Sherry, the saleslady that I worked with did an excellent job. Sherry happens to be my neighbor and convinced me to go to Terry's instead of another Ford Dealer. After I had test driven 2 vehicles, I decided on a 2015 Ford Taurus. I cannot describe what an awesome car that is. I have never enjoyed driving a car as much as this one. I did not trade in a vehicle, I drove my truck home, and Sherry picked me up and drove me back to Terry's to pick up my new car. That's over 26 miles out of her way. She has really done a great job with customer service.

The problem I had a couple of days later with the vehicle was taken care of in a professional manner and solved the problem with the vehicle the same day as the call, which I TRULY appreciated. A lot less pressure when searching. Very knowledgeable head of sales who presented opportunity and options to consider when shopping. I did purchase a Ford-F150 extremely quickly but I honestly am surprised that I don't have regrets and I love my truck. We purchased a 2016 Explorer. Janet was excellent!! She answered all our questions, was extrememly energetic, friendly and very knowledgable about the explorer. Delivery of the explorer was efficient and very timely. Janet introduced us to the service department and explained the process of servicing our new vehicle. This has never happened at prvious ford dealerships. Janet followed up with a call a few days after we received our explorer to see if we had any questions or concerns. We are extremely happy with Janet and Terry's Ford of Peotone.

My family and I visited several Ford dealerships in the area to find availability and pricing on Fusion and C-Max energy hybrids. We walked away from the others (including Currie Motors, which was the absolute worst!) due to the time and effort it took just to get simple questions answered; questions like "how much will this cost me per month?" We seamed to run into a stream of recently hired sales staff, none of whom could function without constant trips to the back office to consult their managers.The sales force at Terry's were experienced and answered our questions simply, and didn't pressure us with the ridiculous salesman games we experienced elsewhere. When we were ready to buy, we got to the bottom line quickly. The "back office" deal closing took little time. I would easily recommend Terry's to anyone, without reservation.

The chairs in the waiting room are very uncomfortable. There are not enough chairs. I was there for 9:00 oil-change & there were people who did not have a chair to sit in. They were mostly older customers who could be there at 9:00 in the morning!

2013 Ford Escape, service has been excellent and staff is wonderful.....Am currently having a problem because there are some indications (noise) that there is a wheel bearing going bad which I noticed shortly after the last service. Was disappointed that the staff either didn't notice the problem or failed to mention it to me. Will bring it up at the next service.

We are very disappointed that the phone has never worked and Terry's Ford staff is not helpful at all. They say the problem is the phone itself but the phone people say the problem is the car. We even got a new phone(at the suggestion of the dealer) but it still doesn't work. The phone works fine otherwise. Terry's ford cannot tell us why the phone doesn't work. When friends ask we don't give the car a good recommendation

I want to say that we had a 100% positive experience with John Petro - after all we did walk away with a really great car at a really great price. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that a car salesman lied straight to our face but that's exactly what he did when he told us "Chuck, our finance guy is very skilled, he won't shotgun your credit". Of course we come home to 4 hard inquiries on our credit report. I know it's common practice, and something you just deal with when buying a car, but now I have that gross feeling inside. If he was completely ok with lying to our face about how they check credit, what else is he ok with lying to us about? Did we just buy a lemon? Thankfully we bought certified pre-owned so I have a little peace of mind, but now I have to go wash the dirty feeling off me.

Went in to test drive and possibly purchase a new 2013 Ford F150. Salesman John Petro set me up in the truck for a test drive. Loved the truck. Went in to see possible purchase price and trade in offer and he took $4,000 off of a new year old 2013 F150. Terrible deal. He asked before I saw the price and trade in offer if I would buy the truck today. I responded yes if I like deal. I didn't like the deal so naturally I'm not going to buy the truck. I had been in a few times prior to test drive some other trucks and he called me a "professional test driver" and called me a liar because I didn't buy the truck. I would not recommend Terry's Ford of Peotone to my worst enemy. Could not believe how poorly I was treated by the salesman. I hope nobody else ever has such an awful experience at any dealership.

We purchased a used car on May 17. The car we purchased had a black bra on the front bumper and hood However when we got home with the vehicle we started taking off the black "bra" that covered the bumper. It was then we realized that the bumper has a huge hole in it!!!!! So we can't help but wonder if that is why the black "bra" was on the bumper to HIDE this hole. My husband contacted our sales person today and the sale person said they would not do anything about it. Today we were told we purchased a "wholesale car". This is the first time hearing this!!! In fact when my husband was looking at the car, the sales person said the opposite.The sales person had said what a great car it was , even thought it had some scrapes and scratches, at least it wasn't a "whole sale" car . But the story changed today. Let me assure you the price did not reflect a whole sale car. We also were given a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. So apparently this is not covered? Typical USE CAR SALESMAN" run around!!!!! We will not purchase there again!!!!!!!

Where is my review of the very poor service that I received from Terry's Ford in Peotone. I want to warn all potential customers of their bad service and poor customer response to any inquiries made by the customers. If you have an older vehicle it seems to me that the service department will rotate more newer cars to the front of the line. I waited for over 12 days for repair to my vehicle. Bottom line, NEVER AGAIN will I either buy or repair a vehicle at ANY Terr's dealership.

I visited Terry Lincoln on Sat. 3/17/12, with the intention of checking out a Lincoln Crossover. I was well impressed with the vehicle. I had never thought of purchasing a Lincoln MKT before until I recently seen more of them on the road. The two individuals that assisted my wife and I were overwhelmingly pleasant. They were patient with us and did not use pressure tactics on us that would have caused us to leave the dealership. After all, purchasing a car is a major purchase that is not done on an everyday basis. I must be sure of what I am purchsing. I wish to extend my sincere appreciation to Mike Ciemny and Chris Micetich for their professionalism. Even though I did not purchase the vehicle on that day, I am givig it strong consideration on returning back to the dealership and working out a deal to buy the 5/7 passenger crossover. I have purchased many vechiles in my lifetime and I consider myself to be a smart buyer. I know what I want in a vehicle and what the vehicle is going to do for me in the next 3 to 5 years. The MKT could fit in my plans.
