I recently just picked up my second brand new toyota tundra. As before the service was very friendly and helpful. The process was very smooth and the staff worked very hard to get me the best price. I will be going back in a few years for my third tundra.

It has been almost a month and a half now and I have absolutely loved my car since day one! Fong was very efficient and friendly throughout the whole process. He gathered my information, got me approved for a loan, and had me driving off the lot the next morning with a new set of wheels! Toyota of Wausau stands behind their products and I definitely will buy from them in the future! What attracted me was their competitive prices, keep in mind that their best offer is their best offer which was okay for me since the price was appropriate. It was well worth the three hour drive for an unforgettable car buying experience! I would definitely recommend anyone to this dealership because you will not only find great cars at unbeatable prices but also peace of mind with the car you drive off the lot.

I found a great deal on a Tundra through cars.com. I had previously visited this dealership and provided my information with a different sales associate. Come to find out the sales associate never put my information into the system. Tyler made sure that was the first thing he did. He then led me through the process of purchasing my new Tundra without any hassles. He had great communication through the whole process. If I ever purchase another vehicle, it will be with Tyler!

We were just browsing on an early Sat. rainy morning looking at all options of 3rd row vehicles out there,when we tried out the Toyota Highlander. Wow what a fit for our family, what started out as a test drive ended up with us leaving with that vehicle later that afternoon. What an experience! Our salesman Tyler McKeon, was pleasant to work with and any questions he couldn't answer a fellow salesman would jump in to answer. We enjoy seeing a teamwork approach.

After researching about car's performances, prices, reviews I decided to go for a Toyota Corolla 2015.Ina Rumbaugh, was amazingly helpful with the process of buying a car.She was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't able to bring the car with me after the purchase because some delay with the Insurance.The very next day after the My Insurance provider faxed all the papers to them Ina and Marci delivered my car to me at work.I was a very exciting experience!!!!Both offered their services if I still needed help after all.

We purchased a Toyota Rav4 back on June 30th 2015. The vehicle did not have Fog lights, so we ordered them to instale this for us.. The salesman Fong Yang was very friendly and was supposed to call us once they had the parts in. He told us it would be in 3-5 days. I called July 3rd (friday) to check status and was told I would be getting a call once the parts are in. I waited for a week to pass and still Fong Yang did not call us. Finally I called back on July 10th and spoke to Justin Elam ( who was very helpful ) , he saw that the parts were in and no once ever called me on them. He appolized that we did not receive the phone call from Fong Yang, but did not really know what date the parts actually came in. May have been a week ago? We are not happy with the follow up that was supposed to be done. We had already paid for the parts before they were ordered and it seemed that they were not very concerned with keeping us updated. Follow up to us is a very important part of customer service. I should not have had to keep calling on my own. But if I did not call, who knows how much longer we would have had to wait.

I chose Toyota of Wausau after searching the internet because of their great prices on their cars and for the fact that they had 7 cars I was looking for. When I arrived I was greeted by Jon in a very no pressure and friendly manner. After a few questions, he proceeded to find a few of the cars I had researched. When we had decided upon the car we wanted, a used 2011 Hyundai Sonata, we were very happy to see the process move along smoothly, and again, without any pressure. That meant a lot to me. I was expecting a teeth grinding fight, but it never happened.Jon introduced us to Travis, our loan specialist, and he continued with the excellent and enjoyable service. Between the two of them, they took all the "typical" pain out of the experience: both were friendly and helpful. It was about 2 hours to get in and out. I hope they will keep it up for the next time I buy a car.

The people at toyota of wausau was very cool and very helpful...I drove off with a fully loaded 2012 camry se. I was given a fair sale price and they even helped with showing me how to use all the features on the vehicle.

I had initially went in there to test drive the Ford Fiesta that you guys had .. I wasn't set on getting anything. As soon as I sat in it, I fell in love. It helps that Ina was very personable! So nice :) She made sure I was taken care of and did her job very well. I came in the next day to finish up the paperwork (which Willy did what he could to help me out with that - so thank you!) and pick up my baby Hulk. All was awesome with that. Marci walked me through what she could with the car .. I was geeking out over the simple things (like the ambient lighting in the car - who doesn't want colored lights in their car?! :D).Only bad thing was that a couple days after the purchase, I had checked my credit report. 7 inquires from you guys. I had told Ina that I had already had Chase on there, and Chase was pulled a second time in the same day .. in addition to the other 6 you guys pulled. That's just a bit ridiculous .. so now I either wait 2 years for those all to fall off or I spend basically 2 years contacting every creditor to get a letter stating that I didn't consent to have my credit pulled.All in all .. it was a good experience. I would suggest you guys to others, but only if they're buying outright. My credit score has gone down the crapper since.

