The people were friendly and not over bearing. The dealership was clean and a great atmosphere. There was a variety of vehicles to choose from. They were willing to work with you and strike a deal that was good for both parties. They introduced you to the parties that you would be contacting in the future. They went into great detail about the services provided by the dealership. The sales rep spent a lot of time with us going over, setting up and explaining all the bells and whistles of our new vehicle and made sure we understood. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I pulled in on a Saturday only to schedule an appointment for my 10,000 mile service for sometime in the middle of the week . Dan told me to go in, have a cup of coffee, make myself at home and they would have me done in no time. I was like ... Wow.. Really !!! I bought a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe at Toyota of Rockwall in early 2014. Over the past year or so I was noticing transmission issues. I took it in, and the staff in the Service department was prompt and courteous. They notified me a day or two later that the vehicle would have to go to the Hyundai dealer down the road for the transmission repair. I picked it up at the end of the week, and it runs remarkably well. The cost of the repair was about half to a third of what I thought it would be, so I am happy for that.

I totaled my 2013 Corolla on 10/7. We reached out to Chris Abshire as he was recommended by a friend. Chris was eager to help and went beyond the call of duty. I had an appointment on Wednesday night and when I couldn't physically make it he used Face Time to show me the cars I was interested in. We worked the deal via text and phone. I got the car I wanted at the BEST price and it only took 1.5 hrs in the dealership. I LOVE my new 2017 Black Sand Pearl Corolla, the safety features are so impressive that it calmed me getting back behind the wheel. Thank you Chris and Toyota of Rockwall!! BTW did I mention I live in FRISCO? Yep and it was WELL WORTH the drive.

Very rushed once I had given a check for the full price I asked to have someone review the items in the auto with me and the attitude changed to feeling very rushed and I did not have a good experience, I sent a complaint to the General Manager and never heard back. There are several items they are suppose to take care of and I am not getting the response I should be as a new customer.

I have bought 4 cars from this dealership, and had the same experience each time. I have to negotiate them down from an unreasonable asking price, then further conflict trying to get a reasonable trade in allowance. It is not till I show them details of another dealership and better offer and trade in do they match the deal. Be prepared to work hard to get a reasonable deal.

I had a decent experience with the purchase of our 2016 Buick Lacrosse , but when we arrived home we noticed that one of the fins on our grille guard was broken. It was not broken before we signed the papers and I believe when they washed and detailed the vehicle, someone put their knee against the grille while towel drying the hood of the car. I called the dealership and they said bring the car in the following Monday and they would take care of it. I arrived at dealership on Monday and my salesman tells me that the dealership will not honor their promise to fix grille. I looked up the part on the GMC web site and the fin is less than 20.00 dollars to replace. I feel like if I spent 25,000 dollars at your dealership, they should stand behind their service promises. I will go to G.M. who makes the best cars in the world and buy the part myself. In the 30 + years that I have purchased G.M products, their dealerships have always treated me like an important customer. I should have known not to deal with foreign car dealership. Oh well, live and learn. Not the first time I have been screwed .

I did a lot of research before I went in to buy a car, so I had an idea of what I wanted. Jonathen was extremely helpful and patient and showed me all the cars I wanted to see. He suggested a couple of other cars I might also like but when, in the end, I picked one of the two I came in for originally, he didn't hesitate to assist me with that. Gabriel, who helped Jonathen with figuring out payments and whatnot was also extremely helpful but what was more important to me is that he very transparent and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Finally, Brett in financing explained to me my options and he seemed very sincere in his suggestions and I really appreciated that.I would definitely recommend Toyota Rockwall for you next car purchase!

Even on Sat, it was quickly repaired. Service Advisor taking service request, was succinct, courteous, even though I bought the vehicle 3-4 months back, at another dealer, 200 mi away.All aspects of the repair were explained. Although I had expected to have most of my service handled at the dealership where it was bought, I am reconsidering, since I spend about half of the week near Rockwall, I am more likely to bring it back for routine service, to this dealership.

I love the honest no BS approach with Toyota of Rockwall. We bought our first Tundra from them in 2008, it was new and has been an excellent vehicle with only routine maintenance. I was searching for a used truck as our other one went to college with our daughter. I knew what I wanted, Salesman helped me with test drives and I was in and out in less than 4 hours. Easy transaction and great service. Even got a follow up call from the salesman about a week later to make sure I still liked my car. I would recommend Toyota of Rockwall to everyone.

Service was good however I had an appointment scheduled and was there for 2.5 hour for an oil change. I saw several people come and go so that arrived after me but I cant say what they were seen for. Then we I left they didn't put the glove box back together after checking the air filter.I will continue to use Toyota as this is the first bad experience I have had but think it is important to know when something isn't just right.. Keep up the good work, maybe it was just a bad day.

We had purchased new tires a few days previous and I noticed that while making a hard right turn, that the tire was rubbing on the wheel well. Drove up, with no appointment, and everything was fixed with no issue and I was in and out in no time! A clip had come loose on my wheel well, so the technician replaced the clip and all was good. BEWARE!!Me and my wife bought a used tahoe from them that was suposssed to have been inspected before putting on the lot to sale. Witch they did not do within 2 days of owning the vehicle they battery died witch we found out was was 5 years old when removed it. This is texas that should have been takin care of before the sale. The next week we got some brake noise come to find out instead for doing the brake job it needed they just bent the tabs on the brake pads to stop the noise. Guess they don't know heat moves the tabs back. And in they possess of doing a brake job my self I noticed the right rear main axle seal had been leaking for some time. (That is also a safty hazared) Also that weekend I took the vichle instead of my wife and notice the Tahoe having a hard staying running at stop lights come to find out they failed to do a tone up on a 100k mile vehicle they dam well knew what the problem was..this has all gone wrong within 3 weeks of owning the Tahoe and they have yet to complete the paper work with my bank and the bank has been waking for 2 weeks for a response. Needless to say I will never be returning for sales or service nor will I ever recommend this dealer ship to any one. Guess the hole sales pitch and presses they preach and about doing multi point inspection is one hug lie. Dale and Wes has been the only good part of this experience. As for the rest well the review should give you a good I idea about thatSTAY AWAY!!!!

Samuel of service department did my 10k maintenance service for my corolla.He will give you update in evryway of the process just to keep you updated regarding your car. He give you detailed explanation on what was done to your car and what would be the next service of your car. Outstanding service performance indeed! And I didn't get that from Toyota of McKinney that kind of service. It shows that this dealership is the best to visit and I will recommend this to my friends and family.Also, after few days that you visit them, somebody will call you to follow and ask you if the service of the vehicle was done correctly and she will recommend and remind you on your next service of your vehicle too. After a phone call, I had all the info I needed. Questions about the car, price and all. After driving 120 miles, I was not disappointed. No pressure about anything, the car was ready and spotlessly clean and there were none of the "oh, I forgot to mention..." lines used. Just what we had discussed on the phone, a little paperwork and I was on my way. I would recommend this dealership and Robert Castle to anyone. I have been buying cars for over 50 years and a can't imagine a more pleasant buying experience. I have certainly never experienced one.

Found the specific used vehicle I was looking for on the website. Contacted the dealer via the webpage and was connected to Danny Mendez. Danny obtained a few more pictures of the vehicle for me as assured me it was as described on the web. I went to the lot the following day to view in person and test drive. All aspects of the vehicle were exactly as described on the web. Long story short, I made a deal that morning for the vehicle. The negotiation and purchase was very easy and professional. I posted an article yesterday about inquiring on the price of a forerunner, the salesman was rude, even cussed me. I returned the favor. last night a big shot calls me and attempts to make up for the debacle. He promised me he would email me the price of a forerunner and I didn't receive it. I did contact them and asked them not to contact me ever again, within 15 minutes I get a phone call back from them because I told the lady I was posting another bad review. I would never recommend them tone of my friend's. If this is the way you treat a returning customer, one can only imagine how the first time buyer will be treated. I am done with Rockwall Toyota and all Toyota products. Do not call me!

The salesman that called, made me mad when he couldn't tell me the cost of the vehicle I inquired about. The salesman wanted to talk about MRSP. I didn't inquire about that, nor did I want him to waste my time. I admit I was short with him, then he cussed me and I returned the favor and more. Your company lost a customer today. Very incompetent service department. When I bought my 2013 Rav 4 I paid who knows how much extra for the tire and wheels warranty. I dropped my car off today, told them one of my tires was low on air, and told them I had a tire and wheel warranty. They said great, we will call you when it's ready. The first call I received they told me my tire was un reparable and they didn't have a replacement in stock. Then they call and say that it actually is reparable and it is ready. Then they call and say that they were wrong, it isn't reparable but they will have a new one for me the next day (Sunday). I decide I will just go get the car the following day. Then they call, a little over an hour before they close, and say that the tire isn't actually going to be there until Monday. My car spent all day there, and accomplished nothing. They simply could not put me in a rental because it is not in my warranty. Now I'm forced to drive over 100 miles on my spare, (back home, and to and from work) and risk having a flat tire on 635, pay out of pocket for a rental, or go buy a new tire somewhere else even though I already spent good money on a warranty. If I would have known how much of an inconvenience their tire warranty is, I would have passed. Clearly this Toyota is hurting majorly since they can not afford to be out a rental car for two days to best serve a customer. Or maybe mediocre service is just their thing. Either way, when I'm looking to buy my next Toyota, or have my current one serviced, I won't be coming here.

