. I did the same with about 6 other dealers in both NJ & PA. Team came back with the best price and never pressured me to come in to discuss anything unlike other dealers. I left the dealership feeling like I got the better side of the deal which is rare when it comes to buying a car.

About (3) weeks before my purchase my prior vehicle broke down and the service manager pulled over to offer me assistance. Then because of age and other issues I needed to replace my vehicle. I visited Team Nissan and decided to continue my search for a used vehicle. After dealing with spray painted bumpers, a flood car and private seller market I became very fustrated. I then received a telephone call from Jared who followed up and encouraged me to return to Team Nissan. That was when the "Team" kicked in with the assistance of Brian Dunlevyand Scott I was able to find a great (1) owner used vehicle (with maintenance records) and was able to purchase it a great price.

Absolutely horrible. This was my first time buying a new car, they completely jacked the price up on the car and screwed me in the end. They also told me they were going to fix some things and they never did. They did not care about you, just as long as they got a car out. I would never purchase a car from them again! I do not recommend to anyone to even purchase a car to them. They are snakes.

I purchased a car on my birthday and less than a hour later decided that I did not want the car! The next morning I explained my irrational decision and Chris refused to unwind the deal! My feelings were never taken into consideration! I explained to him that I work very hard for my money and would love to spend it on a vehicle that I love! He did not care and said a deal is a deal! This dealership doesn't even deserve a star at all for their rating! The WORST customer service I have received from this dealership. Bought a 06 Murano with 61000 miles four months ago already am having to fork out THOUSANDS of dollars for a transfer case. This is a known issue for the AWD Muranos...google it! We contacted the Nissan Corporation because Don at Team Nissan said there was nothing they could do. The Nissan Corporation who tried to mediate with Vineland Nissan and this dealership is refusing to fix this faulty part or even help with the $3300 cost! I attempted to call them again myself and have YET to get a call back from Don or Scott! Team Nissan of Vineland does NOT stand behind their cars. So eager to take your money, but not willing to help when they sell you a faulty vehicle. Customer retention is NOT a priority, but taking your money is! They left a bad taste in our mouths and we will NOT be buying another Nissan from this dealership EVER.

This place doesn't like to sell cars. I've gone out of my way to try and get info on an IS300. After multiple calls and emails, I finally did get somebody, but it was in regards to an 2011 Altima. Another rep couldn't care less, and just 'yessed' me on everything. Very frustrating. I even tried on a second occasion a week later, but this time not even a response. They don't like to sell cars. I only had a few questions about the car before I committed to a 40 mile drive with 15k cash. Meh, not my loss. I've heard elsewhere that they're pretty shady. Look elsewhere. Buyer beware.

I JUST FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON THEM.. MAKE SURE YOU DO THE SAME IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIEDI would not give this dealership the time of day.. They scammed and deceived me and my father on a car purchase and I would warn anyone else to think twice. My father wanted to purchase his end-of-lease car to give to me and Team Nissan told him that he had to go through them to purchase. After the contract was signed, he was then told and confirmed by Nissan Corp that he could have bought the vehicle directly from them to avoid the dealer fees. I was charged over $500 in dealer fees. (they didn't even clean the car)

So I just bought a used truck from Team Nissan... Over all the truck is great... I worked with a guy named Chuck who was nice and worked with me on getting the deal done... I also worked with a guy named Don who was his supervisor... Pros: The guys are nice... I had already known what truck I wanted to buy as I had done some research on web sites... Cars.com etc... Cons: Waiting Waiting Waiting More Waiting... I worked out a good deal on a decent truck... I went thru all the hoops getting the price and payments and everything else worked out then when it was sent to Don he could not get any of there banks to approve the deal cause it was a 2001 not a 2002... So I had to pay cash... So I went down to the credit union and took a loan out for the amount of the truck called TEAM NISSAN back and asked them to fax some paper work over I was told that would take 20 mins... An hour later no paper was faxed over... I called back they said it would be faxed over... 20 mins later it was faxed... Truly out of sight out of mind... When I returned with my cashiers check I was asked to wait while they figured out some paper work and helped other people I was told it would take 20 mins another hour later still no help... I could see a few guys talking and B.S. in an office for about 20 mins while chuck helped another customer but no one helped me for over an hour I waited sitting there cash in hand waiting waiting waiting waiting... I was forced to wait while guys talked trash about sports and other trivial stuff instead of being helped close to two hours finally I grabed a guy and got the vin number and some info for my ins... about 2 and a half hours later I was sitting with the finance guy filling out more paper work that took longer than I was told again... All and all I would say they are decent over there but they have no respect for you or your time... I was treated as tho I should be managed and forced to wait to when it was convenient for them to interrupt there busy day to deal with me instead of being treated with respect and prompt service... I was also promised a bow for my new truck that was then laughed about as it was said chuck could not give away a pen much less a bow... So all and all good deal but they need to work on treating there customers like an asset and less of an annoyance they have to put up with in order to make money... Again NO RESPECT... Felt ignored and as tho I was disturbing there day by asking them to sell me a car... Instead of being treated as tho I was an asset as a customer... If you are looking to buy new Go somewhere else... If you have already found the car you want and its on there lot be prepared to wait a lot... Maybe pack a lunch bring a tent a be prepared to camp out... SERIOUSLY...

When I negotiated a price for my van, the dealer took out his calculator, calculated the pennsylvania tax and agreed that the final price would include the PA tax. Before signing the papers I asked if the tax would included and was told that it was. When I finally got my title after waiting for two and a half weeks for them to release it, I went to get the van registered in PA. I was then told, that no taxes had been payed, and that there had been no need to get a $200 title from team nissan in NJ. My total fee was $890.52. The auto tags worker told me that the dealership's behavior was "a shame". When I called them, I was spoken to aggressively and hung up on. The salesperson initially said that he remembered agreeing on including the tax, and then changed his story to say he never agreed on it, and then to say that he "thought" it was included. I unfortunately was duped into signing papers where the tax said "N/A" which means that I am now out for the tax money and paying for a new title. These people are crooks. If you go to them, be very careful to read the fine print.
