Our experience with the salesman at Toyota of Santa Fe, Michael Lopez, was great. We had just started our search for a replacement for our too big truck and were considering a RAV4. Michael spent a lot of time with us, very patiently explaining the ins and outs of purchasing a used vehicle. Never did we feel as though he was pressuring us, or making us feel uncomfortable. A true gentleman, we would recommend him and the dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Kelly Medina should be put in for the sales person of the year there. I was looking to upgrade from my 4-Runner to a Tundra and I had an idea about what I wanted on my vehicle and what I was going to pay. I was fed up with how I was being treated in Albuquerque dealerships when I reached out to Kelly. She was never pushy the entire time we were looking for what I wanted and she made sure the purchase was all about me. From our first encounter on the internet through subsequent phone calls as she was assisting me to get the very best deal on my new Tundra. Then I get to the dealership and all of the staff I come into contact with are just "marvelous." Kelly made sure replacing my 4-Runner with this new Tundra was my best experience ever and all of the people she introduced me to during this wonderful experience were the best professionals ever. When I look to replace my wife's car I am sure my first call will be to Kelly as she was so great helping me through this most fantastic experience ever.

David was awesome throughout our whole experience. He wasn't pushy, he didn't try to sell us more than we wanted but rather helped facilitate us getting the things we expressed interest in. We came with kids, he didn't seem annoyed with them, he was patient and helpful throughout all our questions. He helped us get everything set up for our car after our purchase. When we had questions about Miles and how much we should consider for our lease, he was honest and super helpful, saving us money along the way. I would absolutely work with him again.

Brent sold me my last truck and I had a good experience with him on the first occasion. I contacted him recently about my wanting to trade in my old tundra for a new one . I gave him my wish list and price range. he had a truck in mind I went to Santa Fe around 9 in the morning did the test drive and the appraisal on my truck . we came to an agreement and signed the deal and swapped personal belongings and I was off in my new tundra very happy. the rest of the people I dealt with including management were very nice and introduced themselves to me and thanked me . overall It was a better than expected negotiation. they washed my new truck and filled it with gas and I am still happy with my new truck. it was an hour drive from Albuquerque and well worth it. I had met with Albuquerque dealership the day before had they treated me the same it would have been hard not to buy from them but that was not the case. Brent is a good salesman with the customers interest at heart. I will seem him again. I will refer him to my friends.

Working with him was an answer to our prayers of finding someone who would not pressure us; would be patient and honest; would be helpful in finding the car that would suit our needs and be in our budget. Mike goes the extra mile. This is our third Toyota. As sad as we were to say goodbye to our 2004 Prius, we knew it was the right thing to do at our age when getting in and out of a low sitting car was becoming more difficult.We started our "research" mid-September and bought our vehicle October 28th. On our first visit, Mike suggested we use the "Borrowed Car Agreement" when he found out we had an appointment in Albuquerque. We were able to do an extended "test drive" and it paid off for us as well as for Toyota of Santa Fe!It wasn't the same RAV4 that we drove to ABQ but with Mike's help, we ended up finding a certified pre-owned 2014 RAV4 with low mileage and in great enough condition to pass the 160-point inspection check list to be a certified Toyota used vehicle. If you don't know what this is, check it out because it is a sweet deal! We also got a fair price for trading in our 2004 Prius and came out of the experience very happy and with a new friend in Michael Lopez. We know that he will always be there for us - if or as we need help- over the years since he is motivated to do the right thing. He even spent extra time the next day showing us how to activate the bluetooth feature on the car. He is the best!We wholeheartedly recommend Michael Lopez and Toyota of Santa Fe. After driving over 200 miles for a "sale" I was sold a Takoma ( which was used) and charged a new price at the end. One of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with in my life. Should of bought local but went to toyota of santa fe and literally got screwed in the process. To top it off, credit union used for financing is showing a loan amount of about 4k over what window sticker price was. What a "sale". Well never go there again....

Jeff went out of his way to meet our needs and answer all our questions. He was patient and supportive as we spent his whole day looking and asking questions. He went out of his way to find answers and be supportive. When he didn't know an answer, he didn't hesitate to say so and immediately called or found someone to get it. Although we went looking for a late model used car, we ultimately decided we needed a new one. Jeff then worked with us to get a price that was almost as low as the used cars we had been looking at.Jeff followed up regularly with us to be sure we got the loan paperwork, registration, insurance, plates, service appointments, etc. He checked back several times to be sure we were satisfied with the car.On a personal note, Jeff also remembered that Mary had been ill when we were looking and asked after her health. I just had Mario help me with my vehicle repair (a fuel pump replacement), and I can't recommend him highly enough. In fact, as a recent transplant from California, I have been having a hard time adjusting to customer service in New Mexico, and dealing with Mario literally turned my impression of Santa Fe around and made me decide to stay in New Mexico and stick it out. Many male service personnel at other dealerships are patronizing to female customers, but Mario walked me through every step in detail and never treated me differently. He was so kind, patient, polite, and helpful that I am planning to buy all my future vehicles from this dealership since this is the caliber of employee that they hire. Way to go, Mario--you are a salesman without even knowing it!

After having a few bad experiences with Toyota dealerships, Terry really helped me get what I needed. He was exceptionally candid, non-pressuring, and trustworthy through the whole process. He leveraged his relationships with the dealership to make sure that I could get good value on my trade in and that I could borrow my car in the two days it took to close my financing.I couldn't recommend Terry more highly to anyone skeptical of car salesman. Great experience, the vehicle was the lowest priced relative to any other comparable 4Runners within a 300 mile radius based on Autotrader. David made the deal as painless as possible; was very accommodating by delivering the SUV to me and letting me sign the paperwork in Albuquerque. The next day I discovered an issue with the stereo not recognizing the USB. I feel Francesco went above and beyond with his customer service by having the vehicle repaired for free even though the 4Runner was already out of bumper to bumper warranty. I will definitely be purchasing vehicles from them in the future.

Despite being over an hour late for my appointment they took me in without delay. A few items showed up on the 32 point inspection(which I am truly thankful they did!) . They explained things thoroughly and, did all the work for which they had part available - quickly and with a smile.Since one of the items on the list was a battery I figured I would save time and, just buy it and replace it myself. I went online and chose the battery from what I thought was their service department - it was actually from a place a few doors down. I told the guys my intent and they showed me why I should maybe consider having them do it. There was quite a bit of corrosion on the positive cable some of which had leaked below. They were not pushing me just simply explaining things I was unaware of. Even though the battery was purchased elsewhere, they gladly did the work. I agreed. I walked over to the battery place and carried the battery back. Upon entering the Toyota parking lot one of the sales men noticed I was carrying a battery and quickly dropped everything to carry it for me(they are a bit heavier than I realized :)) As I sit waiting for the repairs to be completed I have to say I feel both safe and taken care of ~ THANKS guys.

I bought a used '06 Honda Civic from Toyota of Santa Fe a couple weeks ago. Not only do I love my car, but Terry made the experience at the dealership very comfortable and assuring. After checking other dealerships I walked into a world of professionalism at Toyota of Santa Fe. Car Fax records, service records and a good test drive yielded me a good, sporty Corolla I can afford.. All in all Michael Lopez gave me about eight hours of his time, patient with me as I checked insurance rates and every aspect of what it took for me to reach a decision. They even got me lunch. Manager Francesco Crisafulli checked on me regularly and provided alternative ideas in my search for what car was best for me. Our experience with Michael Lopez was fantastic!! He is a wonderful person to work with in purchasing a new vehicle. He did all he could to help get me the car I wanted. By far he is the best salesperson I have purchased a car from. He was very helpful!! I highly recommend him . I had looked at other dealerships and the service and help of the workers there was no where near what it is at Toyota of Santa Fe. They all worked together to help us get in the car we wanted. I have to tell everyone that my experience with internet salesperson Kelly Medina was exceptional! I called her from Albuquerque and asked her more than 20 hard questions about the 3 pre-owned Sienna vans I was trying to decide between. I kept her on the phone forever, but Kelly was still very patient with me and answered all my questions honestly. Based on my gut feeling that I had found a fair and honest salesperson, we drove up to Santa Fe to see the 3 Siennas. Kelly was superb as a salesperson! She showed us clean and ready vans, and we took 2 test drives. We bought one of those vans and I have never been happier! The financing person, Melvin H., was also very professional and never pressured us to buy more than we wanted. I can't tell you how relieved we were that at no point during this entire process did I hear even one small lie or deception. I sincerely recommend Santa Fe Toyota, and especially Kelly Medina for your next Toyota. After having a miserable experience at the Larry H. I learned more in one afternoon than I'd ever known before about purchasing and about leasing a car. While we ultimately did not purchase from the dealership (this time) because our daughter who we were looking for lives in Colorado, I will return to Michael for a possible future purchase in a heartbeat. I first contacted Toyota of Santa Fe via Cars.com and received a quick response. However, the salesman who sent the initial message ignored my subsequent emails. I reached out to the dealership's manager and communication improved. I had expected to dicker on the price but, after the initial discount, the dealership refused to lower the price any further. Nevertheless, the price was still good, so I decided to proceed with the purchase. The salesman, manager, and other staff were friendly. Overall, I had a good experience. Aside from the initial unresponsiveness, my only two complaints are: 1) there was undisclosed damage which I noticed when I visited the dealership (about 135 miles from home), and 2) the final amount charged was higher than the sales quote. The dealership did fix most of the damage and delivered the vehicle four days later. Two small chips in the hood and a small crack in a headlight lens remained. The amount overcharged was small and, because I failed to notice it at the time (my wife wrote the check), I figured pursuing a refund would be futile.