I recently had my Toyota Tacoma serviced at Toyota of Rockwall. I have almost 90,000 miles on my pick-up and had never had a tune-up. When I went in for new tires, my service advisor (Kyle Rust) was exceptional. He told me they could do the tune-up at the same time as installation of my new tires. The pick-up was ready when Kyle promised it would be completed. They did what they said they would do and it was done in a professional manner. I would recommend Toyota of Rockwall and Kyle Rust to anyone.

I went in for a routine 30K mile service. The service took over two hours and no car wash after service. I didn't see any old replace parts so I have no way of knowing what was done to the car besides the service rep's word. Sorry no offence but in today's world I don't trust anyone.

I had my car serviced for regular maintenance and noticed my email was not typed into my service paperwork correctly [ when I saw it after I got home ]. After all the unusual rain we have had for the month of August 2016, my low tire light came on at a later date. It was then that I remembered to have one of the service advisers update my email because I truly enjoy the all the personnel that Toyota of Rockwall has in the service department. I took my Camry in to have it checked because it is having an issue starting up intermittently. I explained the issue to the service advisor and she immediately stated it was the battery. I was notified the car would not start due to "corroded power cable" and the spark plugs needed replacing. The service technician also stated the power steering fluid was sludgy, and the transmission fluid needed exchanging. After spending 950.00 the car still has an issue with not wanting to start up when ignition is cranked. I asked for parts that were replaced and was given the cable clamp and spark plugs. I was told the power cable was corroded and needing replacement, but in fact the post simply had build up which could have been removed with a wire brush. I took the car back and after waiting for 20 minutes for a service advisor, I explained to them in detail of the ongoing issue. After and hour or so, I received a call stating the technician cannot find any problems. I asked for them to check the starter, but they stated they have no way of checking the starter. On a separate note, I have always taken my car in for oil changes and tire rotations. I questioned whether the tires get rotated so I took a paint pen and marked the front tires to verify if they would be changed to the back. After paying 20.00 for a tire rotation, I noticed only one side of the car was rotated! After explaining to the service advisor I was told the one side didn't get rotated because the lug nuts were stripped. So instead of correcting the issue, it was easier for the technician just to not mess with it. But I was charged full price of a tire rotation.

I have always given very positive reviews. I took my Rav 4 in due to noise/squeeling brakes. I was told I need front and rear brakes. When I picked up the car after brake service, I noticed a thumping noise each time I applied the brakes to stop. I took it back in the next day and was told that the rotars had to be resurfaced some more to stop this noise. The car should have been given a test run before completing the original service so that I did not have to take the car in a second time which was inconvenient. They did make it noise free now and I am happy about that. I will continue to use this service dept.

I went in three days after my first 5000 mile check up. A sound like dragging metal had happened twice. The last time it happened right before I brought my car back to the dealer. It stopped when I drove the car in reverse. So - the problem was a metal dragging sound of something that had shifted - but after driving in reverse the sound stopped. I was told that what I had was a damaged right rear tire and I needed a new one. It could be ordered for the next day. Since I was on my way out of town I took the car instead to Discount Tire to buy the tire then instead of waiting a day. At Discount Tire they looked at the tire and told me there was a surface scrape - but it would fix itself as a drive and I absolutely do not need a new tire. My tire is fine. This is a disappointment to me. The car has not made the metal dragging sound again and I drove to New Mexico and back - so maybe they adjusted whatever it was while they were checking the car. I just paid $31,000 for a new car and also bought the extended warranty. This was in hopes that your dealership would have my back, fix things that break and help me since I am not a mechanic. I want to trust my dealership.This trying to sell me a replacement for a perfectly good tire after only 5000 miles to fix a metal dragging sound was wrong to do. It shows a lack of integrity. Selling people parts that they don't need is wrong. Replacing a tire also does not fix a metal dragging sound. Leroy was nice. he just told me I needed a new tire which I did not need.

Contacted service department at 500PM to set an appointment for oil change at 600PM and when I got there I was told oil was not in stock and had to be ordered and oil arrived after 700PM the assistant manager apologized and tells me to call her directly to order oil but I told her I called service department so wouldn't they make sure it's in stock before having me come out there or order while im on my way there she says the front desk employees wouldn't know anything about that so I called the person who sets up the appointment in the service department and she says the opposite that she as in front desk person would make sure oil is available before setting an appointment I got two different stories, called the manager and left message 4 days from this survey and still waiting for call back

I entered the dealership as the satisfied owner of a Toyota Avalon but unsure of the model I wanted to replace it. Craig Rogers worked with us showing the Avalon, RAV 4, Camry and 4 Runner. I wanted an off-road capability. At my request, Craig arranged a test drive in a used 4 Runner to determine mature ride and handling. Following this demonstration I knew what I wanted however; availability of the 4WD version, in my price range, is low. George Lawton looked for local availability with no success. We established a target price range, the value of my vehicle, and I left the dealership with the promise George would search for a unit. My understanding is the dealership found a unit in-route to Houston and arranged to divert it for me.Both Craig and George were helpful, candid and professional. I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, the first of which was great. Taylor was a good salesperson and treated myself and my wife very honestly. The negotiation with Corey was a negotiation but he worked with me to get my family out of a lease and into a purchase. We drove away happy. On my second purchase, I contacted Taylor and he had everything ready for me to go and look at the vehicle. This time Corey greeted me with "You know what time it is, big fella. You and me, its about to go down." Corey made a claim that after our first car deal, I told Taylor that "I would've taken the first offer" which would've meant that I got one over on Corey. He carried these feelings into the negotiation to the point where I left the building and buckled my kids into our car to drive home, because Corey was being rude to me. Taylor ended up giving me a call, working out the negotiation behind closed doors and passed me along to Brent (new hire in Finance) and Brent was awesome. This time, even though Brent was awesome, I drove away angry. I don't understand why I was treated the way I was on my second time into the dealership in less than 2 weeks. I never made the claim to my sales guy, that Corey claims Taylor told him. This one was difficult for me to take because it was a personal attack against me, in front of my 2 toddler boys (sitting with me at the desk across from Corey.) I wouldn't recommend this place. They didn't leave me feeling comfortable when I drove away.

We took our 2008 Highlander to Toyota of Rockwall on June 18 to have them check the AC which was not cooling adequately. They called us a couple of hours later to say we needed a new AC compressor, we had a radiator leak, and that we needed front brakes. We OK'd doing all of this work. We leave in a rental car thinking we'll have our car back in a couple of days. WRONG. Took SIX WEEKS to get the AC compressor. But that's not the worst part. Not even close. They call us on July 28 to say our car is repaired and ready to go. Fantastic, we think. We pick up the car on July 30 around 3:00 p.m.. My husband regularly inspects our car and knows every single ding it has. We pull our car out of the service drive and park in the Toyota of Rockwall lot to inspect the car only to find damage to the paint on the back bumper on the driver's side that WAS NOT there previously. Needless to say, we are beyond furious. We go back to the service department and our service advisor and his manager, Chad, come out to look at our car. Chad looks at the damage and says, "that wasn't part of the damage." Ummmm......WHAT DAMAGE???? Just so happens that the folks at Toyota of Rockwall enjoy grilling. And they just so happen to store their grill (apparently on wheels and unsecured) in the same lot with their customers' cars awaiting repair. Well, says Chad, a storm came through and hurtled the grill through the lot and damaged four cars, ours being one of them. Obviously, we have some choice words about this and demand that it be fixed at Toyota of Rockwall's expense. His response? He shrugs and says, "Stuff happens. It's been fixed. We thought we notified you." EXCUSE ME?????? Not only were we NOT notified that our car had been damaged, these guys sent our car to lord only knows who WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT to touch up the damaged paint. After we insist that the situation be rectified, Chad (halfheartedly, at best) says he will make it right. He claims that he will have our service advisor make arrangements to repair the damage and we leave the dealership to go to Costco, which is next door.We finish shopping at Costco and come out to load our car. This is when the complete extent of the damage and botched paint touch up job become very apparent. In the right light and at the right angle, you can see just how HORRIBLE the touch up job is. Dings and dents are clearly visible, and the touch up paint texture is uneven and not matched to the paint on our car. Our car has a white, pearl finish paint. The touch up was done with white, non-pearlized paint. To put it mildly, a small child with a paint by numbers set could have done a better job. So it's now around 5:00 p.m. on July 30. Even more livid after seeing how bad the damage and attempted repair are, we return to the dealership and demand to speak with the general manager. Conveniently, he's not there. So they send out another manager, Kyle. We tell Kyle the entire story and invite him to look at the damage. He looks at it and tells us that he will immediately call the service manager, Don Maddran, to let him know what has happened and that Don will call us right away. And then to add insult to injury, we received two automated e-mails from Toyota of Rockwall thanking us for our business and inviting us to complete a "short" survey. That survey consisted of one question: "Were you satisfied?" The answer to that would be a resounding NO, which is exactly how I answered. Upon completing the survey, I'm greeted with a message that says "Your total satisfaction is very important to us. A Service Representative will be calling you shortly to resolve your concern." Yeah, right. Seriously?? You damage our car, don't notify us of the damage, send it to an unknown person without our knowledge or consent to "repair," then have the audacity to act like it's no big deal and cannot comprehend why we are furious?And now, on top of everything else (as if that's not enough), it looks like there may be an issue with our brakes. There is a knocking sound coming from somewhere under the car upon initial application of the brakes. BEWARE this dealership. Your car will be in far worse condition when you pick it up than it was when you dropped it off. UPDATE (11/8/2016):Management at Toyota of Rockwall ultimately agreed to (and did) reimburse us for repair of the $2,900.00 worth of body damage to our 2008 Highlander, car rental during the time our car was in for repair, and the almost $500 spent to correct the thumping sound coming from our brakes. Best outcome possible under the circumstances.

