I've had some bad experiences with other dealership service departments but Toyota of Downtown LA seriously exceeded my expectation. Not only was my service rep, John, super friendly and helpful, the other staff were as well. As being a service center in downtown LA and always so busy, your office always made sure I wasn't just another number in rotation. They have fast and friendly service and I like that I can take their free shuttle to work. Years ago they use to wash your car for free but unfortunately they don't anymore, I wish they would bring back service back. The only downside is that their prices are too high.

While at the site, a live chatting alpeared that made my search more easy. I was easily placed on aue for the day's visit to DTLA branch. Mr. Roger who should be assisting us suddenly had to go for personal apppointment. I went for oil service and electric problem. And the guy who's talk to me , said that my car can't charge mi Iphone, because Camrys if only for Samsung phones. Omg, sorry my bicabulary , but this is stupid. The elctric problem is that the charger is no working.

I was recommended Toyota off downtown LA by cars.com they give you MSRP price, the invoice price, and the Target price, however Toyota of downtown LA contacted me with statement that they sell their cars MSRP, no negotiation and no cars.com target price I will shop somewhere else

1- VERY PUSHY AGENTS TO SELL WHAT'S CONVENIENT FOR THEM, DIDNT EVEN TRIED TO GIVE US MORE OPTIONS, MY HUSBAND MENTIONED HE LIKED ONE AND THAT WHAT'S IT,. NEVER ASKED HIM WHAT WAS HIS NEEDS TO ENSURE IT WAS THE CORRECT PRODUCT. 2- IT TOOK OVER 4 HOURS TO GET TO FINANCING . WE HAD AGREED $500.00 DOWNPAYMENT IN A LEASE VEHICLE WHICH WAS NEVER EXPLAINNED A CHARGE OVER $10K 3--AND A MONTH LATER WE START GETTING CALLS AND CALLS DURING WORKING HOURS FROM MANY PEOPLE FROM DEALER. ASKING ABOUT THE DOWN PAYMENT AND EMAIL THAT IF WE DON'T PAY IT WILL BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS. I ASKED TO BE SENT IN WRITTING WITH REMAINNING AMOUNT AND DUE DATE IF ANY SINCE ACCORDING DOCUMENTATION DURING LEASE DAY WE HAD SATISFIED ALL AGREED NEGOTIATIONS. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PROOF WHAT THEY WERE DEMANDING..ITS ANNOYING TO GO TO A PLACE TO SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS INSTEAD OF GOING TO COMPETITION AND GET TREATED LIKE STUPID. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER IF POSSIBLE I WILL PREFER TO RETURN DE VEHICLE.

Brought my car in for routine maintenance and because the A/C smelled dusty. They had the car since 10am and said they'd call around noon for an update. At 3:30 when I still heard nothing from them I called, was put on hold for 15 minutes, and finally told that the car was not ready and the person in charge of it was not responding so they left him a message.He got back to me at 4:30 to say the car is ready, and the problem with the A/C was that I had the air circulation on internal. Last I checked, this is how A/C works efficiently. They claimed the cabin filter was fine.Went to pick up the car and as soon as I turned it on there was that smell again, so I called the guy back and he took it to the shop to spray some deodorizer/germicidal on the cabin filter. As far as I know a cabin filter is a 5$ piece of crumpled paper so I don't understand why bother spraying it rather than just changing it. I waited.They brought the car back and the glove compartment wouldn't close, because the mechanic didn't put the door back on correctly. Had to wait for the car to be taken to the shop AGAIN, and then they fixed it. They had the car for 7.5 hours and I had to sit there and wait for them to do what they were gonna do all along.A day later the A/C started smelling again.I'm not coming back. I'll just change the cabin filter myself, thank you very much.

I arrived at 6:45 am for a 7:00 am appointment. There were three employees who were moving earlier cars. I waited for 15 minutes before anyone approached me. They said that the service advisors computer was down.

I went to many dealers before, and I got upset after they asked me for crazy down payments on vehicles that you don't really know if they're been well maintained. Toyota of down town LA will get you the best deal not matter what, they didn't focused on what my income is, or how much can I put in my down payment. I got out of there with I nice used car that is like New with a really low down payment and monthly payments evenbetter.. Thank you guys!

