I would avoid this place at all cost. Very sketchy. I went to test drive a vehicle and wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase because of some issues with it. An employee told me he would take care of the issues and when it was ready I would be contacted. I was told it will be ready by the next day. The next day I receive a text that the vehicle is ready. After making the 1 hour drive there, NONE of the issues I was told would be fixed, we’re actually fixed. I was deliberately lied to. Why tell me the vehicle is ready and make a customer drive 2 hours round trip for nothing?? The employee told me to return the NEXT day and it would all be fixed. At this point I didn’t believe him and wasn’t making anymore 2 hour round trips. I did purchase the vehicle because I needed transportation and the issues didn’t prevent the vehicle from driving. I even had to pay extra for the fixes that NEVER happened. Then after the temporary tags expired after a month , I reached out to check when the plates are coming in. I was told that since I did not pay sales tax at the time of purchase, I am on my own for paying the sales tax and getting the plates. This was never communicated to me. Also I am pretty sure the check engine light and other indicators were manually cleared before purchase. A few days after I bought the vehicle, multiple dash warnings came on. Please please PLEASE avoid this place at all cost. You will be lied to and scammed. I now have to contact my lien holder for their policy on Lemon Protection.

Highly recommend Titan Motors!!! I recently bought a used car and it’s been great. Beyond satisfied with my purchase. Buying cars is always a stressful experience and you’ll often find yourself worrying about being scammed or tricked. My experience at Titan Motors was the complete opposite! Honesty, integrity, and extreme care. Save yourself a headache and trust them with all your car buying/selling needs.

My experience with Titan Motors was exceptional. The price was exactly as stated on the website with 0 haggling & hidden fees. The sales team was kind & my vehicle looked even better than in the pictures. I highly recommend Titan Motors & I'm truly enjoying my new ride!

Extremely poor customer service. Today I was by the dealer that a car was available for me to purchase. I confirmed and it was agreed I would be there in less than 30 mintues. Same day and less than 30 minutes later I give them a COURTESY call to let them know I was on my way. I receive a text car is SOLD instead of a phone call!!!!!!! I understand the business first come first served. I called to confirm the car was sold and was possibly interested in another car. But I get yelled at by the manager "FIRST COME FIRST SERVED". You people already have a BAD reputation being car salesman and I CLEARLY see why..COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE PROUD OF IT.

Couldn't have had my car or any of my needs taken care of more than Titan. Came to Titan for a detail for scratches and to understand yellow my headlights. The car had completely came out spotless. Nice guys and real informative about any question I had. They put the time in to make sure that I'm more than satisfied. I enjoyed being able to see my car being taken care of. Thank you Titan Motors

My overall experience was very good. I was looking for a BMW X5 and when I called the vehicle I was interested in was already sold. I was told to call back the next day. Called back the following day and they had one for me. The entire staff was very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a new used vehicle. My previous vehicle (a 2002 Honda Civic) was having transmission problems after ~ 171k miles. I was happy with the Civic so when shopping around I found a used 2012 Honda Civic with ~30k miles for a reasonable price. I called to find out the "off the lot" price. Turns out the sales person I spoke with when I called (Enayt Babe) was the same salesperson who I had dealt with a year earlier when my son was looking for and purchased a used car from Titan. Both my son and I were happy with that experience, and I was just as pleased with the experience when I purchased the 2012 Honda Civic in November 2015. Just like last year, Enayt didn't try to change the price once I arrived at the store (which I have heard some dealers will try to do once they have you there). After purchasing the vehicle there were some issues with getting a copy of the title so that I could complete registering the vehicle with DMV. However, Enayt frequently texted me status of them getting a hard copy of the title so that I was aware. I highly recommend others considering Titan Motors. I would certainly not hesitate to purchase other used vehicles from Titan Motors. So far, I have two positive experiences out of two attempts.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Titan Motors and we were impressed with their customer service. We also had helpful discussions related to family with the Titans motor team. The members were courteous and made our car buying experience memorable. One of the leaders of the management team, Anayt, even went so far as to mail us out vehicle title since we live out of state. Overall, I am pleased with out experience at Titan Motors.

Although we did not purchase a vehicle at this dealership the customer service I received was exemplary. When I called, or emailed, or texted the salesman always responded quickly and answered all my questions. One slight draw-back is that we live in Maryland, but they even offered help for that situation. We will definitely keep this dealership in mind for future purchases.

Pretty close to 5 stars. I was able to get a replacement vehicle within a week after my previous car was totaled in a car accident. The cost was very reasonable for the used car I purchased and the service for followup inspections and repairs was done as well as could be expected with the resources they have available there. I would recommend this place as a good one for buying a used vehicle at better than competitive cost. You must remember though a used vehicle has its own set of risks! The insurance offered may not be worth getting since it covers a very limited set of issues. The downside for me was that this location, in Chantilly, is so far away to take care of any followup issues. They did give me a ride to the metro once so I'd say that's going above-and-beyond!

The car was exactly as described and they even offer mechanical repairs anytme with low prices if you purchase a car from them. Which means they are not afraid to have you come back, and are not selling "bad" vehicles. Would definitely recommend Titan Motors.