First, the good. The waiting area is by far the nicest Toyota service area I have visited. The people are all friendly and the service estimates have all been accurate. My service manager is actually a nice guy.The bad. I was fortunate in the past to have a service manager who actually knew me and my cars. I could just tell him to do what he would do to his own cars. He gave me very helpful advice as to when to do (or not to do) extra fixes or to delay maintenance that, although Toyota recommended, could be safely delayed or skipped. He always had all coupons I needed and applied them to the job, relieving me of the pain of clipping and saving coupons to bring with me as I would frequently forget. I felt if something happened to me that I could send my wife to him for our service and she would not be taken advantage of. His team always did the job completely and correctly which meant I did not have to drive back a second time. Not anymore. What I have now is, at best, average service. Several times, parts have not been available or the repair needed repairing again so a second or third trip became more the norm than the exception.Case in point. I needed tire so I said "My tires need replacing so please do it". I fully expected that the tires I had on the car would be observed and that the same tires would magically appear on the car, balanced and ready to go. If for some reason my tires were out of production that I would be consulted before proceeding. Wrong, wrong, wrong. They decided without consulting me to put different tires on the car (same manufacture but different model). I noticed that the car had a new vibration when I drove it home. I brought it back for rebalancing but the vibration continued. Upon inspection I noticed that the tires were a different type. Asking my service manager, I was told that they no longer made the tires I wanted in my size. After more visits and replacement of a leaky tire, I resigned myself to vibration. After about a year, I did research and found that my original tire had been replaced with a new type (not what they put on my car). I called and griped such that they agreed to call Michelin and see what they could do. he result was that they agreed to replace my tires with the proper (ew model) tires "at cost". I agreed and they replaced the tires and presto - vibration gone. But wait, there's more. Upon looking at my tires I discovered that one of the tires was a different size and speed rating from the other three. AFter another 2 week wait, they finally managed to provide me with four tires (the correct tires), all of which were the same size and speed rating. And I discovered that I would have been able to buy the "at cost" tires on the internet and have them delivered for less than their "at cost" price. So in the long run, after over a year and paying $1300 total for tires that should have cost $800 I finally have four matching, smooth Michelin tires on my car. I also have a couple of service stories I could tell, but my fingers are tired. Caveat emptor.A last tidbit. They will actually call you after your visits to see how things went. The caller actually wants to know how it could have been better. That is, unless you actually had a problem. At which point they can't wait to get off the phone.

Also my step dad was a General Manager so I know all the BS that the sales try to do to the customer to weasel an extra dollar out of them. Chris was your usually I think I'm smarter than the customer let me pull these 30 year old tricks on this customer attitude. Well when he realized I had some knowledge under my belt his whole demeanor changed toward me. He was pretty much cursing me out and xxxx near did but caught himself. I will never buy anything from him or Toyota of Rockwall. Trust me do research on buying a car and I promise you Chris will be that "guy" that they warn you about.

But just in case someone reads this, let me say. It started like every other morning until I stepped into my truck and pushed the button to start it. Click, click, click , click. WHAT was this??? My brand new, less than 2 month old Tacoma wasn't starting!!! Oh what a cruel trick of fate. I had a new truck so I wouldn't have to worry about it breaking down, and now this! Alas, was I cursed? Am I alone destined to never have reliable transportation? Perhaps God was telling me I should walk? What to do, what to do? Will no one help me???? Aha! I will call Toyota of Rockwall! Maybe they can save me!! Hello, my truck won't start!! No, I didn't leave anything on that would drain the battery. What? Try jumping it? OK. Yes, that worked! But drat, after work, it was dead again! OH WOE IS ME... What to do. Bring it in to service! That's it!! Yes the wizards there can help me!! Some good samaritan jumped me and I fell at the feet of the good people of Toyota of Rockwall!! The coffee was great!!! The smell of fresh baked cookies wafted through the building. Maybe I will survive this horrible injustice after all! My service rep, Randy told me that some cells in my trucks battery were bad. It was replaced for free!! OH HAPPY DAY!!! The end.

Yesterday, I was at a doctor appointment and noticed an elderly lady accompanied by a younger woman having a nice conversation while waiting to be called for a medical test. I thought what nice mother-daughter moment. When the elderly lady was called for her test, I struck up a conversation with the younger woman. I found out she was a volunteer who was taking the elderly woman to her doctor appointment and was going to take the lady to lunch after her appointment. Moreover, the Toyota of Rockwall Dealership sponsored the volunteer program because they believe strongly in giving back to the community. What a nice program! It made my day to know a business was doing such a nice thing for someone who needed a little help because they were unable to drive. It makes me happy I bought my last car, a Rav4, from that dealership.

I've been using Toyota of Rockwall's service department solely since I purchased my vehicle. Carl is the service adviser I've primarily used and he makes you feel like he's your best bud and that there are no other customers in the facility. I thought I only got this kind of treatment, but over the years have seen everyone who gets Carl getting the same. Don't get me wrong, all of the staff is beyond nice, but since I mostly deal with Carl I can attest to his honesty and professionalism. Carl serves as the best rep possible for Toyota as he makes me want to continue my relationship with the company by purchasing my next vehicle thru them because I know I will receive excellent care when/if I have to bring my car in for service. I don't have the desire to do this for a lot of other services I get from other institutions, but I make the attempt to contact the service manager every time I go in for service just to secure that management knows without a doubt I appreciate Carl and the staff in the service department. Whatever they are paying him, it should be increased. If you need service on your Toyota, Lexus, Scion or other vehicle, I'd suggest you utilize Toyota of Rockwall and ask for Carl.

Excellent Experience!!! Toyota of Rockwall is different for the normal new car dealer. I was dreading the thought of purchasing a new car for I hate the NORMAL run-around and hassle that you normally receive from most dealers. We knew the car that we wanted and all we were really interested in was the availability of a Prius and the bottom price that they offered. With in 5 minutes they gave us a great price on the Prius and we were out the door with a new car in about an hour. No fuss, no hassle, just a great experience. Highly recommend Toyota of Rockwall. FYI -- We also have our Tundra serviced here.

I brought my 2014 Avalon into your dealership yesterday to have the recall part on the cruise control fixed. When I found out it would take several hours to complete and I had appointments I needed to go to, Kyle found out I could get a loaner car under the warranty. When I gave the front desk my driver's license and insurance card, I was told that, unless I could purchase Collision and Comp for your vehicle, I could not have a loaner car. I called my agent who did not offer such coverage nor did he know what I was talking out.I have driven Lexus, Mercedes and Hondas for the past 40 years (my first Toyota) and in all of these years did this requirement ever even come up. Kyle called me yesterday afternoon and told me he was trying to get this problem resolved but I never heard back. I am not dissatisfied with Kyle at all, he was trying to get it resolved but evidently could not.The reason I bought my Toyota in Rockwall was because of the convenience of having a local dealership. I am very disappointed to learn this is how this dealership helps their clients...if I qualify for a loaner, I feel I should have been given one.Carleen Catt

My father and I were looking to lease a car for my mother. I called the dealership to see if my father qualified for the special lease incentive. I gave Jessica my father's information she ran his credit and told me he did qualified for the special lease deal of $239 per month and $1,999 down. I went to the dealership to look through the color options that were available. After I picked the color, we all sat down to work out the numbers. Which I was hoping would be $239 per month and $1,999 down. Finance manager told me it would be $289 per month and $3,850 down (down payment included the sale tax, etc which was fine), but the monthly payment of $289 wasn't. They told me that I didn't qualify for the $239 a month. Why would they tell me over the phone that I did qualify for the lease special after they ran my credit but when I get to the dealership that I didn't? Bad business practices to get customers into the door?

An indicator on the dash indicated that one or several tires had loss some pressure although they all looked fine to me. However, took it to Toyota of Rockwall and within minutes it was determined that there was a nail in one of the tires. They fixed in a matter of minutes, didn't even have the to finish a cup of coffee and we were back one the road.

I took my vehicle into Rockwall Toyota (a Toyota 4Runner) for the front end alignment to be looked at as it was pulling to the right. They got it and as it turned out it was off. They adjusted it and now the vehicle works great. They also provided a wash and it was down well.

I went in to have body molding put on. And some plastic molding around doors repaired. They pulled car up for me to pick up plastic trim was hanging off door. Look like a two year old repaired it. I can go on and on about your bad service. I will drive out of my way to get car serviced at another dealer ship.

Chris A. allowed me to drive vehicle, quickly appraised my trade and was upfront and honest-which almost never happens at a dealership. I've purchased about 5 cars just in the last 7 years, but by far this was the fastest transaction that I've ever done. Usually, it's an all day affair spending almost the entire wheeling and dealing. I would shop at Toyota of Rockwall any day. The folks there were very nice and down to earth and the atmosphere at the facility was relaxing. The amenities at the site was phenomenal as was the chocolate chip cookies. But there is a downside to my experience, when we got to the finance guy there was one portion that I'm still having issues with. I am a retired disable Veteran and I only pay a fraction of what anyone else would pay for Tags and License. I was charged full price, the finance guy basically said that I would have to deal with the DMV and be one my way. I contacted the DMV and they basically told me that I would not be able to recoup my cost for the plates. Any other dealership that I had dealt with in the past has always taken care of that piece. The least they could have done was get me some NICE RUBBER floor mats for my troubles. Oh well it is what it is.

