Warranty service no issues. Also brought a flat tire from my Highander to another automobile shop and they said it was unrepairable and wanted to sell me a $275 new tire. Thomas Toyota repaired the tire!

I bought my first new car from here over ten years ago and had an excellent experience doing it. Since new I've always come back to Thomas Toyota for maintenance. Even though I call around, Thomas Toyota tends to actually be cheaper for labor than most shops around. And I know it's done right. I still have the car, and only recently it's had it's very first mechanical issue, not back after more than a decade. When that did happen, I knew right away who to call.Service Advisor Daniel J. Evjen is friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. He is the man to call the very very few times your Toyota has a mechanical issue. I should mention there's a sweet looking all black (including alloy wheels) Prius-C going for 18K that I'm really itching to test drive. Someone else please buy it before I do.

I can't help but notice that the people who I first meet when I take my Toyota Camry for regular service are more friendly and helpful than they were in the past. Even in the past these people I first met were better than average, but now they are even much better. They actually take time to listen and seem genuinely interested in giving me the best service possible. They seem to be on "my side."Keep up the good service and I'll continue to be a customer at Thomas Toyota. The parking spaces available at Thomas Toyota need attending to, however, and always present a hassle trying to find my car after it's been serviced and ready for me.

I visited the dealership on November 5th because of a promotional mailing I received recently. They advertized a low price for service and offered a further service discount if I took a test ride. Since I'm in the market for a new car and my old one needs an oil change it worked well for me. I was greeted by Jose Barrera, Sales Consultant, who spent the next hour showing me the details of the Avalon. He knows his cars and any question he couldn't answer immediately he found the answer for me. I had brief interactions with the Service Manager and the Sales Manager, both were helpful. Thomas Toyota is a "one price" dealership and their price on the Avalon is the best I can find.

I needed a new car after getting in a bad wreck and went searching on line to narrow my options. I found some great deals on the Thomas Toyota website and called and spoke to Dave. I went in that night and found a great selection of both new and used cars to choose from. Mike Bagain was an extremely honest, energetic, and efficient salesman in the purchase of our used vehicle. We came in with our eyes on a particular car for sale and he was not at all "pushy" in trying to get us to buy other, perhaps more expensive, vehicles. I drove more than 39 miles to get to this dealership because I was in dire need of a car,my old one had just got totaled.I was most appalled by the lax customer service I received from their salesmen as I was pretty much left unattended to once I tried negotiating for just 500 Dollars less than the listed price for a car I liked.Prior to that I had two salesmen on both sides,but once I asked for that little price reduction because I had intended to pay cash,they got up and left me to myself.I left very much annoyed because I didn't go there for monkey business as they made it seem.I won't go near this place ever again because they don't deserve my hard earned Dollars!!!

I had bought a Nissan Altima from Thomas before and had a great experience. They gave me a very good trade in price and worked very hard with me to get me what I wanted, so I came back again. The experience was better the second time around. Absolutely no pressure and no hassle. Anastacio Salazar S.R got me the the car I wanted at the price I wanted, with no hassle. I found a new Toyota Sienna on their website, so I called and asked if it was still available; the sales person told me yes. After some conversation about the Sienna, I told the sales person I will be heading down in 20 minutes to test drive it and they told me "we'll see you in 20 minutes." Within 10 minutes of that conversation, I received a phone call from another sales person who told me the car had been sold the day before and I said, how can that be? I just spoke with someone 10 minutes ago? So we hung up and I called the dealer back asking for my original sales person and again they assured me that Sienna had not been sold and was still available. When I got to Thomas Toyota, I was greeted by the second sales person who told me the car had been sold the day before; however, she changed her story to she's holding it for her customer and so I asked, oh so they put a deposit down on it? and she said no but she had a good feeling about her deal. When I spoke to my original sales person, he then apologized and said he was unaware of any pending deals on that vehicle. Unfortunately, it was their last new Sienna.

I was promised things that never came about. I was also given the run around. Walter claims a commitment to total satisfaction, but isn't committed to customer satisfaction. I would not recommend Thomas Motors Inc. as a place to purchase a vehicle if they begin to make promises.

Thomas Toyota is a wonderful dealership to deal with, Tyron our Salesman was very professional and understanding of our situation. Thy floor sales manager was outstanding in listening to our needs and keeping the payments within our budget but also getting us into the car we wanted. We could not of asked for more. They were quick knowing we had a toddler with us that day. Our finance guy Colin was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy.

At first everyone was nice had a great salesman till the end everytime I call I never get answers to my questions overall I wouldnt recommend this dealership to NO ONE. They are horrible. Horrible customer service horrible manners these guys just dont know what they are talking about im very disappointed. Telling lies is there biggest problem they need to learn how to set things straight and do there job. Everytime I walk in there they just know me so they dont greet me. Just had a horrible experience and I never wanna buy another car from them again.

