I would like to give a very heartfelt thanks and much gratitude to a Toyota employee named Matthew. I had stopped at the FastStop Service Station tonight to get gas (across from Bojangles). Upon getting back in my car, it wouldn't start. The battery was dead!!! I was trying to get it started to no avail when a young gentleman and his wife pulled up next to me. He asked if I needed help? To make a long story short, he went back to his place of employment and got a charger, hooked it up and got me on my way even before he got what he wanted from the station. He was a true knight in shining armour!!! Thanks again Matthew for all your help and to your wife as well!!!

Worst place to get your car serviced at. They don’t take you serious. I took my car to them to get an oil change and check out a noise it was making. They told me I needed to replace the alternator and water pump. Few minutes after I picked it up, my car shut off while I was driving it. Keep in mind that has NEVER happened before. Never had any issues with starting up the car or having the car turn off while driving. I called them and they said I was told it wasn’t safe to drive which was a lie, I was never told that. They also said they never worked on my car and that they only put engine oil in it. So what were they doing with my car for 6 hours if they weren’t working on it?? I got someone to look at it and one of the connections to the alternator was unhooked. Once everything got hooked up the correct way, the car started working fine. Haven’t had my car shut off again since and it’s been running fine. They will try to get over on you and get your money. They’ve always done that. And their customer service is to just plain awful. Zero stars. Would NOT recommend!!!

The person I dealt with who's name I will not disclose was awful!!! He promised me so many things but never followed through! All he did was have my car dropped off at my door and then received a high commission. He didn't walk me through anything as to how to work the Apple Car Play or let me know that my car even had an automatic start which I asked him about and he said no. It does!!!! There are a lot of other things he did as well that was wrong and careless! I was very disappointed in my experience!!! There is a lady that came to the rescue thank God! She was great! That's the only reason I am giving this place a 2 instead of a 1!

I have never been out of a dealership Car in Hand, Deal Done in under an hour. The whole experience was bottom line up front with Woodrow Dean. Christi Davis did a fine job of selling a great car - a new Camry. She had a positive attitude, very personable and an enjoyable conversationalist. And I am a happy customer.These next comments are directed at the person responsible for the huge red tags showing huge discounts some up to $5000 with no attached fine print or qualifications. At the end the total cost for the car is the same with or without the discount because the discounted price carries a high interest rate where the nondiscounted price carries a minimal interest rate. So where is the $5000 advertised saving for the customer? Is this the old "bait and switch" tactic? Is this really necessary to sell the best selling cars in the world?Frank Loquidis

After three months of on line shopping, careful research and hesitation, I finally decided to purchase a new Prius. Joey Hall called and told me he had found me the color, and features that I wanted in my new car. When we arrived at the dealership, we were treated wonderfully. There was no pressure to buy the car he had found and he promised to keep looking for what I wanted, but he had it right. There was no pressures buy and the price was great. What really impresses me is the free lifetime oil a changes and free tire rotations. They treat you like family!

I went in on Monday, Aug. 22, for a regular oil change on my 2010 Prius (which I purchased from Dothan Toyota). I spoke to Jason Tolbert, service rep., and told him that if he ever had a newer Prius with less miles than mine to please tell me. He told me had been traded in and that he would get Mr. Donnie Redden to pull it around and help me with the possible sale. What started as a oil change became a trade-in and it was a very pleasant experience. Mr. Redden and Jason were professional, helpful and did so much to make what can be a very trying experience a pleasant one. I feel like they treated me as they would their sister or mother.

The Camry was the car I wanted and Josh Hernandez showed me where i was making the saving in dealer cost etc.We came to a mutual agreement on price . Josh made arrangement right away to get me picked up and to the dealership. Everything was taken care in a reasonable time. The Camry looked great. However it was later after the sale that i became a believer. We had missed some damage during the inspection I called Josh and he told me to bring it in. They fixed the damage and provided me a rental car. Three days and the Camry was repaired looking Amazing. Heath the used car manager and Josh worked with me making my experience with Toyota of Dothan a great one.My new favorite shopping place...It felt good just being inside the place.

From start to finish, Toyota of Dothan went above and beyond to make my car buying experience fast, easy and relatively painless. I have a great deal of faith in their service department, Jason Tolbert is the best and my salesman, Caleb was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and just a pleasure to do business with. I went to the dealership with the expectation of going over what my fiance and I wanted in a vehicle, possibly having to order it, but mainly wanting to do the leg work before James comes home on leave. Ashley confirmed my appointment and I was met in the parking lot by Scott. After going over our "wish list" we walked to the parking lot and there, on the lot, was the vehicle we wanted. The dealership had the rubber mats I wanted and installed the running boards while I waited. The entire experience was very pleasant, negotiating was reasonable and did not take a lot of back and forth. Scott introduced me to the team, gave me a tour of the dealership and maintenance. We are more than pleased with the experience and our new 4runner. Scott and Ashley were both amazing!