They didn't fix the warranty item (dimmer switch) and couldn't tell me if my oil was changed on pickup. Additionally, they forgot to call to say it was ready. When I got there, the paperwork was wrong on the service and no explanations for warranty work. The service advisor said the dimmer switch worked for them. This is odd as it hasn't worked since I bought it nor works now

When I went In for my free maintenance which cover tore rotations and oil changes they told me that I needed all 4 new tires because my tread was 2/32 I believe. Why did Toyota not warn me when my tread was getting low so that I could use my replacement warranty. But instead of warning me throughout the five services about my tread they waited until it was time for all four new tires and my warranty will not cover that because the tread was too low. Everything's been good so far besides this I feel like this is a scam just to make money. I did pay next or $20-$30 a month for my tire protection and I can't even use it. Also I'd like you to keep in mind that the Yokohama's that are on my car cost $170 apiece. So replacement with labor is over $1000. My wife and I began correspondence with this dealership through the net, prior to physically entering the store. Mr. Chris Abshire was very helpful, although days has passed before we met. He answered all our questions and kept us posted of all the sales options in a prompt and professional manner. Due to Chris not being available immediately, we were assisted by Mr. Chad Jones, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient during the negotiation process, while also providing assurance and confidence in the vehicles (we bough a new and used vehicle that day) we eventually bought. Both gentlemen were very nice the entire time. When going over the finance paperwork, Mr. Wes Gerhardt picked right up where the other two gentlemen left off. He took his time explaining all the necessary details, displaying courteousness the entire time. Like the other two gentlemen we worked with, he was very knowledgeable and patient. Leroy went out of his way to find out the details of my warranty. Explained expected possible fees. Returned all calls as promised. The issue hasn't been repaired yet so it is still pending the solution. Nothing against Leroy, it's just the flow of how the work has to be done. The first car wash was really nice except for there was no detail to the running boards. There was white powdery residue on the running boards, probably from the soap running off from the car wash. Ibam very impressed that the car wash system uses rain water. The collection containers are phenomenal and an awesome site to see. Thanks for being environmentally friendly!! Thank you Leroy. Look forward to doing more business with the service center. Unfortunately, not with the sales or finance area though.

My salesman, Jason, was low key and only reached out to me to share used Toyotas Tundras that he knew would meet my minimum requirements. No high pressure sales. When I opted to go with a new truck, he was quick to find one that met my requirements and set everything in motion from my trade-in to my options. It was ready to go when I was. I really enjoyed doing business with him. Truly Exceptional. My finance guy was charming and funny but we seemed to have a disconnect over the maintenance and extended warranty plans. I don't like things quoted to me in 'monthly payments'. I want to know the cost in total. His tendency to only want to address my monthly payment created a lot of miscommunication, distrust and rework and I could tell he was getting frustrated with me.

Well, all started out great. Friendly folks. Loved the vehicle. Then the lies came. Started the dealing... I was promised FREE GAP coverage. Salesman, Jimmy Greene, said free GAP, I expected not to see a price for it but it was added at $895. When questioning the finance manager, Wesley Gerhardt, he said the $895 would be deducted from the price (it was not). Being so excited about the vehicle I didn't pay attention to the cost until adrenaline slowed and I reviewed the contract. I called Jimmy the next day and he said, "we just didn't charge you for the free car washes for life, oil changes (5 total), and tires with nitrogen pkg. We are allowed to give just so many of those pkgs away. I said I don't have anything in writing that I have that pkg., he said " don't worry it's in the computer, you have it." I wrote that off to not paying close attention. But then the huge LIE came. Wesley Gethardt, finance manager, is smooth and very likeable, he wrote up a contract for 5.99%, but I had negotiations going on with my credit union. They called just after signing the 5.99% contract, so he heard her honor 4.2% and he said, "if I do that, will you go with me?" I shook my head yes while still speaking with credit union, he began reprinting the contract. I resigned the contract at 4.2%. He said he would do a buy out for the difference if he couldn't get it. Outside of his office door while leaving I asked him what am I supposed to say to her when she calls me back. He told me to stall, tell her I'm thinking about it. Now he says I was supposed to get an authorization letter and email him with it by the next morning, and that I didn't. Question: why would I ask her for a pre-auth letter if I'm thinking about it? He has submitted the contract for 5.99% and saying because the 4.2% quoted is different than the 4.24% I was approved for, so I can refinance elsewhere. Of course, Wesley gets his commissions and I get the refinancing hassle. I asked to resolve the .04% difference could I come resign a contract, he said "No, you can refinance". He got his $$, but in the END, he has to answer for his dishonesties. Although, I am not finished with these lies. As I summarized for him, I gave Toyota another chance, the last chance!! Cowboy Toyota couldn't paint my son's Prius the correct color, it is still two shades of gold. Now, Toyota Rockwall has allowed salesman and finance managers to lie to me. I will re-review, and appreciate it, if the dealership handles this matter and corrects the matter. When the finance company called me to Welcome Me, I learned that the 5.99% was submitted. I immediately called the dealership and was promised by the receptionist who put me thru to a voicemail that she would have the finance manager (they are all finance managers) listen to it. Whether he did or not I don't know, I didn't get a call back til the next afternoon from Wesley, who was argumentative and uncaring.

Occasionally, we would get a whiff of burnt oil coming through the ventilation system. We could not isolate the cause. At first we thought there was some residual oil on an engine part, but the problem persisted too long for that to be the case. Thanks to the persistence of Kyle Rust and some great diagnostics, Toyota of Rockwall, figured out it was a leaking camshaft seal in the front of the engine and anytime we stopped or started quickly, oil would slosh and leak from the seal subsequently being burned on the hot engine. The 12 hour repair was covered by the powertrain warranty and they provided a rental car for the 3 day period. I appreciate their persistence and attentiveness. I had occasion to return for a minor adjustment and Randy Searcy did an excellent job of helping me on a busy Saturday afternoon.

March 10, 2016 ThursdayMy name is James Morris and I'm a school teacher from Tyler. I wanted to tell you about my recent experience with Rockwall Toyota and specifically, Brian Dial. If you're expecting to hear a negative car buying experience or expecting a car buying horror story, you'll have to look elsewhere. Brian Dial and I had been going back and forth trying to get me into a new Tundra Platinum. I found one that I was interested in but it was not available at the Rockwall dealership. I told Brian I had found a new Tundra in the area but it was not on their lot. I gave Brian the VIN and he said he would locate it for me. Shortly thereafter, Brian notified me when he had located the Tundra and gave me a Rockwall Toyota price that came in under its listed MSRP. To close the deal, I told Brian I had a 10+ year old Suburban I would be trading in, as well as adding an additional cash down payment. Brian asked me about my Suburban (frequency of oil changes, condition of tires, integrity of body, other maintenance schedules, wear and tear on the interior, etc.) and what I expected to get for its trade-in value. This information was given honestly and Brian said my trade-in figures sounded about right and to bring it in the day of the purchase and we would go from there. I told Brian I would drive to Rockwall Thursday and we would close the deal. Of course, I didn't really believe Rockwall Toyota and Brian would make things happen as I was led to believe. I figured prices would be different, or the specific Tundra would not be available but they would substitute a similar one, or they wouldn't be able to give me my expected trade-in value, or this...or thatoryou get the idea. Now Im back in Tyler with my new Platinum. We met at the agreed upon time. At the advertised/agreed on price. At the agreed on value for my trade-in. No surprises. No car dealer ambushes.. Good job guys.As a post script, you will probably want to hear this. When Brian quoted me his Rockwall Tundra price I went to my local Toyota dealer and informed them I had a quote from a Dallas area Toyota dealer (I did not tell them what that price was). I told my local dealer I wanted to give them a chance to earn my business and I was even willing to pay more for the privilege if they would give me a quote within $500 of Brian Dials. My local dealer was not able to get within my self-imposed $500 allowance I had personally set. So guess what? I now have some new friends in Rockwall. March 10, 2018.

My wife surprised me and called and spoke with Jason Kirksey. When we pulled in he literally had the truck I was looking at waiting on me. I had been in a wreck that had totaled my car. Due to my having a back surgery scheduled, I was in a hurry to pick a car and have everything settled before entering the hospital. I had gone on to TrueCar.com to look and Jonathen called me about one car that I had shown an interest in. Due to my going out to the dealership on Jonathen's day off, he got me in touch with Taylor. Taylor was very helpful in finding the car that I wanted and very helpful in asking what I wanted in the car and he would walk the lot to search for me (my walking was not too good & painful). Taylor came back with my Avalon and the only thing keeping me from moving forward was I was having a hard time getting my insurance settled before I felt comfortable to purchase a new car. We had used Toyota of Rockwall for the repairs and maintenance of my SUV for years and had spent literally thousands of dollars with them. They had installed a new water pump and it failed at far less than half the expected life. They refused to make any effort to stand behind their work or even suggest that they cared or valued our repeated business. I spoke with the service manager and he was simply disinterested and uncaring. I didn't expect that from Toyota of Rockwall. I wasn't asking for a free water pump or service, but wanted to know they valued the relationship and would make some effort to partner wit us to make it right. He was dismissive, short and all but rude. We have not been back. Before leaving any reviews, I left three messages for the dealership manager to please contact me. I never received a call. I believed Toyota of Rickwall was better than this.

Wifi access in the lounge makes the wait enjoyable, but next time, please have a batch of Otis Spunkmyer cookies ready! Options for me were clearly laid out with various pricing options as my vehicle required a discrepancy to be corrected to pass inspection. I opted to take care of it myself at home, and the reschedule and appointment were handled by the dealer at no additional charge.