We needed to purchase a car and were focusing on the Toyota Camry. We spent a couple days searching local dealer inventories and comparing prices. We felt that Thomas Toyota offered competitive prices and had learned from speaking to others about that dealership that we wouldn't have to haggle as much as at another Toyota dealership because Thomas sales personnel don't get paid commission for each car they sell. We went to the dealership with a set price in mind, the limit we would spend on a vehicle. The day we went to the dealership it was very busy there. We began looking at cars and did so for a little while without being approached by a sales person. I liked that aspect because I could look at the cars without being immediately pressured. When we were ready to speak to someone we approached the office and a sales person offered to help us. We told him what we wanted to look at and he began to show us some options. We test drove one of our choices. We then sat down with the sales person to look at price. Right away the dealer took X amount of dollars off the price before we even said anything and told of a rebate that would be applied. The sales person had our credit and qualifying finance option checked. Through a firm stance by us we were able to get the sales person and finance department to work with the numbers to get the price to our price. We knew our budget and would not budge and they kept working with the numbers to get it to our requested price. Overall we were very happy with the service, courtesy, and their desire to make sure we were happy and got what we wanted.

The Dealership service was great. We went to buy Toyota Prius and we went there and Nathaniel Ragans was the person who was showing us all the cars. He was so calm, cool, smart and nice guy who made our day excellent and showed 3-4 cars which were in our range and budget. The process was going pretty smooth and We were about to buy car and then suddently thought to delay buying car for 2-3 months due to my brother in law's call to research same car for 2-3 months. My fiancee and I came in to look at a used corolla and Camry we saw listed online. The cars were a little more scratched than we liked so Brad showed us a 2007 Prius The said would be in line with our budget. We loved the car but when he came back with the price it was definitely above our budget. However, he really worked with us and we found a compromise we were comfortable with. We didn't really expect to be driving away with a Prius today but we both really love the car and it is perfect for my job. We worked with Jim on the financing, and that process could not have been more pleasant. My fiancee bought a new car over the summer through this dealership and worked with Jim on financing; I'm so glad we came back and worked with him, he was friendly and prompt and really had our best interest at heart and got me a great rate for the financing. In short: I would recommend this dealership and sales & financing staff to anyone

Really impressed on their willingness to help you out depending upon your financial situation, and not push you away out the door. Rex was great, he has great communication skills and he can really relate to customers my age. I also worked with the Floor Manager (I did forget his name), but he was also very interested in helping me and mom get into a brand new Toyota and that's what he did. He even entertained my mom, talk about excellent customer service !!! If your looking for a vehicle, I recommend Thomas Toyota. I will be returning, if and when the time comes.

Working with Sammie was a wonderful experience!!! Sammie wasn't pushy and he listened to what I wanted and made sure that i was happy. I have bought many cars before but I have never experienced working with people like Sammie, Daenen and Colin. Daenan was personable and made sure the process was going smoothly and he worked out a deal that we both could agree on. Usually signing finance docs are horrible experience, it always seems like they are moving too fast, Colin took his time, made sure I understood everything and repeated himself if need be (even if I asked over and over).

I took my 2008 Highlander in for a brake check-up and recall work. I was immediately met at the garage door and directed to John Silliti who was very polite, informative, and helpful. The recall work was done very quickly and the brakes checked out fine. The service department was also able to look at and repair a couple other issues I'd forgotten to tell them about in our initial discussion, all in a very timely manner.

Buying a new car had never been a pleasant experience until now. I did my research and went to several Toyota dealerships in the area. Unfortunately, I found their sales counsultants to be arrogant and pushy. I finally decided to venture out to Thomas Toyota of Joliet and they were my saving grace!! Rafael surpassed all of my expectations, he went out of his way to find the exact car that I wanted. Rafael is extremely knowledgable and surprisingly nice, not your typical salesman. If you are considering buying a car you should definitely do it at Thomas Toyota! don't even think to call this dealer, they have the worst service.they sound like u are a criminal not a costumer.waiting its normal on the phone and the receptionist its just transferring u to some phone which nobody answers. finally i got in contact whit some manager ?(daully or whatever) and i was happy that i will talk to somebody bud guess what, my worst experience ever. i am a sales man and i am a proud owner on 2011 sienna and was so happy that i find my Camry bud wrong. no right person to deal at this Thomas Toyota.

BY far my worst dealer experience and I've had some bad ones. I scheduled a test drive for a certain time off the internet. When I got there, they told me the car was being worked on and was on the lift. I couldn't drive it, but could see it. I was annoyed, but said okay. It seemed to meet what I was looking for. I was planning on coming back to drive it, and asked for an "out the door price". He came back and said that they were raising the price over $2,000 (before adding in taxes/fees) because of the work needing to be done. Ridiculous. They were replacing the bearings on the front wheels which are at most $500 (and the cost to them was much cheaper). Scam artists that will try to do anything to get you in there and raise the price on you.