Arriving on the lot, the car that I had originally wanted had been sold just the day previous, however I was able to get into a brand new car for around the same amount a month. This is my 3rd Toyota Rav 4 and the 2nd I have purchased at Toyota of Dothan...Caleb met my husband and me and walked the whole lot trying different vehicles until I found the 2016 Toyota Rav 4 that fit me to a tee....has everything and Caleb spent a lot of time explaining it all....even went so far out of his way to burn my CDs on a thumb drive so I would have my music with me (on his day off!!). Got the deal that fit me and was sooo easy.....If you need a new ride go to Toyota of Dothan and ask for Caleb...even if you have to wait for him it's well worth the wait.....

Joey Hall is a great salesman. He was very nice, helpful and courteous. He is also very knowledgeable about the products he sells. It was a pleasure to do business with him. I purchased a 2016 Camry SLE. My husband was so impressed that he returned to the Toyota dealership the next day and purchased a 2016 (loaded) Tundra. Can't say that happens very often...2 new vehicles in 24 hours!!!

I went looking for a new vehicle and i knew i wanted a Toyota, just not sure what model. Scott Wilson showed me my options based on what I was wanting. I narrowed it down to two vehicles and I had a difficult time picking one. I like both of the vehicles. He was very patient with me and showed me what each car had to offer. I went in to purchase my first car and was lucky enough to deal with Christi. My mother recently bought a car through Toyota of Dothan and she was able to get up with Christi to take care of me. I walked in and Christi was with me every step of the way with any questions I had. I was able to take a test drive within minutes. She didn't pressure me to buy or sign anything and just wanted to discuss my plans and a few other details. Two days later I ended up getting a great deal on a better model Camry than I ever expected to get. She was understanding on what we could and could not do on the financial side of things and everyone walked out happy. She even helped me set up my phone/Bluetooth system and voice recognition before I left the lot. I will defiantly deal with her in the future and recommend her to friends that are looking for a car.

I finally understand why folks kept telling me not to go there. They refused to work on our 2016 Tundra because the OWNER of the dealership didnt feel we could be stratified, even after only one visit to them. They didnt want a bad survey from us, all we wanted was for them to fix our problem with the new truck, thats ONLY been built 2 months. They said that it was the tires cause it sat on the lot,. The also removed from their records our first and last visit to them, I think because we would have gotten that survey and they sure didnt want my review of their place. We didnt not purchase the truck from them, because they didnt have what we wanted, and i guess werent willing to find it for us, so we drove 200 miles a way to a dealer that had what we wanted. Thats where they want us to take it. So much for Toyota working on Toyotas.

I simply texted Heath, whom I had bought a 4Runner from in 2012, about the type of vehicle I was looking for and within a few days my sequoia was delivered to me with the paperwork to sign. Staff friendly, understandable, and willing to go the extra mile to sale a customer a car. However, I was a bit befuddled by the financing part. It is great that every customer that buys a new car is offered free oil changes. I am stunned to the fact that toyota allowed me to trade in my old toyota corolla for the new car. The price is affordable. I really needed a new car after the credit check experience everything seemed to work out. But everyone toyota dealer needs to know that when a credit check is ran on a customer it does affect his/ her credit score. I personally spoke with transunion. I had a good experience with Dothan after running into the credit check problem with Bond's Toyota.

We found Ed Lewis to be a very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful salesman. When the dealership did not have exactly what we wanted, they quickly located the model, color and interior that we were looking for at a great price and trade-in value on our old car. They did not wear us down with a lot of haggling and waiting. Our car was delivered the next day, clean, polished, and with a full tank of gas! I shopped a 2015 Camry with this dealership, I asked for the same discount that I saw online for Camrys in Atlanta. They said they'd come close, but since they don't charge the same $800 doc fee as they do n Atlanta, they couldn't match it exactly. I said ok, lets see what you can do. So they showed a price that had almost the same discount. But the bottom line was still wrong. It turns out that they added a mysterious $1000 or so admin fee to the MSRP, in addition to the $400 doc fee. That's right, they tried to have me pay $1400 to process my purchase, while telling me how Atlanta dealerships are over charging the document fee. Then they tried to hide it in the MSRP. What a bunch of lie in your face crooks. What tipped me off is that the sales manager asked me to verify the numbers 3 times. The first time I thought he was being professional, the second time I knew something was up, and by the third time I had figured it out. They also low balled me $3000 on my trade assessment.So I went to Bondy's in Enterprise, right of the bat, I got what I wanted for my trade, which was what I owed on it. With some haggling I also got the deal I was looking for on the 2015 Camry. This was back in April; I surprisingly found myself in the market again in late May when I got an offer I could not refuse on my 2006 sedan. I ended up buying a 2015 Corolla from Bondy's by walking in and making an offer compared to what I saw online. There was minimal b.s. and haggling, we came to an agreement and I bought my second car from them in 3 months. The irony for Toyota of Dothan, is that they called me after I had agreed to buy the 2015 Camry from Bondy's; and gave a price that I would have accepted on day 1. But by then I would have never .. ever bought from them, and they lost the sale on two cars from me.