Yesterday my husband and I went into Toyota of Santa Fe to look a car and we met Michael Lopez. He was friendly and professional and genuinely cared about our needs! I needed a used car, not a brand new one. Andy helped me figure out what kind of car would fit my needs, and kept an eye out for one when it came into the dealership. He's had a lot of experience and knew what to look for. I appreciated that Andy has a nice relaxed, polite, humorous, low pressure way of doing business. He clearly explained the process, it's my first time buying a car from a dealership, and he helped make it happen. My "new" little car is EXACTLY what I was hoping for. The shop guys checked it over, cleaned, polished it and sent me off with a full tank of gas. I was having a horrible day searching for my dream car. I had a deal set and done with Larry H Miller on the Alameda St in ABQ and those idiots ruined everything. I went around all of Santa Fe looking and I was ready to give up. I ended up in Toyota of Santa Fe. I told Jeff my story and he was very helpful. he took me on a test drive gave me all the specs about the car showed me in writing what they had done to the car. I told him my price he went over to his boss and I couldn't believe it. they accepted my offer and helped me and gave me so many ideas on how to leave with it that same day since I didn't have insurance for that vehicle. he was willing to go to TAOS to get the car inspected to be able to get full coverage insurance. He was the best of the best salesman I dealt with all day and trust me I went ALL over Santa Fe. Highly recommended!!!! Both him and Shelly are the best!!!

Last Saturday, I purchased a 2012 Honda FIT at Toyota of Santa Fe - and I am so pleased !!! The Sales and Finance Staff at Toyota of Santa Fe made the whole process of buying a car "user friendly". I guess that is why their ads say "YOU HAVE A BUDDY IN THE BUSINESS". They live up to that statement.First, the Sales Associate who coordinated my sale, MICHAEL LOPEZ, was nothing short of STELLAR!!! He was informative, truthful, helpful, and pleasant. He made a diligent effort to address every concern I had during the negotiating process and beyond - going the extra mile to meet my car-buying needs - showing genuine concern and interest.His General Manager, Francesco Crisafulli, was also impressive. He made a point to introduce himself and had a "CAN DO" attitude, assuring me that he and his staff would do everything possible to satisfy all the musts on my car buying list. He even arranged to contact the prior owner to obtain the rear head rests and extra key that were missing on the Honda FIT. He did this after I had already closed the deal. That is what I call service beyond the sale.Last but not least, I want to commend the Finance Manager, Melvin Houston. He guided me through the complicated process of financing with ease, clarity, and professionalism. He patiently processed my paperwork in the late evening hours, well after the dealership had closed its doors for the day. He made sure I received the best financing rate and warranty package possible - an expert in the field.So, without hesitation, I can say at Toyota of Santa Fe I had the best car purchasing experience EVER!!!

When I went in she was extremely helpful and considerate, keeping in mind that safety features and price were a top priority. She offered safe cars with great mileage and assured that I was happy with my final choice. She also offered to help learn every feature my car had to offer and assisted in setting up my bluetooth. Contacted Brent Buell by email detailing exactly the truck I wanted. Brent immediately gave me his best price which was very reasonable and actually a bit better than average considering these trucks are in high demand. Since I was specific in what I wanted, Brent had to order the truck from Toyota. It took a while to come in but that is Toyota's fault and not Brent's or the Santa Fe dealership's. In the end, the truck came in a month early so that was nice. When it arrived the truck had a few options on it that I did not order and was missing a few that I did. Brent made it right immediately and at no extra cost! Dealing with Brent was excellent. No pressure, no BS, and he got things done. Highly recommend asking fro Brent if you go to Toyota of Santa Fe!

On Saturday the 13th dun dun dun. My wife and I went to Toyota of Santa Fe with semi high hopes of getting a new SUV, to fit our family needs. We met Michael Lopez who right away treated us like we were family. We told him what we needed and our interests of two models. The RAV4 and 4runner, Michael encouraged us to test drive both to get the feel of the difference. He never pressured us into going for one specific model, he worked hard on getting us the deal we wanted. Michael gave us the best for our trade in, which was hard letting our Tacoma go. In the end we loved and got us a RAV4 thanks to Michael who worked with us and making our trip worthwhile. My husband and I bought two cars a couple of weeks ago, and while service was great while we were there, it's after we left the dealership that it was truly outstanding. We had an issue determining necessary paperwork to get our warranty refunded over at the Subaru dealership. We have had great experiences with Brent, almost 6 years between our two purchases and he stayed at the same dearlership, that's really saying something.He has gone out of his way to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Both cars were for my wife and he was very honest with her, didn't talk down or try to fleece a woman customer as so many others do.He is definitely trying to make sales, I wouldn't call him a no-pressure dealer but definitely low-pressure and does it with a sense of humor. At the time with my purchase, I was referred to Mr. Lopez because of how good of an experience my mom had. Mr. Lopez made it clear when I met him that he was not about pushing customers to make the sale right away. He was very much about me finding something I liked and could afford. Being in college my budget was tight and Mike made every effort to get me what I was looking for. I appreciated that about him, his top concern is always about the customer and doing his best to get what they are looking for. He gave me a list of my options and allowed to me think it over. I went back and purchased my vehicle through Mike Lopez. With any questions I have had Mike was able to answer them and has been very helpful with recommendations for repairs and making sure the vehicle was running smoothly. I. Called ahead to let the dealership know when I would be arriving and Brent met me just a few steps in the front door. I had bought a truck twice before with Brent and he remembered everything I liked. He took me directly to the vehicle he thought I would like and discussed the new generation Tacoma.features with me during the test drive. We set down and filled out my offer and he insured I got the price and the trade-in value I wanted with absolutely no hassle at all. The dealership had a large tent sale going on at another location and several of the staff were off site and the finance folks were overwhelmed but Brent got me right in with Shelly Cornely the Finance Director to complete the loan/paperwork and my new shiny truck was already waiting outside! What a team!

Brent Buell was referred to us by the shop where our cars are serviced. Knowing how the Toyota dealers are in Albuquerque we wasted no time in taking the trip to Santa Fe and Toyota of Santa Fe. First, it must be noted that my wife and I both are obsessive/compulsive and analytic. This was obvious to Brent who exhibited exceptional patience and answered all of our questions to our total satisfaction. We decided on a RAV 4, but with front wheel drive, which we knew may have been difficult to get. A short time later Brent calls us and has the EXACT vehicle we desire. I had an excellent experience test driving a 4 Runner with Jeff Morris. He was friendly and knowledgeable. When it came time to talk about price, I was given a price considerably higher than I had seen on the dealer's website earlier that day. After I inquired about it, the manager acknowledged they had made "an error" and came back with the price I had seen on the website. This undermined my trust in the dealership and I let them know it. Jeff, Joe Anchondo and others worked hard to regain my trust and in the end I did purchase the vehicle. Jeff was clearly invested in making things right and I very much appreciated that. I had a terrific experience with Jamie Dunn when buying my new Highlander. I had told Jamie that I was interested in a 3 year old used Highlander and asked him to please keep an eye out for one that fit my criteria. Every few weeks Jamie checked in with me and sent me options. None was quite right, but he stuck with it for five months, without every putting pressure on me. I felt like he was my ally in the car buying process, and understood that I wanted to feel good about my purchase. Only the car that made me feel right would be the right car for me. Jamie got this intuitively. On the day I purchased my new car, I had no intention of buying a new one, but after a lengthy test drive in a used SUV with Jamie,out of curiosity I asked to see the new vehicles. This was my choice; Jamie never pressured me. There on the lot was a car that seemed just right to me, and I told Jamie I'd like to drive it. Out we went again for another long test drive; he answered all my questions openly and didn't push and instead let me feel out the car for myself. I was shopping for our family car solo and he never spoke down to me or suggested I "call my husband"--the stuff you sometimes hear about car salesmen when selling to women. I knew the car felt right and Jamie and I negotiated openly and fairly and promptly. He encouraged me to take the car home for the afternoon; he was exceedingly reasonable with my trade-in and got more money for me when I told him the price seemed low.The whole process was so easy and enjoyable (he even made popcorn for my daughters, which was good because I sort of felt like I might pass out at writing the check) that when I left that evening I couldn't quite believe it had been so smooth I had been putting off the process of buying new for so long because I didn't want to be pressured or sort through different trim options etc, but as serendipity would have it, I found the right car and the right salesperson on the same day. Thank you Jamie for such a terrific experience; I recommend him to everyone!

DREADing the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle for my mother..... it had to be done so between the 2 of us - we did our homework, searched the internet/looked online, drove to several dealers & car lots in SF and ABQ, test drove several cars and dealt with some "shady" sales people. We searched carefully - there were some possibilities and after a week of shopping - Beaver Toyota was our final stop. We found the PERFECT car for mother. The price, the make, the model and above all else was the SALES PERSON - MICHAEL LOPEZ. It was MICHAEL who made all the difference! With him, the process seemed effortless, educational and very comfortable. He has a calm, professional demeanor, he knows his product, and his meticulous explanation and attention to detail throughout the process made us feel valued and like we were his only customers. NO pressure! His concerns were mom's need and satisfaction. Michael made it easy, relaxed and we were confident we were buying the perfect car! I highly recommend Michael -he went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was exactly to my mom's specifications - that very day - so she would not have to make a return visit. He gave mother another thorough orientation of the vehicle for her safety before she "flew solo" and drove away. I just arrived in Santa Fe from Los Angeles and decided to get a new 4Runner after having a Land Rover for 10 years. I was so used to car salesmen trying to push me around, so I was very surprised when that didn't happen at all during my recent experience with Brett Buell and Raul Gallegos at Toyota of Santa Fe. When I first arrived, Brett offered to show me the new 4Runners. We went on a test drive and he showed me all about the car, and we compared it to the competitor models. He didn't try to sell me on anything. I then got bids at three different dealerships, and Brett and his colleague Raul got me the best deal. Not only was it the best deal on my trade-in and on the new purchase, but they also were the most friendly and fun to work with. I didn't feel comfortable at the other dealerships. But these guys were easygoing and reminded me of my friends (which they are now!). The purchase experience was quick and easy. I got the check for my Land Rover a few days later and I absolutely love my 4Runner, especially knowing I got it at a good price. I feel like I've found my new home with Brett and Raul, who I call the "Dream Team," and I look forward to enjoying my 4Runner for years to come.

