It's been a few weeks since we bought our son a Hyundai Accent. I am still blown away at what an amazing shopping experience we had here and I honestly would be hard pressed to shop anywhere else in the future. Our salesman Gary Abrams was not only kind and funny, but wait for this, honest and trust worthy! I know right? A car salesman that is a good person. If you do stop in make sure to ask for him. I paid my vehicle off a bit early and was entitled to a refund from having GAP. I contacted Thompson Hyundai and they confirmed the amount to be refunded and that I should send in by fax the information needed to get my refund. I faxed the information , I even called a million times to make sure they received the information, no one ever picked up the phone and to this day I've never received my refund or even a call back! Unfortunately I was living out of state at the time and I still am. Otherwise I would have gone into the actual dealership to demand what I'm owed.

I was extremely pleased with the selection I chose at Thompson’s Hyundai. I was treated with respect and they valued my time. This center was very clean and I could tell they handled their business well. If you are looking for a new vehicle this is a place you should consider.