We went there for a van had spoke with Christy d several times she was very pushy and the deal was not what she said it was, after several hours there. And having to speak to several others. She wasn't very knowledgeable and bluffed her way through specs of the vehicle. She was a real disappointment. And Toyota for having under qualified sales people and the service department what a joke needed a bearing for a specific bearing this moron tried to tell me I had to buy the whole pump...300... Called enterprise Toyota got my new van and the part I needed for 28.00 not 300.00 this place is a jokeHowever the tall finance guy was very polite and nice should keep him around but the other two need training or other jobs

I've been to several dealerships around the country over the years, and the common theme is talking about customer service. Toyota of Dothan is the one store I've found that practices what they preach. Shopping online couldn't be easier.. They're not always the cheapest.. But they're also upfront with anything they say they're do. Explains a lot of why they say they have customers nationwide.. I can't see why anyone would spend so much time and effort to try to undercut their prices.

My wife and I are from Kentucky. We were in Dothan visiting family for the 4th of July. I had NO INTREST in buying a vehicle. I just wanted to see what the price differences were from Dothan to home in Kentucky. Christi Davis came to greet us. I explained up front we were just looking, but she was still very gracious in showing us the cars. I wanted to just leave but she insisted on just coming in for a bottle of water and giving us a business card. I still said no thanks and started walking to the car. So my wife said she would go get it. I pulled up front to pick her up and I noticed the Sales manager talking to her so I thought I better go in to get her LOL!! She told me to talk to the Manager. So I told him my story how I was 2000 dollars under water with my car, the inside door handle on the drivers side was broken and we had claimed bankruptcy just a year ago. We were in NO POSITION to be talking new cars. Plus, we were on vacation so we had NO EXTRA MONEY to put on a down payment for anything. He said quote "You haven't told me anything to scare me yet." His name was Steve I think. I told him I didn't want any hard pulls on my credit if I'm not interested in buying. He said he could basically peak at our credit with out actually doing a hard pull to see where we were. Good thing I let him. Our scores were about SIXTY POINTS HIGHER than anything we had gotten in Kentucky. That changed the game. He said just give me a few minutes to crunch some numbers and see were we are. The next thing I knew Christi was showing my wife a new Camry. I asked what they were doing and my wife told me the Sales manager told Christi to show us our new car. In the end they not only gave us enough to pay off our car(I think due to low mileage and care of the car) they were able to finance the new car and all the taxes without ANYTHING DOWN. So I drove in just price shopping and drove out in a new Camry WITHOUT COSTING ME A DIME out of my pocket that day!!! I am now if the car I always wanted and I am saving about 10 dollars a month from my old car. Christi was so sweet and she answered everything I wanted to know before we made the sale. They both(Christi and the sales manager) really went the extra mile to see we were taken care of. I will definitely return for my next car. I even have free oil changes and tire rotation every 10000 miles. On a side note I dip snuff. When I went in initially to get my wife another salesman came by to hand me a cup with tissue in it for spitting my tobacco. LOL!!! Just though I'd mention it to show we were taken care of in EVERY way.

Called in advance the night before to look at a Tacoma that was advertised on there website as I was coming from Florida, an hour and a half drive. When I got there there was NO TRUCK, they said it was at another lot 35 miles away, to go eat lunch and it would be there when I got back. I waited 3 HOURS, TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR !!!!!!!!!! Then he offers me 14 k for a trade that booked out on NADA AND KELLY for 18 to 20 k.!!!!!! Save yourself a trip, a TOTAL WASTE of time, would not recommend this dealer!!!!!!!!!

This service department attempted to extort $4000 from a single woman from out of town when she brought her 03 Lexus RX300 because the dash warning lights came on. She was warned not to drive the car any further and the engine would have to come out to effect repairs. She rented a car to get from Dothan to home in Panama City on this advice. She called me to get my opinion and I told to have the car towed to Reinhart Lexus in Montgomery to get a second opinion. Lexus could find no problem with her car. We will be contacting the proper authorities to insure that this situation will never be inflicted on another unsuspecting victim of Toyota of Dothan

Mr Hernandez greeted us with a smile and handshake. He was informative about the vehicle we were looking at. We had brought our little dog who is part of the family which was welcomed into the dealership. Josh went out of his way to get us the price we wanted and also the amount we wanted for our truck. I was really impressed with the professionalism that Mr Hernandez showed during the whole transaction. Yes I would definitely recommend Toyota of Dothan as the dealership to buy from. Didn't expect to actually purchase a new vehicle the day we started "just looking". After visiting a couple of other dealers earlier in the day we stopped by Toyota of Dothan and met Josh. He was very friendly and worked with us to find exactly the right car the wife wanted to drive home in. He took the time to get us the right car, right price, right now. I normally don't like dealing with a dealership. You get the run around and often feel like you have been smoothed talked. That is not true with Toyota of Dothan. I drove by. Saw a car. Called and talked to Josh. He was professional and courteous all the way. He got answers to all my questions. He was insistent that he wanted to earn my business. He took my offer to the manager. No need for the manager to come talk to me. Josh got the job done. They met all my demands. When I did drive away and have a tire pressure sensor go by, they wanted to get it corrected at their own expense. Jason was a super gracious service employee. But I really can't say enough about Josh. He feels like family. I know I can call on him anytime and will when the time comes for a new / newer car.

