Eric Steele, Adolfo De La Rosa and Scott Bradshaw worked together to get a car I have wanted since I saw the Altima back in 1984. This car is truly my dream come true. We told Eric how much we could pay down and the low monthly payments we could afford. The team got together and found Larry and I the car that fit our budget and it is now ours. 2011 Nissan ALTIMA! Not only that but we now have the 6 year bumper to bumper warranty. Eric brought the car to the front and said come look at what we found for you... we had previously only looked at a sentra. Thanks to Eric Steele, Scott Bradshaw and Adolfo De La Rosa I have the car I fell in love with back in 1984. We told Eric our down payment and the 1996 Saturn for trade in; then our low monthly payments we could afford. I thought it would have to be some cheap car but I was wrong. Eric had a car brought out front and said come look at what we can do for you. It was The 2011 Nissan Altima. This beauty has all the bells and whistles. We were even able to get the 6 year bumper to bumper warrenty. All at the payment we can afford. I still can't believe this. Thank you Torre Nissan for sticking with us and finding my dream car! I am putting this at new car because it is to me.

Overall, i had a great experienced here in Torre Nissan. The staff was very helpful and were pleased to answer any of my worries. The whole process was done in such an efficient and quick manner that made me feel more reliable towards them. They didn't hesitate to try to incorporate each and every one of my "wants" and worked with me until they proposed a very good deal for me. On the other hand, I had gone to Palm Springs Nissan at first but was disappointed after not being properly helped by their staff. It was the total opposite from Torre Nissan. I have now found an automotive dealership in which I can have my vehicle serviced with full confidence! The Parts & Service Director went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I am embarrassed to admit that I do not recall his name. I will most certainly be returning to Torre Nissan as I have now found my "automotive home". Thanks Torre!!