Had a great experience at Toyota of Santa Fe. We were looking for a new RAV4 and were considering trading in a 2005 Toyota Tacoma. Melda Krchov completely understood our situation and our needs. Melda found the right RAV4 that was affordable and met all our needs, she came along with a lot of good information on the test drive, she "cut to the chase" by working with the Toyota of Santa Fe invoice price, she negotiated a GREAT deal based on invoice price, and Melda worked closely with manager Shawn Baker to get the BEST possible trade in value on our 2005 Toyota Tacoma. Shawn was really helpful and very fair in negotiating an acceptable trade in value. Bob Medina did a very efficient job with all that paperwork. Jennifer literally saved me a bundle by locating an extended warranty I was not even aware I had. I LOVE her! She went above and beyond when she really did not have to keep searching the data base to help me. Diego then refunded a pre-payment I had made for drive train issues that ended up being covered by that warranty. He had already helped by agreeing to waive the fee on the second alignment which had to be done when the problems were discovered. And he got me a free rental vehicle for the time the car was in the shop. (Daniel in rentals was great). Everyone here is kind and efficient. Cisco the shuttle driver is a gem. Roger is also great; he sometimes helps me even when he is not my assigned service person. The car appears to have been fixed and is running fine now. I love this dealership and will buy my next car here as I have my last two. Go see my friend Melda, a saleswoman extraordinaire in the new car division. And take your Toyota there for service! The genuine kindness and sincere wish to be of service beyond just the service on the car is what makes this a special place.

I suggest caution when dealing with dealership staff. The dealership has no regard for your privacy or the protections of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Mr. Anchondo was reasonable to work with and made a good effort to locate the car I wanted and if you must buy from this dealer I recommend him; he was advised from my first contact that this would be a cash purchase. After agreeing to a price he turned me over to Mr. Leonard, who had also heard me state several times that this was a cash purchase. Leonard demanded I complete a credit request form saying it was dealership policy and needed for the federal OFAC check. I offered the personal information for the OFAC check but refused to approve a credit check for a cash sale. I was badgered by Leonard and other dealership staff, who were also told this was a cash purhcase, for over 45 minutes to sign the credit request form; I finally agreed to put only the OFAC required information on the form, crossing out the reference that it was a request for credit check and specifically telling Leonard I was not approving a credit check. Leonard then immediately ran a credit check for $10,000, as well as the OFAC check. When I complained the sales manager on duty (who had actually run the check) apologized and told me that the dealership needed to train its sales staff better and also develop a separate form for the OFAC information. After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau the general manager contacted me, apologizing that I was upset, but also stating he was completely comfortable with the dealership protocol and that saw nothing wrong with their action. In apparent retaliation the dealership also with held the certificate of origin for 8 days preventing me from registering the vehicle. If youre buying on credit this isnt likely going to be a problem but if you value your privacy avoid this unethical dealership. I will never buy here again and encourage others to avoid them as well.

I recently lost my husband and this is the first time I have purchased a car by myself. I was not looking forward to it and knew almost nothing about the car I was about to purchase. But I knew I wanted an AWD van to get through the snow in Angel Fire and Toyota is the only manufacturer of such a vehicle so that helped to narrow my search. I also had a friend tell me that the service department at Toyota of Santa Fe was excellent so when I mentioned to another friend who has the same car I was considering that I had decided to purchase a new car, they immediately recommended Michael Lopez to me as an excellent salesman that I should contact. From my initial inquiry, through the credit application process to the test drive and the final model selection, Michael was extremely helpful and made the whole process very simple and fun. Since I was trading in my old van which had just been on a significant shopping spree in Albuquerque, Michael even helped me transfer all the goods from the old van to the new one. His car operating overview covered just the key tips I needed to know to safely drive the car home. And his followup along with other staff members at Toyota of Santa Fe was also tremendous! We live in NM but are a significant distance from Santa Fe. I found Toyota of Santa Fe on an internet search and started a chat with a representative (Raul) who was very helpful. After the chat my wife and I test drove (locally) some of the models we had discussed. The next day I returned to the website and started another chat with Dylan Leonard this time. Dylan was outstanding in working with us and we eventually reached an agreement on a new 4Runner for my wife. The wife and I both felt good about the deal and were very happy with the process and Dylan as a salesman. I mentioned to Dylan that we had been looking for a used car for our son who was stranded with us when his transmission went out on his way home to visit over the holidays. Dylan said he would look at their inventory, using the parameters I gave him. After working with me until after 10pm one evening, Dylan found the perfect car and the next morning we made a deal we were happy with. Knowing that my son had to get back to his job, Dylan worked extremely fast so both deals could get finalized and both cars could be delivered to our house and my son could get on the road. We have never had service like that at a car dealership, never. Outstanding! We will definitely look to Toyota of Santa Fe first for all future vehicle purchases. I recently just graduated from college. My father thought it was time for me to get a car on my own. We have always owned Toyotas so naturally this was our first stop in car shopping. I was online shopping and came across a hybrid Camry. I emailed the dealership asking for more information. The next day Michael Lopez called asking if I could come in and take a look. Well a few days later I was back in the state and we made the trip over. I did end up driving the Camry, but Michael suggest a Scion. Just to give it a try, I drove it. Later that day I drove off the lot in my brand new Scion. It was literally everything I was looking for. If I knew more people in the market for a car I will send them to Michael. I travelled to Toyota of Santa Fe from Los Lunas because of a car I found on their website. Prior to my visit, I called to ensure the car was still there and to get some more information before making the hour and a half drive. I was lucky enough to get Michael Lopez on the phone. He went out and made sure the car was there, answered my 500 questions, gave me specific information on the vehicle, and pulled the car fax report for me. I made an appointment to visit the dealership and Michael the next day. Michael was completely understanding when I was running a little late (pesky kids!) When I arrived at the dealership he took me straight to the car without any of the usual fuss that you get when visiting a dealership. We checked it out and immediately went on a lengthy test drive. The car ended up not working for us because of the limited seating and our growing family. Michael was quick to come up with 2 other options for us and didn't try to force the original vehicle on us like a lot of dealerships I've been to. Michael was a kind and understanding sales person. He made the entire car-buying process smooth and easy. They offered us a fair deal on our trade and the negotiation process was pain-free. He was flexible and willing to hear any offer without batting an eye. The only disappointing thing that happened was the guys in the back didn't put gas in the vehicle so we were unable to make it home without stopping for fuel. I sent Michael a quick text to let him know and he immediately called me and offered to send a gift card. He followed up on his promise the next day. He mailed me a $25 gift card and a couple of CD's that I had left in my trade, on his own dime. If that's not excellent service from a sales person, I don't know what is. I would highly recommend Toyota of Santa Fe, and more specifically, Michael Lopez. He'll have our business for years to come!

It turned out that exactly what I wanted was on its way and the following day I drove up to Santa Fe to discuss the vehicle with Brent. Brent was easy to work with. We came to an agreement on the 4Runner that day, and he kept me in the loop regularly until it came in. Picking it up was easy. Sandra had all of my paperwork ready to go and we efficiently went through it all. Brent showed me all the aspects I needed to know about my new ride and I was on my way. I plan to keep this vehicle for a long time, but I would definitely return if I were in the market and would recommend to others this dealership and those I worked with.

We traded in our Toyota Highlander for 4Runner in Santa Fe. We bought it out of state because we travel for our jobs. We purchased the car in April and it is now October and we are still waiting for our permanent tags. We had to call every month to get our temporary tags redone and every month they told us something new needed to be processed. For three months we tried dealing with the dealership directly. Finally, we got the title company involved and our tags were sent to be processed. Normally 9 weeks for out of state. Now Santa Fe is telling us they can't issue us temporary tags any more because we have gone past our "three month issuance". So Santa Fe suggested we take a cab to DMV. No manager has ever contacted us. We finally called the corporate office and now have to wait for Santa Fe manager to return our call. Meanwhile, we are still with expired tags. We can't go anywhere without risk of ticket. They provided no solution even though it was because of their mistake of not processing anything for THREE months. They didn't even offer a rental until we could get tags at a new DMV. It's a horrible place. The signing was rough as well. When we went to sign, the monthly payment had changed from quoted price because they said the interest rate was no good since we were from out of state, which they knew from the beginning. We ended up with a $50 higher monthly payment. It's horrible there. I would say absolutely do not buy from there. The 4runner is amazing. Our Highlander and Scion were also great cars. We love the brand. I'm truly suggesting that if you want a hassle free experience, do NOT go to Santa Fe Toyota.

We went to Toyota knowing we wanted a truck. Michael was the first to greet us as we were walking about. We made a quick connection with Michael. We told him exactly what we didn't want, games; but that we needed guidance in finding the right truck for our needs. We were not in need of a new vehicle but just wanted to upgrade. Michael never gave us pressure, he was willing and patient as we made our way between the Tacoma and the Tundra and back. We ended up trading in our Jeep Rubicon that day for a Tundra that we love. There was a moment that did make us uncomfortable. We were walking into the store after a ride or two and a couple of the other sales reps were sitting on bench loitering and they began to heckle Michael. It my have been their friendly banter but as a first time customer my wife and I found it inappropriate. Had we not gotten a little time to know Michael during the test drives it might have been enough to make us go elsewhere.

