I took my car in for routine maintenance and for the recall to be repaired. They both were completed very well. I have several issues with several things that needed to be repaired and they were to order the parts, but I haven't heard from them yet. Waiting a reply at this time and am hopeful the repairs will be made without incident.

When they give you an appointment you do not have to sit and wait . You are taking in and the service is so speedy; before you can get a cup of coffee and a donut they are retuning yours keys and you or well on your way. I have 1 1/2 hour drive to get this service, I could go local; but the service you get at Thornhill cannot be beat.

I contacted Thornhill about a Hyundai Veloster and they contacted me relatively quickly. They were very friendly and gave me the information I needed... However it was not the vehicle I wanted and I went with a different buying path. However my experience with Thornhill was short it was a good experience.

Had great service from them, once someone made an err and forgot to reserve my rental while repairs were done. They brought in four mechanics and worked late to just go ahead and fix my car then. They were really nice about it Have had great experience with them throughout the buying process too. :) Good work guys!

After having several bad experiences at several different dealerships, my husband and I decided to go to Chevy/GM Thornhill in Chapmanville. It was by far the best experience we have ever had and Josh Muncy was the person who made that possible. We will never go to any other dealership because we know that he will do anything to help us. If I could recommend any dealership and any person, it would be Chevy/GM Thornhill in Chapmanville and most definitely Josh Muncy!

advertise car on internet drove one hr to get there thin I was told car was not for sale to the public, it was a holesale car. and tried to show me a much higher price car. I will never go back or look on line at a car form thornhill again. David.

Contacted "Josh" in the used car department about a vehicle they had on their site that didn't have pictures. He promised if I sent him my phone number he would "text" me the pics. After "4" attempts in asking for them, I've still yet to receive them. Although ... We will be taking our business out of WV. This seems to be pretty typical of the dealerships around here.