I DREAD the car buying experience for many reasons!! I usually don't even care which car it is that we have selected as much as I care about the experience! I have to say that in my 20 years of car buying experience, this was by far the MOST pleasant, professional, informative and of the highest quality experience I have EVER had!!! Every single person that we dealt with in that dealership, was so kind and very knowledgeable about their job and knew how to make my car buying experience the best. I have to say I felt like I was their favorite customer by the way we were treated, well I have a hunch this is how they treat everyone!! My two favorite parts of this experience besides my new Pathfinder of course are how much I trust Torre Nissan from the deal that was made to all the future services and promises made. My second favorite part, came from Eric Steele, he spent 21/2 hours with me the day I came to pick up my car. It was so high tech and amazing inside I hadn't a clue how to manipulate any of the buttons let alone their function, it was like I was driving a giant new computer. Eric sat in the car with me for over two hours and explained EVERY little button and dial and was able to answer all my detailed questions. I was so excited when I drove off and totally knew exactly how every bell and whistle worked in that car. I have a lot of friends who are getting ready to buy... I am doing EVERYTHING in my power to get them to go to Torre Nissan, the quality of the cars and service and the professionalism is off the charts in my book. Cars are very big purchases and I have had buyers remorse to many times due to a deal that could have been better. My husband and I went in there and told them what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend and within a day we had that and MORE!!I know that when my lease is up on my Pathfinder I will not be excited to drive in there and do another deal and drive off with another Nissan with a giant smile on my face knowing that I trust every aspect of the car buying experience!I really want to thank Dave Gerlach the General Manager for all of his hard work in getting us in the car we wanted, I run into him a lot and the first thing he ALWAYS asks me is "how's the Pathfinder", I LOVE that because I know that if there was even the slightest thing wrong he would be on top of it in a flash!! In 2007 I purchased a brand new Nissan 2007 350 Z Touring Coupe from Torre Nissan. The car was delivered to me when promised. I used the no haggle Costco Auto buying program.Over the past six years of owning my 350 Z, I have been most impressed with the Allen Elsken in the Service Dept. when taking my car to Torre for service on my car. He has always been extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. My car is always returned to me impeccably clean and in a timely manner. I know, I can trust Mr. Elsken to take charge of the service on my Z. I am very particular about who works on my cars and who I can rely on to take care with it, as I do. Mr. Elsken is consistent with good service. I can rely on him to advise me of proper service to keep my car in tip top shape. Torre Nissan has always taken care to be sure everything is satisfactory after service. I really like the Nissan One to One program. I like the periodic emails alerting me to savings or specials for oil changes and other service specials.Torre Nissan has a new upgraded facility which has a comfortable waiting area. There is even a window where you can clearly view the mechanics servicing your car. I would recommend Torre Nissan to anyone interested in buying or getting service on a Nissan.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have always taken my car to the dealer for repairs and services but I have never experienced the poor service I was given at Torre Nissan. Harland P Edmonds (Parker) was my service advisor. My car was shaking and having trouble going up hills. A problem usually related to SPARK PLUGS. After performing a 27 point inspection he asked me to authorize them to INSPECT MY ENGINE ($625 Cost). He informed me that it was necessary because there was a PO300 misfire code. I called him back after I researched the code and I asked if they had checked my SPARK PLUGS and he said "YES THEY ARE FINE SO WE NEED TO INSPECT YOUR ENGINE TO SEE WHAT IS WRONG." I hesitantly agreed. Only to be called today and told that "MY ENGINE COMPRESSION IS LOW BUT IF I REPLACE MY SPARK PLUGS THAT MIGHT HELP". He also quoted me around $10,000 to REPLACE MY ENGINE then says I would just be BETTER OFF BUYING A NEW CAR! Informed the service manager (Jessica or Jennifer) that is what I asked him to do before I authorized the $625 engine inspection. When I brought up issue to having to pay for the unnecessary engine inspection since it was SPARK PLUGS like I had originally requested, he LIED and said he never told me that he checked the spark plugs. He said he couldn't have checked the spark plugs without them inspecting the engine. Um, you don't need to inspect my engine to check or change my spark plugs. Nobody does!I had the tech who worked on the car come out to explain what happened and he confirmed that the plugs that needed to be replaced were in front and an engine inspection would not have to be done to see that. Buyer said He wanted to inspect the engine cause my compression is low. If I had been told that I really would have authorized the inspection... My compression is low cause my car has 130k miles on it... That's what happens! But because I had authorized the inspection of the engine (although the authorization was given after I was lied to about the spark plugs) I paid $700+ for replacing spark plugs which cost $77. The director and the manager of the service stood by the liar, Parker and would not adjust my bill! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!Keyes Nissan in Woodland Hills is the best in service. They are who I have always trusted and now Only trust with my repairs. They inspected my car and proved that all I needed was the spark plugs changed and you don't need to go into the engine to check them or replace them you just have to lift the manifold off.

My Nissan Titan broke down on the first day of my month long driving vacation. Auto Club towed it to nearest dealer and me to nearest hotel (they were absolutely fantastic). It took two hours for the dealership to tell me the engine was gone. I never really got exact details, just that it would be extremely expensive to fix. The truck had just over 100,000 miles. They immediately started "selling" me a new truck. I was alone, 6 hours from home, carrying my small dog, sitting outside in over 100 degree temps, destroyed because my trip that I had been saving for over a year looks like it will be over, and the first salesman suggests that I break the law to get out of this problem. I had gap insurance on the broken truck so he suggested that I either arrange to get it "stolen" or that I stop paying on it so that it would go to repo. I was shocked. I should have walked out. The problem was that I had no transportation to get to another dealer - can't exactly use auto club as a taxi service. The manager took over at that point. Apologized, sort of, for the illegal suggestions but I got the feeling he was just disappointed that I was upset at the suggestions, not that they had been made. The pressure sale was amazing. He just kept telling me I was sort of stupid for not just buying the new truck. He went on about how noble they were being by "helping" me with my problem. By this point it was the middle of the afternoon, I'd been there since the morning. I was tired and hungry. I told them I would be back the next day with a desicion. I will say they were very nice in taking me back to my hotel and stopping to let me pick up dinner at a fast food place. They picked me up the next morning. So I bought the new truck. They refused to install my stero (they put it in a box and dumped it in the back seat). Once I signed the paperwork, they washed their hands of me. I called three days later to have the records of the repairs for my broken truck sent to my home. The lady that I spoke to acted like I was bothering her and I never recieved them (I called three times with the same result). I also never recieved licence plates. After 6 months, I called and was told they had nothing to do with it. The truck was registered in my name and it was none of their buisness anymore. The woman I spoke to just said it must have been a problem with my mailbox. She was unfriendly and annoyed with my questions. I am writing this review after my last call to figure out the licence plate issue. All this happned in June of 2012. I understand that my situation was not normal. However, the pressure, the extreme suggestions, and the lack of empathy were amazing. They saw an easy mark and they took it. The only thing that I will grant them is that it was absolutely my fault for presenting them with an easy mark. Lesson learned the hard way.