We came to purchase this truck, but Brent helped us to get a good deal on a Tacoma 4x4 truck that was a better value for the dollar. So when I mentioned buying a new car and he referred and introduced me to Jamie Dunn I was comfortable in taking the next serious step of actually talking to a sales rep. (I do not like the stresses of wheeling and dealing that comes from buying a car). Jamie was very professional; he listened to my needs and offered his suggestions that were helpful in concluding my purchase. Jamies attentiveness to my question and concerns was very much appreciated and most importantly his recommendations and his actions to assure certain details were met and completed was assuring my needs were being met, I can honestly say I felt at ease and comfortable throughout the whole deal. The Courtesy Shuttle Drivers Ernie and Giovanni were also very friendly and accommodating; they get your phone numbers and dont forget about you. I purchased a 2010 Audi, initially i had some issues with the brakes, I took it in and Franchesco (GSM-General Sales Manger) helped me, but the issue did not get resolved. As I spoke with the General Manager ,Buddy Espinosa, he made sure that I was taken care of. I just traded in my 2003 Toyota Sequoia and bought a new 2015 Toyota Highlander. The experience could not have been more pleasant. Brent Buell was professional and focused on customer service. He demonstrated an attitude of "we are going do everything we can to demonstrate that we deserve your business." This included making sure that I got the color and model that I wanted even if it meant waiting to look at one that was offloaded from a truck or researching whether another one had already been sold. Once a car was selected, I was done with the buying process in less than an hour, even considering time spent on a very delicious provided grilled cheeseburger at the Santa Fe Mall sales event. Even after the sale was done, Brent was patient in demonstrating all the features of the car and has been available for questions by phone and has even texted me several times. I knew when we initially shook hands and he said his name was "Brent", with a big smile on his face, that this purchase was meant to be.

I have been purchasing cars for 40 years and truly never experienced anything like I did at beaver Toyota. Brent Buell was our salesman. My wife and I brought out 2013 Toyota Highlander in for service. A few days later we received a phone call from Beaver asking to purchase our highlander and get us in something new. The deal kind of sounded a little to good to be true but we went in anyway to check out the deal. After speaking with our salesman Brent. We decided on upgrading to a 4Runner. They tried to fool us by extending our loan term to get our payments to match our previous. I did not see any good deal on the paper work. So they dropped the price on the 4Runner. After shaking hands and a final vehicle price which turned out to be a good price we headed on to see Melvin in the finance department. After being at the dealership for almost 3 hrs now we were pretty exhausted. He explained everything very well but ended up selling us more warranty and insurance than we really needed 5200.00 more than we needed. Paperwork and contract signed we left happy with the new car but felt a little overwhelmed with what just happened. Both my wife and I both lost sleep over the whole experience that night. After looking back over the paperwork the next morning I called Melvin to cancel all of the warranty and some of the unnecessary insurance. As canceling was no problem he offered to drop the price of the warranty by 1000.00. We still did not by the warranty. Later finding out because we were not informed from the beginning that the warranty can be activated anytime before the 3 year 36000 manufacture warranty was up. Bottom line is we went into the dealership blind (our fault and lesson learned) I believe we got treated that way and taken advantage of. In my opinion as a VIP customer as they said the best deal on vehicle and warranty should have been the lowest price possible for us to be happy and Beaver still making money. I understand that the employees have to make money and do the best of there ability as well as the dealership keeping there lights turned on. We are happy with our purchase but would not recommend this dealership without doing your research first and know what you should be paying for your vehicle. They seem to be very willing to come down on all there prices including warranty cost. All in all the staff is very friendly and a pleasure to work with but DO YOUR RESEARCH before signing anything!! Also wanted to add the service dept is awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Early December, we decided (as a surprise) to buy my 16 year old, a new car (FJ Cruiser) for Christmas. Inventory was extremely low, due to the fact that 2014 was the last year they made them. After exhausting our search here in Dallas, for the perfect one (he only wanted White), we had no choice, but to expand our search to other states. Deciding to call Beaver Toyota, I was lucky enough to have Dylan answer my call. It must have been my lucky day - he was polite, courteous, respectful, and very eager to help me find the perfect car for my son! We discussed color, features. etc., and Dylan began the search! Within an hour, I received a call...Dylan had found the exact vehicle we requested, and could have it in his possession within a day or two. Since we were purchasing the car out of state, there were many phone calls, faxed paperwork, and lots of questions on our end, but Dylan could not have been more responsive to all of the above! Dylan even went to the dealership the night the car came in (after closing), to send me tons of pictures, to let me know this was truly the car we had discussed, and make sure I was happy with the vehicle, before we actually purchased it. Again, due to the out of state transaction, it took a few weeks to finalize everything, but the purchase was complete December 2nd. Because we wanted the car here, and were unable to get to Santa Fe, Dylan offered to drive the car here himself! On December 23rd, he headed to Texas, to deliver the vehicle to us!! He called me every few hours, to keep me updated on his whereabouts, and an approximate arrival time. He made it safely that evening, with our brand new FJ in perfect condition, and we promptly put him on a plane back to Santa Fe! Now THAT, is service!!!!!!THANK YOU Dylan!!!!!! Brent Buell worked patiently with me for over a year. When I first began considering purchasing a new vehicle, there were so many questions about so much. I was totally not ready to make such a large purchase. It was suggested that Brent and I would work well together. Ok. I'm not sure about anything let alone a salesman at a car dealership whose bread and butter is making the sale. Well. That is absolutely not what happened with Brent. I was straight up about not being in the market for a car - that I was just gathering information. Brent suggested leasing instead of purchasing. That was a suggestion I had never considered. He is very knowledgeable about his product and forthcoming with information. Mostly he treated me like I had a brain!!! When I was ready to consider a vehicle - I did my comparison shopping and came right back to Brent Buell at Beaver Toyota. Brent listened patiently to what I needed and wanted in a vehicle. So, my experience first started when I did an inquiry online. It was suggested that I go the the dealership, so I did. My first contact was Melvin. I was very specific about my situation, how much I had to put down, my credit score and history, and what I was looking for, a $300 car payment. He assured me that they could do something and had me sit with Kimo Jaramillo. We did a credit application and I was told that he wanted to get me pre-approved and it was best to wait till Monday to run everything. I agreed and Kimo told me he would call me Monday by noontime with the results. Monday and Tuesday came and went without a word. At that point I was pretty disgusted with Beaver Toyota. Since I did an online inquiry I was also contacted by Trini Gallegos. Unfortunately, he caught the brunt of my disgust. He tried to help, but at that point I needed to fix a late car payment showing up on my credit. Once I did that I contacted Trini again to see about financing. Again I was very specific about what I needed, a $300 car payment. We did another credit application and he told me I was approved, but for a payment of upwards of $400 on a $14K car. When I told him it had to be $300, he told me to I would need a cheaper car, to look on website, and let him know. I looked, sent him an email with 3 cars, and called him. He said he would get back to me the next morning between 8:am-8:30am. That time came and went, so I called him at lunchtime. I was then told that no matter what bank they tried, I would need $2K down and payments would be $300 on a $7K car, a $8K car, and $10K car. What a joke. Really? The same outcome on every car? Later in the day I called to speak to a sales manager, to let them know of the poor service and I got Joe. I told him everything and he asked if he could take a look at it. I thought it admirable he was willing, but my issue was not the financing terms it was the lack of contact and disregard. So, he said he would contact me later that evening. Well, its been 24 hours since that call and theres been no response from anyone at Beaver Toyota. I guess there response in no response when it comes to customer service. I would go to Lithia or a dealership in Albuquerque before going there again.

I'm typically not one for Internet reviews. However I feel it is necessary to let people know about my experience at Beaver Toyota. I must preface this by saying I work in an industry that works with new car dealers so I truly had the opportunity to purchase a car wherever I wanted. Upon the minute I entered the dealership I was asked if I wanted a drink and asked if I was hungry as they were having a new car unveiling that particular day. I was searching for an FJ Cruiser and my salesman Brent let me know what was available. He explained the pros and the CONS. Which I felt was extremely professional and courteous to me as a consumer. We took a test drive and I wanted to proceed. I advised I had a trade in and that would be the determining factor on whether or not I completed the deal. It's important to note on my initial visit we were unable to finalize a deal. This is where the Beaver Toyota team earned my respect and my business for life. That evening I was called by Brent and they advised me they could get my trade to the level it needed to be. They went the extra mile to market my vehicle to other dealers to ensure I got what I needed. There was no unnecessary haggling. I received a fair deal and my vehicle was praised rather than ridiculed as some dealers do in an attempt to devalue it. To finish this off, upon delivery my paperwork was ready and I was in and out in under 30 minutes, unheard of by car dealer standards. To say I am pleased is an understatement. Go see Brent and the Beaver Toyota team. There are no games, no BS, no sales tactics, it's simply a fantastic car dealership that hasn't lost touch with good old fashioned values. I've bought (new) at Beaver before and had a very good experience, but unfortunately my prior sales rep was on medical leave. So I had to start anew. But this was soon to be the beginning of an even better experience. I told the operator I wanted a no-nonsense, cut-to-the-quick rep - and that's what I got with Trini. He called me back within 20 minutes and gave me a solid quote for what I wanted, at a very good price (I had done ALOT of pricing/invoice research before calling). Unfortunately, he was going to be off the next day when I wanted to come in. So that's when (and why) I met Walter. Walter set-up the test drive for my wife, then said he would be the primary contact. The test drive went well (Walter brought us to a nice hill across town), THEN he proceeded (with encouragement, of course) to beat Trini's already very good price (thank you Alan for approving the deal)! Once that was settled, Walter made sure that all the extras and my car were prep-ed, the Finance people got be processed promptly (CJ set a record at 15 minutes), I had everything I was supposed to, and I was familiar with my new car. My first call was made Friday morning, the test drive was 1pm Saturday, and the car was in my garage by 3:30pm Saturday! Although lots of people at Beaver made this a great experience, Walter was the one that made sure it went smoothly (and quickly).