I bought a beautiful 2013 4Runner which is just short of my dream car. The 4Runner advertised as having GPS, working steering wheel controls, and working bluetooth. None of those three items were working and I informed Toyota of this immediately. Toyota then sent me to Car Toys, who also confirmed what I had told Toyota! I was told by my saleman and a gentleman in the service department that I would get a call back...it's been almost a month and I have NOT heard from either person and my car dream car is still lacking items that I paid for! I would like the items fixed and/or replaced, I'm only asking for what I paid for. I also went to managment about this nonsense and they could care less!!!

When I bought my Rav4, I decided to buy the extended warranty, tire protection warranty and the maintenance package. I went in last Friday ( Feb 12) because my maintenance light and tire lights were on. The 35K maintenance was basically to get my tires rotated and fluid levels checked. I picked my car up and drove back to work and when I was leaving work I noticed a screw in my tire. The reason most likely that that my tire light was on. I drove back to the dealership and they told me the tire would have to be replaced which would be covered by the warranty but the bad news was I couldn't get a tire until Monday. So I had to wait 3 days to get a new tire and had to drive home 15 miles away and back again on Monday with the screw still in the tire. I was really nervous driving back because the tire light was back on. It seems to me the warranty program for tires really needs to be explained better when you buy it because the tire I have on my car is a Yokahama which is a common tire and should have been in stock or at least at another dealership close by. I live in the Dallas area. While I was waiting I overhead another customer who was being told he would have to wait a week to get a tire for his car. I talked to the manager and he really didn't give me a response other than because a weekend was involved, he couldn't get the tire before Monday. Don't the techs check the tires when they rotate them? I went in at 7 am and if the tires were properly checked, I could have had the tire replaced on Friday.

I had worked with Danny Mendez starting in the fall of 2015. He continually looked for the Sienna model and color. He was unable to find the vehicle, so I decided to wait for the 2016. When it arrived he called me immediately. The Sienna was as NEW as it could be .... 2 miles on the odometer. Dan was true to his word. Went for a test drive ... did the final negotiation ... signed paperwork and drove the vehicle home. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was the BEST purchase of all and I credit Danny with making it smooth and painless. I recommend him to everyone buying new wheels.

I got a recall notice in the mail for my truck so I called Toyota of Rockwall to see what was involved in the repair. I was told by the service adviser that it not a big deal, just run it by anytime and it shouldn't take an hour to fix, no appointment needed. I drive in to the dealer a few days later and the female service adviser says that it takes a while to do the repair and I should come back when I have an appointment? Just the opposite of what I was told on the phone. So I make an appointment for another day and take the truck in, wait for over an hour only to be told that they can't do the repair because they don't stock the parts to fix the recall. She said that they would order the parts and call me when they came in. Three weeks later and three trips to the dealer so far, and I have not heard anything from them. Total waste of time.

I have been a Toyota Man for many years. I trust this dealership for service and repairs. I have always been please with the work and the customer service. Recently, (1-11-16) I paid $21,000 down and financed under $4000.00 for a Honda Pilot. My sales person was helpful during the sale. Sadly, I needed his help with a concern that USAA had regarding proof of purchase. I called him with the USAA representative on the line. He was NO help and was short with me, "I am going to get off the phone now". He hung up. I called back and spoke to the finance manager West who texted me and email the one sheet POP to the representative from USAA that I needed. Problem solved by West. Dale Calhoun got his commission and lived up to what many who have met his type before call "USED CAR SALESMAN". With that said, I would not hesitate to make another purchase using a different sales person.

They were great with negotiating price. The car is immaculate. Looks new. The entire transaction took maybe two hours verses a full day like some dealership experiences. The sales person was not overly excited or friendly. Didn't say much, didn't communicate much. That may be because we knew exactly what we wanted when we got there. He was not rude in any way. The finance department person that we had to deal with was a bit rude after we turned down his extended warranty and gap insurance. He also told us that the manuafactorers power train warranty does not carry over to second owners. We checked on our own and that is not true.

My review is more of an indictment against Toyota as opposed to this dealership.With the redesign of several vehicles, Toyota sacrificed comfort for style. The seats in most of the newer vehicles are extremely uncomfortable. You will not notice the level of comfort in a test drive. If I pay thousands of dollars to a dealership and purchase extended warranties, I should NOT have to install seat cushions/padding to a brand new vehicle.Since purchasing my new car, I've had severe hip and back pain. I've gone to a chiropractor and they found a correlation of my pains with my car.I wanted the dealership to allow me to trade this car in for a used vehicle of equal or less value, AND I'd maintain my current price of payments. OR I wanted them to replace the seats or add more cushion. Something. Nothing was done. Nothing was fixed... so now I have a car that I physically can't drive.Right now I'm trying to sell the car or get someone to take over payments. After having a Toyota in my family for 22 years, this will definitely be my final purchase.I don't want to list my sales rep because I believe he had good intentions to help as did the service team.... but I don't want them to be apart of my negative rating.

I've read about it online that other people have had the issue I am having but it is freon smell coming into the cabin .. so much that it coates my clothes all day as I head off to work and necessiates me taking a shower in the evening when I return .. and yet the Service staff cannot find the source of this.. In fact, they can't even smell it. Perhaps they're smokers and can't smell lots of things, but this is going to cause me to have to get rid of my car, that I like a lot.

Toyota of Rockwall was uncaring and unresponsive to an area of large pieces of paint peeling from roof in front of sunroof. We purchased a $2,000 plus extended warranty on a used car that had 27,000 miles on it. We were told that the extended warranty covered everything from bumper to bumper including even if we left a window open and the inside of the door needed to be replaced. One would think that since Toyota covers paint problems UP TO 36,000 miles that the extended warranty would take over after that. NO NO NOYou will know my car when you see it going from Dallas to Point Texas and other parts of the Dallas and extended areas. It will have signs on it regarding Toyota poor paint job and Rockwall Toyota not wanting to fix the problem. You will not only lose me as a customer forever more, but you may lose more customers. It probably wouldn't have cost the dealership $300 to have the roof repainted. instead, it may end up costing a few hundred in sales!

They did not fix it or take any responsibility for cheating me. They directed me to Lexus dealer at Dallas which happened to be very nice dealer who fixed it free of charge and also gave loaner car. After being hung up on twice I was finally connected to Carl with the service center. While speaking on the phone he was short and rude with me. I explained what I believed to be the problem when he interrupted me and sternly corrected me. Made me feel like an idiot. He also quoted me $2000-3000 for the fix with out even seeing the vehicle. I took my car to another dealer and they are fixing it for $400. Highly advise you stay clear unless you are okay with high pressure, high cost, and condescending advisors.

Made an appointment online on a Sunday. Was contacted early Monday to schedule an appointment. Arrived at 8am Tuesday to have window's tinted, before I left the Service writer's office, the technician had called to ask if my vehicle had arrived. In less than 1 hour I was on my way home. Very professional staff.

Absolutely exceptional service, I dropped the truck off after a night shift and promptly fell asleep, I woke up to a message that the truck had been complete just under an hour after I dropped it off. When I picked it up to my surprise the truck had not only been washed but vacuumed inside as well, I was blown away, never have I ever gotten this kind of exceptional service anywhere. Only going to Rockwall Toyota from now on.

The wait wasn't long but once I got home my husband notice something. They had left a rag in between the hood and had grease marks all over it. This is very unprofessional and they didn't even offer a discount or anything for this experience when I went back. I don't think I would return to this location, very disappointing!

I expressed interest in a particular car online. The salesman called me (no pressure) and asked for my dream scenario. He called me back within 30 minutes. Brian Dial was awesome. Then Danny Rawls called to tell me what a great vehicle I was getting -- he acquired the used vehicle for the dealership. The finance man, Joey, was wonderful, too. I've wanted to buy a car from Barbara Jackson since I first met her, but I didn't know how I was ever going to buy a Jeep from a Toyota dealership. Problem solved! Best service I've ever had, and it all took less than an hour!

Just bought our 3rd new vehicle from Toyota of Rockwall. Worked with Robert, No Hassle, Castle this purchase and his nickname is accurate. Whole process went smoothly and was not too time consuming. Robert is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and very easy to get along with. They gave us a good deal as a repeat customer. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Have always had great service from the service department as well. And you get a free car wash with every service that is Echo Friendly as they are a Green Dealership. Makes buying a new vehicle a good experience.

I always a have good service when I come to the dealership to have my van serviced. I would not take it anywhere else unless I was out of town and it was an emergency. The service staff is always friendly from when you drive into the service entrance till you check out and leave. The only person that I think could improve was the lady that made my appointment she could use some help with she talks to customers her name was Felica she was boarding on rude. I like everyone else that I have come in contact with there when I call again to make a appointment I will ask to speak to someone else if she answers the phone.