The service department is very unprofesional. Have taken two different vehicles in for service. Not satisfied both times, took them all day to finish break pads and second time it took them all day for a recall item. Very dirty work, they left the windows down while there was a wind storm. Truck was full of dirt inside. Both times Allen has been the auto tech in charge.

I worked with Bob Waagner. He was honest and direct. The whole transaction went very smoothly and within 2 hours, I drove my new Juke home. He handled and directed the process personally, none of that being passed from person to person. Everyone I came into contact with by phone or in person was very courteous.What I took away from this purchase was that Torre Nissan is in the business of making relationships as well as selling cars. Bob provided me with excellent service from the initial contact through the completion of the sale. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, however I was unfami liar with all the opitions available. Bob carefully reviewed all of my options which helped me to select the best car for me. Torre Nissan didn't have the exact Cube I wanted but Bob made a couple of phone calls and found the exact Cube I wanted and had it delivered within a few hours to Torre Nissan. When I came back to Torre 5 hours later, my new car was clean and full of gas waiting for me. I was afraid I would not receive a fair trade in for my Versa but I was wrong: Torre gave me a fair price for my trade in as I had already checked it out through Edmunds.com prior to my purchase. I was able to qualify for excellent financing on the Cube, received a good price, along with a fair trade in amount which together brought my monthly payment lower than I had been paying on the Versa by about 20%.I would definitely recommend Bob Waagner at Torre Nissan to any friend or family member in the market for a new car. This is my 9th Nissan and when I am ready for number 10, I will call Bob Waagner at Torre Nissan

I had been looking to lease a car for a while but after hearing the horror stories from some people's car-shopping experiences, I wasn't looking forward to going into a dealership. So I began to do some research online and requested information on a Maxima. Bob immediately contacted me after my online inquiry and found one for me right away for the price and color I wanted; he followed up throughly and promptly at every step. When my boyfriend and I went in to the dealership, Bob was unavailable but he'd told me that Dan would help us. I was told I didn't qualify for the Maxima (not enough credit, etc.) but Dan took the time to answer our questions and said I did qualify for an Altima. Well, we went out to look at them and found one I loved, test drove it and done! We came back in, talked numbers and told Dan what I was willing to pay, mileage I wanted, etc. He was pretty straightforward on what could or could not be done, at no point did I feel pressured. He said he'd give me a call back the next morning as soon as he heard from the finance company- I actually got the call 2 hours later telling me that I was approved! I went back the next day a bit nervous and expecting changes to the price, etc. (we had only talked but no assurances were made) but no, everything was just as we had agreed! When it was time to sign, everything was throughly explained and then I found out I could get the maintenance package at no extra cost! I was one very happy woman when I left that dealership and felt very comfortable with what I got. I will definitely be back when it's time to get my next car and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!

