I am 53 years old and have been through a few car transactions as well as motorcycles and an RV. I always dread going to the dealer and leave feeling like I went to hell and back. This time around, when we were looking for a new truck I was surprised. It was the smoothest and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Ryan was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Friendly service above and beyond,. Received an estimate from Ryan on a new truck timely helpful and well worth my time. Looking forward to ordering that new truck very soon very satisfied with the new truck we bought a few months ago. Great prices, great service. If you want a an honest interaction with a car salesman, who's not just trying to make every dime he can from you, go into Tom Hillier and ask for Brian Orr. He's great. He'll listen, get you what you want and do the best he can on the price for you. Plus, the overall service in there is excellent. None of the following you around or not knowing answers to questions you have. Brian knows his stuff!

Salesman decided with an out of state sale he would "have to jump through too many hoops" to sell me the car. I asked him to have finance manager give us advice and call me and they never did. I also asked for more detailed pics that were also never sent. Lazy is the word for this dealership!

I would have never have thought in my small hometown and a mom and pop store that we could get a great deal on a new car with excellent service but that is exactly what we got. Ryann provided excellent service, very knowledgeable and helpful all the way through the whole sale process. He even accommodated us by coming in on his off time to complete the sale. Now I call that excellent service! . I'm just happy I happened to check their website and found what I was looking for at a great price. Thank you Ryann and thank you Tom Hillier Ford.

I HAVE A FORD ESCAPE THAT HAS BEEN RECALLED. I STOPPED BY AND ED WENT AHEAD AND SCHEDULED THE WORK TO BE DONE ON THURSDAY AUG 2 AFTER 7:30 A. I ARRIVED ABOUT 7:45 A. A DIFFERENT PERSON CHECKED ME IN. I TOLD HIM I WOULD WAIT FOR THE JOB TO BE COMPLETED.I WENT TO THE WAITING ROOM. ABOUT 8:30 A I DECIDED TO STRETCH AND WALK AROUND. I WALKED AROUND THE FACILITY AND FINALLY WENT TO WHERE I HAD PARKED WHEN I ARRIVED. THERE SAT MY CAR. I WENT IN TO CHECK AND ED WALKED BY ME 2 OR 3 TIMES, COMPLETELY IGNORING ME. FINALLY TH PERSON WHO HAD CHECKED ME IN CAME OUT. HE THEN TOLD ME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS TO DO THE JOB. FORD WOULD PROBABLY NOT RELEASE THEM UNTIL AFTER THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH. HE HAD TO GET A MECHANIC TO TRY TO DISCONNECT THE CRUISE CONTROL. THE MECHANIC TRIED AND SAID IT WAS NOT NECESSARY TO DISCONNECT. I AM SUPPOSED TO BE CALLED WHEN THE PARTS ARE RECEIVED. I WAS TOLD THE WORK WOULD TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR TO COMPLETE. I AM AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND WASTED ALMOST AN HOUR. ED SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE ESCAPE BEFORE MAKING THE APPOINTMENT AND KNOWN THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT YET AVAILABLE. I AM RELUCTANT TO RESCHEDULE THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED.