Copy of Followup to Scion Customer ServiceHello once again my friends at Scion.This evening late a UPS truck drove up and delivered a small box containing the "3rd key" to my 2014 Scion xB sent by Toyota of Rockwall. I tried the key on the car and it works. Thank you for your followup and I want to say that Craig Maynard there at Rockwall was very helpful to me and was highly considerate in assisting me. I had been turned down by Justin Hogue who is in the Service Department and tried to insinuate that possibly I had received the key at the sale back in 2014 and simply lost it. No such thing. I did not know the cars came with them until I bought my 2015 Parklan 686 in Houston on October 31, 2015 (Saturday). Justin not even know the function of such a key and stated that since it would have to be programmed for the car the cost would be prohibitive to Toyota of Rockwall. I called back and talked with Craig Maynard after speaking with Scion Customer Service and he investigated further and determined that this "3rd key", as with my 2015 doesn't have a chip and needs no programming. That was yesterday and now I have the key in hand and I am happy. I now realize that the cost for this key is nowhere near as much as the other 2 that have the chip inside and need programming. Might I suggest that someone at Toyota of Rockwall in management and the Scion Corporate do a review on how this was handled and see where it could have gone better in the beginning. Craig Maynard was 100% excellent in this and I am very disappointed at the lack of interest shown by Justin Hogue. He could have cared less if I was satisfied as a customer and a Scion owner. Thank you to all who really do want to make the Scion brand truly customer friendly and thank you Scion for listening to me in this matter. And thanks to Craig Maynard and to whoever else helped to put this matter to rest so I can get back to enjoying these 2 great xB autos.===============Sincerely ~ Philip N. Beam Sr.

I went to look at a car and my salesman Alan, let me test drive it, told me about all of the features and never once mentioned trying to get me to buy it since I said I was going to test drive a few different models. I called him back the next day, went out and again test drove it and he asked if I was interested in throwing some numbers around. There was no going back and forth repeatedly, he made me a fair offer as far as price on my trade-in as well as the price on his car. There was also no pressure to use their financing as I already knew what my bank would do (but in fact they beat it by a little bit). The finance guy Wes was very down to earth and told me about options but again no pressure to purchase. This was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had when buying a car and we buy one every 3-4 years. I can 100% recommend this dealership and the people I came into contact with. Also after doing extensive research, the prices at Rockwall Toyota were less than the other dealerships I visited. Every used car on their lot seemed to be a high quality car and most were certified. The dealership itself, was very clean, new and every single person we came into contact with was pleasant and helpful.

This is my fourth car to buy at Toyota of Rockwall. I went to look at a Honda Accord before looking at a Camry because I just thought I might like something different. It wasn't even a comparison. Robert Castle in Rockwall was exceptional with his straight forward approach with me and down-to-earth salesmanship. I didn't think I was talking to a salesman, but a friend. He was totally honest in every aspect of the car deal. I will never buy anywhere else. Toyota of Rockwall has class in that you walk in their dealership and it's comfortable to wait while your car is serviced and you don't feel like your in a warehouse with salesmen trying to rip you off. This was a fantastic, no-hassle experience from start to finish. After speaking with Terry, he reserved the car I originally inquired about for a test drive. However, there turned out to be 2 cars I was interested in. Terry then referred me to Drew Nigo, who very professionally guided both test drives and the car buying experience, even though it was late on a Friday night (including payment options). The GAP insurance process for the certified, used vehicle was handled by Wes Gerhardt, who was also great to work with. Since the car I purchased was a new arrival, it not been detailed. Drew kept the car, had it detailed, and I was able to pick it up the next day. Andy Bacon, you're a wonderful guy. I appreciate your listening skills, I salute your dedication of the get it done salesman. My finance person was Mr. S. Smith. You're awesome. Toyota of Rockwall, I would highly recommend you to EVERYONE. I found the Lexus ES 350 on cars.com, called to see if the car was available. I got Andy on the phone, explained my situation, gave him my WHOLE truth. I didn't want to waste his time nor mine, he said do the application online, and I will pull it, and we would go from there. I have to admit, even after talking I still had a fear, but Andy put me at ease. We started the process at 3:15 on a Friday by 4:12 I received a text from him ( I gave him permission to text me) we had a deal and to come on out. And once I got there, I had to wait because he was with others. But in the end it was well worth the wait. Now comes Mr. Smith( no relation) finance man, payments came in lower then previously expected and was all within reason. Asked a few questions to clarify things and paper was signed. Explained every page. So if you are reading this review as a helpful tool, please know I recommend Toyota of Rockwall for your next car buying experience.

Had the car serviced. Two days later left the state. Second day out we stopped for a meal. Came back out and the 2011 car would not start. Turns out the battery was bad. The gray powder that accumulated on such deteriorating batteries was obvious. We are from TX and was in TN. Our problem would not have occurred had Toyota of Rockwall been diligent during the latest service only days before our breakdown. Toyota of Rockwall denied any responsibility for their obvious oversight. The dealership where we had the battery replaced agreed that Rockwall was negligent in not catching the problem and notifying us of same. They have lost our business and respect. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

As a single woman, I was a little reluctant to venture alone into a car dealership for fear that I might feel unnecessary pressure or even be mislead. Not long after I began interacting with the gentlemen at Toyota of Rockwall, I realized my fears were completely unfounded! These courteous, welcoming salesmen cultivated a relaxed atmosphere that left me feeling very comfortable and set the tone for a very satisfying car-buying experience.Specifically, I had dealings via email with George Lawton--(an extremely personable communicator!) At the dealership I dealt primarily with Brian Dial who was as welcoming and courteous as he could possibly be. His primary concern seemed to be my satisfaction and he was extremely patient in answering all of my questions. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the very able "assist" from his co-worker Dale Calhoun who willingly stood in for Brian when I showed up unexpectedly a day early on Brian's day off. Additionally, I had yet another fantastic experience with Joey Desrosiers from the finance department who was very informative while we worked out the details of my extended warranty agreement. I am thrilled to say that I am now in a low-mileage pre-owned (like new!) Toyota Corolla--that I purchased at an an unbelievable price, and I simply couldn't be happier. If you're in the market for a new car--or even THINK you are--give Toyota of Rockwall a try--and ask for Brian! You won't be disappointed! .

i drove out to rockwall from mesquite tx. i wanted to get a quote to replace my tires and inspection on my 2011 rav4 . the service rep i spoke to was named justin h. he told me he did not have the tires i wanted and he could order them and call me when received and set up an appointment. well much to my amazement he returned my call and said the tires were received and we could set an appointment for saturday the 21st . so saturday arrived and i drove to the dealership and justin was there to greet me as he said then he wrote my service invoice up and said it would be several hours to do all the exrra work i had added on with the tires to be replaced. well to my amazement justin offered to have a driver of the company drive me and my girlfriend back to our house in mesquite and call me and pick me back up after the work was done. wow what service i completely shocked and the price was even lower than what i thought it would be. i am blown away with such a job toyota of rockwall did for me today and his manager to which i spoke to also was great also . really i dont know what water these folks are drinking but i do think all businesses should follow these peoples lead. i have dealt with rockwall toyota before to change the oil and filter in the years past on my cars but now i do have a respect for this dealership that i just wanted to let the folks know about them or maybe i should keep a good thing quite and keep it to myself "just kidding" but really if you want good service and a person who keeps his word ask for justin h. even if you have to wait in line believe me it will be worth it. if there was a gold medal to be given for a great company a great manager and a super nice service writer "justin h. well justin would receive it. again great work justin you did your company good. mike salmon mesquite texas.

I loved working online with George and then meeting him in person. He made me feel comfortable and made the car buying experience much easier than I anticipated. It's been almost a year since I drove away in my beautiful new Venza and I still have great memories of that process! I'm a young first time car buyer and reality soon set in when I went to 4 car dealerships and no one would work with what I could afford or take me seriously. I completely gave up hope trying to find a new vehicle. Until I went to Toyota and met Chris. He was straight up with me and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. The first car he recommended I (unexpectedly) liked. We took a test drive and I fell in love with the car. When it came time to do paperwork I was so impressed with how quick and easy it was. I was expecting to spend all day there and ended up spending no more than an hour and a half there. Chris even called me 2 days later to make sure I was still satisfied and asked if I had any questions. He went way out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. It is so rare today to find great costumer service but Chris and all of the other employees there really know how to impress their costumers. Loved this experience!

Toyota of Rockwall was great from the moment I walked in the dealership, the receptionist greeted me and the ladies were quick to offer us refreshments they were so nice and not pushy like other dealers I've dealt with in the past. The customer service here is the best. Brian Dial went out of his way to make me happy, and I feel that I've made a friend for life with Brian. First thing i walked into the dealer is i was able to walk around without a sales man jumping at me at first site and try to force me to purchase a car immediately.i walked inside and was greeted by the receptionist with offer of coffee or water etc or snacks and the interior was beautiful. was greeted warmly by Corey and even honored the price i wanted and had listed on the site.overall wonderful experience though i thought the platinum service package for the price was pretty high but i believe should be worth the money.

It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a couple sales guys that weren't your stereotypical car salesmen. Kenneth & Jake actually listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to make this deal work. They weren't pushy when we told them that we wanted to talk about it over the night, Kenneth actually pulled some strings and got us a table a popular local restaurant. It's nice to deal with genuine people that actually think about the interest's of others rather than just trying to close a deal.

My wife and I came to buy a new Camry and all I ever wished to get from a dealership was the honesty that I got from Toyota of Rockwall, especially from manager Deno Moore; he was the manager assigned to our deal and he was great every question I had he answered and it helped a lot into our car buying process. I am a very specific person that likes everything done in a certain way and lets just say Toyota of Rockwall made it a lot easier for me and they made me feel very comfortable with my final decision. I would recommend to anyone that wants a knowledgeable sales experience I suggest you ask for Deno Moore as he answered everything with honesty and great detail.