Dont get yourself into a trouble by going there! You need to empty out at least 1-2 days of yours for service to your car! Trust me there are other Toyota dealer locations where you can get it done little quicker. Plus, customer service... dont even start with it

I got the Corolla S 2016 I'm in love it's exactly the car I wanted they made sure I left happy .. Even washed it and put gas in it .. They taught me how to use the features .. the only thing i'm concern about is that when i traed in my car , they didn't give me enough for my car. Also i was kind of making mine mind up for another color and the person who was helping me was acting like i don't have another color the one you test drive the first time is better. So i didn't like that . The day of my purchase i ask him too that if i can test drive another one which i did but i can see he was kind of getting upset and then he told me, my manager is gonna get upset if i let you test drive more than one car if you don't decide right now. Is like i didn't have enough time to think about or decide . But other than that everybody was friendly so to the vendor who was helping me he was kind . But i understand he was doing his job.

I had a multi point inspection, tune-up that disclosed several things wrong with my car. I have extended warranty coverage, so I made an appointment and brought my car in and was completely satisfied at the service and that I did not have to pay out of pocket for my expenses. RUBEN IS THE BEST!!!

Thanks Toyota of DTLA! Couldn't ask for a more convenient location. I drop off at 6:30 am and they have a shuttle to take you back to work and pick you up when your car is ready... can't get any easier than this! I'm too busy to take it after work or take time off so I love that I can do this during my work day. Danny L. from the service department has been amazing and always very helpful. Just went back to get some dents and cosmetic work done on my car and Augie M. was absolutely wonderful ! I have no complaints.... even the shuttle driver is adorable ! THANKS TOYOTA DTLA for making my life easier and giving me great service !

I came in to get my side mirror replaced. They said it was in stock waiting for me, so I take it in. After I take it in, I get a call later that said that they need to order it because it wasn't in stock. It turns out that it was a mistake. Apparently, the customer service guy didn't know how to check the inventory list properly. Eventually, they got the job done after the parts department guy cleared things up. My interactions with the actual repair guys have been good, but you need to be careful about some of the customer service staff. Some of them know what they're doing. Some of them don't. At least they were apologetic about the mix up.

The service at Toyota Downtown has become very unprofessional in getting their service needs accomplished. I have referred a lot of customers but I don't think I will no more. I waited so long for the shuttle to bring me home plus they couldn't release my vehicle because there system was down so I couldn't wait for the system to come back and the service adviser said she will email it to me and to this day I haven't received anything. Besides they could do the recall on my pick up due to the system. As you see to many issues on their behalf hopefully they do something to change the service.

i bought the Yaris to 2015. I just have one concern about my car. I had the Yaris to 2012 and the fuel gas performance was excellent but now I did not feel the same if I compare my 2015 Yaris.

My service technician is Adriana, and she is dynamite. She calls me promptly to advise what the damages, the costs, and additional recommendations are. Once I return her call and make the appropriate approvals, the vehicle is repaired within the time I am told. In addition the inexpensive rental made available by this facility, also helps in not missing a step.

I was specifically looking for the Scion-FRS 2015, when I checked in their website it says that they do have it. But surprisingly when we arrived they didn't have it in stock, so they had to call other places. In the process I was given all wrong information about the sale of the car, I was told it comes with a $500 dollars in rebate. It was the most unpleasant experience I ever had.Now that I'm driving the car after 2 weeks a little engine chirping sound came up, had I looked into the feedback of this car I would've known all about it. Now they say it cannot be ix so I have to drive the car with an annoying sound that is almost making me crazy!!!

I went in with what I thought was not so great credit, and a low down payment. When Carla first ran my credit she came to me and said, " You know, Crystal its really not that bad". WHAT!? That was music to my ears. Carla was so patient and determined to get me into a car, she just kept reassureing me, "Don't worry, we are gonna get you in a car today." I got a letter from Toyota alerting me that I could take my Camry in to get the reservoir tank replaced at no cost - I called Toyota of DTLA and was immediately given an appointment with Danny. The service I received was courteous, prompt, and well-done. I was so impressed not only with the quality of work, but with the professionalism of the staff as well. They also washed my car, free of charge, and told me I could come back at any time to do so. I'll only be using this service provider for my Camry from now on!

The service advisor goes over and beyond the duties to keep me satisfy . I put my trust in him and he makes sure that I'm satisfy . He offers a rent car or the shuttle services, I wouldn't go to any other dealer.

Pleasant experience buying a car. I had to negotiate a bit to get to my desired interest rate for my loan, but was ultimately surprised with how quickly the process went.I would recommend getting your own credit report before visiting so you have more leverage with negotiations. If you have good credit, fight for the best interest rate possible.

On time, good prices, good service. My car was given a 90,000 mile service with a holiday special price. Well worth it. I did recent fuel injection cleaning and other things recommended by the service department, but they didn't push. Good delivery.