This was the most amazing new truck purchase I have had since I started buying cars and trucks back in 1968. Maria Trevizo Espinosa who works in administration and had sold me vehicles prior knew what I was looking for in a sales experience, captured my information, e-mailed me all the docs/facts I needed to understand the dealer position and what my position could be going in and then she put me in contact with Brent Buell in sales...Brent picked up the ball from there and had the truck I was interested in front and center to start what became the best sales experience I have ever had. Great run down of the features and infinite patience for all my questions, excellent road trip to really check out the truck and features. Absolutely no stress... My terms were met for both the new truck price and my trade in, they secured the best interest rate for my payment timeline and then Marvin Houston in finance picked up the paperwork with ease. After the deal was signed, Brent, Maria and others worked to make sure my phone was hooked up with blue tooth and I understood all the information center features as well as special features in the drivers realm. This is a business model that all the other dealers should pay attention to...but I think it is almost a group/team personality at Beaver that makes it work...everyone there, especially Maria, Brent and Marvin go the extra mile to turn your desire for that new car into the smile you have when you smell that new car smell as you drive off the lot in the car/truck you wanted at the best possible deal...knowing you are going to get the same support from their service shop down the line.

On a trip up to Santa Fe I was getting terrible gas mileage in th car I had, on a whim my wife and I decided to stop by a different dealership, not impressed ther we went to the Toyota dealership and we were promptly greeted by Brent. he was amazing, didn't hassle us or try to pressure us into buying a car. Very professional, amazing upbeat gentleman. We ended up trading my car in for a new one and Brwnt made the process seamless and painless, and quite enjoyable. Even when my wife and I are getting our cars serviced he will stop to say hi and ask us how we are doing. He's not the typical car salesman who pursues the customer asks a barrage of questions and not really have the heart to understand what you really need in a car. After looking at Toyota Camry models without success in our home town of Albuquerque, we decided to venture one hour north and to our great surprise, found a truly world-class dealership in Beaver Toyota.Our world-class sales professional was Brent Buell who instantly created a no-pressure zone around the entire process of purchasing our new Camry XLE. Never before have we EVER had that kind of a fantastic experience in purchasing a new vehicle! My daughter brought our 2013 toyota corolla in for its 5000 mile service. Our car had unfortunately had been damaged on the front divers door a very visible dent. My daughter exited through the passenger side which was witnessed by the service tech yet he yanked the drivers door open which was damaged and the window shattered. The service manger stated that he would not replace window since the door was already damaged but they would sell us a window replaecment at cost which turns out to be $40 more than estimates i received from other dealers.When we asked to speak to owner or general manager we were told they dont take complaints.If you are a female avoid the service center in this facility. Take it to another toyota dealership.

Carl Martinez was recently promoted to Service Manager at Beaver, and he's simply the best ! I have purchased two new trucks from Beaver (Bill Hernandez) since 2001, and both the in-warranty and post-warranty service have been excellent. Carl gets the credit for this. Sure, I could save a few hundred buck a year going to Jilly Lube and local shops, but why ? Our sales consultant Nate Gant was extremely helpful in explaining the differences in various Toyota models, and we were impressed with his educated evaluations of each one. He answered all our questions thoroughly, displaying a real knowledge about his inventory and the individual models. My husband is always a hard sell and does not completely trust car sales people. Nate's ability to win my husband over was amazing. Not only is Nate friendly and easy to work with, he recognizes the individual customer's needs and personality, and he works to help them feel satisfied with the transaction. He was never pushy or aggressive, and was sensitive about letting us have some time alone to discuss each vehicle in private. I wanted to write to you, to tell you how impressed I was with your service department. My wife and I were on vacation in Taos, NM, last week, when our new 2014 Toyota FJ had its power steering O ring and motor fail. Our car was towed to Santa Fe and your techs did an outstanding job of taking care of us, of going the extra mile to make sure our car was fixed. With only 500 miles, it was apparent that the dealer we purchased the car from failed in their responsibility to sell us a vehicle that had been safety inspected before being sold. Your techs took the time to clean up the mistake, fix the car, then explain to me what could have happened if we would had followed the advice of the dealer in Denver. They suggested that with the power steering fluid leaking, we should drive the car from Taos to Santa Fe. Your techs explained what could have happened if we had done that. Please convey to your service department and your techs how grateful my wife and I are that you were able to get us in, fix us up and get us back to our vacation. Your service department went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciate it. It's not often I'm surprised and impressed with a car dealership, but you guys accomplished just that. I went to Beaver Toyota to have my oil changed in my Rav4. The service department was very friendly, prompt and the service was completed sooner than I expected. As I was getting ready to leave my key fob came apart as I was starting my Rav4, which also happened to me about two years ago. I took the broken fob back into the Service department and talked with Carl Martinez about my problem. He looked at the key fob and said that he might be able to fix it. Within a couple of minutes he had it back together, but said that the key was still a little loose in the fob. Since this was my only key I decided to purchase a new key fob. Carl went with me back to the parts department to make sure they had one in stock, which they did, and told me that after they cut the key to bring it back to him and he would have the fob programmed for no charge. I have been taking my Rav4 to the Beaver Toyota service department for several years now and I feel that I have always been treated fairly and with respect. This latest experience is just one more example of why I continue to go there and also recommend Beaver Toyota to all of my friends.

During a visit to Beaver Toyota on a very hot day last summer, Trini worked very hard to accommodate my request to check-out several vehicles even though I informed him at the outset that I was not ready to buy at that time and that I was waiting for the 2013 RAV 4 to be available. Once the new RAV 4 was ordered, Trini kept me informed of the expected date for delivery and it was a pleasure to deal with Trini during the closing. Trini is one of the very best sales people that I have met. He is a credit to Beaver and to the auto industry for his style of dealing with the customer. It was a pleasure to deal with Trini.Audrey provided many useful suggestions when the order for the RAV 4 was being placed and she ensured that my order was on Beaver's request for RAV4s to Toyota Motor Co. I have some options on the RAV4 that I really like and would have probably missed without her help.Sandra did an excellent job during closing by explaining the warranty and other information and paper work related to the new vehicle. She patiently made sure that all questions were thoroughly answered.

I was working to another sales person, and trying to see if Beaver could bring a Gray Tacoma with TRD Off-Road package. But the sales person kept coming back lower the the price the Tacomas in stock. From what gathered is the sales manager was reluctant on bringing or exchanging for another Tacoma from other nearby dealerships. He went so far as to tell me that I was not interested in buying a truck, and I would be happy to the Tacoma that were in stock...so where along line they started even starting to push a Tundra on me and a Green Tacoma saying the Green paint has better wear resistant than the Gray paint. This guy basically ruined the sale.

Aspen Leaf was our salesman. He was very patient and neutral, not pushy, just helping guide us to the right product. We took many long test drives and spent a long time deciding on a car but he was positive and supportive the whole time, never false or feeding us lines. He and Jerry worked with us on price selling at invoice which we could not turn down. Then Gary swung us a huge discount on a 100K warranty which gave us a lot of peace of mind as to our overall ownership cost over the next years. The car was impeccably prepped and Aspen sat with us giving tutorials on everything from skid control to setting up the bluetooth. My only reservations are that 1)it all took so long, but they were doing a lot behind the scenes like getting the license plates and registration so we don't have to worry about it. and 2)After we agreed on a price and financing they gave me a contract which added up to more than we agreed on and it had to be re-written for the right amount. Overall we are really pleased.

The only glitch I had was getting the email link going with the sales man.I have some hearing problems and phone calls on my house phone are at best difficult. The cell phone is somewhat better.My son had earlier leased a Prius from Beaver when he was convinced by my experience with my 2007 Prius bought in Wyoming. When his lease term was almost up he bought a new Prius C with Aspen Leaf as the contact.As my 2007 Prius reached the 255,000 mile mark I was looking for a replacement Prius. The selection in Wyoming is not particularly great, so I got on line with the Beaver site where my son had leased and bought his Piuses. After looking at the available inventory at Beaver I emailed and called Aspen to start the process of replacing my 2007. We did have a little difficulty making connections via email and the house phone contacts didn't work particularly well (My problem, not Aspen's). When we were finally able to get an email exchange going everything went very smoothly.The features I wanted were right, the price was right and Aspen made the purchasing process from 800 miles away go very well. The reception when I got down to New Mexico from Wyoming flowed with out a hitch because Aspen had greased the skids, so to speak.

Write-up for vehicle stated that it had Automatic Headlights and it doesn't, Power Seat (Dual) and it doesn't, Remote Start and it doesn't. When the first "fix" on our vehicle did not work, Andy kept his word and completed the service another way. Even when I drove to Santa Fe (from Taos) to have the vehicle fixed, Andy had a rental car reserved for me to use as it was going to be an all day job. That was very much appreciated! Turned out there was a small crack in the windshield and they were on top of it, and fixed it immediately with no hesitation. I even got a new 2012 loaner when I took my car in for the protective coating. (which took a shorter amount of time than what they said it would, bonus points) I would recommend Beaver Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Brent was fantastic! Beaver Toyota investigated and fixed at no charge an intermittent vehicle skid control safety issue on my 2002 Sequoia. Troubleshooting revealed a possible cause from improper fastening of DVD electronics near a skid control sensor, which was previously done by a non-Toyota shop. Another Toyota dealer had originally sold me this 2002 Sequoia new, with the after-factory-installed DVD system as part of the Toyota deal, because that dealership did not have a Sequoia on their lot with a factory DVD. The same issue has been under a Toyota recall since about 2010 for 2003 model year Sequoias. Unexpected skid control and uneven braking problems on Sequoias for model years near to 2003 have been reported by owners on various websites.