I bought a used toyota celica from the dealership and the day I brought it home the power door locks did not work. I brought the car back and told them if they could fix it and the sales manager said he would not replace them just try to rebuild them and if they worked good if they did not I would be out of luck. I spent 5 hours waiting for them to tell me that the process would take the entire day. The sales manager then asked if I could call someone to pick me up but I told him I didnt have no one to pick me up. The sales manager then refused to give me a loaner car he would have rather have me get picked up or pay for one. Overall I wish I would have never set foot at the dealership

First off I live in San Antonio, so when I bought my new car from Rockwell it had nothing to do with convenience and everything to do with service. My Cavalier had recently died and I was stuck without any transportation in San Antonio, after about a week over visiting different dealerships in my area including other Toyota dealerships I came across the Toyota of Rockwall website by chance. Turned out to be the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Because I was without a car when I called TOR they flew me out to Dallas that very day and set me up with a great deal that stayed in my price range. The salesmen, Bayron and Kirksey were both absolute professionals and the Finance gentlemen were also top notch. Not once did they try to sell me something that I did not want or need. I dont play around when it comes to business and neither do they. Toyota of Rockwall goes above and beyond what other dealerships will do for their customers. Id recommend this dealership to everyone.

Easiest purchase of a car i have ever made. Salesman, corey, basically negotiated price over phone.....no back and forth haggling. Was in and out in an hour. Would totally recommend this dealership and corey as mu salesman. Will definitely be back when time to purchase again.

I went in for an oil change on my Camery and my wife liked the new body style of the 2014 Tundra. Cory Thomas has been my saleman for years we work out a great deal the only thing was that this tundra had a 4.6 leader engine and when we went to get our old Tundra from south Texas the cruse control would shift to much over the hills. I took it back to dealership and the service manager check truck out, and could find no problem except the possible size of Engine I was used to. Cory,Jacob and Michael and my wife pick out another Tundra that had a 5.7 leader engine and put Janice and I into it at no difference in price. It also had the same equipment. Even though I had put over a 1100 hundred mile on the first Tundra. This is the reason I will always drive back from Sargent Texas even though it's 400 miles and trade with this Dealership......They are the most friendly set of People at a car dealership I have ever work with. this was the seventh vehicle I have purchased there.

Toyota of Rockwall and Jason Kirksey exceeded my expectations..He gave me all of the info I needed before I arrived, gave me a great price, and had my vehicle ready to go when I got there. The price never went up and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. He was really fun to work with, laughed with us a lot, and made the whole process fun. It was a great contrast to what I've experienced at some dealerships in the past.The building was new and the place was very clean. Everybody was very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped me get a cup of coffee and made hot chocolate for my kids. There's a nice play area and a big screen TV in the waiting area and they gave my son the remote so he could watch what he wanted and stay entertained while we signed paperwork. That process was very easy too. No hard selling or pushiness when we had to do paperwork. Gabriel was very nice and explained everything to us very thoroughly.I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jason Kirksey to anyone who wants to purchase a car. I plan to come back to these guys in the future. Everyone who worked there seemed happy to be there and happy to help the customer. It was definitely customer service oriented. After researching my options, this was the second dealership that I visited today. Everyone involved in my transaction were professional, personable and very quick. Took my 4runner in for a simple fix and was told it needed a new motor... $200 at a local parts house and another tow bill drove it from Rockwall to Houston and back still going like new

No issues purchasing the vehicle, but both times I brought my car in for "warranty maintenance", they discovered a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires. What are the odds?? To make matters worse, they had no tires in stock. Not to worry, they would put the temp tire on and I could come back in 3 days when the tires were due to be delivered. Works for me -- then I can replace the spare tire as well! I have a 2012 Camry, that's a pretty popular vehicle for the dealership to "run out of tires". Lucky for me, I found a new dealership close to where I work. They have a ton of Camry's on the lot and spare parts to go with them!!! They took me without an appointment and even agreed to take over the future maintenance of my Camry. I did however waste over half my day thanks to TOR's bafoonery.

this company lied, mislead, misrepresented, took my money, sad part, i was a returning customer and they screwed me with the return of my first car and buying a second one. Their owner Steve Jackson must not care how his business is ran because he doesn't return calls, their GM Jason Ortgies is the same way, he will eventually get around to it after making several calls to him or sending email. Jason said they would take care of the bill received on the lease from the first car and still i receive bills, called Jason and no return calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had purchased a vehicle at Toyota of Rockwall in 2012 and was generally impressed with the transaction and really liked the salesperson i dealt with, so, when I began to look for another new vehicle I gravitated back there, after countless phone converstions, emails and a test drive and three visits to the dealership I deceided to make the purchase. I had inquired with several other Toyota dealers about Tacoma's on thier lots and actually had several of them beat Toyota of Rockwall's deal, but I felt comfortable with T of R and they were close, I stopped by the dealership on a Thursday to go ahead and pre-qualify the credit and set up an appt for Saturday to make it happen, It was at this point that I discovered that they had prepared a deal on the wrong vehicle, in fact the trucks were identical except for chrome tube steps, I was ok with that so long as the deal didn't change, well it did! They asked me for 5.00 more a month to get the truck with the running boards, when I declined they immediately said they would honor the original deal. I was irritated by the attempt to add 5.00 a month to my payment, it wasn't the money, it was the principal, I chose to purchase elswhere and I am so glad I did. They beat Tof R's deal big time and saved me an additional 25.00 a month on my payment on a truck with a 900.00 higher sticker price. My advice is use the internet and search for the vehicle you want and work the best deal. You'll be surprised how much you can get them to come down on the price.

Me and my boyfriend were looking to replace both of our vehicles, my 07 Volvo XC90 and his 05 Camry, we did some researching and shopping around and determined that the 2012 Toyota Camry was the best option for us. I contacted the dealership via the Internet and got a very good price from Bayron and George. When we finally decided to visit the dealership, we were very surprised of how nice the facility looks, every body was friendly and courteous and we did not have to spend our entire Saturday at a car dealership. We bought both of our cars from Toyota of Rockwall last December and got a great deal without having to go through the typical car sales experience. These folks are different. If you live in the DFW and are looking for a vehicle, definitely give them a shot.

We needed a new truck to replace our aging Ford F-150. We are from Austin Tx. We decided on a double cab Toyota Tacoma because it has the features we need and because we love the design, construction and quality of the Tacoma. My wife and I are internet people. We met on the internet in 1995 and we do much of our shopping on the internet. It's really irritating to contact a dealer's "Internet Sales" department, ask them to reply by email only and 5 minutes later the phone rings. We contacted our local dealers and got this sort of treatment. We had thoroughly researched the vehicle and knew what we should expect to pay. None of the local dealers were coming close to our price and they all did the usual crap that makes you hate car sales people; add-ons, product switches, never answering your questions directly or honestly, making you wait, bringing in the sales "big guy" to assure you that they may lose the dealership for selling to you at such a ridiculous price, but for you they'll do it, then quoting a price that is still way higher than you know you should be paying. We were ticked off and frustrated after our second visit to a Toyota dealership. Finally, I googled Toyota in DFW and up came Toyota of Rockwall. I sent an inquiry through their website and shortly received an email reply from a man named Gabriel Hernandez. What a breath of fresh air! No phone call , just a series of focused exchanges as we worked out the details on a Tacoma that had everything we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. I was the one who finally made the first phone call, and that was only to firm up an appointment for us to go to Rockwall to pick up our new truck. What a pleasure it was to be treated like a person with half a brain who actually knows what they want in a vehicle. I don't expect to be buying another new vehicle any time soon, but I'd be back online with Toyota of Rockwall in a heartbeat if the need arose. They are Friendly, courteous, all first rate, all professional and very customer oriented. Gabe was remarkable. He offered to pick us up at the airport if we wanted to fly down. He bought us coffee and offered to buy us breakfast as well, and after the deal was done, he drove our rental car to the drop off point for us while we enjoyed the comfort of our new ride. From the moment I called in and spoke with my salesperson Andy I felt very comfortable and could tell he wanted to help me out. He listened to what I wanted in a car, and didn't try to sell me something that didn't interest me. Even more impressive, when I told him what my budget was for the car he helped me to buy the car I wanted for $50 a month less than what I had told him I could pay. That's a lot of extra money for me! The finance manager Jake was extremely nice too. I didn't experience the typical pushy sales process that I have at car dealerships. Everyone listened to me and what I wanted and could afford and they helped me to buy a car that was under the budget I had set forth. That shoes me they truly care about the customer. Two days after I bought the car, I noticed I had forgotten my garage door opener in the old VW I traded in. I called Andy and he had it delivered to my house. Great customer service and a very nice, green facility. That's enough for me in itself. Even the receptionist is extremely friendly at the front desk. I love this dealership and will recommend it to all of my friends and family.

I found a used vehicle online and inquired about it immediately and went to test drive after work, a 50 mile drive at rush hour in Dallas. I was at the dealership for over two hours working with Gabriel Hernandez. After filling out a credit app he said he was 95% certain he had a deal but needed a paystub and utility bill to submit to the bank to process the application and asked me to provide it to him the next day, which I did. After receiving a call from the bank and verifying information the next day I never heard back from him. I called the next day around noon and he said that they wanted a $3000 down payment but HE wanted to talk to them more to see if he could reduce it to $0 or $1000 down and would call me back in an hour. I had not heard from him by 5:00 and called and he said that they wouldn't come off the $3000 down requirement and I told him that I could get the $3000 anyway and I wanted to buy the vehicle. He TEXTED me the next morning to tell me someone else had bought the vehicle. He did not have the spine or xxxxx to call me and tell me what he had done like a man would. Gabriel is a cowardly manipulator that does not represent Toyota well at all. I will always be a Toyota customer, I know the brand is much better that Gabriel Hernandez. Toyota Rockwall should get rid of slime like him, he needs to go back to the cheap note lot in south Dallas where he came from.