Our experience with Toyota of Wausau proved once again to be positive and productive. Our salesman Fong attentively listened to our needs and desired options and showed us several vehicles that would meet our requirements. Then he recommended the 2015 Tundra that he thought would be the best fit for us. He had chosen well as this was the truck we purchased!

I was helped by Ina Rumbaugh. She was very helpful and easy to talk to. I did not feel pressured whatsoever despite having felt this way at other dealerships I visited. Some salesmen are also very condescending but Ina was not, she was just happy to help and as invested in my happiness with the vehicle as she would be if it were her own. Our salesperson, Ina Rumbaugh, was an incredible help during our car buying process. She was able to provide me with answers to all of my questions while we were looking around in the lot. She pulled more information off of her computer so I could compare models and ultimately make a decision. She researched cars at other dealerships and prevented me from wasting time looking at a car with a bad Carfax report. And all that was just the tip of the iceberg. As this was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership I naturally had a lot of questions. I must have called Ina roughly 5-7 times between test driving and finally closing on the car and she was there to provide me with the information I needed (she even took one of my calls before the store was open). During the closing process she went out of her way to even play with my 17 months old daughter while we waited for the financing to get figured out. All in all, what could have been a stressful and daunting process, was made fun and exciting thanks to her.

I was looking for a BMW because I always wanted to own one. I went to Toyota looking for my dream car. The sales person showed me a few luxury vehicles including a Toyota Camry SE. I drove the Camry SE and it drove better than some of the other cars I test drove. My sales person (Fong) showed me how to use the paddle shifters which were not even available in the higher end vehicles. Fong showed me the gas saving and insurance saving which was important to me once I saw what I would be saving. I have been driving my Camry SE for one month now and love it! My dream car can wait... Thanks Toyota of Wausau.

Chris Zeidler made my experience awesome! I got the car ... I didnt even know I wanted. Went in for a 2015 Camry and bought a 2015 Avalon instead. It has everything I wanted and more. Without Chris and his amazing insight into my "needs" and "wants" I think I would have been disappointed. I often have buyers remorse... But not this time. I love my Avalon!

Chris Zeidler was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything about the whole Toyota lineup of vehicles. He knew all the answers to all my questions. When I took a Tacoma for a test drive he pointed out all the great features the Tacoma has to offer. He was very patient and polite. I drove 180 miles to the dealership. The drive was well worth it! From my very first phone call to the dealership, to the minute I drove my new, used 2011 Chevrolet Malibu off the lot, they treated me great! I didn't experience any pressure tactics or 'tall tales' from them and I liked that. Ray P. sat down with me and went over all the information on the vehicle - making sure I understood everything before moving forward. I really like that he showed me a paper with similar vehicles listed from other dealerships in the area. So, I knew that their price was fair. (Actually, more than fair) It was the best deal in town. He happily answered all of my questions. He even let me use his phone when mine wouldn't work. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle, I will visit Ballweg of Wausau first!

No pressure when buying a car. Went it to look at a Certified vehicle and ended up purchasing a new one because the vehicle we originally were looking at wasn't what we expected, too small for our needs. The sales rep offered to show us other certified vehicles, but we decided to look at new ones instead. The sales rep was very personable and helpful. He answered all our questions and put no pressure on our purchase.

Lied about quality of vehicle. Hid known problems. Salesman knew previous owner and knew the issues. I called to ask for help and service, they not only didn't call back but when I made several call attempts they hung up on me. I have bought many cars over the years and I have never been so dissatisfied with the way I was treated.I would expect to put my own money to a vehicle in a yr. But not 3 days after I leave the lot. For what I paid I shouldn't of had to put in 3 sensors, passenger tie rod end(they did the driver side) and a front motor mount.