First off, I love how family oriented the dealership was. The employees told jokes and stories with me and my mom as we waited for information to be pulled up; and at the same time, they kept the process professional. They worked with me constantly, keeping me updated through phone and email about the shipments, and they helped work a lot of numbers to get my car into my budget window. J. Dowling was very knowledgeable about the Prius I wanted. He broke down the features to an elementary level, and I fell in love with the car even more than I did just watching it pass by on the highway. I would highly recommend Toyota of Dothan to anyone who's is looking for a vehicle, and not only the company but I would also tell them to go and see Mr. Joshua Hernandez, who I feel is a great salesman he helped us out a lot and I know he can do the same for you . He can get you a good deal. He helped us to get a brand new Toyota Corolla and he stayed there with us helping to make sure we got a great deal too that was affordable for us. He also explained to us about the different features of the car, the services that came with the car as well as other benefits that were included free of charge. However, if that doesn't get to you he treated us like celebrities we took a picture standing in front of our new car! Although that was really funny, it was like being in the actual Toyota commercial for the car company. I also want to mention how thankful we are to the others who helped us to get this great Car and their names are Mr. Cameron who referred Josh to us . Thank you Mr. Cameron! He was also very helpful and answered any questions we had. Also, Mr. Wayne Peterson what could we have done without him he was great in getting the numbers where we wanted to see them and that means a lot. Then there was Mr. Chris who helped us fill out the necessary documents and things so we could get our keys to our brand new Car yipee! He was very pleasant as well. This recent experience with Toyota of Dothan was OUTSTANDING!!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. First of all, I inquired about a Camry online that I was interested in. This was after hours, after dealership was closed. I received an email back from Josh Hernandez confirming that the car was already sold.... That same night. Then he proceeded to call me the next day.... On his off day.... And offered his time and services to me on his off day, and at a time that was beneficial to me!!! I was sooo impressed with that. He was very informational about the Camry, very friendly, and down to earth. I felt like I knew him all my life. Meanwhile, Josh and Wayne got together to help me to get an early Christmas present..... A 2014 Toyota Camry L!!!! Brand new!!!! After that, I met Chris and he was just as pleasant as everyone else!!! AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!....and I'm happy that I have a new family!!! I went to get an estimate on how much parts and labor will cost to have the front ball bearings replaced on my prius. They also found the water pump had a leak. I decided to allow them to do the repair. When i went to pick up the car, the service man said they washed and vacuumed the car. I figured it was okay, since it was raining, we didn't have a walk through. He told me the total price but refused to allow me to see the work order and price break-out. I drove from the lot straight to Tampa at 5 pm and took the back roads, and I noticed with the rain that my front windshield had a film that made it blurry and annoying to see through; I also noticed my head lights were not illuminating like they normally do (I have HID lights). The next day, I looked at the work order and noticed I was billed twice to have the serpentine belt placed on the car. I called in and they accepted to refund me the money that was over billed; and after several talks, they agreed to clean my windshield. I had to miss half a day of work and drive over 100 miles round trip for them to clean the windshield; as it turns out, they never processed my refund, and if i didn't say anything about it once there, they would have stayed quiet about it and kept it (how i know, because the paper work for it was never done, and i had to wait 10 min after i requested it though they said they were working on it 3 days earlier). At the end of it all, they said the cleaning crew washed my windshield with a dirty rag (which is what also got my headlights dirty and didn't allow the light to shine through) that caused my windshield to be blurry; clearly, this was the dealer's fault, but i was not compensated for my half day of work missed nor my travel of 100 miles to get to the dealer and back to my home/work.

The salesman Josh Hernandez really took the time to show me the details of the vehicle I was interested in which was a FJ Cruiser. He took me on a test drive which was considerably better than the other dealership in Enterprise (Bondy's). Josh listened to what options I wanted and with Wayne Patterson began a search for the vehicle I'd wanted. They found one very close and actually with some options I liked but had not specified. Price point was OK, but I wasn't very pleased with trade-in, but then blue book kinda inflates the value of select Toyota products anyway which is a bit frustrating if not actually aggravating. It is what it is. I enjoy the FJ. I'll be back to Dothan for my next Toyota.

I can easily say that my total car buying experience was a positive one at Toyota of Dothan with the assistance of Heath Danford and Chris Kramer. Heath was exceptionally patient and responsive throughout the process of reviewing the options and vehicles that would potentially fit in my budget. He was very accommodating with my schedule in setting up plans to bring my trade vehicle in for their review and evaluation, as well as to look at vehicles on their lot at my convenience. As we were able to finalize vehicle selection and purchase details, Heath and Chris were very thorough and were keen to ensure we were all on the same page. Chris was happy to discuss any and all aspects of the documents as they were executed as well as to answer any questions that arose; directly related or otherwise. At no point in my dealings with Heath and Chris did I feel pressured or as if I was simply the next in a long line of potential customers. I never felt rushed while looking at vehicles or while approaching a decision point for the eventual purchase of a 2013 4Runner SR5. They both made it clear through their actions that they enjoy what they do and were happy to have me as a customer. I was shopping for a new Camry. A bank I deal with approved $24000 for financing. The local Toyota dealership told me I had to come and renegotiate the financing for what I wanted. I called Toyota of Dothan and Josh returned my call with the promise "24-out the door." He came through with the deal and I am completely happy with the transaction. No negotiating or haggling - just a quick, satisfactory experience.