We had to buy a new pick-up. We never look forward to this, but we have always been treated so well at Eaver (even when it wqs Sauter) tht it was the only place we would even consider We have had toyotas since 1978 and now our children buy from Beaver. Tania was wonderful, but so was Pico when I bought my RAV4. We feel that we were treated very fairly, with consideration, and that we received value for our money (very important).Sandra Navarro was extremely helpfu with the financial matters and nobody tried to give us the hard sell or to argue wih our decisions.We trust the folks at Beaver Toyota and that says a lot considering the rep. car dealers have.We absolutely recommend this dealership and the people there for sales, repair, and advice.

I have bought from Johnny at the dodge dealer and Beaver Toyota I would not buy from any other sales person.He is friendly and Funny makes you feel at ease when spending a lot of money.He seams to know the product that he is selling.The service department is like all dealers they try to sell things that are not needed.They do wash the car after service that you don't find at many dealers.

I have dealt with Brent for several cars ( new) in the past year and a half. He takes care of business fast. The last one I bought was the best experience yet. I needed the truck a day before we could get up there to do the paperwork and he said no problem, that one act showed a ton of trust, that means alot.Everyone there is nice, and also I need to mention Sandra Navarro, she is cool, period. This was my second new truck purchase in 18 months. My experience with Ms. Maria Trevizo Espinosa was exceptional the first time and I went straight to her for the second purchase. She was excellent with listening to what I wanted, providing requested information and working the best possible deal (much better than either Toyota dealership in Albuquerque). Maria was also very patient...I had to change my requirements for what I wanted mid-stream due to a family dynamic and even though Maria already had the truck I orginally wanted on the way, she shifted gears without a moment hesitation and procured the truck I wanted that met my new needs and worked a great deal for me on both my trade-in and purchase price. I will not hesitate to shop there again and am passing on the experience with my co-workers...don't waste time shopping for a new Toyota in Albuquerque...go straight to Beaver in Santa Fe (and be sure to ask for Maria)!

Initially I called to inquire if they still had a car they advertised on their web site and Aspen was the salesperson who answered. When he said yes and I told him the earliest I could get to Santa Fe was the next evening; he offered to drive the car to my workplace so I could test drive it that day. That kind of service was impressive. My wife and I decided to buy the car and what was more impressive was his offer to drive it to our house, about 75 miles distance from the dealership, with the paperwork, when it would be convenient for us.I've purchased many cars in my life but I've never seen this level of service. Beaver Toyota like to use the phrase WOW Price in their advertisements. What they don't say is that they also have WOW Service.

Brent Buell handled the purchase of my 2008 Kia Sedona above and beyond any car purchase I ever made. He made purchasing my mini van an easy, painless process and was so friendly and accommodating and most important honest. I found the Sedona on-line and contacted the dealer late Saturday night. Brent called me on Sunday which surprised me as most dealers are closed on Sunday. He happened to be working that Sunday and took the time to respond to my inquiry. I was very interested in the vehicle and Brent said he would try and get back to me that day to view the vehicle. He called me back as promised and told me that he had been busy and would not be able to see me that day, and asked would tomorrow be ok. I am disabled and would be hard for me to get to the dealer as I did not have a vehicle to use, so Brent brought the vehicle to me to see! Brent let me test drive the Sedona. It was exactly as described on the net and even better than what I expected. I decided I wanted to buy it. I had a special issue, Brent made a phone call, received an ok and brought me to the dealership to complete the purchase. Within 2 hours I drove away with my mini-van. Jack Jason, Business Manager handling credit was wonderful in handling my needs and questions with financing. We are both from the NYC area and I felt a connection with him and much at ease. He was excellent in taking care of my financing details and he too made the process a pleasure. I feel he went above and beyond in customer service.In my opinion, Brent Buell was truly a great salesperson and showed genuine interest in my situation and made it possible to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I wanted a mini-van so that I can convert it with a ramp for my power wheelchair, and he made it possible. Jack Jason smoothed out the purchase. In all my car purchases over the years, this was the best experience I have ever had and I am very happy I went to Beaver Toyota for my business. I recommend them highly, as well as Brent Buell and Jack Jason.Further to the purchase, I have received a phone call from Beaver if I was satisfied. I also had a question about the van conversion which Brent answered me on. I also had an issue that I wanted to have checked out and Brent followed thru and helped me with. Had been looking for a new pickup for a while. Narrowed the search down between a Tundra and an F-150. Price was a big concern, but reliability was also a major factor. Had seen a new 2012 Tundra that fit the bill on the Beaver Toyota web site and the advertised price was interesting, but too high. I'm not usually one to do this, but n a whim I clicked the 'Get your WOW price' just to see what they would come back with. I got an e-mail price quote and a phone call from Brent in what seemed like just a matter of minutes. Turns out Brent was off sick that day but still gave me a call. I told Brent he would have to make my drive north through Albuquerque, past another Toyota dealer, worth my while and he said he would. On Saturday my wife and I headed north, and stopped at the ABQ Toyota dealer to check out a slightly used 2011 Tundra. They tried hard to sell us the 2011, but just couldn't come up with the price we wanted. So we proceeded up to Beaver Toyota and met Brent. He had the Tundra we were interested in sitting right outside his office, ready for an inspection and test drive. After a test drive we went in to talk price. They came up with a price, we countered and they accepted. Next thing we know we were in doing the final paperwork with Jack in Finance. Jack couldn't have been nicer, making sure we understood everything that was happening every step of the way. Now we have a brand new 2012 Tundra (Grade) in our driveway, for less than the ABQ dealer wanted for a 2011 SR5 model. I would definitely recommend Beaver Toyota and Brent to anyone. They had the model we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. No extras that we didn't want to pay for.

The Tacoma is in excellent shape with Warranty left, so I feel protected. They came with me to drive it home and were very helpful. I have been bringing my Prius to Beaver for service and maintenance for 5 years. I always received a survey via e-mail after my experience, except for the latest appointment (1/25). I made the appointment the previous night, telling them what I needed. When I brought the car in at 8:30, I again told them what I needed/wanted. One reason for bringing the car in was to get the windshield washers replaced. I was told the car would be done at 3 or 3:30. At 3:40 I received a call asking about replacing the washers. I said go ahead. Well, it turns out that there were none in stock. Am I to understand that at 9 AM a call could not have been placed to Albuquerque to get the part? Obviously the repair was never done. I was very disappointed in the quality of the service department. I believe they were aware of this, as they never asked me to complete a survey. Unfortunately there is not a quality Toyota dealer anywhere near me, so I've been taking it to Beaver. I am going to have to rethink this strategy in the future. The car wasn't finished until 5 PM-2 hrs past the expected time. Do you only send surveys when the customer is very happy? No wonder you get such good reviews.

The 2011 Corolla I recently purchased at Beaver Toyota is the 5th Toyota I've purchased, but the 1st Toyoya I've purchased from the Beaver dealership. Previously, two Toyotas were purchased from Sauter in the pre-Beaver days and two others were purchased in Phoenix, AZ. Mike was both professional and friendly. He took time to answer all my questions, including sitting patiently in the car while I lookes at every button. He spoke highly about the deaslership, saying he drives from Albuquerque because he likes working for a dealership with integrity. I had found the new yaris I wanted but Brent told me the payments and then I looked again and found the 2 used ones to choose from. I contacted Brent again and he got right back with me and we talked about them. I made an appt. and met with Brent earlier than he expected and he promptly let me do a test drive and then back to fill out paperwork, value the trade, etc. They gave me an excellent price for the trade and the car. Again, promptly worked out the details, took me over to Jack who was extremely nice and explained everything thoroughly and we were done!We were in and out so quickly that we had time to leisurly drive to Chimayo, have lunch and back to Taos by 4pm, AMAZING!I would recommend Beaver Toyota to anyone!

I just purchased a brand new truck from Beaver Toyota. This was also my first time to ever buy a brand new vehicle, so I was a little nervous and had already had a rough start at a couple other dealerships. The Service was great at Beaver. First Randall had set up some of my info and what i was interested in over the phone. He even got me trade in quotes for my car over the phone. Randall was then out of the office the day we wanted to go up so we were put in touch with Aspen. Aspen picked up right where Randall had left off and told me what trucks he had in stock and what my options were. I went to the dealership and was showed exactly what trucks I wanted to see, not a bunch of cars they wanted me to buy so the sales looked good. Everything was explained clearly to me and all of my questions were answered. I felt no pressure in buying a truck the whole time I delt with both Randall and Aspen. After I had picked out my truck i had to do the finance part. Being new to this part i was worried about how this would work out. Sandra was amazing, first her and the finance team got me a much better intrest rate. Then when we went over all my protection plan and warranty options there was no pressure once again and everything was explained perfectly. I actually felt really good about the purchase I was making. Sandra went over everything again and really made it clear that it was all my choice and that I should go with what is best for me. I cant say enough about these employess and my experience at Beaver Toyota I will make sure and tell everyone I know to go and se them. I may have been new to this experience but this was after I visited two other dealerships, one being American Toyota and I was not treated the same and was pressured from the moment I got there. I needed a new car because my 2006 Scion had 200,000 miles on it and everything was breaking at once. My credit is nout outstanding and I was worried that I would not qualify for a car. I requested information on a used car from Beaver Toyota on the internet and Trini returned my call. He made it work! I was approved for a BRAND NEW 2011 Toyota Corolla with afforable payments. There were some issues that had to be worked out and Trini was very patient. Sandra from finance was awesome and she was so easy to talk to. The pressure was taken out of the situation and I felt like I was at home. Trini and Sandra did a great job and I want to say thank you. I had called Galles in Albuquerque and they told me there is no way I would EVER qualify for a new car, but they had used Chevy Cobalts on the lot. Well Galles, you lost a customer and I will definitely go back to Beaver Toyota. They treated me right when I bought my Scion in 2005 and they treated me right this go around too!

I called several different dealerships looking for some help getting a new key, and all of them blew me off. I finally got on Beaver's website and started a chat with Trini, who really went the extra mile calling the service center manager, returning my calls once he was already home and off work, and even having my keys sent down to Albuquerque so I could pick them up sooner. He saved me $125 at least over a locksmith and was incredibly friendly and helpful.