I did most of the research and shopping for my new vehicle on-line. I selected the type of vehicle I wanted and selected Torre Nissan to assist me to arrange a lease. Mr Updyke contacted me by telephone on a Sunday and began working on locating me exactly the color and equipment I wanted. He did not try to persuade to get something he already had on the lot and began a search for my truck. He located the truck, arranged to have it brought to his dealership very quickly. He called me when he had the truck and gave me the terms, reviewed the color and equipment with me. When I met him at the dealership, everything was ready. The vehicle had been washed and the gas tank was full. The terms and conditions of the lease were all as he had earlier explained. I usually hate the process of buying or leasing a vehicle, but this experience was professional and hassle-free. I love my new truck. I can certainly recommend Torre Nissan.

To start with I used the Nissan USA website for my inquiries and to fiqure out what vehicle I wanted to purchase, a 2010 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab SE, which led me to the 3 closest Dealers, I emailed Torre Nissan, and quickly had a return response from Bob Waagner, with a reasonable on-line price, I went to Torre Nissan around 1pm and found Bob who set me up with his assistant Terry Molinar who was a total pleasure to work with, I told them what I was looking for, which they had one on the lot, I test drove it and we proceded to close the deal trading in my 1996 Ford Explorer, Dealing with Marcy in Finance was easy, and I was on the road by 4:30 pm. For what it's worth, I am 50 years old and have owned many vehicles, but this is my first new car ever and my first Dealer purchase, what a great experience!

My wife and I were very pleased with the sevice we received from Bob Wagoner. As Costco members, we enjoyed a below invoice price that was extremely competitive and eliminated most of the negotiation elements. Bob's follow up skills were phenomenal and he kept his word on every verbal promise. The only nuances were that Torre Nissan didn't have any 3.5 Altimas in stock and he had to have one delivered, which only took one day. The financing options, because of our poor credit, were limited and we were not pleased with the interest rate. However, that was an F&I issue not related to Bob. Summarily, we will be back buying another new car from Bob before the end of the year.

Bob Waagner was immediately responsive to my original e-mail requesting information about a Nissan Xterra. The response was so quick - via e-mail and phone message - that I have to tell you, that pretty much won me over right there. My lease on my current Nissan Xterra was ending about 5 months from when I first contacted Nissan. The mailer I had recently received from Torre - with the zero percent interest offer - made me head to your web site and seriously consider buying a new car ... at least four months before I had originally planned to. When Bob e-mailed back, he asked great questions - to nail down exactly what I was looking for - and he immediately responded to my next e-mail. We had at least seven e-mail conversations within three days - beginning Wednesday, June 23 - and I was at Torre Nissan purchasing my Xterra by Saturday, June 26. The negotiation was to my great satisfaction and was very quick. I received more than I asked for. This dealership is fair, generous and I was treated very, very well. Bob and the rest of the staff was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. They didn't happen to have the model I wanted on the lot, so the icing on the cake was that Bob drove to Riverside that evening to pick up my new, silver lightning Xterra SE. I feel he went way above and beyond for me ... that's about a 140 mile round trip. When he was about 30 minutes away from getting back to the lot, Marcy Maldonado took good care of me getting all of the paperwork completed and signed before Bob returned. When Bob got back to the lot, he found out the detailer was asked to stay and work overtime so I could drive my new car home last night - all shiny, clean and ready to go. About 9:15 p.m., after Luis finished detailing my car, Bob followed me over to the nearby Chevron station to fill my Xterra up with a tank of gas. Then, he even stayed a few minutes longer talking about some of the features of the car. Customer service at its finest - it doesn't get any better than this!

Purchased a new 350Z Roadster from them, 6/04. Pricing was Invoice-plus $$, rather than the MSRP-plus markup game many other Southern California dealers were trying to get given some supply/demand issues that still existed with the model when I was looking. I had some minor issues having them to locate/obtain a model equipped exactly as I wanted, and ended up settling for a vhicle right off their lot (after they made the deal even more lucrative). Frankly though I think the issue was more related to the challenge of another dealer within 200 miles actually releasing a vehicle in inventory rather than their willingness to work with me on the deal. Overall though I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail during the transaction - and willingness to ensure my satisfaction after the sale.