I purchased a 2008 Silverado and this was the easiest purchase I have ever made. I drove 4 hours to buy this truck. Kevin Woodall was very professional. Truck was actually at a sister dealership and Kevin stayed right with us until the truck arrived. You get a family type of atmosphere with these guys. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly, especially Josh Hernandez. He spent most of one day with me, but I never felt pressured to buy. Josh was knowledgeable of the vehicles I was interested in and answered every one of my questions. The day the car arrived, he spent even more time explaining the functions of the car and making sure I was comfortable with it. He has made me feel a part of the 'family' at Toyota of Dothan. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Toyota of Dothan despite being slightly stressed about having to purchase a new vehicle. Furthermore, Mr. Edward Lewis made purchasing a new vehicle a pleasure! Took YARIS in for possible transmission problem. ( I did not have an appt.) Whatever you pay Danny Morris is not enough. He took my information immediately, got my vehicle to the mechanic right away. During the time the car was in the shop he came out and kept me updated and even took me back to show me what had been found, and what could be done and why, to remedy any further concerns from occuring. I was back on the road with the vehicle performing smooth as silk. I spoke with Josh over the phone about the Tacoma and he was honest enough to tell me there was someone on the way to look at it. We hurried over to the dealership and were able to squeeze in a test drive before the other person arrived. We ended up purchasing and we still can't believe we got the truck. We are so glad to know there is still a dealership that encourages their salespeople to be honest and forthcoming. Josh did not have to tell us about the other buyer. He could have told us it had already sold. Instead, he chose to follow the first come, first serve, rule of car buying and we are happy Toyota owners because of it. He was extremely personable, helpful and friendly. He even directed us to an authentic Mexican restaurant when we mentioned how much we missed that type of food. I started looking to buy a bigger vehicle due to my wife being pregnant. We needed a bigger vehicle but i had only had my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 for a year and a half and I was upside down around 9,000. I began my search in and around my home which is in Crestview FL. I talked to a few dealers and all of them either wanted a ridiculous down payment or for me to pay a huge monthly payment or in some cases both! Many dealers I spoke to in person or over the phone seemed to be unmotivated and it felt like I was wasting their time. I had given up and my wife and I decided to wait and just make due with our current vehicles until I got a phone call from Josh Hernandez. His motivation and determination immediately put me at ease and gave me hope. In the short time I had spoken with Josh I gained so much confidence that I had scheduled a meeting with him in person and it didn't matter that we were 111 miles away. When my wife and I met him in person we were blown away by his professionalism and knowledge. He lead the way and made sure we were happy and we left the dealership in a Limited 2013 Toyota 4Runner!! Here I am meeting The Three Musketeers Athos, Porthos, and Aramis of Dothan.. Sounds overrated? No. I got a pretty huge low score due to my previous car dealer that gave all my credentials to 14 lenders and pulled it at the same time( you read it right, 14). Came to the dealer and greeted and wait for less than 10 minutes and my transaction begins. They fulfilled their promise of not giving my credentials away to lenders and "Legal Loan Shark". They even convinced me to switch from 2 doors car to a saloon. Now I had some doubt when they said that, but it's all diminished once I drove it on my way home. With their forgiving and soft attitude on loans I was given 1.9% APR, with 600-620 FICO score and considering my down payment is less than 1000(and the APR) that is magical, and a new 2013 Camry SE(not LE although I could go for XLE), They worked with me for four hours just to get me financed and the choice of the car that they offer me was not disappointing at all. Here is the name of the "Musketeers" : Steve Barry, Woodrow Dean, Kevin WoodallDefinitely will come back for the next sales next year. Recommended for dealer honesty and fair business ethic? Definitely !

