Had a transmission issue out of my 2014 ford focus and service was closed at the time of the trouble. Since all rental places were closed at noon they made arrangements to get me in a loaner until they got my car repaired. That being said it was great service and good customer satisfaction

Was treated great, had a great experience this trade, I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or pressured, I really love my new truck and I feel like I got more for my money then I could have got anywhere else, there are three very small hail dents in the hood and they told me to bring it down Monday to have them fixed so I feel they will be there for me whenever I may have a problem, I have been wanting to get back into a diesel for some time and they seemed out of reach and other dealers seemed to want way more for less than what I've got now, I will be telling everyone I know of how good I was treated there, and when it's time to replace my wife's car I know where I will be going to. Thanks!!!

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford F250 King Ranch edition pickup. Jamie Eplin was my sales contact. Jamie did not try to pressure me into a sale. He listened to my request and provided me with options that we available at the dealership, but also searched other dealers inventory for the specific features I was looking for in a new truck. He introduced me to Butch Neisbert one of Thornhill's owners who was very friendly and described the Thronhill mission to provide excellent buyer satisfaction and service. When I decided on the vehicle I wanted there was no pressure to buy and no repeated discussions about the price of the new vehicle and the value of my trade. We were able to come to an agreement on the phone without me having to come in to the dealership. When I did come in to complete the paperwork everything was in order and we were able to finish that process in less than an hour. The vehicle was cleaned, fueled and ready to go. The only problem I had was when they did my oil change , I ask them to clean under my hood but they did not and they did not fill my washer fluid and still wondering if they put air in my tires . I didn't get a check up of all fluids . However , a big thank you to Michael and Joshua at the service desk for alwys being so good . All staff that I came in contact with were attentive and caring !

Purchased a 2015 ford escape. I thought the deal went really well. It was fast and I got the payment exactly where I wanted it to be. There was some damage to all the rims on the escape, but thornhill handled it fast and done an exceptional job with making it right. Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. To note this makes the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Thornhill if that tells anything about what they have done for me.

I was traveling to Virginia on I 119 when the alternator went out on my F-250. I managed to drift it in to Thornhill Ford and Michael in the service dept immediately took excellent care of me. Not sure of the mechanics name but he and Michael acted like they knew me forever with the service I got.

My dad is 87 years old went for a oil change and tire rotation they did not rotate the tires I told my dad to put 2 little dots on the rear tires and he did and they charge him 20 dollars to do so and he went out there and show them the dots and they apologize

These people rip you off. I went in to to finance car and I was refused but then they said I was approved. I get home and I find out that they claimed I made twice as much as what I really did. Not they are comming to bust my knees! NEVER GO THERE!