After deciding to purchase a new pickup truck I visited several dealerships and conducted a fair amount of online research. Both online and dealership visits encompassed a number of makes and models. My interest in a new truck was waning when I happened to be in Santa Fe - on a lark I took a swing by Beaver Toyota. I was a bit surprised that they had such a large inventory. Doug Themis greeted me at the door and quickly determined what I was looking for and how much I was interested in spending. He showed me a couple of trucks to give me an idea of the range of available vehicles. Then he took me directly to a 2012 Tacoma Access cab which was exactly what I had in mind. We talked about pricing and I was on my way to conduct more research and visit another Toyota dealership. I soon realized Doug had given me a great price on a truck that fit my needs to a tee. Back to Beaver Toyota I went and am now the happy owner of a 2012 Toyota Tacoma! Doug is a straight shooter and a good fellow who is more than willing to look after the customer's needs. As we were finishing up the details of the purchase each employee I had contact with was friendly and professional. Doug took me around and introduced me to folks including the service department which gave me confidence they will take good care of my future needs. Thanks Doug Themis and Beaver Toyota!!

We went in looking for a Sequoia, we found one, the price was right but we were having problems with financing (we do not have perfect credit). RIght when we had just about given up and accepted the fact that we would not be getting a new vehicle, my husband got a call from Jay letting us know he had found us financing with an awesome rate and a payment we could afford! He went out of his way to help us. What a great experience, I have bought vehicles before but I have never met a finance guy like Jay. I really felt like he cared and we weren't just another person who walked through the door. My dad referred me to Lee, he has bought two cars from him before and said he was the person to talk to. Lee is such a patient man and was never pushy. He even called today to find out how everything was working. My dad kept telling Lee, Linda says you guys are going to wow us so lets see it. Well Beaver Toyota sure did wow us! I have always been afraid of getting screwed when buying a car and now I know I can go to Beaver and feel at ease that they are being up front with us.

This is the second review I am writing, because I had two very different encounters at this dealership. I did not feel I could compile them into one review and have it be a fair rating. My first experience was awful in the sales department. However, my second experience with the service department was phenomenal.I purchased a used vehicle from Beaver Toyota at the beginning of November 2011 and had some issues getting the automotive flaws and extras worked out. My husband and I went to Beaver once and called many times. Finally, more than a month after our purchase, John Livingstone, returned my call and got the scheduling issues resolved in a timely manner. I drove my vehicle in for the appointment and again had to explain the issues we were experiencing with getting a ding removed and a new key (that had already been purchased, but there was no record of it there) ordered and made. Had I not been persistent in calling, it may have taken more than the two months to get things worked out.Upon arriving at the service department I was greeted by Andy Vigil. He was friendly and helped me promptly. Once we hashed out the details and got everything in order, he led me to Rodney Gonzales. I explained that there was some confusion with the sales and financial side of our new purchase. Rodney lead me over to the Sales Center and was very informative in telling me what he was doing and who he was talking to, to assist in getting our situation resolved. Kirk Kapple, who was helping us in place of John Livingstone (because he was out of the office), got things together and got our car in and out of service. He was very hospitable throughout the process. Once my vehicle was ready Andy returned to take me to my car to make sure all was corrected, and was more than helpful and polite in loading my belongings and getting me back on the road. My experience in the service center was exceptional, I cannot speak more highly of these gentlemen and their helpfulness.

Unfortunately a lot of miscommunication. As a sales professional I would expect things to be real clear as people don't buy cars everyday. Make sure you clearly understand what you are signing. Don't wait for the loan company to call you and ask you if this is what you want. We were told by Jay that if we had not got this extra insurance that our payment would have been higher which I don't buy. Even if this were true it was only a 22.00 a month differece which didn't equal to the amount of the extra charge. We won't be coming back nor will we reccommend. If someone asks I will say if you choose to go stay away from Jay. He actually had the nerve to tell my partner I am trying real hard not to yell at you. How professional is that?

I've purchased Toyota pick-ups five times, until now all in California. My experience at Beaver Toyota was, by far, the best and most satisfying from my initial contact with my salesman Brent Buell and our work together, his boss, Kirk Kapple, and the business manager Jack Jason. My initial contact with Brent was through the net from California. From the beginning he was prompt returning e-mails and calls, and most importantly, knowledgeable about Toyota trucks, as a former owner as well as the truck specialist. Kirk's willingness to deal fairly, and his assessment of my Tacoma trade-in was fair and quick. Financing, which was through my credit union was made much easier than expected by Jack Jason.My salesman, Brent Buell, besides knowledge and affability, I feel that I have a new friend, and someone who will be responsive throughout my ownership of my Tacoma. The staff at Beaver were smart, honest, timely, and affable. The price quote was fair based on my research with Edmunds, Kelly, and the Black Book, and the trade-in was as expected. Now that I've moved to New Mexico, I will always seek out Beaver Toyota for any Toyota purchase.

I have to say this was my most pleasant trip to purchase a vehicle. Negotiated for two weeks on the internet for a 2011 Tundra. Agreed on a vehicle and a price with a trade in value being the only missing piece. Set meeting with the dealership on a Saturday morning and was told the vehicle would be waiting for us when we got there. We got there a bit early from out of town but never saw a Tundra on their lot. Maria showed up a bit late and began looking for the truck. In the mean time our trade in was being valued. The search for the Tundra continued so we went across the street to have breakfast. Upon returning, we were informed that the truck had sold that morning in one of their parking lot sales on the other side of town... next they said they would look for another similar Tundra and deliver it to us in Albuquerque if we could leave a deposit. So now rather than a new car I had a another promise... one that Beaver Toyota really put no effort in seeing through. Felt taken advantage of and lied to... the classic bait and switch? Rather than Wow service got Ow service... wasted my time and travel money for empty promises... A Standard for all New Mexico Toyota dealers...

I bought a new Toyota Tundra pickup in May of 2011 from Beaver Toyota in Santa Fe, NM. I worked with Maria Trevizo as a sales person and I would not have bought the vehicle without her being involved. She was very polite, no pressure, answered every question I had for over a week and treated me like she appreciated my business. She followed up with me for several weeks to make sure that I liked the vehicle and that it was what I had expected. I have gotten several emails from the dealership and her reminding me about the Toyota Care program and help me set up my first appointment service, which was subsequently changed without any hassle. The finance personnel were also very helpful and really added quality to the buying experience. The entire experience was first class and I would go back to the dealership for any additional purchases and would recommend Maria as the salesperson and the dealership as a whole for anyone wanting to buy a Toyota. I have had problems with my 4 Runner's 4 wheel drive system for over a year and BEAVER TOYOTA OF New Mexico refuses to admit a problem exists and refuses to even examine the vehicle!!!! BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES!!! Instead of trying to help with this problem, they had me removed from their property. BEAVER TOYOTA DOES NOT STAND BEHIND ITS' SALES!!!!!! THEY HAVE WAITED FOR THE WARRANTY TO RUN OUT WITHOUT TAKING ANY ACTION TO HELP US!!! My wife slid off a muddy road at 10 PM on her way home; I had to get MY Dodge to tow her out because her 4 wheel drive would not engage!!! I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT TO TOYOTA CORPORATE, the csr said and so what do you want us to do? It sounds like a dealer issue. BAD FORM!!! BEWARE!!! TOYOTAS ARE APPARENTLY NOT DESIGNED FOR USE IN ANY KIND OF WEATHER OR TERRAIN EXCEPT 70 and sunny newly paved roads, ACCORDING TO BEAVER TOYOTA!!!! "

Over all experience was excellent! I have never been treated well with respect and honesty by a sales person. Trini Gallegos was the only sales person who approached me while everyone else ignored me. Mr. Gallegos was in a cheerful spirit and accompanied my needs in shopping for a vehicle. Always match what I believe is the correct prices of my trade-ins, with too much "back and forth." With buying so many cars there, we know most of the staff and we considered them as our friends. Due to work and other commitments I just could not make it when the Dealership was open. Don't buy a Toyota in Santa Fe, even if you buy at a different dealership, you'll still have to deal with their service department.EDIT: I've received several emails from Beaver's management team. I think that it shows that they are willing to right their wrongs. I would never go back to their dealer nor would I send anyone there on purpose, nonetheless I admire that they have taken their time to attempt to fix a situation that isn't fixable.

My personal experiance with Beaver Toyota was horable, I went into there dealership on the 04/20/2011 in hopes of trading in my 2008 Jeep with appr. 2400 miles for another vehicle. I did get into another car a 2009 Toyota Matrix with apprx. 4500 miles, all the while being told this was a much nicer car than the one I was in, I later found out the vehicle that I had purchased had been in a car accident, the dealer telling me that it was a minor fender bender if I had know before I purchased this car I would have never ever went though with the deal. The car needed to be reapared some minor bumper work, dings, scratches. The car was sceduled to be repared on 04/25/2011, I live in Las Vegas NM so I had to take the day off of work, later that day(12:00) got a text mess. from my dealer leting me know he had been ill and my car coul'nt not be worked on that day, sooo my car then was rescheduled to be repaired for 04/29/2011. I took another day off of work to make the 120 miles round trip to Santa Fe, Trini Gallegos telling me that he woudl refuel my vehicle this repair was to take 4hours. We arrived at Beaver Toyota at 9:45AM we were put in a rental to drive while are car was beeing worked on, at 5:30 PM we recived a texted from Trini leting us know we could go get are car we drove up to the dealership and were informed that all that been done to the car was an oil change,I had to drive back in our car that still needed to be repaired and that not been fill with gas had not even been washed. On 05/02/11 I was told that the car would be picked and I would be put into a rental till it was repaired. A rental car was deliver to me at approx. 1:30 PM on 05/03/2011 I was in that rental till 05/12/2011 at 1:30PM all the while trying to keep in touch with Trini, I even went as far as wanting to get my tade in back he that was not possible because it had already been sold we even toook a trip out there while in the rental to look at oth cars I might have the option of getting into but "the deal was alraedy bought by the bank" so we weere bassicaly stuck with a car that still had every single dent, scratch, and ding as when we were told that all of that would be fixxed.

