They have a really good service. Danny helped me on the sale they had in front of the mall. Danny was really nice and friendly. He took the time to show me a lot of the cars and he didn't seem mad or annoyed by me looking at almost every car like in other dealerships. The manager inside was so comprehensive and polite. I'm so happy with my truck. I recommend this amazing used car dealership.

First of all; after hitting what some might say a more higher scale car lot I arrived at the Northridge Mall where they were having a sale. Being that I was looking for a car I stopped by. I was greeted by Chris. He was very nice. They had not quite set up for the day but he was willing to talk and let me know if I needed anything that he was available. He said every car was open and that if I wanted to test drive them I could. In the other dealerships I was kind of distracted of the fact I needed to take a car salesmen with me on the drive, so this gave me the chance to drive the car on my own, which I really appreciated. After the drive I sat down with Chris; since it was early the crew had not eaten breakfast, Chris offered me something saying it was on them. There were a lot of reasons why I bought a car that day. I was well taken care of, Juan the manager was willing to trade in my car at a price I was happy with and make my payment low enough for my liking,, plus being I was a single female with my dog, they made me feel comfortable. They were all very nice. Thank you Car lot for being such great people and for Chris for breaking the ice when I first walked in. Also Chris walked my dog for me and gave my dog water while I occupied myself with the car deal.

Juan is the MAGIC MAN!!! He took time to answer all my questions, got me a great rate and payment. Other places would just no even try. Thank you Car Lot staff!! I'm thrill with my purchase. Recommend to EVERYONE!!!!