We have had credit problems in the past, and knew we would have a hard time getting a vehicle financed, but really needed one. Mr. Holly and Mr. Lewis went out of their way to find us a vehicle that we could afford and still not be afraid to get out on the road to drive. My husband is handicapped, diabetic and hadn't eaten that day, so he really got weak, both these men went someplace and found him some food. On 4/24 I was involved in a bad accident which totaled my vehicle out. The last 2 weeks has been very stressful dealing with insurances and everything else that comes along with a wreck physically and emotionally. Being my vehicle was totaled and I had to purchase another one I of course called Mr. Dean to assist me in this. Mr.Dean worked with my insurance company and after 2 days of working on it and searching he found the vehicle I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and I was getting what I wanted. This was my 19 yr.old sons first vehicle. He has always wanted a Tacoma because his cousins who owns them highly recommended the Tacoma. Recently I visited Toyota of Dothan to look at small SUV's. Jay promptly greeted me with a smile and asked a few questions to determine my needs & wants. He suggested I look at the Venza, since I was happy with my Avalon but needed the hauling capacity of an SUV. I had never considered a cross-over...which is the best of a car and SUV combined. I only get small opportunities to see my wife, usually around once a month for one weekend. I wanted to synchronize the purchase of my new car with a rare upcoming visit where my wife was to stay with me for a full week in Dothan, Alabama. I was very please with the help I received when purchasing this my Scion FR-S, however there are a couple of things I noticed that could have been improved. Let me start off with people I worked with:Angela Wilkerson (Product Specialist): I did all my research on the FR-S online and had a good idea about the car prior to getting to the Dealership. I just drove up and walked to the first person I could see, which happened to be Angela. Angela started off telling me the technical information on the car, but I stopped her and asked for a test drive. After the test drive , I decided to purchase the car. Since the color of the car I wanted wasn't available, Angela worked with me in order to find the right one. She introduced me to Wayne and served as an intermediary between he and I. She took or returned all of my phone calls regardless of time of day and made sure I was taken cared for. She was very accommodating throughout the entire buying process. In Short - I enjoyed buying my car from Angela - 5 out of 5 Stars.Wayne Patterson (New Car Sales Manager): He did an outstanding job finding the exact car for me. I was given options when the color I wanted wasn't available. I initially chose from the his options, a black automatic FR-S instead of the Asphalt Grey Automatic, however I came back to the Dealership a day or so later and insisted on the Grey Automatic. Wayne went out of his way in order to find it for me at the right price. In short - Truly professional - 5 out of 5 stars. Steve Barry (Finance Manager): Even though my wife and I scheduled an appointment through Angela to see Steve days in advance in order to complete the paperwork, we ended up waiting in the lobby for approximately an hour and a half before being seen. Time is a commodity for us, we wanted to minimize as much time at the dealership so we could do other activities as a family. Kids don't do well at dealerships. I didn't care for the interaction I witnessed between Steve and Angela. He seemed unduly harsh when addressing her. He had the appearance of frustration. Steve did an adequate job in creating and explaining the financial paperwork associated with the purchase, however the paperwork had some mistakes. As of this writing, I still have to inform Steve that the dealership has to apply online for a tax refund from El Paso, Texas in order to get my money back. The El Paso tax assessor's office no longer mails refund checks out everything is done online. The financial portion of this purchase required my wife and I to do some running around to get the car tags. Which is understandable, however I think the responsibility of finding out the correct information for a purchaser, regardless of situation, resides with the Finance Manager. This is easily accomplished by email or a simple phone call, then following up with the customer. In this situation, my wife and I are doing the leg work and I am following up with the dealership. In short - 3 out of 5 Stars.Overall - My buying experience was good.

We rented a Toyota Sienna Minivan from Courtney Woodham at Toyota of Dothan. We were on our way to Florida in our RV, and had some trouble that required us to leave it at Camping World in Dothan. Camping World referred us to Toyota of Dothan and our experience with Courtney was excellent. She came and picked us up, the paperwork was quick and easy, and even gave us an extra set of DVD headphones for our three kids! The Sienna minivan was a great vehicle as well! Not only was he knowledgeable enough to make our final decision a no brainer for us, he made our entire experience enjoyable. Woodrow was with a customer when I arrived for our appointment. When he realized it would be more than 5-10 minutes to wrap up he brought Michael over to begin assisting us with looking at the vehicles on the lot. March 2nd was a bitterly cold, windy day, but there was no feeling of being rushed by either Michael or Woodrow to "make a decision". Woodrow was very patient explaining the details on the car that I was unfamiliar with as well as going over the financial aspects. He also assisted with setting up and making sure the blue tooth function worked properly. I was very pleased with the financing that was worked out so that I would be able to afford to trade my 2008 Corolla for a 2013 model. Because of the lateness of closing the sale, I was unable to have my car detailed at that time. A few days later, I was offered a loaner to go take care of the tag transfer while my car was being detailed. The one thing I would suggest is that when a car is being detailed, offer the customer the choice of having the seats protected at the same time. I know that is an extra cost, but from what I recall, it wasn't too expensive. I would have gladly paid to have it done at that time. It's easier than making an appointment to come back. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, friendly and professional. Our family has purchased several vehicles from you and more than likely will continue to do so in the future.

This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The folks at Toyota of Dothan were top notch when it comes to customer service and friendliness especially Rachel Simmons. She worked very hard to earn my business. I did not need to buy a new car, I had a 2011 Tundra that I loved. I was fishing for a great deal to get my wife an SUV so I could take the smaller car to work and save a few dollars on gas. I never thought I would buy another new car but Toyota of Dothan offered me a great new car at the best price with none of the hassel I have come to expect from car buyingI had already signed a purchase agreement at another dealer in the area but had to pay a $500 nonrefundable deposit to have it shipped and wait for the vehicle to arrive. I got an email from Rachel two days later with a deal I could not pass up for a vehicle that was better equipped, in stock and would still be cheaper even after losing the $500 deposit. We worked everything over the phone or email even my trade in. I spent more time on the drive to Dothan from Ft Walton beach than I did at the dealership. Well worth the drive. Still excited about it. They even offered me advice on how to get my money back from that other dealer and told that they don't ever require a deposit to bring in a vehicle for a customer.If you are looking at buying a Toyota in this area then go to Toyota of Dothan.