The service here was horrible! I drove from Albuquerque to come to the tent sale they were having! I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Beaver and this last time I went they treated my boyfriend and I very poor and didnt seem to care one bit at all on trying to help me look for the right car. Del is very rude and very unproffesional! I will NEVER go back to Beaver to buy a car! I went to Mazda Volvo right after I left Beaver and bought a car that day! I have bought a total of three vehicles from Beaver Toyota and have always been pleased with the service. The people are friendly, very helpful, looking to make a deal and have you be happy driving your new purchase. I have had my trucks and car serviced there over the years and have felt very well taken care of. I was particularly happy with my latest purchase as the financial officer helped me to find out that I had warranty money due me on my trade-in vehicle: $1000.00! I wasn't aware of this and was very glad to have it brought to my attention. The only other thing I have to say is "I love Toyota!"

Beaver Toyota was awesome, we live in Albuquerque and they brought the car down to us from Santa Fe. The price was competitive and the service is amazing! My wife hit a wall less than 24 hours of buying the car and Brent (our salesman) convinced the service department to sell us a new bumper under cost and to do the labor for free. Buying a car is the worst thing I have had to do as an adult, Beaver made it better.

Have had outstanding interactions with new car Sales (Pico)- that's why I returned after the first purchase for two more. All service managers have been very responsive and I have been very satisfied with the work performed; and Maria, when in the parts department, made sure that I had the accessories that I needed for my new truck at a very competetive price. Not to leave out the shuttle driver, who once gave me a ride home to the Pojoaque area, past where he lived, after his shift had ended - saved my wife a trip into Santa Fe to pick me up. I believe this set of Beaver employees, and the experience I've had with virtually all departments, represents a standard of performance and quality that justifies the "Great" rating I've assigned.

Two years ago we purchased a Toyota FJ 07 model from Brent at Beaver Toyota of Santa Fe New Mexico. Ever since we have had this wonderful vehicle, we have never had any problems receiving assistance from the entire staff at Beaver Toyota. There was an issue with one of the tires, and the manager of parts and the store manager replaced it for free. Bernard, the mechanic that checked out the vehicle went above his duties to check every other tire and the entire vehicle. Thank you to the managers and the foreman of the Beaver Toyota service team. Maria and Buddy always apprised me of any necessary oil changes and inspections, in fact they just call to check on things randomly, in fact everyone that has dealt with us has been the most friendly and professional people, and are allowed to be themselves with their own personalities, which makes visiting the store a pleasure. To summarize our time shared with the staff at Beaver Toyota, everyone goes out of their way to make sure that when you purchase a vehicle from Beaver Toyota of Santa Fe, the friendly staff goes out of their way to insure all of your needs are dealt with in a personal manner. When we come in for service or information they all know us by name. Now! that is what I call personable and courteous service. We would recommend a visit to anyone looking for a fair deal. I bought a Tundra. This is my first Toyota. I went to Ford, GMC, Chevy and Toyota Dealers in Santa Fe. Maria convinced to test drive the Tacoma and then the Tundra. After i drove the Tundra, i was convinced. It drove better and was more comfortable that the other dealer vehicles i drove. Maria was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Her professionalism sold me on the Toyota. Maria and Brent made the vehicle purchase a nice experience.

I dealt with Maria and negotiated my price to pay for the vehicle i wanted online. After coming to an agreement on price I drove to Santa Fe and my vehicle was there awaiting my arrival for a test drive..everything went smoothly as planned. The staff at Beaver Toyota is exceptionally friendly and helpful. ...unlike the how i was treated and verbally abused by the staff at American Toyota in Albuquerque...in the future, i will always go to Beaver Toyota for my new cars and i will recommend them highly to my friends and associates as well.

We have been loyal customers of Gerald (Jerry) May for several years and have followed him to Beaver Toyota. He is honest and we trust him to give us a fair price and excellent customer service. We called Jerry about 8 weeks ago and told him to look for a vehicle that fit our criteria. He found us exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. Troy and Sherry were a bit gun shy as they have had previous bad experiences at other dealerships. Sherry spoke with a sales consultant by the name of Maria. Ihave known and delt with Audrey Allison for 6-7 years since first living in Santa fe, NM. I now live in Tucson AZ and still continue to depend on Audrey for all my vehicle needs. My husband and I just bought a used Prius from Tania, and she showed us the options we had, and traded our Yaris, which we also bought from Beaver, and gave us what we considered a fair price for our trade. Everybody was very friendly and gave us a great deal. After we left we realized it came without floor mats, and when we thought it would be a problem, Mr. Livingston, which is Tania's manager, made it really easy and gave us a set of floor mats as part of the deal. With fuel prices rising it felt like the smart move to do to own a Toyota Prius, by the way, we are getting 47 miles to the gallon!! Yea!

I have an older Camary and have been using Beaver Toyota for years to get my routine service and all other needed repairs. Ray Onchondo has always been extremely friendly, fast, and accurate. His team of mechanics never let me down, as the job always gets done correctly the first time. Estimates are always accurate so I never have to worry about any hidden "after the fact" charges. I would and do often recomend Ray to anyone needing honest accurate work.

I bought my Toyota Corolla at Beaver Toyota a few years ago and have been going to their Service Department ever since for regular maintenance of my vehicle. Frank Guerras customer service in the Service Department has been exceptional. He is courteous, professional and answers all my questions and concerns. My service is always done within a reasonable amount of time and including a car wash is a nice touch. I highly recommend this dealer for customer service. All staff I have dealt with in Service, Sales & Parts through the years have been great.

We always get the best deal at Beaver Toyota Sales Dept. The other reason for buying at Beaver Toyota is the service Dept. The service Dept Manger Paul Sandoval is very professional and always willing to help with any problem we may have with our cars. My husband purchased a vehicle from this dealership in December 2010. This has been a horrible experience for my family! We have been dedicated toyota customers for our past 4 vehicles, but the experience we had with this dealership has made me never want to purchase another Toyota! My husband was taken advantage of and lied to from the first moment he walked into this dealership. When he went into financing, they added his down-payment amount to the total amount he was supposed to pay (so he basically ended up double-paying the down payment amount). They knew he really needed to purchase a vehicle that day and I feel they took advantage of his situation. There were also several other things they lied about that day. He was so upset about the overall experience, he decided to return the vehicle. After he returned the vehicle, $1,500 was charged to the Toyota credit card he applied for when he was at the dealership, but with no authorization whatsoever. No money was ever supposed to be charged to that credit card, which I think amounts to credit card fraud. When I called to complain about this charge, I was treated very rudely by both Kirk Kapple and Buddy Espinoza. They said they wanted to make this difficult for us, and would not refund the money. I hope by writing this, I save at least one person from the hell we have been through due to this dealership. I have never been treated this poorly by ANY business!!

I bought a new 2010 Tundra.....The finance person slipped in a $500 additional charge. I contacted my sales person, Melda, who connected me with the Finance Manager, (name unknown). She told me that they would refund me the $500 but that it would take a month or so.....nothing ever happened....they are a bunch of liars....I will never do business with them again....

Very unprofessional. They do not return calls and they sell frame damaged vehicles. If this review saves one person from going through what I went through it will be worth the time I took to sit down and write it. I have a frame damaged Honda Accord that is worthless. They do not inspect there trades. BEWARE, with every used car they sell they have you sign a form that says that since they get a ton of trades they don't have time to inspect them thoroughly so if there is a problem your out of luck. All the person that trades it in is say that it has never been wrecked and sign it and they turn around and sell it without looking at it any further because in there mind they are legally covered.

Himelda Klinger was our salesperson when we bought our new 2010 Prius in May 2010. We have bought approximately 12 new cars in the past but Melda was the most knowledgable salesperson that we have ever experienced during all of our purchase experiences. She was able to answer all but one of our technical questions about the hybrid system, the GPS system, the Bluetoothe phone system (including offering to download our telephone contact lists to our car), and various other information displays. For the one question that she could not answer immediately, she called someone from the technical group who was able to fully explain the issue.We also feel that we paid a very competitive price for our car.

Beaver Toyota made the entire purchase very easy and painless. I was shopping around the Albuquerque dealers but they were not very willing to work with me on the price of their Tacoma's. Johnathan was very friendly and even brought the vehicle to my house one evening since I did not have time to make it up to Santa Fe until the following week. I will definitely do business with them in the future and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I was very satisfied with Tanya and her professionalism and am very pleased with the truck my wife and I purchased. However, I have been trying for about three months to get reimbursed for the GAP insurance I purchased with the vehicle. It was brought to our attention by Jay, one of the financial staff after we refinanced thru our Credit Union that we would be reimbursed for the GAP insurance and that was back in April or May. The first time, no one knew what happened to the paper work, Shelly asked me to resend her the paper work, I did so on June 11, 2009, I haven't received a check as of today, August 5, 2009 nor has anyone bothered to call me back. Am I to assume that Beaver Toyota no longer cares since the sale was made and its time to move to another customer? My wife and I have both bought vehicles at Toyota, before it became Beaver and after as well and I was always very satisfied with the customer service I received, up until now that is. I am very disappointed with Shelly and now Melda, as she is the last person I spoke with on the morning of August 5, 2009. I have also left a message for Matt, General Manager and am yet to get a response from him. He may be out today, I don't know, but if he isn't then shame on all of Linda's staff at Santa Fe Beaver Toyota. I will be sure to tell all of my friends of this experience and ask them to be ware.