I found a vehicle on Cars.com that was advertised by Toyota of Rockwall and responded. They asked me to come out that night to test drive and look at the vehicle and I did so and spent over two hours there filling out a loan application and waiting to hear back from a bank. I was told by the salesperson, Gabriel Hernandez that he was 95% certain he had a deal but needed to hear back from the bank in the morning. The next day he called and said that they were requiring a down payment but he was going to see if he could work a deal where they did not require a down payment. I never heard from him again that day. The next day I called and he said that they were likely going to require a down payment of $3,000 but he wanted to work on it more to see if he could get it down and he would call me in one hour. Five hours later I had not heard back from him and I called and he said that they were not able to come down on the down payment amount and I told him that I could get the $3,000 for the down payment, but since it was after 5:00 at that point I would need to wait until the next day to submit an order for a check out of my brokerage account for the $3,000. He texted me the the next morning to tell me someone else bought the car. I feel like I was decieved all along and they were not honest about anything. If you tell a man you have a deal and he agrees you stick with it. That's how business is/was done in America. I guess car salesmen's reputations are earned because of people like this.

I was searching online for a used pick up truck and we found one I liked at this location. The Facility is the best dealership I have walked into. Beautiful, clean, and really big! I met with a guy there that told me everything I wanted to know about the truck I found online, showed us the car fax, inspect the truck, even let me drive it. They really helped me since this was my first time buying a car for myself to establish credit for myself. After everything was said and done, I drove out with my new truck the very same day. The one and only thing that I felt needed attention was the amount of time it took for me to get it. We waited in the lobby for nearly 5 hours staring at a wall which is inconvenient. But other than that it was a real deal. I definitely recommend this place.

I communicated to this dealership for 5 days about a used vehicle. I was called and told several different things, and was switched between 3 different people. Once I thought we had finally reached an agreement on price and warranty I left work early and drove 45min to Rockwall. Once I got there and sat down with the finance guy he showed me a completely different deal that I have never agreed on. I was pissed. I asked for my keys and walked out. They didn't even try to make it right. I will never go there again and never recommend them to anyone. Horrible service.

My wife wanted a Toyota Sienna XLE which we shopped the DFW metroplex for and after visiting nearly every Toyota dealer in the area, the folks at Toyota of Rockwall were by far the most willing to do whatever it took to make sure I bought there and would be happy with my purchase. As a matter of fact we were happy with our purchase. So happy in fact that I returned within a few weeks to buy a new Tacoma TRD 4x4 for myself. Since that time I've driven the extra miles to return for service when due and always been treated very well with extras like checking the alignment as I pull in for service at no cost and including the report with my receipt. To be completely clear, my standards for service and excellence are fairly high because my previous cars were a Volvo XC90 purchased new and serviced with Volvo, and a BMW 335i purchased new and serviced at BMW, which are both companies that train their associates to provide a "service experience" and not just a good day at the service bay.Recently due to a job transfer to an overseas position, I found myself needing to sell the Tacoma and prepare the Sienna for long term storage and once again Toyota of Rockwall stepped up. After visiting the Toyota dealer in McKinney, and also Carmax, I sold my Tacoma back to Toyota of Rockwall and upon finding out I was planning to store the Sienna they gave me a very fair deal on a complete package of service and detailing to be sure our family van would be like new when we returned to the states on vacation.In short, if you have fair expectations when you arrive Toyota of Rockwall will exceed them.

I came in needing a car but not sure exactly what I wanted. I drive a lot and need a room for equipment (musician) as well. With this in mind, I was trying to find something that offered me good gas mileage but also space. I started working with Charles and he was amazingly helpful and patient as I test drove many different models of used cars until I finally settled on a Prius. Charles's service and patience were amazing. This was my first car to buy from a dealership and he walked me through everything and made sure I was happy the entire time. Not only do I love my car, but I tell everyone to go to Toyota of Rockwall and see Charles. Service wise, the dealership has been top notch. on all normal maintenance they have been overly prompt and accommodating. I will not buy a car anywhere else. Toyota of Rockwall is the best in DFW as far as I am concerned.

Came here looking for an internet used Corolla. Bayron Posas, the salesman, was very professional, knowledgable, and patient. He worked the numbers for the used car, then segued very helpfully into the topic of considering a brand new one. With his insight and empathy it turned out that a new one made good sense financially so I bought a new 2013 Corolla from him. Once you purchase a car, customer service disappears completely. I purchased the maintenance package for my Toyota Highlander. Every time I visit the service department for my maint. you would think I was an inconvenience or asking for service on my car for free. Recently dropped off my car and was told one hour wait, I told my rep i was going to grab something to eat across the street and would be back before then. I walked back and saw they were in the process of the oil change. I went into lobby and waited in the customer waiting area designated for service dept. I waited and waited and nobody came and said my last name ( as they have done in the past) I finally asked and after a little searching my car had been ready for awhile. When I asked Don why someone didn't come to waiting area he said he thought i went shopping. I told him I did state ( to him) that I would be back before service was complete. Instead of apologizing or just stopping the conversation he told me next time i need to come find him and tell him I am back. He wasn't aplogietic or cared that i was upset because I had spent a total of two hours waiting on my car. During the time in the service area he saw me on two seperate occasions so its not like he didn't see me in the waiting area.I called the dealer after pulling off the lot and left a message for a manager. Now week later, i haven't received a call back or an apology. Because of this one experience, I am 100% sure i will not give them my business in the future. I have been a faithful Toyota owner for 15 years. So, enjoy your customer service before you purchase your car, it all ends once you sign the paperwork. Thought the public should now, i already shared this with my friends and family. To think i sent them three people who did purchase their cars from there. Toyota Rockwall - Horrible Customer Service

I went to them and bought a truck I saw on the web. The pics posted showed all weather floor mats. When I test drove it I noted no floor mats. They begrudgingly agreed to provide floor mats and they did, but they were standard carpet and not the all weather type as advertised. They stated they would fill the tank of the truck I was buying before I left, but this was not done. Their excuse was that they did not have access to premium fuel, which was required for this vehicle, lastly I noticed that the inspection sticker on the vehicle had expired 6 months prior. I brought this to the salesman's attention and they have agreed to reimburse me for the expense. Not impressed.

The vehicle I came to see and eventually bought was pictured with upgraded floor mats. When I came to test drive it they were missing I asked to have car mats included in the over 33K vehicle I was buying, the agreed with some motivation from me. The salesman told me that they would fill the tank before I drove it home, but upon getting ready to leave I note the less than <1/4 tank and was told they couldn't fill it as promised as my vehicle required premium fuel. They shipped my mats which were the standard and not the all weather mats as we're pictured in the ad.

Very long story short, my wife and I bought a Camry from Derrick Mallory. He was very dishonest with us. We traded in my truck with a full tank of gas and got the Camry and the gas light was on in it. We asked if he can fill it up for us since we just put $70 in the truck. He said the dealership wouldn't let him, but that he would send us a gift card in the mail. We have contacted him no less than 10 times and been to the dealership twice and still haven't received the gift card. First he said he forgot to mail it, then he said his girlfriend was supposed to mail it, then he said he was mailing it "that day". Whatever. It's been almost 4 months and we still haven't received our gift card. I spoke with Liane the internet sales manager, she assured me she would take care of it. Nope, still no gift card. I sent the General Manager an e-mail with no response from him. I'm not done with this dealership. I will tell EVERYBODY NOT TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM. I'm sure they are going to lose at least one sale that will cost more than the $70 they owe us. I am not giving up either.

My salesperson Warren was fine but,when it came to the finance dept. Brett kept trying to sell me on "bumper to bumper warranties" "reliability ",when it was only a ploy to take the focus off he was ripping me off with horrible finance numbers. Please avoid Rockwall Toyota. They tried to push me into a trade they just received and told me it was my "best option" ,it wasn't the vehicle I wanted nor the color. I have some credit issues but when I finally got Brett to tell me he was giving me a15% interest rate I told him I could provide an A paper cosigner,he said it would not make a difference on my rate. They ended up offering me a used Tacoma with 66000 miles at 60 months for $585 a month.I went to Sports City Toyota in Garland and offered the same deal and I got a BRAND NEW 2012 Tacoma TRD Sport with all the bells and whistles for $450.00 a month and wasn't treated like a low class bum with no other options because of some dings in my credit.Rockwall Toyota is obviously only interested in their bottom line not about their customers.

We were looking for a used 4 cyl vehicle, something along the lines of a Kia Sportage or Honda CRV. Since Rockwall is where we live it made sense to look at the Sportage they had for sale. After working with the salesman and taking a spin my wife really liked it but as a woman said she needed a choice. Even though it was almost closing time the salesman took the time to not only show us a used Prius but allowed us to take it on a spin and patiently explained everything he knew about a hybrid. We ended up buying the Prius and had good experience on the finance end as well. Also had a follow up phone call and look forward to checking out the service dept. Overall it was a great buying experience.

Overall great experience from start to finish. Eric did a great job and at no point did we feel pressured to purchase. It was not the stereotypical sales approach and it was appreciated. The process moved along very efficiently and it only took about 4 hours to finish everything. That timeframe included three test drives, negotiations, financing (which was very flexible and competitive), and delivery of the vehicle. We are very happy with the vehicle and the experience. This was the easiest ad most pleasurable shopping experience I have ever had! No haggle pricing and being treated like I was the most important person in the world! When my car was delivered to me, not only was it perfectly clean with a full tank of gas, but she took a lot of her time to teach me how to work everything in the car, pair up the bluetooth and teach me the NAV system.