But I also wanted something a little more sporty so Rachel helped me find that special car and I do mean special! Rachel was very friendly. Rachel helped me in all ways possible to find the car I would surely love and the price was right! She hooked me up with the car ... And I mean THE CAR... A FORD MUSTANG GT in RED! We have been happily driving a Honda for years and had pretty much done everything but sign the papers on another one - was actually about to do so. I decided at the last minute however to take a quick look at Toyota but had no intentions on buying one - none. Kevin Woodall quickly changed my from that thought however. We were not hassled like every other dealership we had been to and were treated with respect and honesty which is hard to find. Josh explained every detail we inquired about and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle. Once price negotiation started we again didn't feel pressured or forced into anything. Josh worked very hard to get the price where we wanted and helped to make sure we were taken care of all around. We were blown away by the financing we received and were told that Chris Kramer had worked very hard for us and saved us hundreds of dollars a month on the rate we got. She was really nice and very professional from the beginning. She never seemed pushy and seemed truly interested in helping us find the 4 Runner we loved. She went on several test drives with us and always seemed very genuine and concerned in what we actually wanted. We found one we loved and she began the deal for us. This was when we were introduced to Woodrow. Woodrow was awesome in explaining everything in detail so that we could understand what was going on. He too, seemed genuinely concerned in what we wanted and took into consideration what we were willing to pay. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and we really were. We signed all of our paperwork with Chris. He was very detailed and professional. He explained all of our options when it came to warranties and explained everything we were signing before we signed it. Overall we had a wonderful experience with the staff at Toyota of Dothan! When I called Jason to set up my first maintenance appointment on my like-new 2008 Toyota Solara which I purchased at Toyota of Dothan in the fall of 2012, I asked if I could bring it in on Saturday. I told him I understood Saturdays were a very busy day and wondered if he could fit me in. He asked what time I would like to bring it in. I told him I could bring it in between 8 and 8:30 a.m.. He said that would be fine.When I showed up a half-hour late that Saturday morning, the waiting area as packed, and I expected to wait there the better part of the day. When I asked Jason how long it would be, he told me an hour and a half, and indeed that's what it was.The Toyota of Dothan team, puts customers first, and exceeds expectations.

