There are plenty of places closer than Tipton Ford we could use. We drive a county from home to use Tipton for service on our driveway full of Ford cars & trucks. The atmosphere at Tipton Ford (and in Tipton in general) is relaxed, one thing at a time, and done well. The employees are relaxed, professional, and always friendly. The above is great, but Tipton Ford consistently has excellent workmanship on vehicle repairs and I always find everything better than it was when I took it in (wires dressed in clips properly, engine surfaces wiped down, proper clamps used, etc. - and I DO check after each repair).

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2014 Ford Explorer from Tipton Ford. After months of searching online for the right combination of options, mileage, and price I came across Tipton's listing, which was by far the most value-priced and highest quality/condition vehicle available in proximity to the Cincinnati area. I reached out to the dealership via Cars.com and was connected with Ron Boyland, first through e-mail and then over the phone. Every exchange I had with Ron was professional, pleasant, and low-pressure, which made the process very enjoyable. We quickly came to an agreement on price and I then spoke with Business Manager Doug Shepherd regarding financing and had a similarly positive experience. I put a small deposit on the vehicle as it would be several days before I would be able to drive to Tipton from Cincinnati without my wife knowing (vehicle is to be somewhat of a Christmas gift/surprise). Conveniently located right off a main Tipton thoroughfare, Ron and Doug were both ready and available when I arrived, mirroring the genuine service attitude they conveyed on the phone. I inspected and test drove the vehicle and was ecstatic with the condition and accuracy of the original listing. Finalizing the transaction was a breeze; I was back on the road in less than an hour and half, which included clambering around a gorgeous red 2015 Mustang with Ron after I'd been given my keys. It was clear in working with Doug and Ron, and seeing how the rest of the staff was interacting with other customers, that Tipton Ford's goal is centered on customer satisfaction. I drove 2.5 hours for this car primarily for the value in the price and that it was the closest used vehicle I could find with less than 10k miles, though I would happily do it again to give Tipton Ford my business. Overall, I think what stands out the most to me is how different this dealer is to any other I've visited; dealerships in Cincinnati, Ford-affiliated or otherwise, always seem to be building newer, larger showrooms, larger lots for more inventory, and trying to compete with each other on curb appeal and advertising. Here, though the facilities appear to be in excellent condition, clearly have age to them. There are perhaps four offices and a few desks, a small waiting area for their service department, and room enough for one car in the middle (the aforementioned Mustang at the time). If glitz and glam is something you want as part of your car-buying experience, go somewhere else, all you'll find at Tipton Ford is a staff with a passion for the cars they sell and the customers who drive them.

The personal explanation of the service my car received was helpful and the service manager pointed out something I should be watching....he also provided a good explanation of a strange sound I was hearing, which relieved some concern. Very good experience.

Service manager, noticed time was a issue for me to schedule a oil change. So he made Rom and got my van serviced while I waited. Thank you so much... Service and pricing was great. Will be returning next week for tires. Also will be purchasing new service truck from Tipton Ford in the next month due to this. Thanks again!!!!

The wait wasn't near as long as they thought it would be which I was very appreciative of because I had to wait there for my vehicle (too far away to go back home). Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating and gave me some instructions, again, on setting the radio and other things. We would use Tipton Ford for EVERYTHING automotive if we didn't live about 30 miles from them.

We purchased our car (Mecury) from Tipton and have been very pleased with it. We use your service department for regular oil changes and other services, the service team (Jeff & Mike and the rest of the team) are awesome. Not only do we get great service, but the price is very resonable and they makes us aware of any specials that are available. I especially like how they explain things and don't dummy it down (just because I am a woman) or try to oversell services or products. Which makes my husband and I want to purchase other items, like tires. We drive from Greenfield, IN for the services and it is well worth it. I love my Flex. I contacted Ron by phone after seeing the Flex on cars.com. I live 3 hours from your dealership so I wanted to make sure the vehicle was there and was as described. The report on the Flex showed two accidents. Ron took the time to check out the Flex and drive it for me before I made the trip to see it. The Flex was well worth the trip. I drove it and was signing the papers in just under an hour. Car buying doesn't get any easier than that. They even took the time to show me how everything in the Flex works. Great dealership to work with, I wish they were closer to Louisville so I could go there for my routine service. Thank you to everyone at Tipton Ford!!

I drove three hours to see a used Ford Flex I found on cars.com. I called Ron before making the trip. He answered the questions I had and even drove the vehicle for me. The Flex was more than I could have hoped for. Better than described on cars.com. It took less than an hour to finalize the deal and get all the paperwork signed. They even took the time to connect my phone to the Sync system and show me how to use all of the electronics in the Flex. I never look forward to trading cars but I have to say this experience was a breeze. This Flex will last me for several years but when I am ready to trade it in I will give Ron a call and make the trip again to get a different vehicle.

This is the first time we have been told we could not get a loaner. We drive to Tipton just because the customer friendly service we have always received. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from Tipton Ford. Any service or technical issue I have ever experienced, Tipton Ford has handled in a very tireless, and professional manner. They have bent over backwards to resolve any issue I have had, including providing a loaner when needed. I purchased my vehicle new at Tipton Ford. In my experiences there, ALL the staff is VERY friendly, helpful, and don't "feed you a line". I have found what they have told me to be true. I have a very extremely strong dislike for car dealers, but Tipton Ford is the exception! I haven't seen them use the insulting, and utterly disgusting, gimmicks and tactics that I have seen other car dealers use to "just get the sell". Personally, I have not discussed Tipton Ford with anybody that has had nothing but praise for them. Tipton Ford is the only dealership I have ever recommended to anybody and is a model dealership.

The service is great. I was just having an oil change but they went above and beyond checking fluids, tire pressures, battery and other areas. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I also enjoy reading the Saturday Tipton paper as well as the Kokomo Tribune.

I had a small problem with my F150 that I couldn't resolve at home so I took it to Tipton Ford. They quickly found and fixed the issue (a small rock stuck in a brake). I was there less than 1 hour and they didn't even charge me!

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. There is never any high pressure from anyone to purchase more than you want or planned on buying. Everything was very clearly explained to us. We especially appreciated the time spent with us explaining how to operate all of the different features of the Flex, particularly the Sync system. I don't think I'll ever waste my time shopping around again.