I submitted a number of inquiries and visited two dealers regarding the toyota avalon. Rachel was the only one who responded quickly and with the information that I wanted. Since I knew which vehicle I wanted and the colors that I wanted, my request was for two things: 1-cost of the vehicle and 2- out-the-door price of the vehicle. It is hard to put into words the great experience I had at this dealer. My mom leases a new Camry every three years. I do the negotiations for her. I dealt with Toyota dealers in Marianna, Tallahassee, Panama City and Dothan. Marianna Toyota and Panama City Toyota were a waste of my time. Legacy of Toyota did not have the inventory. Dothan won out easily on all counts. My negotiations involved Wayne Patterson, Woodrow Dean, and Rachel Simmons. No matter what questions I through at them, or email price quote requests I asked for, they responded precisely and quickly. I'm located in Atlanta and had to do all my communication and negotiations remotely. Toyota of Dothan made this a breeze. In all my communications, they took me serious, unlike Panama City and Marianna.These folks were courteous, professional, and accommodating. All the details of the deal were done remotely. When my mom and I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready. Woodrow showed mom the ins and outs of how to operate the car. After that Rachel went over everything else with my mom, including manuals, paperwork, business cards, different departments of the dealership, etc. Rachel (and the rest) treated my mom like a queen. We actually just went to look at a Highlander we had seen on the lot because we thought we might trade in the next year. We were greeted by Peter Leigh and we did a test drive, after returning we got into a conversation with Peter, Paul and Brian. You both did excellent work as far as customer service, at first we were hesitant w/ the tactics you were using such as luring us in the building and constantly asking us to come inside, but once we actually made a decision too, we were pleased w/ the over all atmosphere. We chose the Camry over the 2013 ACCORD because of its smooth riding and more up to date technology. Also, its eco status put it on the market as one of the best selling cars of its class. Being a huge honda fan immediately made me biased, but as Jason allowed me to discover the interesting features the Camry has, i was slowly looking at the Camry w/ a new perspective. The car its self is beautiful, and the service preformed on it such as the NEW leather seats are perfect as well. Also, considering you had our car dropped off and we live in Enterprise made us happy. Mr Dean, thank you for the extra cushion for my mother and your understanding of the condition she has, that hands down allowed me to see the awesome customer service. That was very pleasing and I give my regards to you sir. We took the information on both Siennas home after working out cost and trade in information with Paul. Michael Chancy has sold my Company, 2 Toyota Sienna Vans. I came there because my 1st thoughts would to be on the Toyota team. I felt safer this way and convinced my company to buy from Toyota of Dothan. We have been very pleased with the vehicle's and have had great service. I was in the market for a new vehicle for my son, and knew I would go back to Toyota if ever was at this point. So I did and wouldn't have delt with anyone else but Michael Chancy. He took his time with us and was very patient in our decision making. Michael is a great salesman in my opinion, because he made me feel appreciated and treated us as if it was his primary concern to get us in the right vehicle for my son, and keeping us in a category of affordability. I'll use him again in the future if needed, and am considering leasing another one for my wife. So tell Michael to be ready, and I would greatly appreciate a better deal since now I'm advertising for Toyota and Michael Chancy, a good hearted salesman and won't take advantage of you. I am in sales myself and never enjoy going into a car dealer because of all the pushy salesman you find. You will not find that in Josh. Ed Lewis is the best salesman my wife and I dealt with in searching for a new car. We visited four other dealerships and the reason we bought our car from Toyota of Dothan was Ed Lewis. He knew everything about the Venza we purchased and explained it in a way that was easily understood. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. All of our family and friends will hear about this remarkable young man. Kudos also to the men who hired him and trained him.The facility is wonderfully clean and inviting. A couple of recommendations would be (1)to cut down on time spent "haggling over price". If a customer says this is what I can do and no more then that needs to be respected.(2)Train the staff in the rental car area to be as positive as Ed. Shall I just say WOW!! My husband, Bruce and I went there just to look at what they had on the lot; we were looking for a gas economical and affordable used car. Neither of us have ever owned a Toyota. We were met and greeted by Mr. Kevin Woodall, who exuberated friendliness, knowledge, and above all a willingness to help us find the correct vehicle to suit our needs. We only had one disappointment and that was that the dealership was having a blowout sale and had moved most of their inventory to the Walmart. Before the end of the day-- the disappointment became a vague blip as we not only purchased a 2012 Scion IQ, but a 2012 Toyota Tundra truck. Talk about BLOWOUT SALE! We were over-whelmed and so appreciative of the deal that they had put together for us. I would like to mention Mr. Ashley Givens who we handed some of the hardest circumstances in order to make the deal happen. My compliments to him as he is one of the most amazing magicians. And I would also like to mention, Mr. Chris Kramer as one of the nicest financial people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This was one AMAZING experience and I hope that everyone who reads this review will take the opportunity to go and meet these people at this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Toyota 4Runner Limited with Mickey Miller as my sales consultant. After searching around from Fort Walton Beach, Pensacola, and Panama City I made the drive. The dealership rivals Sams Club in both size and selection and has a nice small town Southern feel. Everything I was promised was delivered with a fair price. Mickey is very knowledgeable about the vehicle features and capabilities and really help me decide what vehicle would best suit my needs, instead of just selling me a car.Overall I was impressed and will make the drive in the future.

I initially met with Wayne and after settling some initial concerns, he forwarded me to Mick. Both answered my questions and treated me like a respected customer. The experience was great, and the only suggestions would be:1. Better/more accurate estimation of time (when ordering a car) and 2. Try not to make too many mistakes on the paperwork, so that a new form isn't needed (gotta love paperwork, right Steve ;)

I found exactly what I was looking for - a 2011 Honda CRV EX with low miles on the internet at Toyota of Dothan. My husband and I both thought the listed price was very reasonable (based on NADA) and beat by far the prices of similar vehicles found here in our local area. The salesperson, Andy Garcia, was fantastic to work with. He assured me the CRV was in excellent shape and immediately provided us with the car fax report. He even offered to deliver the vehicle to us - over 300 miles away. My husband and I drove to Dothan instead, and the vehicle was exactly as Andy had said. Needless to say, we bought the CRV, and TOD willingly stored it for us for a few days while we vacationed in Florida. I am not a "wheeler-dealer" and dread the purchasing of a car. We have bought other vehicles where you have to haggle with the salesperson who goes back and forth with management until they/you agree on a price. It was not this way with TOD. The listed price was their bottom line and we were agreeable to pay that price. Based on our experience with Andy and TOD, we would definitely consider purchasing again with them for future vehicles.

We came in to look for a truck for our son. He knew what he wanted, so we just needed to locate one for him. He's in the Army stationed at Fort Rucker, but didn't have the time away from the base. We were only going to be in town a few days. We needed to get him in something fast so we could get back home. Dothan Toyota, was so helpful, they found him 2 trucks at other locations. Our son didn't like either color, so we called Paul and Jay asked them to keep looking. They found just what he wanted. Now here's the catch that set this dealer apart from others. The truck would not be able to be delivered for several days leaving our son without anything to drive. They went above and beyond to give him a loaner vehicle. He needed a truck and they made sure he got one ( he needed to buy and move furniture). As well as taking care of him. They also took care of our Camry. We had a small problem with the sun visor, they fixed it on the spot. We are so thankful and grateful to the entire staff for making our son's first vehicle purchase a great experience!!! I could not have been more pleased that we lucked into having Heath Danford as our salesperson. Heath was very respectful to my Dad and I know my Dad enjoyed talking about car racing, etc. I appreciated the manager making the extra effort to get the price down to what we could afford.
